ESPANOLA JACKSON BAYVIEW ICON RECEIVES LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT IN HUMAN RIGHTS ADVOCACY - 2012.

Espanola Jackson has fought for the rights of everyone in San Francisco.

Espanola Jackson makes her residency in the Bayview - and has challenged the City to do right by her people. More all San Franciscans.

The challenges have been different and at different times over the last 50 years plus - she has put her best foot forward.

At the Human Right Even held in Room 416 at 5:30 pm - Espanola Jackson turned the tables around - when she called upon the Director of the Human Rights Commission to stand by her at the podium - and read a Resolution and gave Director Theresa Sparks an AWARD.

This did not come as a surprise to those that know Espanola Jackson - and the look on Director Theresa Sparks face was one of humility and appreciation.

There were many constituents from the Bayview present - and they were there in their own way to say "thank you".

Chief among them - Bishop Ernest Jackson, Robert Woods, her children, her grand child - and many admires.

Among others to wish Espanola Jackson were our own City Administrator Naomi Kelly - and Supervisor Scott Wiener from District 8.

Now that Espanola Jackson has received her Human Rights Commission - "HERO" - Legacy Award for Lifetime Achievement in Human Rights Advocacy - she took the opportunity to further the cause of all African Americans in our City and County of San Francisco.
Two studies that lay still and dormant - the two studies being - one the "Unfinished Agenda" - and secondly the "African American Out-Migration".

Espanola Jackson ardent desire is to establish the: Black Human Rights Leadership Council Of  San Francisco - at the Southeast Facility Commission - 1800 Oakdale to further the cause of all Blacks in and around San Francisco - and more humanity.

SCOTT WIENER PANDERS TO THE CORRUPT AND SEEKS TO GRAB POWER FOR HIMSELF.

The Democratic Party must be ashamed of itself - and more the SF Democratic Central Committee - encouraging corrupt and power grabbing - egotistic candidates such as Scott Wiener to tarnish the FAIR name of our City and County of San Francisco.

The man; Scott Wiener - further has the audacity to name fellow candidates on his slate - a four page campaign flyer - most of whom are QUEER - on  a San Francisco Democratic Central Committee (SFDCC) Slate - to take control of the SFDCC - for purely ulterior motives. Despicable!

What is happening to San Francisco?

Enough of this power grabbing - and this City has already suffered tremendously from the flight of decent families - father, mother, and children.

What is so common sense about Scott Wiener platform - who touts the following:

 1. Street Enforcement.

In all the time Scott Wiener has been living in San Francisco - he has just now awoken from his slumber - like Rip Van Winkle -  he now wants to deal with Street Lighting - which is a very convoluted subject.

No one really knows - how to address this situation - since most of the street poles and lights come under the jurisdiction of Pacific Gas and Electric. The remaining under SF Public Utilities Commission.

Both entities have been stalling to address this burning issue - and even today - cannot come to the table and fully address it - in a logical manner - complete with time-lines and a complete - program.

For years we have many areas that have no decent Street Lighting. At this juncture to capture votes this man - has arisen from this slumber - pretending he can solve this on going problem.

Many of us have been tackling it for years. Why just now?

2. Safer Streets and Sidewalks.

This bond was passed by the people not by Scott Wiener. And what is important - constituents pay for repairs of our side walks. Constituents will fork up and address the Bond Issue - from their pockets.

Constituents living in San Francisco pay very high  taxes - Scott Wiener does not pay crap - we pay his salary.

For years Proposition B had money set aside for road paving. Our City chose to use the money for planting trees - preferring to defer maintenance - linked to the paving of roads and pot holes repairs.

This man now wants to take credit for the $300 million Bond Measure - that the Department of Public Works and many of us constituents fought for - to remedy the situation and repair and pave our City Street. This man is a JOKE.

Truly speaking Supervisor was the man - who tried to address the issue - early on. Stating clearly about the back log - and the over $300 million need to address the pot holes and the sad state of affairs - linked to our roads.

3. Graffiti Abatement.

Some of us have been working Citywide to fight Graffiti. Scott Wiener has only been concerned about his District 8 - where most young people - do not respect him.

Brand new facilities built at Dolores Park were vandalized - Scott Wiener does not have the guts to approach the youth - who detest him. He can only pander to those - who like him - will tout people and hide in the closet.

This was the man who targeted the very poor and wanted those wheeling their belongings in shopping carts to be cited. This is the man who wanted QUEER youth who were hanging in a Private Park - to be cited. This is a man who has no COMPASSION.

4. Creating affordable housing for the Middle Class.

Scott Wiener and his ilk are driving Middle Class Families out of San Francisco. In the last five years over 50,000 families with children - have taken flight - and left San Francisco for ever.

Good middle class families and the QUEER agenda - do not go hand in hand.

Scott Wiener is a QUEER - one tracked - a person who has a "hidden agenda". Just study his slate. He is NOT for a united San Francisco.

The whole of last year only 235 so called affordable units were built. The least amount in twenty plus years. Scott Wiener talks a good talk on this issue - but the empirical data - proves he and his ilk are all - fake and full of hot air.

5. Planning for the needs of Seniors.

I did not hear Scott Wiener speak up for our Seniors recently - when City wide issues were discussed - in Room 250.

At the same hearing - he continued the agenda item on "Street Lighting" and left the August Chambers - May 21, 2012. He failed to represent the Seniors - be it QUEER or others.

Now he has introduced some legislation favoring QUEER Senior Housing - Scott Wiener touts falsely - that he wants to help all Seniors - this man is a LIAR.

DO NOT VOTE FOR A MAN WHO HAS A HIDDEN AGENDA AND DOES NOT HAVE THE BEST INTEREST OF ALL THE PEOPLE OF SAN FRANCISCO.

VOTE NO - WHEN IT COMES TO A PERSON WHO CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

This man is backed by Big Developers and Corrupt Folks - he is trying his best to climb up the political ladder - and will FAIL.

The Ethics Commission has already brought to his attention - that we have the Brown Act and the other salient and pertinent laws - that all decent, law abiding citizens must follow - that he has not followed.

Scott Wiener - a staunch Zionist - thinks, he is above the law.

His track record is murky and what is more needs constant sunshine.

Scott Wiener is fake - he talks a good talk - but cannot walk the walk. He targets the most vulnerable - and I have seen him do that - again and again.

His legislation is shady. Recently he initiated one on Student Housing - and brought it before the Land Use. Only, to be referred to the SF Planning Commission - where he was exposed - for faulty legislation and the many amendments - linked to "Student Housing". Go figure!

Remember to vote NO - when it comes to some one like - SCOTT WIENER - a transplant who does not have the best interest of decent families in San Francisco.

I am talking father, mother, and children - good, decent families - be it middle class or poor class.

DPW - EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION AWARDS AND ANNIVERSARY SERVICE PIN CEREMONY - 2012.

It is always nice when you stumble across a ceremony - pause and find - that the ceremony or event is pleasing to you and your friends.

I was at City Hall for another meeting when I stumbled on the Department of Works - 2012 Employee Recognition Awards and Anniversary Service Pin Ceremony.

What a pleasant surprise.

This ceremony took place at City Hall - in the South Light Court on May 22, 2012 at 10 am.

The current Director - Mr. Mohammed Nuru is well known to me and so is the Deputy Director Fuad Sweiss.

I could name all the people; I know at the Department of Public Works (DPW) - but that is not the purpose of this article.

I learned quickly when I worked for Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco - that the award ceremony and the ceremony honoring one - for time spent - was always well received and respected.

I was watching the DPW employees - many of them know me - and they all were pleased at this unique ceremony.

There was a kind of awe and rejoicing when fellow DPW employees were honored - when the service pins were given to the many employees - 30 year pins, 25 year pin, 20 year pin, 10 year pins, 5 year pins - all very nice.

It pleased me that I stumbled upon this ceremony - an so I pulled out my camera and took a number of photographs.

The photographs speak for themselves.

Kudos to DPW and all the employees who work hard to put their best foot forward to serve our great City and County of San Francisco.

God Bless You All.

SENIORS PAINTED A ROSY PICTURE WHILE DAILY ENDURING HELL ON EARTH IN SAN FRANCISCO.

It is not funny anymore - when the Seniors are called to a Town Hall meeting - to vent, shout, scream - and told by those that can do something for them - that the future is bright.

Such was a meeting held at City Hall on May 21, 2012 that started at 10:30 am in Room 250.

Daily the Seniors in San Francisco by large - experience hell on Earth.

After the drab presentation - generalities were offered - with no solutions in sight - and for sure NO solutions with time lines.

It was time for so called Public Comment - a measly - two minutes.

Senior after Senior - came to the podium and spoke in English and Chinese. Those that spoke in Chinese had their statements translated in English.

The theme was the same - " we the Seniors of San Francisco are treated with disdain".

The presentation given by the authorities did not reflect the situation at hand.

The situation today; concerning the Seniors in San Francisco is simple - too many Seniors - who should be having peace of mind and good health - are suffering.

Many of them thrown on the streets of San Francisco - to fend for themselves.

Here are some photographs:

Seniors leaving San Francisco in droves and families with children too:

http://www.sfexaminer.com/local/2012/05/parents-exiting-city-droves-leaving-older-relatives-their-own

Our City has all the information - all the data - all the required information. What is lacks is genuine - leadership:

http://www.sfgov.org/site/frame.asp?u=http://www.sfhsa.org/

SENIORS IN SAN FRANCISCO - OVER 200,000 - IN DIRE ECONOMIC STRAITS AND IN PERIL.

Any Nation that respects its SENIORS is worth the salt.

In San Francisco -  over 200,000 Seniors - are in dire economic straits and in peril.

Those in authority in our FAIR CITY -seem to look the other way around - and avoid the situation at hand. Why?

We have a population of 800,000 that lives in the City - on any day that increase to over a million and a half - because so many come to work - and that increases when we have conventions and other such events - like base ball and foot ball - games.

For the last 15 years with INTENT our City and County of San Francisco - has NOT addressed the salient and pertinent factors - adversely impacting our Seniors.

When you dare pity the Seniors against CORRUPT forces - the WRATH of GOD - will deal with those that cross the line - and dare challenge - that which must be respect - age, wisdom, character - legacy.

The underlining  reasons - failing our SENIORS is simple - our City has LOST its compassion and in doing so has failed its moral duties, its fiscal obligations, compromised its once noble standards, and totally failed our Seniors - who have contributed so much to our Nation and to San Francisco.

The Baby Boomers - are here and as they near 65 years - many; think may be - that there is some rainbow on the horizon.

Some one will come to their assistance. Waiting for Godot!

Daunted by the 2008 economic crash, the failed programs of our City and County of San Francisco.
Many Seniors are facing severe hardships and have been for the last 10 years - in growing numbers.

Foremost; Care not Cash, lack of affordable housing, lack of housing for low income and no income - our Seniors are forced to irk out a living - that is worse than most third world countries.

We have the statistics and detail reports, sound analysis - but NO ONE CARES:

http://www.sfbos.org/Modules/ShowDocument.aspx?documentid=37851

Hearings before the SF BOZOS do not help. Hearings just created a venue for those hurt to vent - and then there is this long, deep silence - and more harm - NO good takes place.

Our Seniors need help with affordable housing. Our Seniors who are Veterans must not be left to fend for themselves on the Streets of San Francisco.

Shelters is NO PLACE for our shelters.

We have over 30,000 vacant homes in San Francisco.

We have the ability - if we apply ourselves to cater to our Seniors.

Our leadership is lacking in compassion, in understanding, spewing diatribe in the Main Media, the SFGOV TV with shallow, drab, inept presentations - that go no where.

We saw this crap with Gavin Newsom and we see the CRAP - today. No one can fool - all the people all the time.

Our Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce has failed.

Our Mayor's Office of Housing - has failed the Seniors.

Some drab machinations and ploys linked to HOPESF are going no where.

Affordable housing, rental housing, and now even Single Residency Occupancy (SROs) are targeted by folks like Supervisor Jane Kim. Why?

I will be attending a meeting at City Hall at 10 am today - to express my views - on our Seniors.

Take your time and read this detail report:

http://www.sfbos.org/Modules/ShowDocument.aspx?documentid=37851

No one ever - can fool all the people all the time.

Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

Where are the leaders in San Francisco? What are our SF BOZOS in Room 250 - really doing?

FIFTY YEARS - THE VIETNAM WAR - 1962 -2012.

The time has come to first respect; thank those who were sent to fight the Vietnam War as American soldiers.

The time has come to salute those that came home to the United States - and were NOT welcome.

Young men and women answered their Nation's call. Never mind - if the politicians had it their way. The men followed the orders - much as they do today - as they did going to fight a war - in Iraq and Afghanistan.

We; in the United States lost 58,000 soldiers in Vietnam. Many of our soldiers dead bodies - were shipped to the Presidio of San Francisco - where make shift arrangement were made - before the remains were shipped all over the Nation.

50 years have flown quickly - and some of us have forgotten that horrific war - in Vietnam.

Here in California we have thousands of Vietnamese who fled their Nation - to become citizens of the United States. These Vietnamese have their story to tell.

Many of them are my friends - but, I try to stay away from the politics of what the North stood for and what the South tried to attain.

Once ruled by the French - the Vietnamese - had to survive and fight their own independence. Much as we see today - in North Korea and South Korea. Palestine and Israel. India and Pakistan.

Many chose not to go to Vietnam - chose to flee to Canada and to other countries.

There was much confusion - with the military spreading reports that all was well - when our troops were killed in the thousands.

That war in Vietnam in the dense jungles was a guerrilla war where the Vietnamese soldier - could control the war in a manner that our soldiers - were not trained for.

It was common for many Vietnamese soldiers from the North - living in burrowed tunnels - then coming up in droves; in pitch darkness and surprising our soldiers - in the middle of the camp.

At other times building bunkers in the middle of the jungles - with means of supporting the guerrilla with thousands of soldiers - who lived in tunnels buried deep in the ground.

What favored the guerrillas was their ability to eat little - starve - the small bodies made it possible for them to crawl in small spaces, climb trees, and conduct clandestine operations - without being seen.

Our troops had never ever encountered such type of guerrilla fighting and surprise encounters.

Once in Vietnam in the thick jungles - it was too late to do anything - accept adapt - and this was difficult. The dense jungles, the mosquitoes, the rivers, the many paddy fields - other difficulties - had our soldiers at a - disadvantage.

What advantage our Nation had was air power. So, when we decided to bomb the jungles and use Agent Orange - it was as a last resort. We bombed, destroyed the foliage- bared the trees - but as I said miles of tunnels underground remain intact.

We remember the frustration of some of our soldiers - killing everyone in sight - and many a times unarmed women and children. That comes with hysteria, fear, and the dawning of utter defeat.

The Vietnamese from North did the same - treat our captured soldiers with disdain. Humiliate them and did not adhere to the Geneva Convention. To this day - historians will point the salient differences - and try to portray - our soldiers being on their best behavior.

War is a terrible thing. You see death and when you stare at death - nothing else matters.

We learned this in World War II - and early in the many battles fought in the Civil War - where millions died.

There is not a thing pretty about war - and especially in a war - where our Nation involves ourselves - under a pretext that is dubious in nature.

Seeing a dead body; seeing a wounded blooded soldier - is  not pretty.

And when body bags are brought home - all the glory of marches, and vain talk of wining a war - come to a rest - and sorrow and pain - quickly become a reality. There is a silence that is unbearable - but one that brings us to our senses - are reality sinks in.

I was old enough to have met hundreds of American soldiers - who revealed to me - a lot about the Vietnam War they had to endure.

It is amazing when you lose thirty, forty, and at times fifty of your buddies - and you live to tell the story with an amputated arm or leg. Bullets still in your body.

Nightmares, night sweats, imagining the enemy is near when you are far away in a neutral country - are realities   - I have witnessed. Years after the Vietnam War.

Fifty years have passed and the scars still remain with our soldiers.

I know too many soldiers who won the purple heart - others who won higher awards.

The awards do not mean much to the soldiers - they always speak highly of those that died and could have lived - and feel that they should have been the ones - who should have done better - and sacrificed their lives.

Recently our President, Barack Hussein Obama - publicly stated - the time has come to salute and thank our American soldiers - who served in Vietnam. I agree.

God bless America. God bless Australia and the many other countries that helped us - Cambodia, Thailand, and others who helped as as Rangers and in other pertinent - ways.

God bless the wives and children of those that did not return from the Vietnam War.

God bless those who did not return from the more recent wars - Desert Storm and Desert Shield, the Iraq war, the continuing war in Afghanistan.

It is always the children, the wives, the families, the friends - the loved ones - that some how have to resolve the loss of a loved - one. War spreads more hurt then love - we know it - but, yet - the politicians think war is the way to go.

Nations must go to war as a last resort - in recent years - we have not done that - we have chosen go to war and then fond out - why the hell we went to war?

As with the Vietnam war - the politicians often think they know better.

Generals in the Military will tell you - that is if you know some personally - that politicians have no role telling the military what is best for our Nation.

We should have learned our lesson in Vietnam. But we did not.

We went on skirmishes, bulling smaller nations - but we fell prey in Iraq and to this day in - Afghanistan.

We must honor the 58,000 who died in the Vietnam War and the many - Missing In Action - God Bless America.

STUDENT HOUSING IS A PROBLEM THAT STEMS FROM POOR LEADERSHIP IN SAN FRANCISCO.

When two nonchalant, shallow, drab San Francisco Supervisors (SF BOZOS) try to encourage student housing, initiating some fake amendments; to adversely impact Single Resident Occupancy (SRO) hotels, and pander to some corrupt interests - always remember the very corrupt Democratic Machine is behind this ploy.

Both; a Supervisor from the Castro - a Zionist - Scott Wiener originally from New York - and Jane Kim - a panderer also from New York - have no clue, less history - about Student Housing, less about the history of SROs, and even less the history about any housing in San Francisco.

Not to mention about affordable housing, housing for low income, and of course - no income.

Of course; housing for the indigent population - those very poor and aged, those mentally challenged, those physically challenged - are left to fend for themselves.

All this in the City of Compassion - named after Saint Francis Assisi - the Saint full of compassion. Today; the City has no heart - and those politicians that pretend to care - are worse than the devil - himself.

Those many that this City and County of San Francisco - has chosen to taunt, despise, harass - who live on the streets, under bridges, crash where ever they can to - survive - the very poor, the desperate - only God is on their side.

There are institutions in our City and County of San Francisco that are old and offer sound student housing - the University of San Francisco - comes to mind - over 150 years old.

The City and County of San Francisco and the two drab, shallow, corrupt Supervisors - Jane Kim and Scott Wiener would not challenge this landmark and well connected - Jesuit institution. Both would be floored and disgraced.

There is the San Francisco Art Academy not to be mistaken with the Academy of Art University - who have a long sound tradition of serving the youth - but has no sound student housing to its credit - but tries to do things legally.

Then there is the BIG CULPRIT - that has created this mess - the ACADEMY OF ART UNIVERSITY.

This so called Art Institution has taken; all the good this City has - down the drain - and into a sordid cesspool of its own creation.

The Academy of Art University is a disgrace to anything - decent.

Much before two wannabees, two transplants from New York, two panderers, two queer SF BOZOS - decided to initiate legislation - to amendment the current legislation linked to Student Housing - and pander to some interests - the Academy of Art University - went rampantly buying hundreds of buildings - all over the City and County of San Francisco - over the last forty years for sure.

Most of these buildings had rental units catering to low and moderate income constituents of San Francisco.

Illegally - the Academy of Art University - converted these buildings - with prime low and moderate rental units - into student dormitories - catering to thousands of of mostly foreign students, students from other States - and very few students from San Francisco.

No learning institution should be permitted to enroll thousands of students without a Master Plan.

Then; proceed to flood the students into any locale - to compete with any local population for low and moderate housing.

This defies logic and is the fault of the SF Planning Commission - its counter part and watch dog - the SF Department of Building Inspection (DBI).

The Academy of Art University did this for years - illegally - converting illegally thousands of rental units - into - inferior student - dormitories.

Interview the Academy of Art University Students - and find out what they have to say. And there is more .....

The Department of Building Inspection (DBI), the SF Planning Commission - should FINE this despicable institution.

An institution - who has been whoring with its students - most of them from aboard - and has raked in millions in profit - pandering as some sort of educational institution - NOT worth the salt.

The Academy of Art University is all over the place - buying Churches, has millions of square feet of commercial space - displaying antique classic cars worth millions.

Buying Sacred Places such as Churches - after the Catholic Church gave them up - either because of seismic retrofit - or to pay up when their clergy - engaged in sordid activities - such as being pedophiles.

The Academy of Art University has a well oiled; be it well trained - head hunters that can grab any Real Estate - and pay for it - because it has tons of money.

The two SF BOZOS - Jane and Scott - and others who think they can target the SROs, other smaller institutions and facilities that do have some vacancies - are totally on the wrong path.

Their current amendments - linked to Student Housing - adversely affect the wrong segment of the population - and target the wrong people - who are very vulnerable.

For starters; even the SF Planning has its empirical data -  totally flawed.

Of course after this article it will - try to say that it did make a mistake - but this only - because hundreds of angry constituents will turn out the next time - to oppose the amendment - initiated; by these two shallow, drab, sordid - SF BOZOS who have no clue what they are doing and less talking about.

Jane Kim and Scott Wiener. One worse than the other.

Some years ago - when I was at the Presidio of San Francisco - the San Francisco State University had a major problem. Many of their students - hundreds of them - living in the  dormitories had to be evacuated quickly - because of Asbestos related issues within the student housing.

Thousands of students were moved around and a large proportion of these SF State Students - were accommodate at the Presidio of San Francisco by 25th Avenue, near Baker Beach - in the once military housing - that my office was charged at short notice - to provide housing to.

Now; today - the John Stewart Company who works for the Presidio Trust - is the Property Manager and raking in millions - providing student housing to the near by Universities, Colleges, and learning institution - including the Academy of Art University.

Few know that the Presidio of San Francisco - technically a National Park - can and should house - thousands of students - in a nice environment at reasonable rates - so that they can contribute to Society.

Greedy folks will not let that happen.

When Frank Jordon  was Mayor - he could have done a lot - but failed to act. The City could have taken charge of a lot of sound housing - at the Presidio of San Francisco.

I am privy to a lot of detail information - and know all the skunks that participated in the many - ploys and machinations.

Poor planning by the Academy of Art University and its illegal activities - converting thousands of once low and moderate rental units to dormitories - has adversely and very seriously - impacted our City and County of San Francisco.

The fault lies with SF Planning, the Department of Building Inspection (DBI) - who all looked the other way.

The Academy of Art University must be fined - and the millions collected - used to build sound, decent, modern student housing - with open space and sound amenities.

We can do that easily in the Mid-Market Area. Large buildings have been lying vacant - and Conditional Use and other choice ordinances - can be put in place and the students - accommodated.

We can plan to do that at Lot 377 on SF Port Authority property - complete with transportation and sound, contemporary amenities. There is demand for sound student housing - and what is more large - write offs in place - if student housing is offered.

However, no institution however small or large must be permitted to increase its enrollment - without a Master Plan - such entities must be mandated - to accommodate the students and provide them sound transportation and decent housing.

If there are too many adverse impacts - an Environmental Impact Report - must be mandated.

Once completed and vetted - the EIR can address the salient, and pertinent issues - linked to Quality of Life issues.

This can be fixed - and in areas like Lot 377 from the inception - sound housing can be provided - the best in the world.

The SROs are catering to a segment of the population in most cases that are indigent.

Those that have fallen on bad times - and those that have ruined their lives - making bad choices and have now become a burden to - society - drug addicts, drunks, criminals - and so on.

It is totally wrong for this City and more for these two SF BOZOS - Jane Kim and Scott Wiener - to dare interfere with this segment of the population - with sound justification.

In fact; the City must improve the conditions in the SROs - where people share the rest rooms, the kitchens, and so on. Where there is constant noise, drug trafficking, prostitution, contamination, pests, bed bugs - and so on.

When those released from the jails come out - they mostly take succor in the SROs.

The City of San Francisco is involved minimally in these direct issues - the two Supervisors - dared NOT to consulted the Single Resident Occupancy (SRO) hotel operators and owners - and most importantly the SRO Task Force. What a crying - shame.

The audacity of these two queer transplants and SF BOZOS - who are all over the place - initiating amendments - while trying to climb up the political ladder - whoring and pimping - at the expense of the poor, the indigent, those vulnerable and living in SROs.

There is no logic in their thinking, less consideration, and even less compassion. And come to think these two are queer - come out of their closet - but, should know - better.

The many students who cannot find affordable student housing while they contribute millions to San Francisco - no Economy Analysis has been done - nor has they been an Economy Analysis at the SF Planning or the Land Use.

The Controller's Office and the Budget Analyst must be involved - let us not address these issues - without the full facts. Scott Wiener in particular - is a trouble maker.

When Scott Wiener first became a Supervisor - he targeted the poor and those who had their belongings in carts. Then he targeted the poor Queer Youth - who took refuge in a private park. What is wrong with this queer moron?

We have idiots - not educated on issues - trying to control the lives of the indigent, the poor, the mentally challenged, the physically challenged, others too vulnerable to understand the issues and less to defend themselves.

Many students; in many of these learning institutions prostitute themselves to make rent and survive.

This fact is known to Law Enforcement - and the two SF BOZOS too are aware of this - having a tendency to participate in nefarious activities - both of them being QUEER.

Our City and County of San Francisco touts it is for the people but it is not - surely not for the poor and the poor college and university students - learning in San Francisco.

Some years ago the Academy of Art University - targeted the Flower Market near Bryant Street. I did not see these two SF BOZOS - Jane Kim and Scott Wiener - participate in any deliberations worth the salt.

I have written extensively about the above issue - spoken to and before the SF Planning Commission - who have failed miserably and will fall on its face - when it comes to this - issue being discussed.

We had a past queer Zoning Administrator Larry Badner who was fired - he was distributing pornographic material at work.

Several high ranking Planners working at the SF Planning Department - caught in the ring - were fired.

Do you know about this - sordid episode? Inquiry minds want to know - so call the SF Planning Department and find out?

Shit happens but should not at the higher level - such as the SF Planning Department and more in the zone of the Zoning Head's Department within - the SF Planning Department.

The fired Zoning Czar - Larry Badner - was aiding and abetting the Academy of Art University by not monitoring thousands of rental low and moderate rental units - been converted to student housing in the form of - hastily converted - dormitories.

We; the Public at Large - spoke up, we fought, we screamed, we shouted to NO avail.

Last year less than 250 affordable housing units came on line in San Francisco.

Now, they say some 600 plus moderate housing units are being built at 10th and Market.

Over the last ten year - this City has neglected building affordable housing - completely neglected low and and no income housing.

The HOPESF  development and projects - initially meant for low income is going on where.

At Huntersview units now cost over $650,000 to build - who will live in these units - more surrounded by crime and contamination?

It is always about fluff and bluff - and the people that suffer most the vulnerable, the poor, those that do not know what is happening - challenged by mental and other  such maladies.

I was the Proponent of Proposition F with Jim Queen - confronting Lennar, a Rogue Developer.

Lennar a Rogue Developer - who promised us the world - and has defaulted again and again on its Deposition and Development Agreement (DDA) - linked to Parcel A.

What is the City doing about this Rogue Developer?

We are watching LENNAR - like a hawk. Believe you - hundreds of us - are.

Promises are made to build 10,500 homes on contaminated soil. No emphasis is put on through clean up, mitigation, sound abatement.

Hunters Point is a Superfund site.

Plans are afoot to cap the land - containing radioactive elements - at Hunters Point and Candlestick Point. This City has gone to dogs - dogs with fleas - more the filthy - hogs.

The City and County has NO sound Master Transportation Document covering the entire City.

It has NO sound Master Plan covering the entire City - linked to housing.

It talks the talk but cannot walk the walk.

It does not follow its own Housing Element. No one cares about those that need help most.

NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE SENIORS - MOST.

This land all of it was STOLEN from the Ohlone. I know what I speak off - when I address the sordid and thieves that make their abode at City Hall - the worst the "perverts" - the likes I have described above - SF BOZOS - and there is more............

Do not mess with the SROs - try targeting the crooks behind the operation at the Golden Gate Apartments - where hundred of rental units - built with Housing and Urban Development (HUD) money - have been converted to hotel rooms - for short term stay.

The City of San Francisco, the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce, the Mayor's Office of Housing, the other minions - who whore and pimp - have no desire to help our constituents in San Francisco - some 800,000 plus - address Quality of Life - issues.

Less the students; who have been preyed upon by greed folks who fleece them.

Many students resorting to prostitution and pandering themselves - when they must be studying and doing good by their parents.

We have a SF Planning Commission - for the longest they did NO Economic Analysis regarding "student housing" in San Francisco - but prefer to tout numbers from the New York Times and other places.

If I wrote a detail report about the SF Planning Commission and Student Housing - it would not be pretty.

If I wrote one about the Department of Building Inspection (DBI) - it would be worse.

If I wrote one about the Mayor's Office of Economic Development, the Mayor's Office of Housing, the Successor to the SF Redevelopment Agency - all hell would break lose. Pathetic!

Morons have been placed on the SF Planning Commission - who is fooling whom?

Big Developers are all lined up to build Market Value Housing - behind this scheme of sorts - a former Black Mayor and corrupt folks like Platinum Consultants - everyone knows about it - but NO ONE  will call a spade a spade. Go figure?

In the interim just like the poor - the student must survive with high rents, high tuition, selling their bodies to make a living, and comprising their mind, their values, and becoming much like - the corrupt - politicians - through no fault of their own. Aho.
