IN SAN FRANCISCO - THE MAYORAL RACE IS ON THE WRONG NOTE - NONE OF THE CANDIDATES - HAVE ADDRESSED QUALITY OF LIFE ISSUES - SAN FRANCISCO IS NO MORE A WORLD CLASS CITY - NOT WITH VERY POOR LEADERSHIP.

From left to right - Supervisor Ahasha Safai, Mark Farrell, Daniel Laurie, CEO) of Tipping Point, Mayor London Breed, Board President (SF BOS) - Aaron Peskin.

Once a shining example of excellence, San Francisco is now in disarray.

Year after year, San Francisco has been grappling with a series of challenges, and when the pandemic arrived, we were pushed to our limits.

It's a harsh reality that even the most highly educated San Franciscans are not immune to compromised quality of life.

San Franciscans struggle with exorbitant rents, skyrocketing food prices, unreliable transportation, and a pervasive sense of insecurity on the streets.

Our homes are broken into - cars broken into, shootings and killings - and we are taxed to the maximum and receive no benefits worth the salt.

Our air is contaminated - the Bay polluted - what once was clean and pristine has been taxed - and asthma and other respiratory diseases are on the increase in San Francisco.

Our Bay water has been tested, and new contaminants have been found. However, our SF Health Department does not care; they are ignored when the challenged ask for help.

Our SF Streets are filthy - dog feces everywhere - tents where people live and face inclement weather.

It is a shame that entire families in recent months are living in tents - father, mother, children, and sometimes elders - what a crying shame.

The San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing singing the Blues.

At this late date, we need good leadership. Leaders that can go to a "niche " - stop shouting and barking up the wrong tree. Think about solutions that are viable and sustainable.

Forget the pandas and the idea of having open bars where people can drink and make merry - think of those with two or three jobs. - who live a miserable life - many die slowly - from chronic stress.

Think deeply that we pay you politicians - scumbags you a salary - a salary that you do not deserve.

The drug dealers have now moved into the neighborhood - and all sorts of deals are conducted.

Again and again - we have protested to no avail.

We are supposed to have 2000 SF Police Officers working any day, yet it would not surprise anyone who dares to check the empirical data that about 900 are on duty.

One mayoral candidate tried his best to steal city land and was stopped. He ran for SF Supervisor and is now a mayoral candidate.

Another is inebriated and thinks he knows it all—for all his talk, he has no walk. He has now positioned himself, hoping rank-choice voting will yield some success.

Yet another has millions but needs to gain experience as a Mayor. He has helped the City and County—Tipping Point—aiding the homeless—but failed to do a concrete needs assessment.

When offered advice, his lackeys - think they know it all.

A decade ago, San Francisco was undeniably a first-class city. However, today, it faces substantial challenges further exacerbated by the recent pandemic.

Despite the high level of education among the residents, they need help with soaring rents, escalating food prices, and a notable lack of safety on the streets. Break-ins, shootings, and a heavy tax burden without corresponding benefits have become a harsh reality.

The mayoral candidates are under scrutiny. One attempted to wrongfully acquire city land but was halted and is now vying for the Mayor's position.

The Bayview Hunters Point has always fought for what's right - only for the corrupt to wheel and deal - the likes of Dwayne Jones and scumbags like him.

Another lacks experience but exudes unwarranted confidence, optimistic that rank-choice voting will work in their favor.

Despite considerable resources and charitable work, a different candidate needs to gain mayoral expertise and has been faulted for failing to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment and displaying an unwarranted sense of superiority instead of a willingness to learn.

Our schools are in a mess - the SF Unified School District - came under the State of California - the City and County of San Francisco decided some years ago - to bail the SFUSD - at a time when there were some standards - today, our SFUSD is in a mess.

The Rainy Day Fund is linked to our City and County of San Francisco General Fund—we did that at a time when we really cared about our children.

Today, this does not seem to be the case—the Baby C fund voted by the citizens of San Francisco has been used for something else—the current Mayor thinks she can go against the people's wishes.

When will the drab politicians—selfish to the core—learn to care for our infants, children, and youth—those who most need help? It was the same with Proposition C and E—failing to adhere to the Proposition that laid out the policies clearly—affordable housing—and help for those who need it most.

Again and again, our youth are treated with disdain - the Trans we have are educated and want some minor help with housing and safety - they are left to fend for themselves.

San Francisco embraces all - we have never closed our doors - and more being a Sanctuary City - why do those who need help most -have to come again and again - begging for help - when millions are wasted by those who do not have their heart in the right place.

We once were proud to be a First Class City - until the leaders of San Francisco - let the City of San Francisco down - today - no one is safe on the streets - for all the talk, no walk.

One mayoral candidate was briefly appointed Mayor of San Francisco, only to be replaced by the current Mayor.

Today, he is aiming to use Law Enforcement as a ploy - having no clue that over forty percent of our SF Law Enforcement - and is unhappy with the situation.

Truthfully, no one wants to join Law Enforcement—not only in San Francisco but all over the United States.

Soon, you will witness in our newspaper the corruption raging in the SF Police Department. As many as forty Police Officers have their cases pending. Most of them have passed the adjudication timelines and are, by law, null and void.

Paul Henderson tries his best to explain the protocol and has done his best to represent what is best for all the San Francisco Police Officers.

Paul has tried his best to explain the protocol to the SF Police Commission but has failed.

Wake up soon - no one will want to join the SF Police Department.

All those SF Police Officers who are suffering—waiting for their adjudication—while the SF Police Commission meetings are canceled.

All sorts of ploys and machinations put hurdles in the way of the SF Police Officers who may have made a mistake—all the same, to be fair, they have to be treated as the law states—be fair and just.

I have personally known the last twelve SF Police Chiefs - including the current SF Police Chief.

I attended all the meetings brought about by Community Oriented Police Services (COPS) - the 272 recommendations that cost the SF Police Department - over $600,000 - all sorts of side groups, one headed by Amos Brown - who has his finger in every dirty pie.

The United States Department of Justice must send its Task Force t linked to Racial Equity in Criminal Justice.

Enforce Executive Order 14091—investigate the many SF City Departments, the SF City Administrator's Office, and the SF Mayor's Office—Room 200—where the best practices are not enforced.

Our SF Controller's Office must play an important role.

The rampant corruption and the many indictments have not stopped the ongoing wheeling and dealing, with most heads of Departments in San Francisco involved.

Your time is coming.

What may the problem be?

Recently, our current Mayor - defunded the Ambassadors - whom we affectionately call " Yellow Hornets. "

The Urban Alchemy in San Francisco has amassed $62 million over the years and continues to tap into SF Police Department funds. Who permits this is anyone's guess.

At about $53 an hour - working at Urban Alchemy - is higher than the minimum wage in San Francisco - crimes continue to be on our streets in San Francisco - according to recent surveys.

More and more, the SF Police Department is playing second fiddle to secondary resources to do their work—hiring retired police officers, outsourcing to entities like Urban Alchemy, and so on.

The Yellow Hornets, unfortunately, singing the blues.

Imagine our SF Police Department was asked to reform itself. Community Oriented Police Services (COPS), attached to the U.S. Department of Justice, suggested 272 recommendations to be enforced to better most things at the SF Police Department.

Over $600,000 was spent to attain this, to no avail.

The SF Police Department has repeatedly failed to adjudicate cases linked to its force in time, stressing its police force while looking the other way.

Recently, one SF Police Commissioner was denied her seat after completing one term. Then, pressure was applied, and the SF Board of Supervisors reinstated the Commissioner—to the chagrin of the San Franciscans—to serve another term.

None of the SF mayoral candidates has a platform that caters to the needy and those in dire straits.

Blessed are the poor, for theirs, is the kingdom of heaven - said the Great Master.

Muwekma Ohlone Warrior

None of the candidates mention the Muwekma Ohlone, whose land is in San Francisco. They have no clue about respecting the land on which they live and are thieves.

Those who manage San Francisco - confused - spew all sorts of gimmicks to muddy the waters - when it comes to the indigenous people.

Fake representatives - claiming to be Indigenous - seek Land Trust ploys - trying their best to be anointed as someone they are not.

Traditionally - the host tribes have consistently been recognized. Indigenous people deeply respect the Elders and rituals that bring peace and goodness.

What is happening in San Francisco with the last five Mayors is in a pandemonium of the worst order.

Selling out the community - the SF Bayview Hunters Point.

Any Mayor must be educated on issues - none of the candidates are - if you take the Bayview Hunters Point Area - the conditions have increased from bad to worse.

Recently, the CEO of the Bayview Hunters Point Foundation For Community Improvement  - the employees in attendance on Zoom - got the shock of their lives - some key employees were fired.

Then, to make the situation even worse - he hired all men to fill the vacant positions. Where is the District 10 Supervisor in this situation?

It does not matter how many billions you have in our budget—as you see, even with a budget of $15.9 billion, you will have a $1.2 deficit in six months - after July 2024.

San Francisco needs sound leadership. The SF Board of Supervisors is a Joke. They talk and talk in circles, and when it comes to Public Comments, they give you a measly two minutes.

WE LIVE IN AN INFORMED SOCIETY - YET - DAY IN AN DAY OUT - WE SEE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - COMMITTED IN GAZA - BENJAMIN NETANYAHU - PLAYING WITH FIRE - A WAR MONGER.

For how long can we tolerate " crimes against humanity. "

At long last, we see some bleak light at the end of the tunnel in Gaza.

The United States has initiated a resolution for a three-tier ceasefire. For over eight months, the United States was complicit in providing the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) with 2,000 and 5,000 lbs of laser-beam bombs, other military hardware, and software, leading to the IDF killing and maiming infants and children.

This ceasefire comes at a time when over 38,000 innocent Palestinians have lost their lives - more than half of them infants, children, and youth.

Benjamin Netanyahu - is a war monger - and has a warrant issued to him - yet the United States does not want to adhere to the adjudication of the International Criminal Court (ICC) - that clearly states Benjamin Netanyahu and others are indicted.

Now, Benjamin Netanyahu is invited by the sordid United States Republicans to tarnish the august chambers of Congress - and spew lies, defying standards, norms, morals, ethics, and the law and rules that most Americans adhere to.

Bernie Sanders will not be in attendance, but others will.

The event is open to all Americans—decent people who believe in law and order and who have a conscience.

Those citizens, decent Americans-whose hearts are in the right place - I say evaluate the situation - we are now pandering to those that have the blood of infants, children, Elders, decent women, and men-be they Palestinians on their hands.

One-third of Americans today are fanatics - divisiveness, hatred, ignorance, lies, and cheating are their modus operandi.

These fanatics do not believe in our Constitution - they do not believe that all human beings must be respected - they believe in themselves and their sordid manners that defy decency and foster pandemonium.

For years, we have tolerated them - culminating in the January 6 incident when our August Capitol Hill under the dome that was built by President Abraham Lincoln - soon after the Civil War - a blood war - millions died - including thousands of slaves who were freed to serve in the Union Army and help win their freedom and our freedom.

We Americans fail to pause to understand the mess we have created - this land, each square inch belongs to the Indigenous, not to the Whites  - these fanatics who talk from both sides of their mouths - must understand this fact.

Frederick Douglass

President Abraham Lincoln asked Frederick Douglass for advice. The Civil War needed soldiers, and Frederick Douglass had a solution: Black people would be freed from slavery and fight for the Union Army, which they did and won the Civil War.

History records the victory, and the Union Generals take the credit. After the Civil War was won, it took two years for the slaves in Texas and other outlying areas to find out that they were free.

The Civil War ended in April 1865 when Confederate General Robert E. Lee surrendered his troops to Union General Ulysses S.

To this day, Daylacks do not have a clear definition of their status - the U.S. Constitution ratified in 1865 abolished slavery but has yet to speak to the status, further muddying the waters with the 14th Amendment.

It took the Civil Rights Act of 1964, led by Dr Martin Luther King, to open the doors and allow Blacks to fight for their rights - and they do so to this day.

In some areas, like San Francisco, the plight of Blacks is pathetic - for all the talk, there is no walk.

Much like the plight of the Palestinians - right here in the United States, we have our own Gaza - a different type - many promises made, none kept.

Chief Sitting Bull

Chief Joseph

It is the same with the Indigenous Tribes - many promises made - none kept.

Here in the United States, we must remember - all the time, this land, known better as " Turtle Islands," was stolen, and the Indigenous people to this day are not respected.

Truth be told - many Indigenous tribes are not Federally Recognized  - to be Federally Recognized, all sorts of hurdles and utter nonsense - are put in one's way - the United States Department of Interior, an entity that is racist to the core - a disgrace to the human race - impeding progress and failing to speak truth to power.

I have written many articles on Gaza - Gaza is " Light House " that reveals to us all - what those in power - will commit themselves to execute - using 2000 and 5000 lbs bombs - to kill and maim infants and children and more.

Not long ago, in Nuseirat, Gaza, 240 innocent Palestinians were killed in an operation to rescue 4 Israeli hostages.

For how long can decent human beings witness the carnage - killing and maiming - the shouting and screaming - lives taken of innocent folks who have not harmed anyone at all?

The bombing in Nuseirat was totally uncalled for - again, for the umpteen time - " the principle of proportionality" was thrown to the wind. 240 innocent Palestinians were killed, and there is more to the Nuseirat bombing - the principle of proportionality - that was not adhered to.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have lost all respect - leading military experts, British, American, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, French, Italian, and others, too many to name, despise the IDF and their bullying tactics.

Over 200 were killed and maimed in the Nuseirat fiasco -  on one side, we have four Israeli hostages freed, on the other end, over 240 innocent Palestinians dead.

Missing in the equation - infants and children - killed, and no one seems to care - when will the world wake up to the genocide? Will Benjamin Netanyahu be arrested - a warmonger?

How many fathers and mothers, family members, have to suffer? Have the children been killed? Have others been maimed? Why all this killing, and when will it stop?

We live in an informed society - yet day by day, we see committed on our screens - " crimes against humanity" - the United States is complicit, and Joe Biden is now afraid that he will lose in the upcoming elections.

Mayor Harrison Mann resigned after serving our Nation for 13 years in the military. He saw firsthand atrocities committed, the "Principle of Proportionality" compromised, and other International Laws compromised. Kudos to this officer and many more who truly know what our Constitution and our Nation stand for.

In recent weeks and months, we have seen decent, hardworking, soul-searching U.S. State Department and U.S. Military resign - the atrocities and the complicit actions that come from the U.S. State Department and the White House are too much to endure.

80% of Gaza has been turned into rubble.

The innocent Palestinians, more infants, children, youth, and Elders, have nothing much to do with Hamas.

The Palestinian women and men are dying collateral damage - the 2000 lbs bombs and some 5000 lbs.

These bombs are used despite the Israeli Defense Forces fully comprehending that civilians will die.

We have known that such behavior is despicable, and the United States State Department and the White House are complicit.

Palestinians and supporters worldwide are fed up - some of us have pleaded for justice and fair play.

The United Nations Security Council and General Assembly have passed several resolutions, calling for a permanent ceasefire, but to no avaiceasefireimply wrong for the United States representatives at the United Nations - to use the " veto power " - to favor Israel when we, the United States -more the citizens of the United States - are fully informed - and do not want to be complicit - linked to - " crimes against humanity. "

Today, Saturday, June 8, 2024 - we hear over 210 civilians killed in Gaza, the Nuseirat Refugee Camp.

This gGenocideGenocideOP - now.

Day in and day out, the Israeli Defense Forces kill and maim innocent Palestinians, more children who form 50% of the population of Gaza. When will we, the United States, look deep into our hearts and do the right thing?

Thousands of homes have been turned to rubble. Israel did everything in its power to STOP food trucks from coming into Israel - using all sorts of excuses - to check the contents the trucks carry - and delay deliveries for days on end - and sometimes weeks.

How many times can the Palestinians move from place to place? Time and time again, the Israel Defense Force bullies, moves the Palestinians, deprives them of food, no sanitation at all, for months on end, no showers. No clean drinking water - can you imagine the savage behavior of the IDF?

There are no clinics, hospitals, mosques, churches, or facilities where the Palestinians gathered - where they were taken care of, informed about issues that they needed to know, a nd got help to carry on their lives.

The actions of Benjamin Netanyahu and the IDF are worse than the actions of the Third Reich.

This ongoing genocide is the worst we have witnessed, and today, we cannot get the information because the IDF has killed more than 120 journalists and others connected with bringing the information to the outside world.

In one instance, three Israeli hostages waving a  " white flag " - shouted in Hebrew that they needed help - hostages were shot by the IDF - hell-bent on killing and maiming - anything they deemed an enemy.

Today's world is so nonchalant - so devoid of empathy - so full of disdain for those that favor the Israelis - Joe Biden calls him a Zionist when his faith is Catholic.

This blatant mockery - open defiance in the United States House and Senate favoring Israel and sending them billions of dollars must STOP.

The laser beam guide for 2000 lb bombs and 5000 lb bombs is not practical. When will we learn to follow the well-established law linked to the " Principle of Proportionality "?

The United States must refrain from supporting genocide. The International Criminal Court (ICC) has adjudicated that Israel is complicit - its leaders linked to the war in Gaza, charged with crimes against humanity.

The audacity of the White House and the House to challenge the ruling of the International Criminal Court (ICC) - headquarters in the Hague, Netherlands.

On another note, it is incredible how many need to understand more about the United Nations, much less about the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Senate. It is called Civics, but it is not taught anymore in our schools and other secondary learning places.

We, the people, have authorized Congress to adjudicate all actions leading to the United States aiding and abetting any war actions - under Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the U.S. Constitution grants Congress the power to declare war.

Time and time again, our President has jumped the gun - and authorized delivering bombs, ammunition, tanks, missiles, communication equipment, and other technology to Israel - we even have a Secret Base - code-named " Site 512" - atop Har Qeren in Israel's Negev desert - that helped intercept most of the missiles - sent by Iran - targeting Israel.

President Joe Biden, you must mandate a ceasefire. If Israel disagrees, cut off the truce now. Your future is uncertain—you brought it on yourself with your sidekick Kamala Harris. How many trips have you made to California—that is, hurting—to fill your sordid campaign coffers?

We all know Emergency Medical Technicians - they are on the frontline - and to be targeted by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) is a crying shame. These guys save lives - and have saved thousands of lives only to fall prey to the enemy, primarily bullies, who call themselves Israeli soldiers. Pathetic.

Once, this building stood and housed families. Today, it and many others have turned into rubble.

Day in and Day Day - the bombs are dropped supplied by the United States of America - Hamas does not have bombs and superior weapons - this war favors the IDF - they do not follow nor do they care to follow " the principle of proportionality " - their collateral damage is the civilians - innocent Palestinians - most infants and children.

It has been 8 months, and the bombing and killing are going on in Gaza - worldwide - everyone wonders why the Superpowers cannot STOP this war, which is one-sided - Palestinians' lives seem to be expendable - and this type of thinking and sordid mentality must be reined in.

This Gaza war is worse than the bombing of Dresden and Hiroshima. No one at the White House and the United States Congress seems to care - happening in the year 2024 - with all the International Laws, and we have Americans - who have no clue that what is happening in Gaza today - may happen here in the United States - the only difference may be - atomic if not worse.

International laws forbid targeting schools, clinics, hospitals, and churches - yet the Israeli Defense Forces - always sniff out places that should not be targeted in this one-sided war - more than 38,000 have died - thousands of bodies lying under rubble - and this IDF does not bother and less Benjamin Netanyahu - a warmonger and a disgrace to the human race.

SAN FRANCISCO MUST LIVE WITHIN ITS MEANS - THE LAST THREE MAYORS HAVE FAILED SAN FRANCISCO - THE PRESENT MAYOR - MORE - LACKING LEADERSHIP AND NOT EDUCATED ON ISSUES.

The wheeling and dealing at SF City Hall has reached a saturation point, and the time has come to cut the salaries of all those who make $250,000 by 10%. We, the public, also need to see each of those in management positions evaluated yearly.

San Francisco stands out, and we should take pride in its diverse and vibrant community. We are fortunate to have constituents from all corners of the globe, each bringing their unique perspectives and making our city an exceptional place.

We have some of the best minds—folks with two or three degrees—and their contribution to the private and corporate sectors is excellent.

However, the public sector's performance, marred by corruption, is a cause for serious concern.

Such failures tarnish our city's reputation and erode public trust, creating discontent.

While the City and County love to tax small businesses and fail to maintain our roads, our public transportation is tanking, and the Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) is a JOKE.

Time for Mr. Tumblin, the MTA Director - to Tumble out of sight and into oblivion.

Regarding quality of life issues, San Francisco has to face the following facts: Our air is contaminated, our Bay is polluted, and the health of our infants, children, youth, Elders, and those with compromised health is failing daily.

Stress leading to mental challenges is increasing in San Francisco - and most people - who were once vibrant and happy are despondent.

While there is a dire need to accommodate challenged folks - the City and County of San Francisco - is kicking the can down the street.

This is the same for all challenged folks protected by the Americans for Disability Act (ADA) - created with disdain.

It must be noted that as long as the City and County receive Federal Funds - they must serve the mentally and physically challenged - today, some think they can do as they please and break the laws.

No needs assessment was done regarding the increase in food products, which adversely affected most poor folks.

The same holds true for all kinds of electricity, water, and utilities—Xfinity and others are just increasing the price of their poor and unreliable services.

Let us not forget Verizon and other unmonitored service providers who provide compromised services—who say one thing but fail to deliver quality services.

San Francisco is aware of those with compromised health from Covid and other related disease variants but has failed to protect those challenged and suffering from compromised immunity.

The matter came up before the SF Disability Commission. For all the talk, the SF Disability Commission - has no walk.

Who is in charge, and why should the disability community suffer in San Francisco?

If we are educated on issues - learn how the government works - how we spend our money - and how much we take in - we all can keep the crooks - wheeling and dealing honestly:

https://www.sf.gov/topics/budget

Over 60% of those living in San Francisco have two jobs to make ends meet.

We have many who work three jobs - many die young, and stress and mental challenges - are issues our City and County of San Francisco have failed to deal with.

The SF Health Department took three years to find a Wellness Director. Now that they have found one, nothing much has changed—the situation has not worsened.

Time the citizens wake up and boot out those hood-winking us in broad daylight.

Check out the salaries of some who do not deliver:

Dr. Grant Colfax -The Director of Health -    $645,629,42

Carmen Chu  CityAdministrator                     $462.431.33

Dennis Herrera - Gen Manager -SFPUC       $518,529,10

Sean Elsbernd - Advisor to the Mayor            $310,573.44

Mayor London Breed                                      $446.206.72

The level of corruption at SF City Hall has peaked, and it's time to take drastic - action.

Sit down, scoundrels who have tarnished the name of the City and County of San Francisco.

Why did it take 21 years to get to the indictment?

One has just to read in the newspapers the many indictments—more connected to the Enterprise Departments.

One must review the audits to determine how the Enterprise Departments have fared. Each has its share of corruption, casting a dark cloud over San Francisco.

The Public Utilities Commission is leading the charge and continues failing to adhere to standards.

HERE IS HOW SFPUC DOLES OUT MONEY TO THOSE WHO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COMMUNITY - WHEN IT COMES OF CONCRETE COMMUNITY BENEFITS :

The Digesters, Bio-Solids, Headworks, the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant, and getting makeup started with a sordid budget of $6 Billion, which is now $12 Billion and soon to reach $20 Billion. AECOM/PARSON doling out the millions.

HOW THE CROOKS WHEEL AND DEAL - FILL THEIR COFFERS WITH TAXPAYERS' MONEY - HERE IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO.

Where have all the standards, ethics, and morals gone?

We should cut the salaries of all those earning around $250,000 by 10%. Additionally, we demand regular evaluations for those in management positions.

San Francisco has a diverse and vibrant community, but our city faces severe challenges. While small businesses are overtaxed, our roads must be addressed, and public transportation is a mess. The Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) is a complete disaster.

It's time to hold those in power accountable. We need to educate ourselves on how the government operates, how our money is spent, and how much revenue is generated. This is the key to keeping corrupt individuals in check.

More than 60% of San Francisco residents must work multiple jobs. Some even work three jobs, and many struggle with stress and mental health issues that the city has failed to address.

In our schools, more information needs to be taught when it comes to civics.

The Brown Act protects anyone from speaking her or his mind - on critical subjects - and contributing to Society.

The time given for public comment - for years was three minutes - now it has been reduced to two minutes, and when the morons feel like it - they reduce it to one minute.

During the pandemic, millions of dollars were poured into San Francisco, and millions were wasted. FEMA is working on many of those bills that must be recovered, and the City and County of San Francisco will have to fork out the millions.

Millions were poured into non-profits, which claimed to help the poor but used the money for other things rather than helping the poor and the indigent.

The same with the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce.

The Director of the Human Rights Commission - other Departments who saw opportunities to use taxpayers' money to dole out to friends and relatives.

The nonsense is going on now, and it is only fitting that those in charge fade into oblivion, make room for some decency, standards, and ethics, and stop barking up the tree.

In the Bayview, Dwayne Jones, supposedly the Gate Keeper, is indicted - Juliet Ellis, another crook - who is missing in action - both accumulated millions - of taxpayers' money - and made the Bayview Hunters Point families - infants, children, youth, our Elders - those with compromised health - slowly die.

Nancy Pelosi has failed San Francisco and should step down.

Nancy Pelosi has failed San Francisco - she is part of the Machine - that has destroyed decency and standards and fostered cancer - it is called chronic corruption.

The last three Mayors have been puppets, salivating and begging for money—taxpayers' money that has been used in a manner that lacks transparency and accountability.

We saw this with the Stimulus money - all it did was fill the coffers of the corrupt.

In the Mission and the Bayview, thousands died - and many thousands still suffer from stress and mental challenges. This does not bother the SF Health Department - which uses poor parts of San Francisco to collect data - gets funding from the State and Feds - and pays no attention to the Mission, Bayview, and other poor areas in San Francisco.

We have thousands of apartments vacant in Francisco - and 44 million square feet of commercial space vacant in the Financial District.

There is a talk about a 30/30 model - just talk - it is costly to convert or upgrade commercial space to residential standards. We do have some gullible morons that go with the flow - and will drown in the cesspool of their own creation.

San Francisco needs good leaders who can go to a niche place. So far, we do not see anyone coming forward. We have yet to see a platform with a vision—a strategy that infuses change for the better—with a timeline and monitoring goals.

We have SF City Hall doling money to groups - taxpayers' money - money given to Non-Profits who do as they please, and this must stop.

The taxpayers' money is for those who primarily work hard, not for those who pussyfoot around, talk too much, and cause divisiveness. We know who they are and will call them out at the appropriate time.

We all know what happened to Harlan Kelly, Juliet Ellis, Dwayne Jones, Walter Wong - and many others.

The Machine was in touch with them, including many SF Board of Supervisors. Some of them cannot be trusted at all.

There is no sound public comment anymore.
The SF Board of Supervisors and the Clerks, who control Public Comment, know that Public Comment is at an all-time low.

Only some people want to talk to the SF Board of Supervisors. Most SF Board of Supervisors talk too much and do not take good actions that contribute to progress and better things.

Rudolf Dwayne Jones

Check out how the crooks operate.

Dwayne Jones and his scheme to hoodwink the community in broad daylight.

While much has been made about Dwayne Jones as the gatekeeper of the Bayview Hunters Point - no one has seen him.

Entities still receive money in the thousands - linked to his ploys and machinations.

It is time to stall these payments - we want the accountability of our Community Benefits - linked to the community that fought for them for the Bayview Hunters Point who suffer most from the environmental hazards that the SF City and County have no clue about - depleted uranium was tested at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The Social Impact Program (SIP) must be clarified and brought to the community for meaningful dialog.

I have attended the SF Public Utilities Commission in person and virtually for many years.

The Social Impact Program - asks contractors or primes to contribute voluntarily to the SIP - primes such as MWH and Webcor make change orders in the millions - while talking about contribution to the SIP - but failing to adhere to the contribution - with transparency and accountability.

All sorts of behest money payments are made - even though the SF Board of Supervisors says that " behest " money should not be allowed.

Many exemptions linked to the behest donations - have to come before the SF Board of Supervisors.

If it is allowed, the subject matter must be thoroughly adjudicated. This is not what is happening—behest donations are part and parcel of the end game.
