San Francisco once had the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice - it was dissolved - and " we the people " - want to know why ?
The Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice - had a qualified Director - the last one was a Federal Judge.
In 2012 the Mayor's Office of Violence Prevention Services was created - with no sound Chain of Command - nothing good can happen with Diana Oliva - Aroche as the current Director - who inept, ignorant, and more very arrogant.
The various entities that want to address Violence and related issues on the streets of San Francisco - do not have a plan that embraces " Restorative Justice " - for example - less focused on issues like " Cultural Competency " and " Implicit Bias " and more.
We need the Mothers involved with other community leaders - who have their heart - in the right place - not the usual sell outs who pander to Mayor Edwin M. Lee and his lackeys - we call them sellouts.
The two entities controlled by the Mayor's Office of Violence Prevention Services - do not take into account daily the changing demographics in the Bayview Hunters Point and the City and County of San Francisco - the recent shootings and killings are connected with the increased - G E N T R I F I C A T I O N .
It matters when people of color are pushed out - and that Blacks that use to have a population of 25% of the the total population in San Francisco - now number a paltry - 2 % - yes - Two Percent.
Those who want to do good - many of them former incarcerated individuals may mean well - by joining some non-profits - but, the " crux " of the problem - is that there is little input from the youth and young adults - who do not " TRUST " the system.
Those organizations and entities that want to support the youth and young adults - but do NOT bring them to the table - are simply wasting their time.
Think about that - before taking dictation from Diana Oliva - Aroche who is NOT qualified to address Violence issues and more makes drab - and shallow - policies. Diana Oliva - Aroche is NO leader - she is a panderer.
Once who used to shed amply and in front of the general public at SF City Hall - " crocodile tears " to make a point. A sign of weakness - uses by mostly - manipulators.
Some of us participated in creating the Community Response Network - and we put in a lot of work - and made it happen.
It was working - but then someone wanted to upset the apple cart.
Diana Oliva - Anoche has been playing with FIRE - playing one group against the other - creating " divisiveness " - and she is no leader.
She knows this - has been " pussyfooting" - for the longest time - and the time has come for her to step down - and fade away.
Yesterday, Diana Oliva - Aroche visited the Street Violence Intervention Program - situated at 150 Executive Park - again not to solve any problems - but to " bad mouth " me and what I stated in my blog - about Emeere Jackson - who was shot at Ingalls and Quesada street in the Bayview.
Not a whimper from this Director of so call Mayor Office of Violence Prevention - supposedly an expert of so called - Policy Making - lacking empathy and compassion. Time will tell.
I keep it real - and I do not give a " rat's ass " - about Diana Oliva - Aroche and her side kick jack asses - what they may say and do.
Each one of them - have failed the youth and young adults - and that is a fact - more in the Bayview Hunters Point.
Those profiting - saying they are helping the youth and young adults - Young Community Developers (YCD) - others that I will not mention - they know who they are - raking in thousands - pandering to SF City Hall - they know who they are I repeat.
Slowly but surely - what once was a well organized - the Mayor Office of Criminal Justice - now dissolved - has is being handed over to private organizations - using " out sourcing " - with an established entity that does not work - the Mayor's Office of Violence Prevention Services.
This organization operated from the Mayor' s Office Room 200 - that does not have an updated website - and lacks documents and data that the public at large - can view and be informed - on Violence and related issues.
Many unqualified non-profit organizations - with connections to the Mayor Edwin M. Lee who is corrupt - who pretend they know about Workforce for example - and try to work with the Interrupt, Predict, and Organize (IPO) - a program that could work - but does not - the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
While most people just listen to the Mayor, Edwin M. Lee lying about the program.
More harm is done by Diana Oliva - Aroche - who is the Director of the Program IPO - who has no clue what is happening - especially in the Western Addition.
Most of the programs - are run by some other Non-Profit - outsourced - with NO transparency and accountability.
Again the key directions - must come from the Probation Department at this time - and there in lies the " crux " of the problem - too many Chiefs saying and doing what they want to do - and those at " ground zero " - left to fend for themselves.
Do you know anyone who trust the Probation Department - or for that matter the POPOS? Give me a break.
It is the same with any of the organizations connected to the IPO program - who daily do not have the " key elements or leaders " in attendance - right now the Street Violence Intervention Program - does not even have a Administrative Assistant - we must ask why? We must keep it real.
First there was Kia - then Marisol - then Raj - all three Executive Secretaries excellent - but all of them - forced to leave - because the kind of issues they dealt with - were too over bearing - and that is putting it lightly.
Let me make it very clear - every since I found out how dysfunctional Street Violence Intervention Program - was having no real facilities - some four years ago - having no sound organizational operating processes in place.
Having no stability in terms of transportation and upward mobility - I did all I could - with minimum interference - to uplift the organization - today known as Street Violence Intervention Program. They use to be at 5 Thomas Mellon Circle - now they are at 150 Executive Park and more power to them - listening to Diana Oliva- Aroche - who I have NO respect for - period.
I have nothing against Arturo Carrillo, John Nauer, James Caldwell, Guy Hudson, Elder, Joseph Kaulave, others too many to name - all are my dear - friends - who I love and care for.
I do have something about how the Mayor, Edwin M Lee and Diana Oliva - Aroche - use people like " dirty rags " and treat them with disdain.
I not not approve their behavior and I am not afraid of these two - jerks - the Mayor and Diana.
Street Violence Intervention Program - gets its support from HealthRight360 and the SF Health Department - millions of dollars.
I am fully aware of the City and County of San Francisco - using government and private agencies - to circumvent - transparency and more accountability. Time will tell.
The recent killings and shootings - are the responsibility of the SF Police Department - more the Bayview Police Station - that has done a poor job - I give them a F-.
The recent death of Emeere Jackson and that of others - all close to me - as I personally know their parents and their family.
I am in touch with all the OGs that matter - and the consensus - is that these killings and shootings have reached saturation point.
Something has to be done about this situation at hand.
I have tried to share my experiences - and I have tried to be patient - but I cannot stand by and watch - while - our youth and young adults - are killed in bright day light - the last few killings happened in that manner.
Diane Oliva - Anoche has visited 150 Executive Park - after years - may be for the first time - yesterday - November 7, 2017 - more, because what I wrote about her ass - I said " her ass needs to be fired ".
Diana Oliva - Aroche is inept, ignorant, arrogant - and what is despicable does not have her heart in the right place - she plays one segment against the other.
If the Street Violence Intervention Program leaders want to pussyfoot with Diana Oliva - Aroche and her lackeys - they can do it .
I must speak to the TRUTH - and what is happening right now - is not acceptable.
In the mean time the rumors that the Samoans were responsible - in the latest killing - is NOT true.
Such statements made by people who are NOT responsible adds fuel to fire - and I have tried my best to stop these rumors.
Two segments of the population have suffered in the Bayview Hunters Point - the Blacks and the Samoans.
As might be accepted - both, Blacks and Samoans - play an important part in curbing violence, providing support to victims who have been killed, providing the necessary family support.
The teams have focused meetings, providing all help at the hospital - more when the victims who are in the Emergency Room - I have participated in many of these events - and have been recognized.
There are funeral arrangements - security arrangements - coordination with the SF Police Department - the many meetings with the SF Police Captains and so on and so forth.
Independently I have had and do have direct communication with the present Chief of Police as I have had with the last 12 Chiefs of Police from San Francisco in the past.
My meetings at City Hall - and the thousands of meetings I have attended - in the last 35 years - address Quality of Life issues.
While other may just talk - I write - and that is the walk for all the world to see.
I am not afraid of Mayor Edwin M. Lee - or some lackey like Diana Oliva - Aroche - who is unfit and has no role - as Director of the Mayor's Office of Violence Prevention - she has no real credentials - and whoever picked her - picked her for ulterior motives.
Good policies come from personal experience and education - we the people need a hearing - on how much money is spent on the IPO program and the SVIP Program - and each program can articulate - what help and support they get daily, weekly, monthly from the Mayor's Office of Violence Prevention.
The second tier - can address performances, attendance, turn over and related issues - linked to daily operations.
The third tier - communication and outreach with the community all over the City and County of San Francisco - that has population of 930, 000 - which grows to over one and half million - people coming in to work and more when we have conventions, and ball games. How do these fact adversely impact - Quality of Life issues - add to that congestion and so on.
The fourth tier - the role of these youth and young adults when it comes to upward mobility - career jobs - sound benefits in the interim. Is there a plan in place that we can see and evaluate.
The fifth tier - turn over and dissatisfaction - the work done by both IPO and SVIP is tedious, very difficult, demanding a lot - and adversely impacting most - the health and psychologically too. If there is data on this aspect - that would be nice.
The sixth tier - ties with the one above - how many sound and well organized " wellness classes " have been held.
I am not talking about paying some professor from City College - $100, 000 to conduct some classes - about the mission objective, performance, and related issue - but the information out dated. There are classes - more recent - and tailored made to the work - these youth and young adults can profit from.
The seventh and last tier - communication with the community - linked to " Restorative Justice " - working with the community - parents and loved ones - on " best practices at home " - " best practices as community members " - " best practices as citizens of the United States of America ".
Best practices on Nutrition and what is most import - RESPECT. Aho
