Indigenous tribes on Turtle Island practiced Democracy for thousands of years.

The Six Nations - the Iroquois tribe- the United States Founding Fathers - invited the Elders to the White House and learned some from the wisdom shared.  

The indigenous inhabited Turtle Island for over 23,000 years.

Today the notion that America practices. Democracy is a misnomer - what we practice is confusion, pandemonium, violence, hate, and a slew of issues more harmful than good.

One-third of the American population are fanatics - our population is about 350 million.

The United States has an area of 3,717,812.8 square miles - we have considerable resources, and these gifts were gifted by the Great Spirit to indigenous people.

China has a population of 2 billion, and India of 1.5 billion - there are many other nations - with large populations - and increasingly, all over the world, we see autocratic governments.

Autocratic governments are destroying freedom - these despots - blood on their hands - are chronic control freaks.

These despots become disillusioned - and before you know it - they kill all those they imagine will come their way. 

Ultimately, they will fall on their face - and die a miserable - death.

I ask Xi Jinping to treat the Uyghurs with respect. Just because they are Muslim does not mean they are not human beings. Raping the women, torturing Uyghur men - demeaning humanity and pretending to help African nations - for profit.

His track record with the current economy of China is spiraling down - into the cesspool of  Xi Jingping's creation.

China's Real Estate is in deep trouble; college students and young adults - have no work - food security is rampant - China is stalling, and soon - it will be in dire straits. 

As for Vladamir Putin - he is the worst - one has just to monitor his actions in Ukraine. 

Putin is desperate now - failing to commit to providing food security to the Middle East and Africa - committing to the United Nations - and then failing to keep his promise.

On January 6, 2021 - our Capitol in Washington D.C.  was attacked.

The Constitution clearly states that if traitors impede any process linked to our freedom and counting the Electoral Votes, inhibiting such actions is criminal, and traitors must be hung.

Capitol Hill was attacked - those who entered Capitol Hill - were violent - calling out, "hang Mike Pence," the Vice President - kill Speaker Nancy Pelosi - these fanatics urinated, defecated - came armed, and created - a pandemonium of the worst order. 

The desecration of Capitol Hill must not be taken lightly - the faces of these traitors must be posted on large Bill Boards - to shame them and those that brought up such monsters.

All these actions were aimed at stopping a sound process, part of our Election process - and all these criminals and fanatics - impeding the process - are traitors.

It is a shame that we spend billions - having two impeachments linked to DT - then this long, prolonged drab - January 6, 2021 hearings.

Two pandemics are raging. One is the Covid - the other is these long-drawn impeachment hearings - before that, two failed - impeachments.

Our Supreme Court has failed us, betraying the women - Roe vs. Wade.

When we disrespect women - more poor women who cannot take care of their bodies - in safety and hygienic conditions -  those macho men who think - they can speak for women - are wrong - just ask your mama.

Our Courts and Governor seats all over the United States are stacked with " Election deniers " - fanatics - who are determined to destroy our freedom.

Today in New Mexico and some other places - armed fanatics - watch innocent Americans who have come to vote - threatening them as they enter to cast their ballots - those monitoring the voting booths are threatened - and most of them are Republicans - election deniers.

We would be remiss not to mention and honor  President Abraham Lincoln - who listened to Frederick Douglass - and allowed Blacks to fight for the Union - and this bold agreement - when executed, brought victory to the Union - freed the slaves - and changed the equation of the times.

an orator, a wise leader - he befriends President Lincoln - Frederick Douglass - called upon President Lincoln to join the Civil War - which helped President Lincoln - win the Civil war.

The current mid-term primary election will be recorded by history - as one of the most convoluted - with gerrymandering, lies, and threats - all created with intent - to take over the House - Nancy Pelosi will be no more.

Suffice it to say - even now, the House Speaker - gets minimal support - when she is here in San Francisco. It is a shame - her husband, Paul Pelosi - was attacked in his own home. 

If this happens, we know it will happen - because the Democrats failed to address the pertinent and salient issues - food security, our economy, crime, and Quality of Life issues.

Twitter will now be used to fuel the fire - Musk is not a sane person - he is a fanatic - did you see him enter the Twitter Building - with a sink in his hands?

This sordid man made millions contracting with NASA - using talent that we have in abundance here in the United States - rockets that could be reused - rockets that went up - and then landed back on Earth - again and again on platforms - built on our Ocean. 

Can you imagine Donald Trump - after the elections - using his autocratic stances to destroy our freedom?

Good leaders know how to nip any nonsense in the bud.

When will we consult those that have wisdom - the indigenous people?

For decades the SF Planners and the SF Planning Commission - have been pulling the wool over our eyes - in broad daylight. Today, have no clue - failing to serve the working poor - all these many decades.

Good planning is not only about building homes for those making under $80,000 - but also making a needs assessment about our clean drinking water.

Here in San Francisco, clean drinking water - coming from the Hetch Hetchy - one hundred and sixty miles away - is used for flushing toilets. 

The idiots at the SF Public Utilities Commission - as is the SF Planning Department - do not know how to deal with this dilemma.

The Housing Element is implemented - every eight years with a viable and sustainable vision. The SF Planning Department has failed us decent, hard-working taxpayers - San Franciscans.

This year's draft Housing Element - soon to be finalized - is full of loopholes, and as usual, the working poor - are left to fend for themselves.

When Amit Ghosh was the Director of SF Planning - we reviewed the then SF General Plan - and made sure the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe was acknowledged and noted - as the only Tribe Federally recognized - and one that has established continuity - in and around San Francisco. 

A tribe acknowledged - by the Department of Interior - an entity that has jurisdiction over all matters linked to acknowledgment and Federal Recognition.

We also brought to the attention of the Direction Amit Ghosh - the mistakes made by a Bureau of Indian Affairs - L.A. Dorrington.

Today using DNA analysis - the Muwekma Ohlone - is well armed and can clearly show - the continuity of the Tribe - from DNA testing - specimens taken from living members and compared to the DNA taken from burial sites.

It is pathetic how Whites will stoop so low - to make the Tribes prove that they are human, indigenous - and that this is their land.

Whites came here to San Francisco some three hundred years - and now want to say they lived here for 23,000 years - carbon-dated artifacts and human remains - proven and noted - which should rest the case of the Muwekma Ohlone.

Seventy-five years ago - on October 27, my mother gave birth to a boy - that boy was me. Francisco Da Costa. 

At the age of two, I contacted Poliomelytis, and the entire left side of my body was paralyzed.

I overcame the paralysis - my Kikuya nanny massaging me - and others, too many to name - loving me as best they could.

As a child, I excelled in sports - soccer, field hockey, cricket, volleyball, and other games.

My father and mother did their best to introduce me to people - who loved me because I loved to sing, act, and ask many questions.

During my youth, I never allowed my physical challenge to slow me down - I excelled in what I did - working very hard - at everything that came my way.

I have hundreds of photographs, mostly black and white - here is one of my mother, Alice, my father, Manuel - my sister Dora and of course, the man of the hour - Francisco.

Nairobi, Kenya, is located at 5800 feet - above sea level - and has a cool climate. I remember the rain - and I loved going in the rain - and enjoying myself.

I remember the garden we had - the rich soil - the large cabbage roses my mother tendered - many other flowers - one of a kind.

Then there were vegetables - and fruits like guava, grapes, loquats, pomegranates, and the birds that loved to come and help themselves.

I would spend time in the garden - climb a tree - I love climbing trees and sitting there and pondering - telling myself what I wanted to become - and I love to remember those memories - to this day.

I was introduced to archeology and the sciences.

 Early on, I met and spent time with the famous Louis and Mary Leakey - who found Lucy - for those that follow anthropology and archeology. East Africa is the home of humankind.

To this day, I am deep into archelogy that led me to follow - the San Francisco - Muwekma Ohlone tribe and other indigenous tribes.

Today we live in the United States, where over thirty percent of the voting population does not believe in " Democracy. "

Even as I write these lines - the Federal Bureau of Investigation - is busy gathering information - most Blacks who are deep into illegal activity - which is embedded at City Hall and Room 200.

We must be spiritual, which means we must fine-tune our conscience.

Religions and dogma are not what makes a good woman or man.

Good actions do - most of us are hoodwinked by poverty-pimp pastors - mostly Blacks in San Francisco. It does not help that most of the crooks are Black too - and are shameless.

In the interim, our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults - our beloved Elders - more our mentally and physically challenged - are slowly dying.

We have the Living and the Living Dead.

Only those who have their heart in the right place - can take others to a better place. Aho.

MILLIONS OF DOLLARS - STIMULUS MONEY WASTED BY THE SF MAYOR'S OFFICE - THE MAYOR HERSELF PART OF THE PLOYS, MACHINATIONS, AND SHENENIGANS.

 

WE ARE WATCHING YOU SCOUNDRELS LIKE A HAWK.

All over the City and County of San Francisco - Quality of Life issues has reached an all-time low.

Contributing adverse factors that the City cannot address - are drugs, filthy streets, car, and home break-ins, assaults, shootings and killings, rapes, domestic violence, and more.

In the meantime, San Franciscans have not recovered from the atrocities committed by the San Francisco Redistricting Task Force.

The new lines are drawn to create the new boundaries - the eleven districts are worse off than before. 

The SF Redistricting task force sold out decent San Franciscans - and most of us taxpayers have no clue - about the many adverse impacts.

The adverse impacts are now affecting the Housing Element - there has been no meaningful outreach and no dialogue worth the salt - linked to the current Housing Element.

San Franciscans are astute, and we have many who are educated on issues. The City and County of San Francisco - Department must head - many of whom are inept - do their job - we taxpayers pay them, and they have been having a ball - pussyfooting around.

It is not easy to hoodwink the educated, decent, ethical San Franciscans - but more and more, the politicians who have sold their souls to the devil - think they cannot fool us all.

No one can fool all the people all the time.

One of the worse City Departments is the San Francisco Planning.

These scoundrels - most chosen because of their lifestyle - continue to fail us - most of all having disdain for the working poor.

Every issue that comes before the SF Planning is a circus - they talk and talk and talk - and come to a - conducive solution.

When it comes to Public Comment - SF Planning gives us a measly two minutes - they think we, the people, will tolerate - this nonsense forever - and look the other way.

It is the same with the SF Board of Supervisors - too much talking - addressing silly, mundane issues - while the people suffer - from the spiraling of the economy - adverse impacts linked to Quality of Life issues in San Francisco - the 11 Districts.

THE REVOLUTION IS HERE - THE PEOPLE UNITED CAN NOT BE DEFEATED - THE SCOUNDRELS WILL BE DEALT - AND THE STATE OF AFFAIRS WILL NOT BE PRETTY.

These steps lead to the dens of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors and the Mayor London Breed - she lacks sound leadership, is not educated on issues, and does not have a sound vision worth the salt.

Many homeless people live on the streets throughout the City and County of San Francisco.

All over the City of San Francisco - the various locations they live in tents - stink to high heaven.

Feces, urine, needles, the filth of the worse kind - that we decent San Franciscans - never, ever saw before - but have to endure in your face - defiance.

The Urban Alchemy ploys are not working - the so-called practitioners are selling drugs - their CEO making 220,000 a year.

Most of those who work for Urban Alchemy are hardened and corrupt " jailbirds " - the SF Mayor has an affinity for jailbirds - more those who are hard-core.

Again and again, The SF Mayor favors having in-operation - drug centers - where folks can do their hard drugs.

She thinks she can solve some problems - she has no clue about such talk and plans - which exacerbates the drug and needle situation.

The SF Planning - jumped on the suggestion that the Emergency declared in the SF Tenderloin - would do some good.

The SF Planning has taken the first steps - the outreach has yet to be done - involving the diverse leaders - to bring leaders from the diverse population to the table.

A Tenderloin is a place that does have good leaders.

The leaders from the Tenderloin - have taken it upon themselves to lead and deliver - without the City and County lifting a finger to help them.

For decades failed to invest in the Tenderloin -  the many decent folks from the Tenderloin that live in dire straits. 

Over 30,000 souls live in the SF Tenderloin - over fifty percent are refugees worldwide.

Add to that the indigent who are cast out from their district in San Francisco - mainly Blacks from the Bayview Hunters Point area and the Western Addition.

In 1989 we had the big one - the Earthquake - the things I saw happen in the Tenderloin - shocked many - I had to take the lead with soldiers from the Sixth U.S. Army and the Presidio of San Francisco.

Together before the Red Cross came to the aid of the people in the Tenderloin - after two whole weeks.

We had to help and feed the poor and indigent - more those trapped in the rooms -  elevators not working - the many Single Residency Occupancy (SROs) - creating dangerous situations - many people nearly lost their lives.

At that time, NO - Office of Emergency Services - was in place - in the City and County of San Francisco.

Mayor Art Agnos - asked for help from the Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco - and the Army did a good job.

Elevators would not work, and food and other amenities had to be delivered to save lives in the Tenderloin.

In the SF Marina, the soldiers did all they could - fighting fires and rescuing folks from buildings that came down - due to the liquefaction of the earth.

Hydrants would not work - water was pumped from the Bay - and the City and County had NO - rescue and emergency plans.

Our soldiers and volunteers climbing the narrow stairs - took care of the situation - and were all commended and remembered to this day.

The United States - Corps of Engineers came to our rescue and were honored and commended.

Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco soldiers, the Army provided resources - and we tried our best to uplift that most needed help.

Today the Tenderloin has some advocates - however, to understand the Tenderloin today - we must fully comprehend what happened in the past. Hen the history of what happened during the 1989 Earthquake.

The former Mayors Art Agnos, Diane Feinsten, Willie L Brown, Gavin Newsom, Edwin Mah Lee,  Mark Farrell, and now the worse of them all - Mayor London Brown - know only so much - and still have not taken the required precautions - to help the working poor in the Tenderloin. 

The various SF City Departments have failed San Franciscans - the Tenderloin - corruption in this City and County of San Francisco has reached saturation point.

As I said, millions of dollars were misused.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Center for Diseases Control and Prevention conducted many audits that revealed the situation was atrocious - in San Francisco - linked to the millions in Federal Stimulus funds.

The Department of Transportation and other Federal and State of California authorities - have audited the City and County of San Francisco and found the City and County of San Francisco lacking - transparency and accountability.

Banners such as you see above were seen all over the Bayview Hunters Point - Dwayne Jones, a crook - was behind this scheme -

called himself a Philanthropist and Gatekeeper - pocketed millions of dollars meant for the vulnerable SF Bayview community - that most needs urgent and dire help.

WHERE IS THE JUSTICE?

WE PROVIDED THE ABOVE SCHEME CHART TO THE SF CONTROLLER. HE GAVE IT TO THE FORMER CITY ATTORNEY DENNIS HERRERA - WHO IS NOW THE GENERAL MANAGER OF SFPUC - THE SAME ENTITY - HE WAS INVESTIGATING AND DID A LOUSY JOB - NOW MAKING $500,000 A YEAR!

The SF Sewer System and Improvement Project started with a budget of $6 billion and is now $12 billion - heading for $20 billion - and we also have these charlatans to hoodwink San Franciscans - most are decent, hardworking taxpayers in broad daylight.

It is a shame that over $300 million - 5% of  $6 Billions were wasted on mundane things and issues. All those millions - were linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project - in the San Francisco Bayview - and Community Benefits.

 Community benefits tied to San Franciscan in general and Bayview Hunters Point in particular - were thrown to the wind.

All this and more - brought before the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - its former General Manager indicted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation - for abject - corruption.

Today nothing much has changed - in fact, it is getting worse.

Dwayne Jones and Juli   Ellis misspent millions of dollars - Community Benefits - linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project - started with a $6 billion budget and today has exceeded $12 billion. Who is monitoring this madness?

The SF Controller has failed us all - more the advocates that matter - in the City and County of San Francisco - to get assistance - any Non-Profit - should be crooked.

Millions of dollars are doled out to crooked Non-Profits - who do not spend a dollar on those who need to be uplifted.

Our infants, children, youth, young adults, beloved Elders - the mentally and physically challenged.

Millions of dollars are doled out to those who have a sordid history of hoodwinking - those who are decent, hardworking, and pay their taxes - in the community.

These crooks try to put hurdles in our way.

As an advocate - for the last 40 years - this fight is like fighting the MAFIA.

With some SF City Agencies on the side of those that work against the taxpayers, the constituents of decent San Franciscans.

The SF Controller's Office Whistle Blowers Program is a JOKE.

Today - the former SF City Attorney - is the General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission - the fox guarding the chicken coop.

San Francisco City Hall has failed the decent constituents and taxpayers.

Thousands of market-price condominiums - are built. Affordable housing is genuinely needed to cater to those who make under $80,000.

The time is now for a revolution - never seen in San Francisco - the recession is knocking at our doors.

Many other doors will be opened to deal with those that turned their back on the constituents of San Francisco. 

There are 61,000 vacant homes in San Francisco.

Over 80,000 families have left San Francisco - gone with the wind.

The Housing Element is being worked on and has serious issues to be dealt with. Time is running out - this Housing Element is implemented every 8 years.

How much of this trauma can we San Franciscans endure?
