Recently - when Mayor London Breed tried to usurp her Mayoral powers - trying to intimidate - those on the SF Police Commission to follow her mandate to change the leadership of the SF Police Commission - she was in for a surprise. She got shafted, and rightly so.

Seven members sit on the SF Police Commission - four are chosen by the Mayor - the rest by the Board of Supervisors. The lone Chinese member Larry Yee - was favored by Mayor London Breed for a reason best known to her - appointed by her.

Larry Yee is not a leader - he mostly tries to speak and protect the Chinese population - and while that may be his subjective prerogative - it is a totally flawed way to represent the entire San Francisco population.

The three members chosen by the SF Board of Supervisors - and one chosen by the Mayor - Carter-Oberstone voted to appoint their own leader - the Chair and the Vice-Chair - of the SF Police Commission.

Thank God we have a few advocates monitoring the situation.

Thus sending a clear message to Mayor London Breed - San Franciscans know better. San Francisco does not support autocrats and her Mayoral Staff - most have lost their minds. 

Cindy Elias as Chair and Carter-Oberston as Vice-Chair do an excellent job. We must support them as best we can - and more Cater-Oberston.

It is a shame that Tyler Fennell - a senior staffer who works for London Breed and is an outsider - had the audacity to order Carter-Oberston to sign a draft letter and hand over his resignation. 

San Franciscans are about freedom - there is freedom, and there is license - abuse of freedom is license. 

Mayor London Breed favors license - bringing the sordid and unpleasant  " hood "to SF City Hall.

Sean Elsbernd should be ashamed of himself for making statements that are not becoming of his Jesuit education. 

Is it a shame that Sean Elsbernd, who has deep ties with Diane Feinstein, suggests the current leadership  - Cindy Elias and Carter Oberston - does not bode well for the corrupt administration he works for? 

I attend the SF Police Department Commission virtual meetings. 

I know what is happening - the entire SF Police force in San Francisco is in toto - demoralized. Soon there will be pandemonium.

Tyra Fennell does not comprehend decent San Franciscans - we do not operate - as some do in the hood - order people around - if it is too hot in the kitchen - fade into oblivion.

How can a selfish - inept, spinless person not educated on issues - like Tyra Fennell, Director of Commissions and Community Relations, who has jumped from one place to another - be allowed to mess things up in San Francisco.

Does not even know to send a standard press release - as when Charlotte Shultz passed away as Chief of Protocol. 

Corruption has reached an all-time high in San Francisco.

The Mayor wants the vote of the Chinese - and she can have it all.

Recently we had the Chinese from San Francisco - play an essential role in gerrymandering our Districts - led by Mayor London Breed, Trya Fennell, Sean Elsebend, and others.

Yvonne Lee blindly carries the mandate to Mayor London Breed - making changes to essential ordinances - adversely impacting - Quality of Life issues in San Francisco.

In the past, SF Ethics Commission Chair - Mayor London Breed was fined $23,000 - she is still closely monitored - make no bones about this fact - the corruption is on every level. 

Malia Cohen aims to be the California Controller. A weasel.

Plans were afoot to anoint Malia Cohen as the SF Police Commission Chair by Mayor London Breed so that Mayor London Breed could plan her ploys, machinations, and shenanigans. 

Malia Cohen has plans of her own - she jumped ship from the SF Police Commission - now wants to become the California State Controller - she is not fit for the job - but, as happens, the crooks get want they want. 

The Department of Justice - under Community Oriented Policing Services - conducted their own survey in San Francisco - and mandated the SF Police Department to implement 272 policy changes.

This process took 5 years - and over $800,000 were spent - while all the time - the SF Police Department force shrank to a measly 1200 today - the force strength to be maintained by the SF City Charter - 2000.

Early retirement, health issues, the pandemic, stress - a large number of SF Police Officers - nearing 55 years old - will soon bring the force to 800.

Sean Elsbernd, Tyra Fennell, Mayor London Breed, and her other lackeys have no experience in many areas - what is important to note is that they cannot make a needs assessment that is sound.

The turnover at the Mayor's office is mind-boggling - and the Mayor London Breed is busy pussyfooting around - cutting ribbons, barking up the wrong tree - failing to be at the office and doing her job.

For this stupidity, she is paid $450,000 plus perks and grafts that come with the territory.

In the interim, our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our beloved Elders, and those with compromised health - more of our mentally and physically challenged are slowly dying.

Willie L. Brown could not serve any more terms as the Speaker of the House - in Sacramento, California. So he was forced out - and he forced himself in - and ran for Mayor of San Francisco.

If anyone knew Willie - he is a master planner - with can retain every detail - as he has a photographic memory.

He hired thousands of so-called Administrative Assistants - and placed them in important roles and places - to this day - they do his bidding.

Some of them, Mayor London Breed, the former City Administrator Naomi Kelly, and Malia Cohen, now aim to become California's Controller,  and many more. All. of them lackeys.

I have personally known the last 12 SF Police Chiefs personally.

I have participated in the PERF reports, most collecting dust on the shelves.

When Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS), an entity working with the Department of Justice, came to San Francisco - I attended all the meetings.

The pandemic brought about virtual meetings - I attend most SF Police Commission meetings and know what is happening.

Commissioners Cindy Elias and Max Cater-Oberstone have done an excellent job on the SF Police Commission. 

From time to time, I have supported the SF Police Chief - Bill Scott, knowing well that behind the scenes, he is taking marching orders from Mayor London Breed, who knows little about Policing.

London Breed's stint at U.C. Davis and some little learning at the University of San Francisco are insufficient to lead San Francisco.

San Francisco is not a first-class city anymore. 

The recession is here - millions of square footage of commercial Real Estate vacant.

The pandemic surge coupled with Monkeypox is here in San Francisco - increased daily - most not wearing masks - the first line of defense.

We have too many Commissions - one linked to Public Works, another to Streets and Sanitation - there should be one created to monitor the Mayor's Office that is in shambles.

The Mayor loves to be in the limelight - any good Mayor is hands down and must address the good, bad, and ugly. 

London Breed breaks the law, is fined by the SF Ethics Commission, and is monitored by Law Enforcement.

Tyra Fennell, an outsider, Sean Elsbernd, who takes orders from the MACHINE, and the others at the Mayor's office who think they are untouchable will be in for a surprise. 

Banners like you see above flew all over the Bayview Hunters Point - bluffing the people - nothing much has changed - it is now worse under the heifer - time will tell. Even when the banner wore out - they were kept until the winds - just brought them down.

Production of vital goods, labor issues where large cities - millions of people - locked down.

Everyone - staying put in their homes - the autocratic Chinese military monitors every move and all this and more - is stressing the Chinese people.  

Face recognition technology has captured so much information - that sophisticated algorithms - can compute and zero in on anyone in their database - and reveal - anything the Communist Chinese want to know.

In 2013 the Communist Chinese hacked the Office of Personnel Management - millions of Federal workers. Today, the Chinese have this information - even those who had clearance.

Why would America trust the Chinese with medical and other goods - when China sends dangerous drugs to America every day to destroy our youth and young adults - creating millions of addicts - hooked on Fentanyl and other dangerous synthetic opioids.

China uses Mexico as the staging ground - tunnels dug from Mexico to places like San Diego - bring in the dangerous drugs - every day to America.

 It is a pity we citizens have no clue about the empirical data - and our Law Enforcement fast asleep at the cockpit - in some cases complicit. 

Here is San Francisco; one has just to spend some time in and around the United Nations Plaza - Seventh and Market Street. 

All sorts of wheeling and dealing - drug deals - go the Mission in and around 24th Street - you will witness the same.

China has thousands of spies - propped in the right places - in our neighborhoods - they laugh at us - while our corrupt politicians - fall for their ploys.

One has to go to the SF Assessor's Office and find out the thousands of homes - bought - using " dark money " from China.

Over sixty percent of our commercial space is vacant - here in San Francisco. The recession - is knocking at our door. Our SF Board of Supervisors still dealing with mundane issues. California is the fifth largest economy in the world - all that will soon be naught.

We have over forty thousand homes vacant in San Francisco.

Homeowners prefer to keep many of these second homes vacant - then rent them out.

Many renters fail to maintain the homes - others will stay for some time and skip paying the rent.

Thousand of decent San Franciscans - families - have left San Francisco.

There has been an influx of Chinese immigrants - and most take some time to speak English. Two or three years.

Now, it has become the "in" thing to allow many Chinese immigrants to participate in Public Comment at our meetings held at City Hall. Never mind, they have not read our Constitution - less have no clue about Democracy.

These Chinese immigrants do not speak their own thoughts - repeat some diatribe that someone else has written - or coach them to speak.

Our Democracy is being compromised - even if the comments are being translated - the main point being - the comments are the same.

Time and time again - no variation in the comments. 

All this and more - compromises our Democracy - we value our freedom and prefer each one to express themselves - freely. We do not favor parroting.

The only segment of the population that must be addressed first when it comes to restitution and restoring their ancestral lands - back to them are the indigenous tribes of Turtle Island.

For the ignorant - Turtle Island - was the name given to what is now the United States of America.

Here is San Francisco - if you go to our SF General Management Plan, you can read and find out that the Muwekma Ohlone - is acknowledged by the City and County of San Francisco.

The City and County of San Francisco - can access their own Commendations given by the Human Rights Commission, the SF Board of Supervisors - to the Chair of the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe, and the Muwekma Ohlone Tribal Council.

Recent DNA studies done by experts - and endorsed by Stanford University, other Universities, and experts - such as the University of Chicago - clearly stated chronologically and backed by an ethnohistorian - that the Muwekma Ohlone is a Tribe - and has jurisdiction over San Francisco and beyond. 

For the City and County of San Francisco - to acknowledge the Ramaytush Association Association - as if it is the rightful tribe of San Francisco - in some sort of fake acknowledgment over San Francisco - is totally uncalled for.

Acknowledgment is an essential element - it leads to Federal Recognition. The Muwekma Ohlone Tribe was on the Federal Register until 1927.

Once a tribe is acknowledged - it cannot be unacknowledged.

Once a tribe is on the Federal Register - no one can remove the tribe - without the consent of the acknowledged tribe.

San Francisco is a racist city and has been known for many atrocities committed against the Chinese; long segregated and abused - Chinatown was once seen with disdain - it took a lot of work - to bring Chinatown to light and shine in San Francisco.

Blacks in San Francisco could not own homes - Blacks were given menial jobs, and even today at SF City Hall - discrimination shows its ugly head. 

During World War II - Japanese American citizens were ordered out of their community - and taken to camps - where they were treated as second-class citizens - even though they were Americans.

To begin, no one signed over one single square inch here in San Francisco or California.

Each tribe or clan knows its history. The California tribes must unite, and any tribe that lived here for thousands of years - must be acknowledged. 

We know the Whites were not here in California five hundred years ago. The Russians and others came as fur traders - they traded and left.

If one is Native American - we must acknowledge this fact.

Those who have their heart in the right place - and have an affinity to stand tall and represent all Native American tribes must do so - more so, indigenous people all over the world need our help.

I am in contact with Chairperson Charlene Nijmeh and explained the many so-called Land Acknowledgement statements - now being made before the various City Commission - without knowing what they are saying. 

The Ramaytush Association is not a Tribe - it is simply wrong for an Association to bring this concept before the City and County of San Francisco without vetting - any Land Acknowledgement language - before the Muwekma Ohlone and other Tribes that the Muwekma Ohlone have embraced for decades.

The United States has signed over a hundred treaties and broken each so-called treaty.

Today we see the confusion of the many Ballot Measures - those sponsoring the ballet, be it 27 or 26 or some other - creating confusion in the voters' minds.

When indigenous people have something sustainable, someone will come to muddy the waters.

Whites know well - how to divide and rule. Much as sellouts do.

I am concerned about disinformation, misinformation, and some associations trying to bring confusion where there must be clarity based on empirical data - after all, it is essential to value indigenous - human values going back twenty-three thousand years.

We know indigenous people speak truth to power - so for some to hoodwink us in broad daylight is not a paradox - speaks to the evolution of our sordid times.

The City and County of San Francisco are playing with fire - regarding the Native American Graves Protection and Rehabilitation Act (NAGPRA).

There are Shellmounds all over San Francisco - containing human remains that are Sacred to all Tribes - the Muwekma Ohlone takes this duty seriously.

I have not seen nor heard the Ramaytush Association ever being interested with NAGPRA - they are only interested in speaking in general terms - having no clue about the process and, of course, an entitlement duly earned - demands proven action that benefits the indigenous people on many levels.

There were two hills at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - that were demolished to create the Naval Shipyard.

The Serpertine Rock crushed at the two hills - released asbestos fibers - together with the dirt and the remains buried on the hills - the United States Navy - used it all as a fill-in to create the artificial land.

There has been no archaeological survey done by the United States Navy - no characteristic detail sampling done to this date.

In fact, the United States has been in denial - while the Developers are salivating to build homes on the very contaminated ground - that is Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - where Depleted Uranium was tested.

The Precaution Principle, which is the law in San Francisco - embraced by the City and County of San Francisco - has not to be exercised - by warning the U.S. Navy not to maintain standards. Time will tell.

As we all know, the U.S. Navy must clean up what is contaminated - preferably to residential standards - rather than capping - place a few inches of clay and call it a day.

The United States Navy chose not to attend the recently held SF Government Audit and Oversight meeting on September 15, 2022, at 10 am in Room 250 at SF City Hall.

To make matters worse, the Chair of the Government and Oversight Committee - chose to take two agenda items before listening to agenda items three, # 220720, and four, # 220721 - that many came from far away - to testify.

Item three  - Buried Problems and a Buried Process -" The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard in a Time of Climate Change " and item four # - The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard in a Time of Climate Change" - I am spelling out the titles for all to see and reflect.

The Grand Jury - given the circumstances - where the United States Navy hindered any deep investigation - and had to depend on experts and archives with information - but these take tons of time and labor. 

In the end, the report speaks to contamination, Climate Change, and many adverse impacts - and asks the SF City Department heads - to help solve the mess.

The SF City Departments lack standards and have NO clout to enforce anything.

Besides Parcel A - the rest of the contaminated parcels belongs to United States Navy - which does not want anything to do with sound transparency and accountability  - linked to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

We have the SF City Attorney's Office, past and present - it has failed to deliver on issues that matter most. The judicial power of the SF City Attorney - is tarnished, and now that office swims in a cesspool - a cesspool of its own making.

We have the Controller's Office - the Whistle Blowers' Program is a JOKE.

Why would anyone bring the empirical data to the Controllers' Office and the SF Controllers' office - he sits on the facts and kicks the can down the street.

It is incredible how these crooks circulate - like musical chairs - Joaquim jumping to become the Assessor - a B move star - before that at the Mayor's Office of Economic Development - who has no account experience less in property management.

Worse, the SF City Attorney sitting at all the meetings - making sure to toe the line in Room 250 once the August Chamber - now turn into a den - a cabal of wannabees who mean nothing to the taxpayers of San Francisco.

The Controller, the so-called Budget Legislative Analyst, has no sense of history and less sound empirical data - the many flaws. 

In broad daylight - the well season liars - pass flawed legislation - and now dare to overturn Proposition E - that we voters passed. 

The Mayor's representative - they change so many times - like changing a child's diapers.

These idiots dare to say something, and it all means nothing at all.

 Their representation is worth nothing - and so is the barking of the Mayor, London Breed. Given a chance to speak - she spews tons of toxic hot air. She is not educated on issues - she is from the hood.

She surely can manipulate

Here is Willie L. Brown Jr. - signing the transfer of Parcel A - the Secretary of the Navy, England joining him at the table. Behind you see the machine - Diane Feinstein, who today cannot remember what happened yesterday - Nancy Pelosi - shaking like a reed in the wind - corrupt to the core.

The corruption we know today - started in 1996 with Mayor  Willie L. Brown Jr. - carried on by Gavin Newsome, and of course, was the worse when Edwin Mah Lee - had everything laid out - even Lucifer fled the scene. 

San Francisco could have done better - however, the Democrats must remember they will reap - the evil seeds they planted.

The corruption in San Francisco - is well designed by the MACHINE.

The past and present SF City Attorneys and the SF Controller may say what they please - that is their prerogative - the fact remains - they are part of the evil scheme - we call - abject corruption.

The data from the City and County of San Francisco is flawed - what is important to note - the software is antiquated. 

Had we had the presence and vision to serve the taxpayers - we could have already had a digital vetted - platform.

The taxpayers are kept in the dark - and millions of dollars - are wasted - the SF Central Subway started with a budget of $600 million.

Four years passed its completion date - in a few months, it will be completed  - the budget has reached $1.8 Billion. 

The Sewer System Improvement Project started with a budget of $ 6 billion - today, it has reached $12 billion - and is heading for $20 billion.

The Grand Jury may prepare a document - the issues at hand are enforcement and correcting the ongoing mess.

The other issue is who is responsible for monitoring the corruption - when the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. 

Each of the 24 SF City Department or so  -each a silo - doing as it pleases - the Directors do not give a damn.

After years of disarray, a new Commission was created on San Francisco's Streets and Sanitation. 

Another new Commission linked to the Department of Public Works - complete with orientation on bids, the budget, low bids, all sorts of certification, compliance, and more, and the utter nonsense that has been part of operations for decades.

Time each get a brain transplant and a complete - blood transfusion of sorts. 

Have you ever heard of a City Attorney - monitoring a Department - be it an Enterprise Department - such as the SF Public Utilities Commission - with 2000 employees - deciding - to head the Department he is investigating?

Only- in San Francisco, such utter nonsense is tolerated. 

We now have a fox guarding the chicken coop.

Each of these characters has a history of abject corruption.

Each of these has shown its true colors.

The SF Public Utilities Commission Budget - a shame - in the middle of the pandemic - with a recession looming and waiting to knock at our door. There is little transparency and accountability. On the SFPUC budget committee - Seat 1  - now seats (Environmental Justice) Ajami, and Seat 2 seats (Sophina Maxwell); both commissioners lack construction experience and have no experience linked to Construction Management.

The layperson has no time to follow the ploys, machinations, and shenanigans at SF City Hall - the many inept City Departments - having a field day.

To add fuel to the fire, the pandemic has kept many middle-managers at home - you can call any telephone number - never receive a reply to the many messages one leaves - time will tell.  

The City and County of San Francisco have a $14 billion-plus budget. How is this money spent? We, the taxpayers, want to know?

Mayor London Breed makes more than $450,000 a year.

The SF Public Utilities Commission General Manager makes more than $450,000 annually.

Other inept jerks who have no experience - just kicking the can down the street. 

We tolerate such nonsense - because we give these charlatans a pass.

You would not know that the despicable state of affairs is unbearable from the filthy streets, the makeshift tents, the drug needling on the streets, and the addicts shooting in broad daylight.

On September 15, 2022, for the first time in over two years - I entered Room 250 at City Hall - it was stinking of Sulphur - and a lack of honesty, transparency, and accountability was evident. 

The first two agenda times, # 220505 and #220506, an investigation conducted by the SF Grand Jury to improve San Francisco's Capital Construction Program, were a farce.

We sat for over two hours - the SF Government Audit and Oversight Committee - Members Dean Preston (Chair) - Connie Chan, and Rafael Mandelman committee members - the endless questions many pointless - took unnecessary time - and we, the taxpayers, had to sit on the hard benches - and watch the buffoonery.

Their plan tire those attending the meeting - their time will come - when they will scream, tear their hair - froth at the mouth - and more. Karma!

The SF City Attorney was present and left the Chambers for an extended period; the Budget Legislative Analysts both were there but lost in their thoughts.

The Mayor's office representative had no clue what was happening. 

Our agenda items were next #220720 and 220721 were next - many left as many had come to speak on these two agenda items - the Grand Jury report on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard in a Time of Climate Change.

The thousands who died were not mentioned - from the hearing and the deliberations - from the adverse impacts - exposure to atomic elements, pollution, contamination, asbestos structures, and more. The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a Toxic Soup that has long been spoken of - how about abatement and mitigation to Residential Standards - with sound timelines and goals.

I have monitored this situation for over 40 years. Two hills were dynamited, and the infill created what is now called Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Few know about this. This land will return to the Ocean - Sealevel will seal the deal - before 2033.

The two hills - much like the present Bayview Hill - mostly contained Serpertine Rock - when crushed, the Serpertine Rock - releases Abestos Structures. No mention was made of this fact.

The remains of the Ohlone - the Shellmounds were destroyed - and the contents made part of the infill. This is a desecration of the highest order. No mention was made of this fact.

There has been no archeological survey done - nor has there been any meaningful cumulative investigation done - California Environmental Quality Act.

Characterization of the soil is critical, and this one singular fact and other empirical data are left out.

The SF City and County want to build 30,000 homes on the contaminated ground - no one should live at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Let us pay heed to the Precautionary Principle - after all, the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - was put and is on the Superfund List.

Only the worst contaminated Department of Defense locations are on the Superfund List. Please make a note of this fact. 

The SF Audit and Oversight Committee members have no clue about the Precautionary Principle. 

Nor do they have any knowledge of the Native American Graves Protection and Rehabilitation Act ( NAGPRA).

The United States Navy refuses to participate in these joint meetings.

The SF Health Department has failed the Bayview Hunters Point community.

The SF Health Department has spent thousands to survey and collect relevant data - from the victims exposed to cesium, mercury, lead, plutonium, methane gas, and more. Used the data to receive grants it has spent on its own needs.

Again received millions in grants - and have not served the affected Bayview Hunters Point community - infants, children, youth, young adults, our Elders, and those with compromised health.

The SF Health Department representative, Dr. Philips, may say what she wants - but none of what she says is worthy - if there is no action that benefits the community.

Dr. Philips had the audacity to declare the United States Navy - needs to be admonished for not being in attendance. The SF Department of Health is guilty - it has not done due diligence.

The few advocates that spoke - have been at tug -a- war - and making some little - progress. 

The SF City and County and the Mayor of San Francisco - London Breed - seem to pooh-pooh the Grand Jury's recommendations.

The SF Board of Supervisors President - Shamann Walton - boldly stated that the entire Shipyard should be cleaned.

That is easily said than done - the technical terms are abated and mitigated.

We want to know to what standards? Residential standards are what are needed. That will cost money - over $5 - 8 billion.

Diane Feinstein - what has she done for you lately?

See if you can pinpoint all those in the photograph - smiling and salivating - with intent trying to build homes - on the very contaminated ground; remember - they have blood on their hands. Depleted Uranium was tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The sellouts on the payroll - were not present at this meeting -  Veronica Hunnicutt, Oscar James, Juliet Ellis, Harlan Kelly, Toye Moses, Linda Richardson, Eloise Patton, and Dwayne Jones.

DionJay Brookter, Doris Vincent, Malia Cohen, Sophina Maxwell, and many other Black sellouts are barking up the wrong tree.

Most of these folks - ignorant and arrogant have blood on their hands.
