The corruption at SF City Hall has reached saturation point - again and again - like a hoard of locusts - some very corrupt folks - the likes of Dwayne Jones, Juliet Ellis, Shamann Walton, Veronica Hunnicutt, Linda Richardson, Toye Moses.
Al Williams, Harlan Kelly, Naomi Kelly. Sheryl Evans Davis, Shakirah Simley, DionJay Brookter - come into our community to make money at the expense of the community at large.
It is simply atrocious for these folks - to make large amounts of money - linked to Community Benefits - while our infants, children, youth, young adults, Elders those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged - most Black - suffer and slowly die.
These scum bags have No empathy, no compassion, all they care is about Money.
They will look you in the eye - lie, cheat, and say things that sound great - but there is NO action at all.
Our Elders are put in trailers on contaminated land - the idea of the Navigation Center is a Joke - congregate living and the current pandemic - does not go hand in hand.
More murders and killings are taken place District 10 - and the Representative Shamann Walton - keeps talking - from both sides of his mouth. Talking about closing the Youth Center, taking money from the SF Police Department, building a tunnel of Third Street to address chronic congestion - other stupid idea and concepts - and people who are NOT educated on issues - allow him to have his say.
The crimes in District 10 has increased by 400% and the man has NO clue what is happening. Added two joint - gambling joints favor congregate conditions and the pandemic.
We have more " hot spots in District 10 " - linked to Novel Covid-19 virus - then any other District in San Francisco.
We have more children and youth that need help - and the man is talking in generalities about the Office of Racial Equity (ORE). Any one can talk the talk - it is time to walk the walk.
The community has NO clue - how many millions are doled out - to buy influence - to have crooks on some pay roll - to have some sordid " idiots " vote on something they have no clue about.
SF Hunters Point Naval Shipyard built Battleships, Aircraft Careers, Destroyers - the list is above for all the world to see.
The U.S. Navy contaminated the land - demolished two huge hills - and built the SF Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - with infill from the earth gathered from the two hills.
The two hills had Shell Mounds - Sacred burial grounds of the Ohlone - remains were removed - and are part of the infill.
This fact - the Sacred Remains - did not faze the U.S Navy as there were no laws - like the Native American Graves Protection and Rehabilitation Act in the early 1940s and 1950s - nor in the early 1960s to enforce.
This sordid desecration of the Sacred Remains - is known to San Francisco - City Hall .
The many SF Mayors - the many SF Board of Supervisors - the politicians the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein an Aaron Peskin and Sophie Maxwell.
Yet these corrupt politicians rubber stamped development linked to the area - Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - without respecting the Sacred Remains of the Ohlone.
Some of us advocates - have continued to speak - " Truth of Power " - and time is running out.
This pandemic is one of many signs - this pandemic will linger for at least 10 years - those who have BLOOD on their hands - will pay for their evil deeds. Some of these politicians do not know that we can chronologically - reveal who did what and when. You all can run but will not be able to hide.
Committing the desecration with intent is a crime.
I have named some - who will fall flat of their face.
Unfortunately most of the Greedy doling the money - and those receiving the " Blood Money " are Blacks. The crooked Black have done nothing - to focus on our infants, our children, our youth, our Elders - those with compromised health - more those physically and mentally - challenged.
Black on Blacks murder and killing - in now taken for granted in District 10.
The same pertains to those receiving bribes - no one bother to think about those that most need help. No one thinks about Christian values - not the pastors, not those who take the money for sure - not those who bark the loudest - not the SF Board of Supervisors.
Not the present Mayor London Breed, nor the past Mayors - more Willie L. Brown Jr, Gavin Newsom, Edwin Mah Lee, Mark Farrell and now the worst of them all - Mayor London Breed.
None of the above that I have mentioned - think about our Black infants, our children, our youth, our Elders - those with compromised health - more the physically and mentally - challenged.
The recently established - San Francisco - Office of Racial Equity (ORE) is a JOKE.
Its Director Shakirah Simley - from New York has no connection with the community at large - not does the Director of the Human Rights Commission - Sheryl Evans Davis.
I saw the reaction on the face of Sheryl Evans Davis - as I was speaking at the last Budget and Audit Committee Virtual meeting - waiting until we gather some facts - also know as empirical data - and have you audited.
Some time ago - the Human Rights Commission - tried to pacify and bribe - some advocates - handing them commendations - the advocates threw the commendations on the floor - at SF City Hall - Room 250.
Sheryl Evans Davis saw this - but has learned nothing much.
Sheryl Evan Davis and the Mayor London Breed - both corrupt - will reap the seeds they are planting right now.
Doling out millions to those that are from the inner circle.
We have the goods - much like what is happening with San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - right now - one by one - the scums will be brought to book and go to jail.
The Controller's Office could do nothing for over 5 years - it took the U.S. Attorney General from San Francisco - the Federal Bureau of Investigation - and the " Domino effect " - is being witnessed for all the world to see. One by one the crooks are caught - the hand in the cookie jar.
Make no bones of this fact.
There are serious issues at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and nothing much has been done.
There are serious issues with the Third Street Light Rail and nothing is being done.
There are very serious linked to health issues in the Bayview Hunters Point and Shamann Walton thinks - he can spew diatribe and get away with murder.
The children, youth, young adults are all suffering when it comes to education - here is Shamann Walton and his side kick DionJay Brookter - having access to millions. Community Benefits - hogging at the Seven Miles Restaurant and other places - while the community is suffering.
Housing is being built on contaminated ground - some so called Non-Profit have betrayed the community - no one should be building homes on contaminated ground. More ground prone of severe liquefaction and severe flooding. We also know for sure many of those new home - such as those on Parcel A at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard are - next to a Superfund site.
$300,000 grants - Community Benefits linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project - have been given to many outsiders.
Most - from outside the community.
One person has three restaurants - all three restaurants - are going under - doing badly - the service is poor and the food has NO standards - why pour money in a Black Deep Hole.
We are in a pandemic - and hundreds call me daily - so I have my finger on the pulse - the situation at ground zero - is pathetic - hundreds slowly dying - while those corrupt to the core - pussyfooting - talking from both sides of their mouth. Time will tell.
