Speaker Nancy Pelosi has failed us, Independents - the Democrats have wasted millions trying to impeach, form committees, kick the can down the street - while all the time - several groups - within the Democratic Party has given up on Nancy Pelosi.
Frederick Douglass - (1818-1895)
Frederick Douglass was a self-educated man - who fully understood the right to vote and own land. He was a leader with a vision and was admired by none other than President Abraham Lincoln.
It was Frederick Douglass who convinced President Abraham Lincoln - to permit Blacks then known as Negros - to join the Civil War, and it was the Blacks in large measure - that fought hard - and brought victory to President Abraham Lincoln - who initiated the Emancipation of Blacks - those who were still slaves.
Frederick Douglass understood about owning land - and, more importantly, the power to vote. Self-educated, he brought the Nation together - and even helped the Suffrage Movement - White women who asked him again and again to help their cause.
Harriet Tubman (1822-1913)
Blacks - today fail to read history - more those Black leaders the likes of Frederick Douglass, Harriet Tubman, William E.B. Du Bois - others who laid the foundation - so that future generations could take Blacks and people of color to a better place.
Following the Civil War, freed slaves and their descendants accumulated roughly 15 million acres of land across the United States.
By 1920 there were 925,000 black-owned agricultural land - representing 15% of all farms in the United States.
Today less than 2% of Blacks own farms in the United States.
President Joe Biden and those responsible - must zero in and hold those responsible for cheating and stealing the land from the Black farmers.
Most certainly - the authorities - must look into the dubious and nefarious " Heirs' Property laws.
The Heirs' Laws - that deprives those without huge sums of money - to deploy lawyers - who use this law to take over thousands of acres.
One parcel at a time - land belonging to Blacks - amounting to millions of acres - from Black farmers and those eligible to inherit the land from their ancestors.
Much as the Native Americans were robbed of their land - one by one - all sorts of ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - were used by Whites to steal the land.
It was the same. In California, the land was first stolen by the Spanish from the Native Americans.
Then the land was stolen by the White Americans.
Few know of the thousands of Mexicans lynched - the Whites simply shot the owners of the many rancherias - lynched as many as they could - stole all they could without any punitive actions - and the rest is history.
Land and Voting go hand in hand.
Once the Landlords attached power to the slaves they owned - the land they owned - the Electorial College - bears a close resemblance to the Feudal System - the practice by Britain - few know about this, and we must know our history.
Today over 14 States are using laws to keep many at bay - from voting - making it difficult for " people of color " to vote.
Our Constitution makes some general statement - as one delves into the details - pointing to a segment of the population who are 3/5th human - and other words - that are embedded into the Constitution - that go contrary to the words " all men are created equal.
President Joe Biden and Vice-President Kamala Harris have failed to address the baseline issues - uplifting those that need help most - to re-create the middle class.
Today we have the filthy rich and the poor.
Nations that have a strong Middle Class - favor Democracy.
By default - the Middle Class contributes to Quality of Life issues.
Quality of life issues such as Health, Safety, Education, Transportation, Food Security.
A host of other salient and pertinent issues that are NOT being - addressed.
Speak Nancy Pelosi has failed San Francisco - what sense does it make for the SF Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) to make public announcements - on MUNI - mentioning Nancy Pelosi - who is NOT in touch with San Franciscans.
