AFTER TWENTY ONE YEARS - HOODWINKING THE COMMUNITY IN BROAD DAYLIGHT - DWAYNE JONES THE FORMER CITY EMPLOYEE - WHO ILLEGALLY USED TAXPAYERS' MONEY - HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO BOOK.

 

A warrant has gone out to arrest  Rudolf Dwayne Jones - a scumbag of the worst order - using taxpayers' money to fill his personal coffers. After two days - Dwayne Jones surrendered to the authorities - his bail set at $50,000 - and scumbag was arrested and jailed at 850 Bryant Street, San Francisco  - and must be monitored - put nothing past this scumbag.

A week ago, someone told me that the SF District Attorney would charge Dwayne Jones - the so-called gatekeeper to the Bayview Hunters Point who lives in Oakland but calls the shots in San Francisco.

It needed to be made clear who the SF District Attorney was working with, and now we know the Federal Bureau of Investigation has joined forces with the SF District Attorney's office - to get to the bottom of the saturation of utter corruption - heading this malaise - Rudolf Dwayne Jones (RDJ).

Several pending charges will be added to the current leaders - and all this and more - could add up - and send Dwayne Jones for a long-deserved vacation - and earn him the official title - of a jailbird.

At last, Dwayne Jones has fallen from grace - and, like the other crooks - will be brought to book. 

Dwayne Jones, a despicable crook, has been indicted on 59 counts.

No other community has fought for its rights - to make San Francisco a better place and address quality of life issues. The Bayview Hunters Point - created stellar leaders - Ruth Williams, Mrs. Westbrook, Espanola Jackson, Shirley Jones, Mr. Jim Montgomery, Mr. Robert Woods, Mr. Calvin Hayes - others too many to name - to make changes - only for outsiders like Dwayne Jones to neutralize all the good in place.

Communities of Opportunity headed by Mayor Gavin Newsom and led by Dwayne Jones in 2010 - promising the Bayview Hunters Point the world - $3 million was set aside - and nothing much came of this program.

In 2010, everyone woke up to see the blue banners - Communities Of Opportunity led by Dwayne Jones - $3 million was set aside to fulfill some - fake aspirations. None came to pass.

The program was created to foster asset accumulation - promote childcare, education, health care, jobs, business opportunities, and affordable housing - to serve the dire needs of those disadvantaged.

It has been customary for outsiders to come and bluff the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point. Adversely impacting our infants, children, youth, young adults, our beloved Elders - those with compromised health - and our mental and physical challenges. 

The Black churches have been bribed - they look the other way - while the community suffers. The shepherds do not look after the flock - the flock around the crooks - they money when the books say do not worship mammon.

Cancer, ulcers, tumors of all kinds, asthma, diabetics, heart problems - the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is where Depleted Uranium was tested - all sorts of chemicals - sandblasted from the ships that took place at the Bikini Island - atomic explosions - the sandblasted from the ships - gathered - and dumped all over the San Francisco - Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Thousands of Blacks and others died - this population was most impacted.

Today - the crooks are caught - they could have used the money - to help those in dire straits - they did not. 

Many took money to look the other way - what do they have to say about the arrest of Dwayne Jones and others who will be charged - soon.

We know who took taxpayers' money - and poised himself for further ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - the one and only Dwayne Jones. He is now singing the blues - the Gatekeeper to Bayview Hunters Point. Go Figure!

The Sewer System Improvement Project started with a budget of $6 Billion - 5% of that money, $300 was set aside for community benefits - $150 million was arbitrarily given to Dwayne Jones for Workforce - the other $150 million to Juliet Ellis the former Assistant Manager of External Affairs - and Chief Strategist of SFPUC. 

The recent charges brought by San Francisco against Dwayne Jones are just the tip of the iceberg.

The Bayview Hunters Point community has always been kept in the dark.

The task force negotiating the Community Benefits made mention of our infants, children, youth, youth adults, our Elders - those with compromised health - more the mentally and physically challenged.

A task force was created - linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP). The task force - mandated that 5% of the budget be set aside for Community Benefits. 

Today - those in authority are shocked at how such a scheme is created - millions wasted, and the Masterminds Juliet Ellis and Dwayne - in broad daylight deceive the authorities and more the constituents of San Francisco.

I attended the meetings - after the Task Force - negotiated the agreement - at a meeting held at 1800 Oakdale - an announcement was made that AECOM would be in charge of the $300 million - Community Benefits.

Later, we learned the Task Force was deactivated - each member was given a Commendation - and such evil ways always exploited the community.

That $6 Billion budget linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project has now grown to $15 billion and soon will head toward $20 Billion.

Technically speaking, the $50 million on each $1 billion for Community Benefits stands - the community has been kept in the dark. 

Today, behind the scenes, crooks are using, and many have got, grants - $300,000 - you have to belong to the inner circle - and this utter nonsense - speaks volumes - there is NO accountability and no transparency.

San Francisco is the most corrupt city in the United States - We have a $14.6 billion budget - and the money is spent without any accountability - the San Francisco Controller, the past SF City Attorney Dennis Herrera, and the present stooge David Chiu - the Mayor London Breed - the lackey the likes of Sean Elsbernd, Tyler Fennel, and Sheryl Evan Davis - all laughing to the bank - none have standards and less ethics.

The empirical data was given on a platter to Ben Rosenfield, the Controller - he chose with intent to kick the matter down the street. He gave the documents to the former SF City Attorney - who sat on the case - and created a path to becoming the SF Public Utilities Commission General Manager. He makes in access of $450,000 and has stalled fair play and justice. Time will tell.

For the District Attorney to take up the matter after over 15 years - is mind-boggling - bordering on insanity of the worst order.

The mastermind behind the ploys - for Assistant General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission - linked to the $300 million Juliet Ellis. She is missing in action. She has acted as a snitch - she has been a pain in the ass. Juliet Ellis is a person who has adversely impacted thousands in San Francisco - our SF infants, children, youth, single mothers, our beloved Elders - those with compromised health - and more, our mentally and physically challenged. Millions of dollars- Community Benefits - used illegally.

Ben Rosenfield was handed tons of documents - empirical data - spelling out in detail - the sordid actions committed by Dwayne Jones - Ben Rosenfield gave the documents to Dennis Herrera, who is complicit in this case - who could have charged Dwayne Jones a long time ago. Who is kicking the ball down the street?

The SF Public Utilities spent $130 million to build the building above at 1550 Evans Street - initially without a healthy - Certificate of Completion -  the money was part of the initial Community Benefits - the community was promised a place for Education, Recreation, and other viable and sustainable programs. One entity that was never mentioned before - has leased space to run a Kindergarten - rooms named after various locations in the Bayview Hunters Point - who is making these decisions.  

The 1550 Evans has been touted as something exceptional - however, there is not one program linked to education - on par with the latest technology - such as a digital platform.

Some folks who applied for the space to conduct educational programs - needed to be in good standing - 501 c 3 Non-profits put on the list - not in a good place - yet trying to apply for money to carry out the dubious activities.

Again and again, folks like Dwayne Jones are given access to money - which in turn gives grants to those in the inner circle - we have empirical data that was handed over to the SF Controller - to remedy the situation - to no avail.

Dennis Herrera, the former City Attorney - who had deep access to the many documents linked to Dwayne Jones and Harlan Kelly - the former General Manager - now indicted and waiting for his sentence - could have done better. Dennis Herrera is now the General Manager, making $450,000 plus a year - the fox guarding the chicken coop.

We, the people - the law-abiding citizens - will not tolerate the ongoing corruption - going on right now - in San Francisco. This nonsense must stop - and hundreds are hiding like cockroaches - their time is coming.
