The Mayor in 1996 started the corruption that today has reached saturation point - most - do not know that changes are being made to our SF City Charter - ballot measures put to be voted in November 2024 - some pretend to know some -  when they know nothing.

Tracing the chronological sequence of events in San Francisco since 1996 reveals a clear picture of the City's transformation—the land of the Muwekma Ohlone. 

This land, all of it, was stolen. Those who stole the land pretend they own the land when, in reality, they should be ashamed of themselves.

San Francisco has a projected $14.6 billion for FY 2023-2-24 and $14.6 billion for FY billion for FY 2024-25.

The homeless in San Francisco - we could have taken care of this situation a long time ago -  the last five mayors - have failed us all - and today, looking at the candidates - we see no leadership, no empathy, too much talk, and no walk at all.

San Francisco and the present Mayor should ashamed of themselves for targeting the poor - moving them from place to place.

Trashing—their belongings, medications, and precious heirlooms that some have saved for years—to surrender it all to the POPOS to be trashed in the trash machine.

Many of the indigents, in the wee hours of the morning - awakened by the Gestapo DPW and the SFPD - who have lost their mind and will pay for it - heavily - KARMA.

Many of the poor - most suffering from mental and physical challenges - are threatened. 

Cowards bully those who cannot defend themselves.

Those threatened - if they do not cooperate, are physically harmed - all this in the wee hours of the morning.

All this is reminiscent of the Gestapo - most San Francisco and decent San Franciscans have no clue - how demeaning the powers who are ruthless and bully the poor and the indigent.

The behavior of these SF City goons who bully those who cannot defend themselves is despicable, and believe me - their time is coming - and coming soon.

The behavior of the SF City Goons and the Mayor of San Francisco is well documented. Their behavior is totally uncalled for, and when the Big One hits, those who participated in these crimes will see the light of day, but it will be too late.

The Point in Time (PIT), a model implemented by Housing and Urban Development (HUD), needs to be updated - other methods of tallying the indigent - about 12,000 the population of San Francisco - about 820,000. 

One day is chosen, and the volunteers go out—in the wee hours of the morning—to tally the homeless in open places with access. 

No one would expect to find out how many poor and indigent people live in our once great City and County of San Francisco - in places where the volunteers do not have access.

Thousands more take shelter in abandoned cars, recreational vehicles, buildings, and warehouses - that are abandoned—places these volunteers cannot go. 

No one counts the homeless in single-resident occupational (SRO) occupations, those living in cars and recreational vehicles, or those who move away when they hear about the volunteers coming to count the homeless.

Any way you look at this sordid method - mandated by the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) - it is Mickey Mouse.

The volunteers go in the wee hours of the morning to count those they see. Just the time of day is disgusting, waking those whose health is compromised. Forcing them out of their tents - and ordering them to do this and that - this behavior is inhumane.

Sad to say - these entities who prey on the homeless have no empathy - they are the scourge of the Earth - many making money - on the plight of those that have fallen on bad times - the Great Master said: "Blessed are the poor - for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. "

The likes of Mayor London Breed will be reminded of the time she and her goons - bullying the poor and the helpless - she and her lackeys - be it some are paid by the SFPD - should be ashamed of their actions.

This is the land of the Muwekma Ohlone—all this land we call San Francisco—and the idiots forget that. One cannot blame them—they are ignorant and arrogant.

This was all done in San Francisco, where the United Nations Charter was signed, and leaders worldwide gathered to address Human Rights.

The volunteers are hindered - tally the indigent - there will be consequences in certain areas—so the cowards just put a number, which is far from reality.

In the interim, 41 million square feet of commercial space are vacant, little money is coming in SF, and the Assessor's Office is a joke.

The City Administrator has 25 Departments under her jurisdiction, and she has yet to learn what is happening. 

Each SF Department head does what she or he purports is best for them—the SF City Administrator's Office must be abolished.

In 1966, the Mayor brought the SF City Administrator, who once had clout, under the Executive Branch, giving the then Mayor, Willie L. Brown Jr., a rogue mayor, power to do as he pleased.

Despite a $15 billion-plus budget, San Francisco and its Mayor cannot maintain Quality of Life issues. When Mayor London Breed opens her mouth, she barks up the tree.

Mayor London Breed is an anathema -pandering to the developers, and she will witness the ire of the poor, the needy, and those living in public housing - where she lived once in sordid condition and has done nothing to help her people - case in point Plaza East.

These San Francisco mayoral candidates each have a hidden agenda. 

Here are the clowns - thinking they can fool - all the people - all the time - in broad daylight.

We know the one who is inebriated and talks too much.

Another, who has a lot of money, brought a stray dog home and said this act and others made him a good mayor. I never saw this man in the trenches before—fighting for the people.

The CEO of Tipping Point has yet to make any point.

Using one advertisement - the ad is a misnomer - a black woman doctor - not from the community - has taken a million from California Pacific Medical Center in the past - with nothing to show.

Now, more money -  from this dude born with a silver spoon in his mouth. The Bayview Hunters do not respect buffoons who think they know best what is best for our community.

Outsiders who come into our living rooms without permission rearrange the furniture and think all is well.

We have another who stole SF City land and now pretends he can help us - when nothing much has been done to help the homeless with a roof over their head - thousands suffering from mental challenges; he worked - with the Farmworkers - he learned nothing much.

We have another mayoral candidate who was indicted by the SF Ethics Commission when he was a supervisor. 

He was a consultant on the side, dealing with edge funds and all that comes with those assets—dubious.

You missed the boat, the bus, the train and the plane.

The present Mayor is a JOKE.

She has forsaken those who need help most and decided to hog at restaurants and pussyfoot around.

She is an Abraham tank - keep on hogging, and you will learn more - even as you fall - flat on your face. 

Your pride and being headstrong - is well known - and you can judge your fate?

The Great Master said, "Blessed are the poor - for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. "

Please do not make those in dire straits suffer more - lose the little the have - and think that all is well.

We never, ever had such problems before, such corruption of the worst order - such filth on our streets, streets opened up and left open for months on end - what the fuck is happening?

You call the SF City Departments and no one answers the phone - no responsibility - and yet we have so many employees - what are they doing?

This Mayor is the worse Mayor ever - and I hope that she sees the light of day.

The Developers will use you like a rag and throw you away. 

No one decent will employ you - not when you have gone to a sacrosanct place - and you think - you will get away with murder.

Most in the Black community - do not respect you - you may not know it - but it is the truth.

Each has been indicted in their own way - stealing SF City land, and another is talking too much and being inebriated.

Yet another was born with a silver spoon in his mouth.

One - a short-term mayor of SF was deep into hedge funds and charged by the SF Ethics Commission.

Why should we, the SF taxpayers' citizens and constituents, contribute our hard-earned taxes to help the above fill their sordid campaign coffers with matching funds? 

I know these scum bags - some have tried to take me on - with no success.

The injustice done to the Indigenous people weighs heavy on those who fight for justice and fair play - to this day.

The politicians in San Francisco act like pimps and whores.

The crooks—who use taxpayers' money—have no intention of serving the people who need help most.

Here comes the District 10 Supervisor - the same idiot that visited Bogota - to spend time with the Hooters - now messing with the SF Planning on Zoning - and putting a STOP - to labs that allow thousands to have good jobs. 

That is what happens when we allow - corrupt crooks, headstrong from Vellejo - who come into Bayview Hunters Point - and want to stop Labs - all over San Francisco.

Shamann Walton is an idiot - has no clue about zoning laws - and thinks he can use a Johnson wrench in any spoke - and put an end to labs that are the future  - when it comes to curing diseases - using DNA and artificial intelligence - to create medicines and cures - linked to cancer, tumors.

Blood diseases that have been cured - after years of work - in the labs.  - because the scientists have to abide by stringent rules and regulations. 

Shaman and his lackeys are now seeking avenues to threaten folks to pay them—wheeling and dealing, YCD acting as some expert, some sordid Property Management entity—straying away from Workforce and career jobs. They are wasting millions of dollars—given to YCD on a platter—talking the talk but having no walk.

Shaman Walton is terming out - good riddance of awful rubbish.

The same man who took millions of dollars from the SF Police Department - doled it out to crooks - who wasted millions - and continue to do so - to this day.

We now face serious and dire straits regarding the City and County of San Francisco.

Over 41 million square feet of commercial space are vacant - downtown San Francisco and elsewhere.

Biotech firms can be helped, and good jobs can be created. However, Shamann Walton would not know that much, like he disrespected a Black Sheriff candidate who asked him to stop before proceeding, as everyone does when one enters SF City Hall.

Calling the Sheriff candidate - the "N" word - the man is something else - a disgrace to the human race.

Our SF economy, health system, transportation, safety, and children's education need better leadership.

The indigent, the children just because they are poor - cannot sleep, and many hurt from hunger - here is we have an idiot going all the way to Bogota - where the Cartels kill and steal,  rape and murder -sell drugs - and all to see some Hooters and spend thousands of dollars.

The current Supervisors  -  at City Hall— are all over the place - having no empathy - thousands homeless - many dying sleeping on the streets and elsewhere facing inclement weather.

As for Room 200 at SF City Hall - it smells of Sulphur.

We steal the pristine water from the Yosemite - Hetch Hetchy reservoir, flush our toilets and think nothing of it—millions of gallons—such are the ways of the greedy. Do not trust those who speak with a forked tongue.

San Francisco is named after Saint Francis of Assisi. One has to read his biography to know how he loved and cared for the poor, the indigent, and those who needed a helping hand.

The present Mayor is a Joke, has no etiquette, needs to be educated on issues, cannot do a sound needs assessment, and, given the opportunity, will scream, shout, and spew hot air.

The thugs she helped have turned against her - primarily Black women who now support the other candidates, not the present Mayor.

Most people in the know what I am talking about. Her Black women friends are bad-mouthing - and now have been defunded - that is how the Mayor reacts - revenge is her forte that will bring her down, and she will fall  - flat on her face.

The Mayor has wasted millions, taking advantage of Stimulus Money meant to uplift our City, not waste millions on dubious and nefarious projects.

The Mayor and the SF City Departments tried to hoodwink the Federal Emergency Management Agency, which gave the City and County of San Francisco millions, much of it abused. Time will tell.

Years have passed since the Stimulus money was doled illegally. The SF Controller is still trying to figure out why the Mayor and her lackeys would spend money with intent and not follow standards and the law.

No one is above the law—not the Mayor, not her lackeys, and not some of the Supervisors, the likes of Shamann Walton, who is wheeling and dealing. His time is coming. 

We have a budget of over $15 billion and must spend the money doing a concrete needs assessment.

We need accounting that matters - line items spelled out.

The crooks give money to their boyfriends - and spend taxpayers money on luxury goods - hard earned - all taxpayers' money - this nonsense has been going on for years.  Most of them are Blacks.

We still have a deficit that will hit us hard—over $1.8 billion—before the end of this fiscal year. Go figure!

In the interim - Union Square is dangerous - decent people get shot in broad daylight.

Our stores were trashed, and things were stolen in broad daylight.

Our visitors are assaulted - the rental cars are broken into - and San Francisco is getting worse - while the Mayor talks about the nation - we are not the nation - we are San Francisco.

California is the fourth largest economy in the world - the Mayor does not know that - not even about Artificial Intelligence - which right now has no standards - and can have devastating results - if we do not have standards.

Of course, London Breed - spends more time pussyfooting - went to Davis, where she should have learned to plant potatoes - then to USF - where she knew nothing much - then being the head of a Non-Profit - begging money from the Fishers.

It is a shame that the Black population- recorded as 4% of the population - uses 30% of the resources and is in dire straits.

When it comes to housing Black - indigent Blacks - the situation is depressing - the Mayor knows it - but all she does is bark up the tree.

The Mayor backs the pre-apprenticeship model - like City Build - we want a model that creates career jobs - not bull shit like City Build - or the programs conducted by Young Community Developers - who are really into Property Management. 

Artificial flowers hang all over Union Square—who are the idiots who come up with such ideas? Our streets are filthy, and the Department of Public Works has two commissions, one linked to the Department of Public Works and the other to Streets and Sanitation.

Over 37,000 people are employed by the City and County of San Francisco—most are wasting their time, others are working from home, and all this and more is done without supervision. 

The head of many City Departments will not return your call, and most are not found at their Office—the situation is a mess.

Now that plans are underway to amend our SF City Charter and create an Inspector General's Office under the SF Controller's Office, who devises these ploys, machinations, and shenanigans?

I always thought the Inspector General's Office was independent, not so in San Francisco. 

We have an Inspector General's Office linked to the SF Sheriff's Department, but this Office needs more resources to do a good job.

Why do we waste money and time trying to change things, using the Ballot to bring about changes, when we lack resources to administer these Departments?

We - state the Full-Time Employment positions and do not have the money to fill the FTEs.

The constituents of San Francisco are fed up with Room 200 and those in there - wheeling and dealing - more the advisors who have lost their minds.

Only those with their hearts in the right place can lead others to a better place—that is what I say occasionally.

San Francisco is in dire straits, and we need tested and competent leaders who know the way, show the way, and lead the way.
