Our infants, children, youth, young adults -
our beloved Elders, those with compromised health
more those mentally and physically challenged
are slowly dying - " San Francisco has lost its soul ".
It is a well known fact that the Southeast Sector of San Francisco - is the most contaminated and polluted area.
While there is all the empirical data - to do right - those in authority " with intent " - look at the situation at hand - with disdain.
This utter nonsense must STOP - now.
Years of dumping toxic contaminants in close proximity to the Bay has been endemic, polluted materials linked to commercial and residential garbage.
The U.S. at one time dump barrels with low atomic material - in the bay closer to Innes Street - and when buoyancy defied their stupid action - they shot at the barrels and completed their sordid act.
Years later the Corps of Engineers - dredged the area and dumped the toxic material - what is now Heron Head Park and the neighboring areas. The area has been tested and can be best tested - by drilling and taking samples - even right now - the evidence is there - for all the world to see.
Thousands of children are taken to Heron Head Park - and exposed to toxic elements - those in charge do not take their civic responsibility - and some so called non-profit - want to make money - and pretend the are doing something - something - that is evil - more when it involved our children. God sees it all.
At about the same time - all documented - thousands of barrels laden with low level atomic waste - were taken to the Farallones Islands - off San Francisco shore - an Bird Sanctuary - and today as we did yesterday - we know about this fact - but no one wants to talk about it.
Now and then when we hear of women living by Stinson Beach and the adjacent area - in Marin County - some expert will talk about this fact - the ebb and tide - does it work - taking low level atomic waste and spreading it on the many beach - more in line with the pattern established by the deep Ocean - more the Pacific Ocean.
It is the same with the Depleted Uranium tested on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - the burying of huge animals all over the base at that time - animals that took part in the atomic tests - on the Bikini Islands - affecting many Polynesian people - but also our Navy personnel who were used as guinea pigs. Time will tell.
Advocates who can do so much - the present politicians are clueless and want to make money - no one can make money - when the people are suffering- off their back - and not say they do not have BLOOD - on their hands.
We have named them before - but as God is at my side - the repercussions - will be severe - and those who with intent do harm - will fall - flat on their face - here on Earth and not far from now - the year 2019.

situated at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
The rest was filled with poor infill - in coming years.
Sea level rise - and climate change - will claim the land that once was the Bay.
The Pacific Ocean - will intrude - large waves much like a Tsunami - the Estuary will widen - and the wet lands will be restored to its former glory - not by man but by nature itself.
The man made island - Treasure Island - will be inundated with very large waves - and all the Greed that we see going on at that man made island - Treasure Island will be nought.
Dumping the worst contaminants chrome waste, construction materials laden with lead, mercury, asbestos and other contaminated were collected and recycled - waste of all kinds - dumped into the Bay - to this day it is done - clandestine operations - mostly by nefarious contractors - not respecting the laws and defying decency.

it is called capping - capping toxic dirt - with clay.
Contaminated waste dumped in areas where they was no monitoring - much before the Environmental Protection Agency - had laws in place - in the early 1980s - linked to the toxic materials and contamination - I have mentioned - above.
Paradoxically much of that contamination was laced with low level atomic elements - and even now - we can get readings - the authorities know about it - bit will not go there - abatement and mitigation cost a lot - millions of dollars - they look away - and when forced to do abatement - they say " capping " - will do the job.
In the year 2000 - the tax payers - voted for Proposition P - and by a wide margin over 78% - mandating, the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - be cleaned to residential standards.
Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr. assumed as Mayor of San Francisco in 1996 - and from day one - he did all in is power to develop Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - never mind it was a Superfund.
He managed to get Lennar Urban to be the main developer - Forest Hill was chosen - but they lost - a woman Lynette Sweet who favored the wishes to Willie L. Brown - cast her vote at the SF Redevelopment Meeting - and the rest is history.

Innocent people work at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard -
they need the money - and they put their lives in jeopardy - many slowly dying. What is wrong with this picture - more when Black people so called leaders - are part of this deliberation?
As I said the people spoke - loud and clear - and always we have had sellouts the likes that I have mentioned many times - mostly Black - for some bread crumbs they sell out the community.

In the Southeast Sector the enforcement linked to the Superfund Site and other areas - started being enforced in the early 1990s.
Up to this day - concepts like " capping " - and other half cooked measures - linked to abatement and mitigation - seem to be the norm - when stricter measures and plans - should be in place with timelines and goals.
Some of us advocates who have been doing due diligence are targeted by the City and County of San Francisco - who love to kick the can down the street.
The time has come for action - full accountability and transparency - we keep our fingers crossed.
As one who has standards, more fortitude and tenacity knows - the easy and crooked way - filled with abject disdain for the community at large - more our infants, children, youth, young adults, our beloved Elders - more those with compromised health - is NOT the way anyone attains holistic, standards.
Not once do the authorities - mention the Precautionary Principle - not once do they care to bring the advocates into the deliberation - corrupt politicians - do the bidding of the Big Developers - many of them are still around - and all of them are suffering - slowly dying - they have all the time - to think and ponder about their evil deeds.
The mantra - " Toxic Stress " has been thrown around - but there has been no acton taken - to treated with rap around serves the affect population - who daily are suffering and slowly dying.
The Southeast Sector had power plants that spewed Methane gas, mercury, lead, dangerous particulates more PM 2.5.
The Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant in 2019 still continues to pollute and contaminate a large area - pungent Sulphur smell - fouls the air and impacts millions - every single day.
Half treated sewage is dumped into the Bay.
The Phelps Raw Sewage Plant has received numerous Notice of Violations.
There has been no one singular hearing - on the Notice of Violation (NOVs).
The tax payers, the constituents, decent San Franciscans - most of them innocent residents - living close the the raw sewage treatment plant - are daily adversely impacted.

The culprit the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) - that has failed on many levels - leading the charge the Assistant General Manager for External Affairs/ Chief Strategist.
Juliet Ellis - who has been fined by the Fair Political and Practices Commission and still continues to do damage - and has been given free rein to adversely impact - thousands.
Black listed from bidding by the
City and County of San Francisco -
the SFPUC has given him opportunities to
do " Outreach " doling millions - and pocketing more -
the man does NOT live in San Francisco -
he has been hoodwinking the community for a long time.
Dwayne Jones is black listed by the City and County of San Francisco - receiving bids -using illegal means - a case was taken to court and Dwayne Jones was fined and blacklisted.
Today he continues to do outreach - receiving millions - at Pier 70, the 1550 Evans project.
The Community Benefits linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - doling money - wheeling and dealing.
The paradox the man does not live in San Francisco - acts as a consultant and uses crooks and the very corrupt - to carry on his nefarious activities - in broad daylight.
All with the blessings of the Mayor's Office - past and present.
The Bay bordering the Southeast Sector - was dumped upon for decades - all sorts of old tires, used contaminated paint materials - asbestos, mercury, lead residue, and more.
Chrome residue from the factories - all over the Potrero Hill, the Industrial Area in the Bayview Hunters Point, Dog Patch and elsewhere - hundreds of other pollutants and contaminants - making its way into the Bay.
Add to that contamination from the Mercury mines - making their way to our Bay - adversely impacting herring, Abalone, other fish, bird, and other fauna and flors - the many wetlands - the abode of migratory birds - adversely impacted by all sorts of contamination and pollution.
What else is necessary to know - except that the City and County of San Francisco, the Department of Toxic and Substances Control, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Regional Water Board, the Bay Area Air Management District Board - the local and State agencies that must do their duty have failed us all - more our infants, children, youth, young adults, Elders, and those with compromised health.
The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard a very toxic Superfund Site - where " depleted uranium " was tested and other experiments conducted by the Naval Radiological Defense Laboratory (NRDL) - adversely impacting a three miles radius.
It is a well known fact that the Laboratory's 2 million volt Van De Graaf accelerator produced tremendous amounts of ionizing radiation.
Thousand of innocent resident living near by were adversely impacted - and to this day - nothing much has been done by entities like Veronica Hunnicutt, Sophie Maxwell, Oscar James, Doris Vincent, and Linda Richardson.
Toye Moses, Eloise Patton, Barbara Ockel, Dwayne Jones, Juliet Ellis, Harlan Kelly and many others - all sell outs who have BLOOD on their hands.
Some have approached others to ask me not to mention their names - if they do not have BLOOD on their hands - they have nothing to fear - if they have it - then they must pay the price - here on Earth. Make no bones about it.
When people are NOT educated on issues - and more ignorant you have entities - the Big Developers - that can manipulate and when money is thrown in their path - they sell their conscience and jeopardize the lives of innocent citizens.
It does not help that Lennar Urban aka 5 Points Holdings LLC - continues to plan to build brand new housing units on very contaminated ground - more, prone to severe flooding and liquefaction.
Right now innocent resident are adversely impacted with all sorts of respiratory chronic diseases, of sorts of heart problems, tumors one of kind that have puzzled - experts such as we find at San Francisco University of California.
There are hundreds of surveys conducted - linked to health and other issues - and more documents written collecting dust on the shelves for decades.
Very little has been done to help the impacted residents and those innocent more our infants, children, youth, young adults, our beloved Elders - our mentally and physically challenged - more those with compromised health.
Some of us advocates - for the last 60 years have done - all we could - with little help from the City and County of San Francisco.
Past Mayors more Willie L. Brown Jr., Gavin Newsom, Edwin Mah Lee, Mark Farrell, and now the worst of them all - London Breed.
Again and again appeals have gone before the SF Board of Supervisors - proposing projects to be built - brand new housing - some 30,000 in toto - built on very contaminated land - more prone to liquefaction and severe flooding.
Very corrupt Property Managers are working with the Mayors Office of Housing and Workforce - the Mayors Office uses its clout to bypass the Precautionary Principle, other ordinances and laws.
The Department of Building Inspection - must enforce - and follow the ordinances and laws and breaks them all the time.
The projects are given the " green signal " - even though hundreds of advocates and thousands of decent citizens and constituents of San Francisco - oppose such projects - and produce empirical data - vetted by experts and environmental organizations - to show and prove what is right and what is very wrong.
The Environmental Impact Reports - ignore Cumulative Contamination and Pollution. The very serious issue of liquefaction and flooding.
The time has come to take the crooks, wheeling and dealing with
" dark money " - doing as they please - with full backing of the sitting Mayors in San Francisco.
For all the talk that the present Mayor London Breed spews - talking from both sides of her mouth.
Talking in generalities and doing nothing at all - kicking the can - down the street.
Recently two individuals that London Breed backed lost - to send her a message - Vallie Brown and Susan Loftus - no one can fool all the people all the time.
Mayor Edwin Mah Lee -
his wheeling and dealing with Big Developers -
is well known and noted -
he passed away - but it still stinks in Denmark.
Powerful and crooked elements are backing the present Mayor - mostly Big Developers - who got rid of Edwin Mah Lee - we know the Truth - we who know the Truth - know more - because we speak Truth to Power.
The facts are there - linked to the chronic congestion, the tremendous increase in pollution, contamination, the acerbated increase in homelessness which is endemic to hotspots in San Francisco.
The respiratory diseases have peaked - mostly affecting the infants and children - in short Quality of Life have been compromised - more, to the detriment of decent citizens - constituents of San Francisco that deserve better.
No one in our City and County of San Francisco - including the so called agencies and departments that gloat and say they address " environmental issues " - are telling the Truth.
On the contrary they are bluffing and when " empirical data " is produced - they make excuses - mostly saying - they can only do so much - kicking the can - down the street.
Case in point the 15,000 toxic hot spots - the the Department of Environment that comes under the SF Health Department - always saying that issue come under the Department of Toxic and Substance Control - what?
It does not faze those that make so many money - work for the City and County of San Francisco - fail in their duty - and put millions in harms way.
The adverse impacts - costing millions of dollars - linked to safety and health issues - more - " detrimental and adversely " impacting our infants, children, youth, young adults.
Our beloved Elders, the physically and mentally challenged - more, those whose health has been compromised.
I have collected, studied, and advocated by writing and talking -
presenting and listening - hearing horror stories - going to the hospitals and witness death - more infants and children - and more - always speaking Truth to Power.
Our District Attorney, our City Attorney, our Mayor, our Chief of Police, our Controller - the others who talk the talk but cannot walk the walk - can bluff all they want - there is Karma but more there is a God that sees it all.
The corruption today in San Francisco has reached saturation point - are you telling me - we cannot fix the problem.
It is a shame that San Francisco - has lost its soul.
It is a shame that those authorities that can do something - look the other way.
It is a shame that decent advocates are targeted for caring, nurturing, and standing by those that need help most.
Please do not think - that we have a " swamp" that must be drained in Washington D.C.
We have a " cesspool created by the above that I have mentioned " - that continues to adversely impact thousands - our Democracy in San Francisco - that has been tainted and compromised.
The above is a swamp too - only it is thriving in San Francisco!
Only those educated on issues - who are spiritual can discern.
I am NOT afraid of the crooks and corrupt - and my work is for the community that most needs help.
My friends know me and I do not have to beg for money - to carry out my work.
The authorities have been slow to bring about justice - while millions of dollars - have been wasted - tax payers money.
Where is the justice - more - who will step up and do the right thing?
I represent the Muwekma Ohlone - and have done all in my power to do right - and will NOT be intimated by those that are steeped with GREED.
Recently some doctors - more lead by Black doctors - that I know - have challenged the conscience of the community at large - and will conduct Bio-monitoring - of those adversely impacted - the SF Health Department - kicking the can down the street - but not for long.
The time has come to do right and not wrong - wrong will take those slowly killing our children to the " cesspool " of their own creation.
