FOR OVER AN HOUR - MORE DURING PRIME TIME - THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS WENT OUT FOR OVER AN HOUR - PANDEMONIUM REIGNED SUPREME - WITH NO LAW ENFORCEMENT IN SIGHT.

Inept Mayor Edwin M. Lee -

where was he yesterday - November 2, 2017 -

when pandemonium reigned for over an hour -

on the streets of San Francisco - during peak hours.

It is very common - for SF Board of Supervisors and of course our lame duck Mayor Edwin M. Lee - to talk from both sides of their mouth - more, when it concerns the " safety " and putting innocent people in harm way. 

Compromising Quality of Life - issues.

Yesterday, for over an hour - during peak hours in the afternoon - I was shocked to see - the traffic lights out - and  utter and blatant " pandemonium " reign on the streets to San Francisco - all the intersection at Bryant, Harrison, Folsom, Howard - on 9th Street was a mess.

As we crossed each intersection - no sight of any " law enforcement " tell me - that does not exists any protocol - linked to such an emergency situation - which says a lot - for the City and County of San Francisco - with an over $10 Billion dollar budget.

At the intersections on 9th Street  - as traffic merged from the highways - at Harrison, Folsom, Howard, Mission - the traffic lights were out - and NO - Law Enforcement - no Traffic personnel in sight. Pandemonium reigned on the streets of San Francisco - cars honking - and people irritated at the prevailing - madness.

The Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) failed us San Franciscans - and we know what to expect - when we have a bigger and more enlarged area - experiencing a " Black Out ".

Remember November 2, 2017 - in the afternoon - from about 3 pm to 4 pm - impacting thousands of innocent - and more those who happened to be on the congested streets of San Francisco - as I was.

I called 911 - and explained the situation at hand - the dispatcher - tried to assure me - that some one was working on the issue - but why over an hour of pandemonium ?  Why? Who is taking responsibility of this madness - with very serious - repercussion - on many levels.

But for the grace of God - there were no very serious fatalities.

Someone that I trust and lives on Folsom Street - told me the outrage lasted over an hour in the afternoon.

Well during this period - those in charge fared poorly - and some high level investigation - must be initiated - to find out - what truly happened - and hopefully to learn from this lesson.

Personally I do not have faith in the SF Office of Emergency Services. Those working in that office - are to say the least - lacking experience and more - " inept ".

Not a sound from our Mayor - who talks from both side of his mouth. 

Loud mouth and spewing " diatribe " -

not a word about this situation -

and hope she initiates an investigation.

Not a word from any one representing the SF Board of Supervisors - more the President London Breed - who is more involved with issues like Opioids and those that deal with needles and throw them on the streets of San Francisco.

In the interim yesterday - for those that know more about sound  logistics, transportation, traffic management, quality emergency services and back up services - energy stability,  quality of services provided b Law Enforcement - those in charge of the above - get a F-.

I love to see these idiots talk from both sides of their mouth - and when we have a " situation " - such as I have described - no one is there to attend the very serious " situation " - most of them I bet - " pussyfooting ".

San Francisco wake up - on many fronts linked to - Quality of Life issues - you are failing - and when you cannot stand up and represent - than the time has come - for you all - to quit - and get out of the way.

Those is charge must fully comprehend you are putting us all at risk - more showing the " bad guys " - our vulnerability.

Out the door goes all your so called - " resiliency plans " - that special office - that all they do - is pussyfoot - failing to represent.

 The City and County of San Francisco  lacks sound leadership -   on issues and project that matter - morons leading other morons - who will fail us and have failed us -  right now.

We need a hearing on this matter - and more on other emergencies - where those in charge - have failed us - despicable.
