THE SF OFFICE OF COMMUNITY INVESTMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE - CORRUPT AS THEY ARE - BUILDING A SCHOOL ON A POLLUTED AND CONTAMINATED LOCATION - AFFORDABLE HOUSING ON LAND PRONE TO LIQUEFACTION AND SEA LEVEL RISE.

The conceptual plan - the school by the freeway - spewing dangerous particulates, a sewer pump station that SFPUC operates close by - on contaminated land - and all this for our children - those purporting this crime in broad day light with NO Environmental Impact Report in sight - more on pollution.

Our Children deserve the best - no pollution - no contamination.

Map of San Francisco - what is now Mission Bay - poor infill.

Nothing much seems to deter the " corrupt " - trying to hoodwink San Franciscans in broad daylight.

When it comes to our children - they deserve the best.

These -  scoundrels in the middle of a pandemic - are trying to hoodwink us - trying build a school and put our children in harms way with intent.

When I asked for an Environmental Impact Report - there was none that the OCII could refer to - current.

One  Commissioner Scott a sell out - keeps rubber stamping.

We must do due diligence - more if one represents any faith bases organization. What are these pastors doing on Commission - that are corrupt - wheeling and deal - and trying to make a fast buck.

She is doing a disservice to our community.

Never saw Scott in the trenches - fighting for the community be it in San Francisco  - or the Bayview Hunters Point - on relevant and pertinent issues.

Few know about the contamination at Mission Bay - once run by the Catellus Corporation - here is some information :

The SF Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure (OCCI) is one of the most corrupt entities.

It has inherited its tainted DNA from the former San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) that was deactivated.

The Successor Agency to the SFRA was created - and now the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure (OCCI).

The new play ground of the OCCI - is now Mission Bay - once the operations of the Santa Fe railway - where the land was contaminated - creosote and related contaminants - of the worst kind.

In the early 1950s to early 1980s - tons of chrome plating residue, all sorts of old worn our tires, all sorts of rubbish was dumped at Mission Bay.

Added - the many Piers were falling in disrepair - those who loved fishing - would perk themselves on worn out poles and other makeshift temporary platforms - and conduct their perilous hobbies.

I have posted the agenda above for those that would like to follow the " virtual meeting " - another agenda address so called affordable housing - units - one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom - not for rent - ownership.

Commissioner Scott asked about rent and was told that the units were not for rent. She asked other questions - revealing time and again her shallow knowledge - when it come to subjects and issues that some one in her position - should know better.

We advocates recently have had the Federal Bureau of Investigation come to our rescue.

These two agenda items - discussed at the Feb 16. 2010 virtual meetings will be adjudicated by some other authorities - the issue of the Environmental Impact Report.

The - close proximity to the Freeway spewing very dangerous particulates - that our children will breathe and cannot kept out by building a wall. Who is hoodwink whom in broad daylight.

Another factor to review - the close proximity to a sewer pump operated by SF Public Utilities Commission - in close proximity to the proposed new school.

The  site on which the brand new school will be located and built -  has not been abated nor mitigated - creosote and other contaminants have been found on the site - before.

All sorts of conceptual plans - to confuse the taxpayers -

Commissioners who have No clue - what they are doing

Here is another report by a local newspaper - shedding more light on the ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - the various parties - and how our children, eduction, environmental issues are treated - in a shabby manner:
