We are a Nation of laws - and once again history will state in clear terms - if at this juncture - was it prudent in our National interest with intent to take out General Qassem Soleimani.
Once again Donald Trump chose to take on himself to divert our minds - from the impending - " impeachment process " that has haunted Donald Trump.
Donald Trump - keeps recklessly tweeting and privately doing his best - to neutralize the impeachment process.
We are a Nation of laws and our Constitution gives Congress special powers to adjudicate any President who fails miserably to represent the constituents of our Nation.
Congress has clearly voted and approved with the required votes - the articles stating the impeachment and the proceedings - that are in the pipeline - for the U.S. Senate - to swear and do the right thing.
Unfortunately the Senate has chosen to kick the can down the street.
Leading the charge - Senator Mitch McConnell.
We have the Gang of Eight - minions of the President - who continue to fail the constituents of the United States of America.
The world is laughing at us - that a " mad man " in the White House - chose to murder and kill General Qassem Soleimani - without due discernment.
Here is the main question we all should be asking ourselves - was this action - that led to the killing of General Qassem Soleimani - beneficial to anyone? The answer is NO.
Here is another question that should shed more light - will this killing - that led to the death of General Qassem Soleimani - find ourselves safer - if he was alive or more " dead " - and achieving the status of Martyr ?
The Western world for its knowing and doing - does not fully understand - when those who are fanatical - unleash revenge - that those in the Western see again and again - but fail to comprehend?
The sleeper groups - are waiting for the clarion call - they all pledged their allegiance to the General who is now a martyr. What is it that Donald Trump does not understand?
The majority want Donald Trump out - impeached - here he is trying to win brownie points? As I said we all want him out - gone forever.
This time hell will break loose and those who are fast asleep in the cockpit will be awakened.
In this case a nation that is a proxy for providing us intelligence - that more suits them - have got us in a mess - a mess from which we cannot get out - for decades to come.
Right now edicts have been sent to all the " terrorists " - in many countries where the Shia will do the bidding - once selected to commit the action - who do you think is responsible for this mess.
This supposedly asymmetric model - where we think - we know it all - and that the "enemy " knows little - is a thing of the past.
When fanatics vouch to attain something - they lay down their lives - no matter what.
Paradoxically we do not think and behave like that - we think well before putting our soldiers - women and men in harms way.
Any U.S. General worth the salt - in the United States will clearly state the timing - was wrong - and thousand of us Americans - have been put in harms way - for decades on end.
While General Qassem Soleimani is NO saint - we have responsibility - first toward Iraq where we had no business invading - never found the " Chemicals of Mass Destruction ".
Supposedly we had knowledge - we had proof that Iraq - had in its possession - but found little if no trace of any of the things we said Iraq possesed.
That war cost us trillions of dollars - and thousands of our our soldiers - women and men - have died - and we must question - why?
This inferno in which many died -

American Intelligence got the information from a Nation that we support.
As I said - those responsible for the death of many individuals - taken out in this missile attack - the inferno shown above - will come to haunt us as a Nation - for decades.
Right now our Nation is hurting - the divisiveness reigning supreme all over our Nation - has reached a saturated point.
In recent weeks we have seen innocent Jews from near by Brooklyn and near by areas - assaulted.
This will increase - Donald Trump does not have the ability to discern - and will not lift a finger such victims.
The more troops we send to Iraq because of this one singular mistake - the deeper we will get into trouble - we spend millions training our troops - and this one singular incident - does not merit the lives of our soldiers being put on the line.
Numerous targets all over the world - having anything to do with Americans - will create hell for us Americans who travel.
Only those understand - who witness incidents - that cannot be described in writing.

The Shia Muslims number in the millions - if not more than 600 million - and live all over the world.
We Americans have NO clue about this unity - where the Ayatollah Khamenei's edicts are followed to the last letter.
No one believes Donald Trump - a chronic liar and an egotistical maniac.
All the more can acton of such a nature - must not be made in a vacuum. Again and again - specially in matters of war and putting millions in harms way.
The many Republicans follow Donald Trump - blindly.
Even Republican Senators - who have failed us - the citizens of the United States of America.
In our schools, colleges, universities the lack of knowledge and the utter ignorance - on matter linked to International Politics and happenings - has kept millions in the " dark " - American Citizens.
Now we have the President taking upon himself to leave Congress out - to do what he thinks to be right.
We know that a deranged person - cannot think logically - and much more one like Donald Trump - who lacks the ability to discern.
Violence begets violence - and those entities that back Donald Trump in this matter - who made a poor decision - a decision that will haunt us for decades - yes, decades.
I have been following the Iraq War -
that lasted for years - the United States
backing Iraq - against Iran.
Then the tables turned we invaded Iraq -
we hated Iran when they took hostage -
the officials from the Embassy in Iran.
Today millions of Iranians are suffering - the drastic sanctions - that the United States has imposed - linked to Iran's Nuclear Program.
In the interim thousands of Iranians are slowly dying - those that need much needed medicines.
For those that lived in Iran, have travelled to Iran.
More, have friends - have toured and visited the people from the villages in Iran.
Few who have visited Iran - will deny that the Iranians are NOT one of the most hospitable people in the world. I know from personal experience..
The paradox for months now there have been protests in Iran - consequences from the drastic sanctions - people cannot buy food - and what little is found - is very expensive.
In fact hundreds have died - protesting. Hundreds imprisoned for saying what they have on their mind.
President Donald Trump has NO clue what he is doing - that is why it is imperative the man be impeached but also be removed from holding the office - being able to order to do practically anything as Commander in Chief.
This one singular incident - the assassination of General Qassem Soleimani - will trigger death by a thousand cuts - it will not be pretty - and it is time - we charge Donald Trump - and bring charges " Crimes Against Humanity ".
This charges can be filed at The Hague - and we can also follow the mandates of the Geneva Convention - and put this egoistical maniac away.
Have served with Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco - together - with like minded individuals - we are perturbed - thousands of lives in recent years - were lost - so that we all are free.
That does not seem to be the understanding - the White House is confused - at the cockpit sits an egotistical maniac.
There is freedom and there is license. License is the abuse of Freedom.

who take the oath - should speak and act

What Donald Trump does daily - is use License to destroy all that is good and wholesome. He does business Tweeting without think twice the harm is doing.
I heard Senator Mitch McConnell and while h can say what he wants to say - in a pompous manner.
The redacting of the key documents and kept at bay by Donald Trump and his minions - speaks volumes.
One of them Senator Mitch McConnell - will come to but him and other in the butt.
Our Nation is in peril - we must each one speak Truth to Power.
Our Freedom is sacrosanct - and Donald Trump is acting like a dictator - lying is second nature - so is cheating and hoodwinking us in broad daylight.
