AFRICA HAS BECOME A PLAYGROUND FOR THOSE GREEDY FORMER COLONIAL THUGS - TODAY NIGER IS AT A CROSSROADS - THE WORLD IS KEPT IN THE DARK - WHY?

The poor in Niger - while others loot its resources.

AFRICA, a continent, is being treated as a playground by former colonists and those interested in Africa's resources - Russia, China, the United States, and others who each have - inherent vested interests. No interest in helping the local population - this nonsense has been going on - for decades - and must STOP.

Today Niger is a landlocked country in West Africa - bordered by Libya to the northeast, Chad to the East, Nigeria to the south, Benin and Burkina Faso to the southwest, Mali to the west, and Algeria to the northwest.

Facts you need to know about Niger:

The United States International policies linked to the Continent of Africa have been a failed policy - we sit on the fence and see which side is green - leading China, Russia, and the former Colonial powers to rape the Continent of Africa - and treat the innocent constituents of Africa with utter disdain :

Niger covers a land area of 490,000 square miles - landlocked - and 80% lies in the Sahara - a desert.

Niger has a population of 25 million - 49% is below 15 years old.

Niamey is the capital of Niger - situated in the southwest of Niger.

Here is the breakup of the Ethnic groups that live in Niger :

53.1% are Hausa, 21.2% Zarma and Songhay, 11.0% Tuareg, 6.5% Fulani, 5.9% Kanuri, 0.8 % Gurma, 0.4 % Toubou, 0.4 % Arab, and 0.9 % others.

Many French nationals lived in Niger - the French Embassy was attacked, and the French citizens and others were evacuated.

Niger has a large military base and has over a thousand U.S. military personnel - most monitoring the Islamist terrorists and helping in logistics such as food distribution from the United States and the United Nations.

The French military, too, has a large army contingent- they are monitoring the predominantly Muslim extremists - and all this and more is unknown to the world.

Niger has rare minerals - its Uranium resources are tapped by the French and those that the French government keeps close - your scratch my back, and I will your behind.

President Joe Biden recently sent Vice President Kamala Harris and his wife, Jill Biden, to visit some African nations. Such visits need to be more viable and sustainable.

Kamala Harris has yet to gain experience regarding Foreign policies in Africa or Southeast Asia. Her father, Donald Harris, was from Saint Ann, Jamaica, and her mother, Shyamala Gopalan, was from Tamil Nadu, India.

President Joe Biden needs to improve his policies on the Continent of Africa.

Time has already run out - with China and Russia flexing their muscles have naval exercises off the coast of South Africa - defying the United States Navy.

The United States has a strong contingent of military and other experts monitoring the terrorists in and around Niger and all over Central Africa.

These terrorists attack Africans who do not belong to the Muslim faith and murder them without validity - a crime against humanity.

Here in the United States, we are busy attending to our own issues - mostly mundane - and care less about Africa and the Continent of Africa that supplies us with cobalt, lithium, diamonds, gold, silver, Uranium, and more.

The United States Africa Command is one of eleven unified combatant commands of the United States Department of Defense headquartered at Kelley Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany.

Yesterday, the second in charge - took a night trip incognito to visit the head of the coup in Niger - Victoria Nuland - was not met by the coup's leader. She came back empty-handed - much like Antony Blinken - who visited Niger a few days before the coup - and had no clue what would happen in Niger.

UNITED STATES AFRICA COMMAND

The USAAFRICOM and AFRICOM are responsible for U.S. military operations - including fighting regional conflicts and maintaining military relations with 53 African - nations.

Recently Antony Blinken and Emmanuel Macron visited Niger - both these individuals had high praise for Niger  - and how stable Niger was - only for Niger to experience a coup - Niger's President under house arrest. Niger in pandemonium.

The first thing The Economy Community of West African States  (ECOWAS) contemplates is to surround the area - where the coup leaders are - with a plan to deal with them and take them out.

Led by Nigeria that itself is in deep trouble - but spreads the news to harm Niger - cutting off the electricity 80%, blocking the roads that lead into Niger - trucks loaded with food and other necessary amenities - baking in the hot sun.

In the interim, if the United States and France, the former colonial masters of Niger - if these two parties - knew about trust and had the best interest of the citizens of Niger - Niger and those interested in the best interests of Niger - would be at a better - place.

Today, the local folks from Niger are suffering from food insecurity. Then you have the Wagner Group - spreading disinformation - and the locals have no clue that Russia - and the Wagner Group are known for their cruelty and abject atrocities.

Where is the leadership to inform the local population - what is at stake. The Wagner Group has linked to crimes against humanity - in many parts of Africa, in Ukraine - and for interfering in our past election - here in the United States.

What actions are we, the United States taking to stop the inherent damage done to Central Africa? Do you think someone like Vice President Kamala Harris - comprehends such issues - or for that matter, the second in charge at the U.S. Department of State - Victoria Nuland?

What does this say about the United States and our presence in Niger - a sizeable military contingent - we have drones and specialists monitoring a wide area - but just to focus on the present issues - we are in Niger - and had no clue what was about to happen?

Victoria Nuland - the second in charge at the U.S. State Department, flew at night incognito - to meet the coup leader in Niger - he refused to see her. She came empty-handed - what are we to learn from this lesson?

Niger provides a fifth of the European Union's uranium supply.

Of course, France was making hay while the sun was shining - France in all the time it was a colonist - failed to provide the baseline needs of Niger - today, the world has no clue what is happening in Niger.

As a matter of fact - here in the United States - few know about Niger or, for that matter, the 53 nations that are the Continent of Africa.

I would like to hear what the Vice-President - a dumb ass has to say about the situation in Africa in general - and Niger in particular? And that goes for the many Blacks in the United States who have no clue what is happening worldwide - and more on the Continent of Africa.

The United States has long failed in Africa - allowing the Chinese and Russians to rape the Continent of Africa - time has run out, and the United States today is singing the blues:

An organization that has no clout - except exploit.

In November here in San Francisco - Asia-Pacific Economic Corporation (APEC) - will be chaired by Vice-President Kamala Harris - here is San Francisco - more at the Moscone Center.

The Mayor of San Francisco - has yet to learn what APEC is - she is looking forward to the money that will come in to fix our roads - and do some minor cleanup of our filthy, stinking streets.

The S.F. Board of Supervisors - gave those in charge of raising money - look " Behest Donations " - now, you would think the S.F. B.O.S. to uphold the law - but as we all know - they are lackeys - more when it comes to dark money.

The crooks are looking forward to getting money from APEC to give the S.F. Municipal Transportation Agency (M.T.A.) - cash to fix MUNI, our local transportation - in dire straits.

APEC truly has no clout - and has several autocrats as members - San Francisco and San Franciscans have NO clue - about this organization - the United States - is already handling some severe issues -  one being who it will represent Hong Kong?

Let us see if the Niger situation is addressed - also Ukraine and food insecurity. Kamala Harris is put in a position - where all she will do is giggle - that funny giggle - and makes her look like a fool.

Mali and Burkina Faso have already had coups - both governments are now ruled by military autocrats - with the Wagner Group - in the cockpit - that is, the Wagner Group that takes orders from Vladimir Putin.

Russia belongs to APEC, too - I know Vladamir Putin will not dare come to San Francisco - unless he wants to meet Donald Trump - in jail.

Paradoxically the United States has not used the word " coup " - when mentioning " Niger " - let us see - how this episode - plays out.

An Elder, a refugee - living in one of the refugee camps in Niger.

In past years Niger managed to create a Democratic government - Niger stabilized itself - with the help of the United States and, France - the United Nations - the locals we look forward to prosperity, and some - refugees kept pouring in from other nations close by - mostly escaping autocratic countries bordering Niger.

Niger's President Abdourahamane Achiani and his family at the moment is under house arrest - the coup was led by some rogue military leaders - and they are now negotiating with The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) - with Nigeria taking the lead - the negotiation is going - south.

Africa is a Continent and has immense natural resources. It is high time those in power who still exercise their colonial sordid mentality - look at the continent of Africa - in a different light - more mature, understanding, and with the utmost consideration.

Africans must embrace a mentality where they garner tenacity and fortitude to take rein into their hands and create - new ways - to govern Africans innovatively.

This is because long after the Colonial Powers had left - they destroyed the culture, brainwashed the population, raped the nations of its resources - and left poor infrastructure, a lack of hospitals and inadequate health care,  institutions with no sound education, a pathetic state of safety - may I say - more.

The culture of the Africans is totally different from the Colonial scumbags - who stole, raped, cheated, lied, and to this day are doing the same.

Imagine stealing diamonds, gold, silver, Uranium, copper, nickel, lithium, cobalt, petroleum, and a host of other resources - bribing the African heads of state - and with intent - treating the general population - citizens of many African nations - with disdain.

Xi Jinping and Joe Biden.

China rapes the natural resources on the continent of Africa - stealing copper and nickel - to make Lithium - and the United States buys the batteries containing Lithium from China - such is the evil ways of those who speak - tongue in cheek.

Today Russia, China, the United States, Britain, Denmark, the Belgians, Germans, French, Italians - others - so-called brokers - from India, Lebanon,  vultures from all over the world - want a piece of the pie.

In Niger, it is Uranium; in the Democratic Republic of the Congo - it is gold, silver, copper, nickel, and cobalt; Lititum, Sudan, and Ethiopia have petroleum and other rare minerals; in short, Central Africa - is prosperous, and only those that have money - can bribe the African leaders - corrupt to the core - and make hay while the sun shines.

It is a joke to see the African leaders - send some partial delegation to Russia to speak to Vladimir Putin - an autocrat and evil to the core. A person who kills infants, children, innocent people - and here you have the African leaders - pandering to a monster - in the name of food insecurity - some 17 African leaders.

Back-to-back droughts have adversely impacted the continent of Africa - the world knows about this - but has failed to address food insecurity, education, health, transportation, and safety and continue to treat Africa - as a third-world entity.

A F R I C A    IS    A    CONTINENT

I helped create a website- www.CAfrica.com - to support the California delegation - I was the Vice Chair of the California delegation - helped to elect the Chair, Dr. Ramona Tascoe - the California delegation, some 138 strong - represented California - and showed a keen interest with action plans - many of us including me - born in Nairobi, Kenya.

The Kenyan President, Arap Moi, attended the Summit, and I had the opportunity to speak to him.

There were other experts, governors and mayors, and other dignitaries - as I said, a lot went into preparing the one-of-a-kind Summit on Africa.

The main topics were carefully chosen - we created reports with empirical data and action:

     1. Sustainable Development, Quality of Life, and the          Environment.

    2.   Democracy and Human Rights.

     3. Peace and Security.

     4.   Education and Culture.

     5.   Economic Development, Trade and Investment, and Job Creation.

The historical Framework Paper Written for the National Summit on Africa By Dr Elliott Skinner (Columbia University), member of the Foreign Policy Advisory Committee.

No effort was spared to do the necessary outreach and bring the best minds together to gather the best information - to make this one kind of Summit on Africa a grand success - the likes of:

     A. The National Summit of Africa Initiative Core Partners.

     B. Foreign Policy Advisory Committee.

     C. Youth Outreach Committee.

Here is one report chronologically giving some salient and pertinent accounts -  in preparation for the National Summit On Africa - February 16-20, 2000 - Washington, D.C. U.S.A.:
