OUR ELECTION SYSTEM HAS FAILED US - THE IOWA CAUSUS MUST GO - THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE REVAMPED AND DISMISSED - THE SUPREME COURT - NEEDS TO ADHERE TO TERM LIMITS - AS A REPUBLIC WE MUST DENOUNCE - ANY FORM OF DICTATORSHIP.

was second to none - still admired - he left a legacy -
what would he think about the " impeachment". 

When one studies the Constitution of these the United States - one realizes that our Founding Fathers - created a form of government - a Republic - with each essential body of the government - co-equal and essential.

The Founding Fathers also favor bipartisan consensus and mutual deliberations -  more coming to some conclusion - in unity.

The three branches - the Congress, the Senate, and the Supreme Court - each playing an essential role - and yet co-equal - this concept stunned the world - and has been working until now - 243 years latter.

We know from the writings of the Founding Founders - some of the Founding Fathers studied the Six Nations - the Iroquois Tribe - and their form of government - and incorporated part of the pertinent elements into our Constitution.

The Six Nation - the Long Cabin - a matriarchal  form of governance  - a democracy - and invited the Native American Tribes to the White House.

The Founding Fathers want to create a Constitution and a form of government - keep at bay any form of government that had a King - and did not want to have anything to do with the monarchy or dictatorship.

The Founding Father did all in the power - and went as far as they could  - to comprehend more and incorporate some of the finer elements they learned from governments that could help them in the creation of a Republic - one of a kind - with a vision that would stun the world and they did. 

Some where along the line - each of these essential elements - have been corrupted.

The system has been corrupted because those in Congress, those in the Senate, and our Supreme court - have failed to discern, their heart has NOT been in the right place.

The sacred rights of each citizen - has been thrown to the wind.

Imagine declaring Corporations are people to - and taking away our right as citizens - and bestowing honor and rights - on an entity that has NO life, less comprehension, even less compassion - a title - some corporation - hell bent on making money - GREED.

Our own Supreme Court today favors GREED - and the Supreme Court may argue not so - but the Truth reveals where our Supreme Court stands - antiquated - failing to deal with the sign of the times.

challenged the many discrepancies in our Constitution -

to many - thousands who had no one to defend them -

  before his Civil Right Movement movement -
 had nothing much changed - doldrums.

Can you imagine - our Founding Fathers - reviewing the latest sordid " impeachment" adjudication  - linked to Donald J. Trump and accepting the final result?

We the citizens do not seem to pay attention to the source of the current troubles - that plague us - mostly, because we do not want to educate ourselves - and participate actively in a sound democracy that counts - with check and balances.

Both Republicans and Democrats use money - and we see what is happening today - the Iowa Caucus - Hampshire - and we have just begun. 

We have Presidential candidate who want to win by any means necessary. What about unity, what about consensus, what about hold each other hand - and moving to a better place - united?

We had an election in 2016 - where the popular vote was discounted and the Electoral College embraced.

The result a rogue President was sworn in.

All hell broke loose  - Donald  J. Trump - is an anathema and a disgrace to the human race. 

What Donald J. Trump has done singled handedly to tarnish the good name of the United States of America - will take a long time to restore - decades. 

God help us and more our future leaders - who we must choose - with care and great diligence.

Donald Trump should have never been able to qualify and stand for the office - as the President of the United States - but he did.

Donald Trump has yet to reveal his taxes and he is the President of the United States. What type of example is he setting?

38 qualified Psychologists and Psychiatrists signed a letter informing the relevant and pertinent agencies that mentally - Donald J. Trump is not fit to be the President of the United States.

Yet -  our U.S. Senators in the majority - voted with intent - to absolve him - and this and more is a disgrace and must be remedied.

On being elected - the first thing Donald J. Trump - does, is invite the Russian our enemies to the White House - and spoke ill of our government - more those agencies in charge of our nation's security.

At this meeting Donald J. Trump - disowned and put down our top Security Agencies that protect us and look after our best interest - the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

Donald Trump from the inception - the day he realized he was elected President - has convinced himself - that Donald Trump - can do anything he wants - including breaking the law of the land - at will.

Donald J. Trump is convinced that the Second Amendment - gives him the right to think and act he pleases.

Much as a dictator does - dictators from some nations - that he admires - all of them dictators - that we as a nation of laws - keep at bay - more when the commit - "crimes against humanity ".

Early on - I did a lot of research on Donald Trump - his sordid businesses deals, his casinos, his golf clubs, his logo that he lends to buildings and charges a fee - much like a franchise business - his many extra-marital affairs and more.

His chronic habit of lying,  failing to pay his taxes,  failing to pay those that provide some service to him. Pathetic.

Donald  J. Trump wheeling and dealing - which we all knew - but failed to question these facts.

The  Republican Party - failed to do due diligence - the Republican Party has lost its soul.

The Republican Party  has embraced a " rogue candidate " - who once elected - " has acted every day like the worst Rogue President" we have ever had in the White House - since the day we chose our Republic and its form of government.

Now the Democrats have so many people of color belonging to the Democratic Party - the Republicans attracted and fought for people of color in past decades and lost many of the Black and people of color - who joined the Democrats. 

So what brought about that drastic change?

What within the Republicans - suddenly made the Republicans - conservative?

What came on the Democrats - and made the Democratic Party - so called liberals?

This evolution has NOT been studied carefully - it would open a can of worms.

The 2016 Presidential Elections - has not opened our eyes and mind.

Many - still think "impeachment" and throwing arrows in the air - will bring about the necessary changes.

Fundamentally - many have lost some fundamental values - fair play and justice - truth - and respect for what is right.

We now have to make some radical changes -  we have some fundamental changes to make - our failed Electoral System.

The  Iowa Caucus which is Smithsonian and must be got rid off.

The  many checks and balances that the so called Presidential Powers - has played havoc with - no President should be permitted to act and lie - as has the "devil " - Donald J. Trump.

A man who has caged children - put innocent immigrants in harms way - failed in Iraq, Syria, North Korea, Iran, and other places - he talks the talk but has failed to walk the walk.

His tweets mean nothing - but displays the sad state of Donald J. Trump's sick mind.

Firing important cabinet rank officials - using Twitter and other policy making decisions - without consulting anyone - more experts.

This nonsense must STOP - his Twitter ploys, diatribe and more.

There must be a sound protocol linked to law - to curb such utter - nonsense.  We are the laughing stock of the world. Who is in their right mind - would use TWITTER to make important decision that affect the lives of millions?

Our Supreme Court  must have term limits - and if the citizens want a Supreme Court Judge to have one more term - just one more term - then, that name should be put on the ballot - if Nationwide the vote favors the Supreme Court Judge - so be it.

Let the Supreme Court Judge - seeking an added term - all things being equal - be blessed with good health, mental capacity - heart in the right place.

Let it be known - the Supreme Court has let us down - the one reason - we have too many aged Supreme Court Judges - some, who do not deserve more than two terms.

This life long term - makes no sense - it made sense a long time ago - when passed fifty - the judges said good bye - and passed to the other side.

While all the while someone is ailing and has to spend time in a hospital. 

It is amazing how the Supreme Court - has become a circus of sorts.

The very written protocols linked to the impeachment were broken - the very words and terms like  - " high crimes ", " our Republic" - the Republican Senators hired - all the high powered lawyers - to deceive the public at large - and did. 

The science of words - how they are derived - is know as etymology.

Few of us study languages like Latin, or are familiar with more than two languages - more European - to understand better - legalese. 

Few of us study Sociology, Philosophy, Behavioral Sciences, Computer Sciences, Medicine, Theology, Physics, Politics, you get the drift.

Our  Founding Father were geniuses - they all took a lot of time to study - various governments - including the governance of the Six Nation the Iroquois Tribe - the Founding Fathers invited the Native American to the White House.

This land all of it belongs to the Native Americans - the area some 3,717,812.8 square miles - we have a population of 330 million.

We have Native American Sovereign Nations - and no one pays attention to this important fact - there is Karma - and sooner than later - those that have Blood on their hand - will deal with - reality - that writing is on the wall.

Many will witness  his downfall -  many will rejoice that some demon - was dealt with.

243 years later to use " impeachment" to address someone like Donald Trump - with a corrupt Senate and Senators - who voted on Party lines - and endorsed the " devil himself " - our Great Nation - the United States - needs a drastic, change.

Early on I describe Donald J. Trump - as an egoistical maniac.

I often remanence and wish I had met Chief Joseph  of the New Perce,  Chief Sitting Bull of the Lakota Nation , the Great Mahatma Gandhi, Frederick Douglas, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., - many others that I think of and pray that all may be well on this Earth.

My life has taken me all over this world - and the many countries that I have invested in vary.

I have visited many nations - in years past - going back to 45 years - governments have changed - and more the lives of the people on those nations.

As human beings more when one has crossed the age of 70 years - one thinks of things more important.

What has been my role on this Earth - and if I lived on this Earth - what have been my contribution?

Those who are succinct deserve to be heard - they have the ability to discern.

The rambling Presidential candidate will fall by the way side - much like chaff.

The reason why we get NO poignant answers - from most of the Presidential  candidates - is because they cannot discern - more they are NOT educated on issues.

We are challenged to first - do a " needs assessment " - on the entire political system - more " governance ".

Anyone who have some intelligence will tell you - we need someone with "military experience " -  one who can bring consensus with our military - more with Generals like James Mattis.

We just are realizing a pandemic the " Coronavirus" - can bring down any government - and nation - Superpower or not.

It is the same if we have a " nuclear war " -  which can happen easily with a deranged person like Donald J. Trump.

Hacking is now a norm with countries like Russia, North Korea, China, Iran - as a tool to put down and neutralize the power of those nations - that say they are democratic - and may not like dictators of a kind.

We must elect a person who can bring people together - but more lead our Nation - in the right manner - and win respect of those that matter - all over the world.

Donald J. Trump has taken the good name of our Nation - the United States - and dumped it in the gutter.

Imagine nations like Canada, Germany, France, Italy, many other nations that embrace democracy - most of these nations think nothing much of Donald J. Trump.

This and more does not faze Donald J. Trump - who is an egoistical  maniac - an anathema - a disgrace to the human race.
