FOR ALL THE TALK ABOUT VACCINES IN SAN FRANCISCO - WHY HAVE WE NOT DONE A NEEDS ASSESSMENT ON THE LINKS REQUIRED TO REGISTER - WHERE IS THE LEADERSHIP ON THIS ONE SINGULAR ISSUE?

 

In San Francisco in recent years - the leadership - at all levels talk too much.

No one more in a pandemic is interested - in diatribe - more, with the toxic stress, food insecurity, killings and shootings, assaults, home break-ins, our storefront vacant  - downtown  - and many other neighborhoods looking like a War Zone. 

Underlaying the adverse impacts - Quality of Life compromised - the many long drab virtual meetings - are of NO help.

It is time City Hall opens its doors - and we the people deal with the very corrupt who using " virtual meetings " - wheeling and dealing behind closed doors - have compromised the will and freedom of the people - the people who pay the taxes and the people who have been treated with disdain.

Where are the sequencing and the test in San Francisco?

For all the talk by Mayor London Breed that has been no walk.

In San Francisco we have a population of 840,000 and a full 60% are suffering. 

Food security has affect most of the people living in San Francisco - right now one in three Elders are suffering. Three out of five children - and the condition is getting worse - with toxic stress - leading to severe mental stress.

Domestic violence of the increase - and the shootings and killing on the streets - more on Third Street - does not help.

The District 10 Supervisor is a Joke - he keeps trying to buy friendships - and being a former " jail bird " he know how to wheel and deal - but not for long. 

The Mayor's Office of Economy Development, the new City Administrator Carmen Chu, the Mayor London Breed - other lackeys who attend the many Press Conferences - are wasting their time.

Spending inordinate long hours - some as long as 6 and 7 hours - on issues mundane  - kicking the can down the street.

The Mayor London Breed - does not have a viable and sustainable Blue Print - and what is pertinent to note - has no experience - her leadership is - pathetic.

We are in the middle of this pandemic -  the many evolving viruses - are here in San Francisco - waiting to make great inroads - and further put the health of thousands in jeopardy.

It is essential that with UC San Francisco - the many laboratories at Mission Bay - sequencing and testing -  in done to catch the variants.

Of course our Mayor London Breed - has NO clue about science and less about health issues - in San Francisco - talk is cheap  - the astute and stellar do not fall for that nonsense - we the people want action - sound and good actions that count.

Those in charge of doling out the links - in order to register to get the vaccines to build a fire wall - and move quickly to create " herd immunity - are receiving dead links.

We the people want to know who is in charge and who is responsible for this atrocities - bordering on criminality.

Who with intent pass the " dead links " to those in the community - who cannot open the links - at times fill out the application - and cannot submit the links - to get registered and save lives.

At other times the applicant will input the date of birth, and some other important data - only to be told that the information is invalid. This contributes to toxic stress - and some one must come to the aid of the residents of San Francisco - or face the consequences.

We must remember - we are living in a digital world - and if the authorities - do not have a platform that works - with one Central Hub -  where the data is stored and is secure - we are compromising the information - exposing sensitive information to the hackers - and other nefarious entities.

At the Moscone East,  you have entities the likes of Mary Ellen Carroll who has heard a lot about the bad links that do not work and she is kicking the can down the street. 

Mary Ellen Carroll and others responsible - must ratify these mistakes on a War Footing - and how these scumbags sleep at night - is anyone guess.

Yet again and again with intent these  "dead links " - are sent and there is no leadership, no accountability -  all this and more hampers progress - and creates - abject distrust.

I tried to keep an open mind - that some experts - check on the links - and all of them agreed - incompetent programers - folks that lack the expertise - have failed San Francisco.

Again the Contractors who are hired to do the work - creating and distributing the links have failed. We are now on our fifth contractor according to some reliable sources. 

Mayor London Breed keeps appointing lackeys - she knows what is happening - but cannot do anything much.

Corrupt like cancer cancer - which emanates from her and her lackeys the likes of Dr. Grant Clofax - the Director of SF Health.

The Director  of Emergency Management - Mary Ellen Carroll - does more harm than good. None of them have qualified experience - and so they are trying to say something but it means nothing.

When it comes to execution - there is no sound planning, no logistics that matter - and when it come to getting the supplies, storing, and distribution - the mistakes that happen - baffle all that see these mistakes day in and day out - and this has been happen for over 14 months.

It is Good, Better, Best for those who serve others - that counts.

Bad, worse, worst for the likes of Mayor London Breed - who have no clue what is happening - except running her dirty mouth - and failing thousands of innocent San Franciscans.

Security Officer -  who once worked for the SFPUC now being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

It has been over a year that we are dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic  - and we know well that California stands 44th out of our 50 states - when it comes to administering vaccines.

Here in San Francisco - we are doing better - more because of the weather and a community that is well educated.

We are doing better - because, the citizens and constituents of San Francisco - are taking it upon themselves to wear a mask, maintain high hygiene, eat right, exercise, meditate and do all those things to uplift one another.

Here, in San Francisco, we have Mayor London Breed who has no clue what is happening at ground zero. She still behave as if she in the HOOD - I guess the hood does not leave one - more engaged like a " thug " - she want to say some - but cannot articulate.

In the middle of the pandemic - Mayor London Breed has given herself a raise - she now makes $400,000 a year plus - and has nothing much to show for all that money. 

She and her lackeys must be ashamed of themselves.

Our Elders need help - and all we hear - is hot air.

We hear hot air from the SF Board of Supervisors and the Mayor London Breed, the Controller Ben Rosenfield, the City Attorney Dennis Attorney - all those heads of City Department - most unqualified to hold the job they are holding.

There is a dark cloud hovering over San Francisco - the corruption scandal - is growing from bad to worse.

Even, Mayor London Breed is being watched - and so are some SF Board of Supervisors - one of them Shamann Walton and Young Community Developers - involved in wasting millions of dollars - Community Benefits.

Dwayne Jones - his day is coming.

Others too - the likes of Dwayne Jones. The so-called gatekeeper of Bayview Hunters Point - his day is coming.  The others are fleeing like roaches - they will be caught - they can run but they cannot hide for long.

Millions of Community Benefits - as much as $400 million - have been spent by crooks of the highest order - money doled out by Juliet Ellis and Dwayne Jones.

Harlan Kelly has been charged and he will be sentence for along time - the former Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission.

His wife Naomi Kelly was investigated and had to step down - she was SF City Administrator - a good friend of Mayor London Breed.

Juliet Ellis the former Assistant General Manager for External Affairs - had no clue what she was doing. The first thing she did when she got the above mentioned job - was send $200,000 illegally to Green For All - her former Non-Profit - such are the way of these corrupt - crooks.

She was charged by the Fair Political Action Committee.
