The Governor of California - has decided to show case California - the progress we have made - some - on the Environment and related issues  - the 5th largest Economy in the world - needs to be evaluate and noted with timelines and goals.

The United States has played a key role in the furtherance of depleting the Ozone Level, and so has China, India, and the many other Nations all over the world - that keep on using fossil fuel, but also other chemicals - all documented - that have depleted the Ozone Level.

Is it for the right reason -  many of these so called Environmentalists have their heart in the right place?

In many areas - all over the world - the oceans and the sea - are reclaimed land - on which human beings live - and the most adversely impacted are indigenous people.

Rightly so - these indigenous people - came all the way to San Francisco - and many of them have been aided and supported by like minded indigenous people who live in the Bay Area.

We must stick with the mandate our Ancestors keep telling us - this land Mother Earth - all the elements the water, the air, the forests, the lakes, the rivers - the fauna and flora - they are NOT for sale.

Whites by large measure are GREEDY - what they see they want all for themselves and for profit. Only those who have their heart in the right place - can speak Truth to Power.

The Greedy will come in our way - we went to North Dakota - and saw it all - we see it right here in San  Francisco where nefarious entities - speak from both sides of their mouth - more with a forked tongue.

The Great Spirit that sees it all - and more - will bring about justice - to those that have cared for Mother Earth.

Not so for the ignorant, the Greedy, those that take more than they must - destroyed our forests, polluted our waters - harm Mother Earth - daily.

Be it the lakes, rivers, oceans, seas - contaminate the skies, depleted the Ozone level - and now - suddenly want to speak to the " situation " at hand. It simply does not work like that.

How can you gather on Muwekma Ohlone land  and not say one single word - about the location - that has been here for millions of years. Pay respects to the host Nation.

The Muwekma Ohlone have been here for over 15,000 years. Remains and artifacts - all Carbon dated - and these ignorant, arrogant so called delegates are superficially talking from both sides of their mouth.

Never mind if it is Jerry Brown, Bloomberg, or those that purport to know some - their heart is in the wrong place - actions count - not words that are more like hot air.

comprehending the salient and pertinent issues -

You may NOT believe this - when it comes to " mentality " - Mayor London Breed is more White than Black - she panders to the evil Whites - because she suffers from very serious and troubling - " inferiority complex ".

London Breed was brought up - by her grand mother - she really had no bonding with her mother - and for sure had no clue who her father was.

That being said - she fought many obstacles and is now the Mayor of San Francisco.

Any human being can over come obstacles - and any human being can make the right choices.

For some reason - baffling to most - London Breed will NOT leave a legacy - because she keeps making - WRONG - choices.

San Francisco has changed its skyline - dramatically - and keeps building too many skyscrapers - all these skyscrapers - generate millions of tons of concrete and aggregate - generate millions of tons of Carbon Dioxide - right here in San Francisco.

People living downtown San Francisco are prone to very serious ailments that compromise Quality of Life issues.

Respiratory diseases, tumors, heart ailments - mostly adversely impacting our infants, children, youth, young adults, seniors - and those with compromised - health.

This aspect of Wellness must be noted - and more acted upon.

In San Francisco - the large Bay was infilled - what we see today is one third of the actual Bay.

The thousands of acres of poor infill - release Methane Gas - one ton of Methane gas - equals - 22 tons of Carbon Dioxide. 

The poor infill release millions of tons of Carbon Dioxide - that is not mentioned - over 20 million tons of Carbon Dioxide - generated more in the Southeast area of San Francisco.

This 20 million tons of Carbon Dioxide - that contributes to diluting the Ozone Layer - a fact that we must acknowledge - and more act upon. 

But first we must be ashamed of our actions - this land - Muwekma Ohlone Land was pristine - 250 years ago. Who do you think polluted the land, contaminated the land - abused Mother Earth?

Who do you think has created the congestion on our road, the increase in particulates - more PM 2.5, thousands homeless and living in filthy conditions, the Opioids pandemic, disrespecting our Seniors.

Adversely impacting our infants, children, youth, young adults, Seniors who need help, the mentally and physically challenged - who do you look with disdain upon all of the above - on Muwekma Ohlone land?

Our quest to create so called Clean Energy is convoluted - and the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - has been remiss - always hoodwinking the public at large - lying and spreading LIES.

Hetch Hetchy was stolen - using crooked Congress men - evil to the core - that submerged the most beautiful Valley in the World.

Hetch Hetchy - dammed  the Hetch Hetchy valley - from which we get our clean drinking water - and we should have got all the hydro-electricity we produced - for San Francisco - but prefer to sell it to Tulare and other counties.

Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) was created to  push for Clean Power.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) - dragged its legs - until finally producing SFClean - that purports to deliver " clean energy " - but, makes no mention of the " dirty racks " - from which it dips - and the transmission lines that are proprietary  - which is simple terms means - do not belong to the SFPUC.

As long as we have folks who do not have their heart in the right place. As long as we make " money " - and are consumed by greed - the center of all sound negotiations is diluted - we are doomed.

Mayor London Breed is just a puppet - who is controlled by those that backed her and will use her like a " dirty rag " and dispose of her. 

She will remember my words - but it will be too late.

San Francisco must not LIE but speak TRUTH to power.

The City and County of San Francisco has failed miserably when it comes to the more salient and pertinent issues it talks about. 

Our leaders from the City and County have failed - on Climate Change - throwing arrows in the air.

Where is the empirical data on real time Carbon Footprint, where is the analysis on Clean Energy and what progress has been made in terms of value - including subsidies.

We may talk a lot about sending zero waste by whatever date - but show me the empirical data.

China and other nations - will not pander to us - sending them our waste - our recyclables - as we did before.

Right now - we have Scientists and other venture corporations - that already have models - to address - zero waste. 

There are sound models - that can self-generate energy meaning buildings that are off the grid - be they expensive - some right here in San Francisco.

None of these forward looking models, ventures - have been backed by the SF Department of Environment - and the lack luster head the likes of Debbie Raphael and others - who talk the talk and do not walk the walk.

Mayor London Breed is NOT an environmentalist - she is NOT educated on issues.

Mayor London Breed is a Political Whore - that will pander to the highest bidder - be it some Big Developers, those that are part of the MACHINE.

The Muwekma Ohlone -

the First People of San Francisco -

we have been here for over 15,000 years -

remains and artifacts - all Carbon Dated -

for those that are ignorant and arrogant.

The Muwekma Ohlone have been living in San Francisco for thousands of years. 

The many clans - lived in small village - many have been marked - the precise name of the clans noted - and we keep learning more - when we find artifacts and remains.

Up until 1927 the Muwekma Ohlone were Federally Recognized until a rogue agent from the Bureau of Indian Affairs - part of the Department of Interior. 

The agent - L.A. Dorrinton took upon himself to declared the Muwekma Ohlone - non-existant. 

The City and County of San Francisco in the early 1960s - did consider for the first time - mentioning the Muwekma Ohlone in the General Management Plan. This was a step in the right direction. After that all actions have stalled - we wonder why?

However, the SF Planning Department and other SF Departments - pay lip service and all this and more will change. How I am NOT privy to say.

This fight to win Federal Recognition - has been a long fight - but one that be worthy in the sight of the Great Spirit. I see the clear path - and so I do not steer way from what I know to be true. 

The Muwekma Tribal Council, the Muwekma Chair, the Ohlone in general - all work hard to bring justice to this noble cause.

Trials and tribulations are a singular path of the spiritual growth - not the fake Christian values that most think to be the only truth - which I have stated clearly - is fake.

The laws of the White men are just law - seeming from the Magna Carte or other Roman laws - they are man made - and man made laws - are fallible and  can be remedied. 

When the Department of Interior heard the justification - for Federal Recognition - they asked for the impossible - or so they thought - continuity as the Muwekma Tribe.

When the DNA results were produced - they were stumped.

 I will not go into the details - but I will state - those evil to the core will fall flat on their face.

This Global Climate Action Summit 2018 is superficial.

Meetings were held all over San Francisco - many at City Hall - most of those who gathered - Whites -  where these Whites mostly congregate in numbers - most what they discuss is artificial and superficial.

One meeting was held at the Northern Court in San Francisco - I entered the door - and was asked - if I had a card - I said NO. 

" This event is for carded people only ".

In the early 1990s - I often -

went on this boat - to see for myself the 

finer aspect of the Bay and beyond - we ventured 

from time to time into the Pacific Ocean - 

under the Golden Gate Bridge - I had 

a full head of hair, then - and have some now.

I have been an Environmentalists for over 50 years - I  also represent the Muwekma Ohlone in  San Francisco.

Our Bay is contaminated - the " smelt tests " fail - a gain and again.

The many mercury mines - keep polluting the Bay - the run off rain keeps pouring into the Bay  - millions of gallons of the water -  contaminated by Mercury, Lead, and in some places radioactive elements - cesium, plutonium, and so on.

From time to time I go to City Hall - and address the Jokers - our SF Board of Supervisors.

None of them have the guts to Speak Truth to Power.

What exactly are they trying to say?

Each one of them have only one concern - climbing up that political ladder - seeking higher positions.

Many of them failed - putting their best foot forward - this Global Climate Action Summit - was mostly hot air - even those agreements signed on the windy Bay.

We the people, we the tax payers - we the citizens - have been compromised - more, when it comes to Quality of Life issues.

As human beings - an important factor to ponder and consider - seriously is spirituality - an element simplicity - an Acronym - KISS - is in order Keeps it Simple Stupid.
