We the citizens of the United States of America - are living in very troubling times - the " wisdom" more inherent wisdom - that the Founding Fathers - tried to incorporate - into the creation of the Supreme Court - baffled the entire world - at that time. Today one wonders - with too much hoodwinking and lies ?
The appointment for life - Supreme Court Judges - unless otherwise not capable of performing their duties - in a meaningful way.
Health issues, infirmities and and other serious issues and ailments - that prevent any Supreme Court judge - from serving the United States more the citizens in upholding the law. We understand such issues - but the times are a changing.
These indigenous Elders - full of wisdom
met our Founding Fathers -

The Founding Fathers - uniquely created mechanisms - creating Congress and the representation from every State in Congress - the representing Senators in the Senate - the unique tasks - that of creating legislation - so that our Nation - could be a Nation of Laws.
There was little leeway given - in time past - to circumvent the law - much as we see today.
Be it with our Tax Laws, Criminal Laws, Corporate Laws, the many other laws so voluminous and convoluted - that it is mind boggling.
Our Founding Fathers never envisioned such a mess - and it is this " mess " we are dealing with today.
I will be remiss - not to mention the popular vote and how that counts in the General Election - " Electoral College " reminiscent of the " Feudal System " - where the Lord represented the serfs.
We witnessed how George W. Bush got into office - and how the then Supreme Court - favored the circumstances that were dubious in nature - we the people - in large measure - agreed with the Supreme Court.
We saw perhaps for the first time - the many loopholes - and the influence of the Supreme Court - as our chosen Judicial body - that we all agree unanimously as the referee - now, that is challenged and right so.
Briefly we have touched upon the Legislative Branch, the Executive Branch, and the Judicial Branch. We all agree that our Department of Defense, our other key branches of government - all further - act as " fire walls " and all these fire walls - and more have been compromised.
Serious speaking the Democrats have failed us in these hearing of Judge Brett Kavanaugh - where we must realize - the main element that the Founding Father had in mind - was wisdom - we see this missing - not only in the questioning of the Senators - but the candidate itself.
A candidate for the Supreme Court for sure must be savvy in his knowledge of the Law and Case history - depending on the experience of the candidate. This candidate does not have the expertise - that many other judges more candidates have come before the Senate in my life time - this candidate Judge seems to know more about general issues - that hit the Washington DC - our Capitol.
Brett Kavanaugh has been stationed mostly in the Washington DC and has much to learn - from the other Federal and Appeal courts - more, because of the times - we are living - and the convoluted manner - in which cases are heard - the cases that hit Washington DC courts - defer in many ways.
The general perusal of questioning and interruption by our aged Senator Diane Feinstein - has much to be desired - posing " a hypothetical question " - which went to where.
When Senator Kamala Harris - chose to interrupt the Chair of the Committee at the hearing - forcing Senator Harris - to follow the rules of the Confirmation Hearings - she back off - because she knew she had - she should be ashamed of herself.
The ploy by Senator Brooker to release certain documents is unprecedented - the public now has an opportunity to review the documents.
Judge for themselves - how transparent this Nomination Process is - and what has become - about our checks and balances - be it Roe V. Wade - or other issues - that should not created hurdles - but create opportunities - to bring about consensus and find solutions.
Our Constitution is not perfect - we still have not freed the Blacks - even though we think we have. We still have not guaranteed the Indigenous People of Turtle Island - full rights to live and govern their homeland - much of it stolen - many tribes removed from their homeland and put on reservations.
More and more indigenous people - naturalized and otherwise born here on this land - we now call the United States of America - are denied their rights - to be - free.
There is freedom and there is license - abuse of freedom is license.
Again and again our Courts and more our lawyers do not guarantee attorney and sound legal support - to many victims who happen to be Brown and Black.
Our Courts are deluged with innocent people - incarcerated ten, fifteen, twenty years - many are freed - through the efforts of pro bono attorneys - without compensation - and in most cases - no apology. This trials and tribulations - cry to heaven for justice.
We laymen and women -must stand tall and represent - because our Constitution - guarantees us as citizens as rights.
In daily life - almost every day - I see those in authority abusing our rights - our politicians abusing our rights, those in power most living off illegal gains - while decent, hard working laywomen and men - work two, three, and even four jobs.
Our Supreme Court in the United States - has declared Corporation are " people too ". What do you think makes the Supreme Court come to such a conclusion?
Has anyone given thought to the millions spent " bequest money " - other very sordid " dark money " and spread on very level that makes a difference?
What makes any one think that one Supreme Court judge - cannot make a difference - by not following the law, lying, and even with intent - causing blatant - confusion - in any decision making - even as regards - the inherent disfunction - prevailing in the current White House?
A time will come soon - where our Nation will be put in harms way - today a few mostly military personnel have taken upon themselves - to preserve some normalcy - in our midst we have a " egoistical maniac " - and there is more?
We citizens must be educated on issues.
We citizens must protect those that cannot protect themselves.
We all must have our heart in the right place.
With God on our side - we must rally ourselves to vote in - those who have their heart in the right place - so that they can take us to a better - place.
Common sense - is a rare sense - and to few is given the power to discern. We are living in difficult times - and those of us that want to leave a legacy - must stand tall and represent - more take as many to a better place.
These hearings regarding Judge Brett Kavanaugh - gives us just a " tip of the iceberg " - suggests to us - how, convoluted this process is - more White folks - hoodwinking us in broad daylight.
Senator Brookter is Black - and has decided - to reveal documents some 102 thousands pages - for all to see - and more to shed light - where there was abject darkness. Aho.
