OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM IN SAN FRANCISCO - MUST BE COMPLETELY OVER HAULED - STARTING WITH OUR DISTRICT ATTORNEY, OUR CITY ATTORNEY, OUR SF POLICE COMMISSION, OUR SUNSHINE TASK FORCE, OUR ETHICS COMMISSION - ALL THOSE IN BETWEEN ONE WORSE THAN THE OTHER.

San Francisco City Hall -

the corruption stinks to high heaven -

but NOT for long.

The recent election in San Francisco has opened deep wounds - that were there in the first place - now deepened -  salt being rubbed with intent by our Mayor London Breed.

The woman is head strong when it comes to precise decision making -  always makes the wrong choices - a sign of very poor leadership and lack of discernment. Time will tell.

Mayor London Breed has no ability to discern because she lacks wisdom and wisdom comes with proven experience.

She comes from the hood - always looking over her shoulder  - trying to stack the cards in her favor  - afraid of the unknown.

Always looking for opportunities -  to win brownie points - making a fool of herself - using immature,  drab politics and failing miserably.

She did that when she tried to ask the last Governor - Jerry Brown a favor - to commute the sentence - of her brother.

Not  pondering the seriousness of the crime - shooting an innocent person and dumping her body on the Golden Gate Bridge.

The recent District Attorney race will come to haunt London Breed.

For starters only 23% of the registered voters voted - in the November 5, 2019.

Clearly signaling mistrust - among all San Franciscans -  for the first time ever in contemporary history -  something stinks in San Francisco.

We have a very high percentage of Independents in San Francisco - who scorn London Breed.

London  may not known this - when she thinks she has the support of some sordid Democrats who have failed California - Senator Diane Feinstein and Congressperson Nancy Pelosi. 

As I said and a long time ago - with London Breed in the cockpit - most everything - will go down hill.

Good leaders know the way, show the way and go the way.

Let us get to the meat of the present situation and Safety is on every ones mind - again and again London Breed barks up the wrong tree. 

During her term she has failed to address the on going killings and shooting - the increase in home break-ins, the many assaults in public and the most adversely impacted our Elders - God sees it all.

I was a witness how she treated Ms Canada - a black woman over 100 years old - did not lift a finger to help her - and the City treated the Elder with disrespect - invading her home - stealing her document - intruding and assaulting her being - she died of shock and someone has blood on their hands.

For the longest time we have known that many very serious issues and dysfunctional norms linked to the SF Police Department going back to 50 years - the Courts putting in place mandated and precise   " consent decrees ".

Ordering the SF Police Department - to change their behavior and remember that they are there to serve the citizens of San Francisco.

Again and again - the " consent decrees " were extended - mostly the SF Police Department failing to protect the citizens of San Francisco - more, involved in nefarious activities.

One cannot generalize - the bad apples that continue to bring disgrace to the entire SF Police  Department.

Tarnishing the name of  some 2000 strong and nothing much has transpired today - except the constant situation at hand has not improved - in a manner that we all can see an improvement.

For starters I have know the last 12 Police Chiefs and have heard it all - attended all the critical meetings - and always spoken Truth to Power.

We all can do better - if we ponder a little and consult those that have wisdom.

We have the SF Police -  an Association not an Union - who must understand - put the interest of the " community at large first ".

Not the drab politics -  one single person who may turn out to be in charge of the situation at hand - this one action - should not be blown out of proportion.

Right now the District Attorney's office is totally dysfunctional.

The  City Attorney's office is bias - the U.S. Department of Justice has written letters and I will leave it at that.

The past Mayor and the SF Police Department  have had meetings at 450 Golden Gate Avenue - and tried to hoodwink the public at large - cozying with the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) - some of us used our credentials - to get in - at a special Press Conference - and those checking our credentials - were surprised we had them.

This City is racist - and many innocent people have died - shot first and questions asked latter. 

We have reviewed text messages that make one puke - the Mayors have kept quiet and looked the other way. 

I have known the last four Chiefs well enough to pick up the telephone and call them. I will leave it at that.

Some targeting one individual - who won the race Attorney Chesa Boudin and wasting $700,000 makes no sense.

But - then again  for all the talk and training - shooting first and asking questing later - does not make a difference to some.

One can take the horse to the water - but not force it to drink.

Talk of " cultural competency " a better understanding of factors like " implicit basis " that the trainers say are inherent in us human beings - and  our DNA.

Those giving presentation and training workshops -  can say what they want  today  - but the KKK attitude is kicking and alive in San Francisco - no matter what.

The Blacks who are in power -  in San Francisco with intent are encouraging blatant " GENTRIFICATION " - makes no sense - but no one can deny the Truth.

Puppets on a string - controlled by those others - that I know and others  know  too - telling the Blacks - what to do.

In some circles we call them House Negros - those that pander  - and disgrace humanity.

Our Mayor is Black - London Breed.

Our  City Administrator is Black - Naomi Kelly,

Our head of the Human Rights Commission is Black - Sheryl Evans Davis.

Our  Chief of Police is Black - William Scott.

There are other Blacks that can do Right but they all do Wrong - what is wrong with this picture?

Then we have the crooks - outsiders - who are wheeling and dealing and have easy access to millions of dollars. 

We have a rap sheet on them - some put on the " shit list " when it comes to bidding for jobs - yet they do it anyway.

Some charged by the Fair Political Practices Commission - they should not be hired by the City and County of San Francisco - but they continue to have access to millions of dollars - and commit all sorts of White Crimes.

Who is this person -

who is still wheeling and dealing -

thinks that he can break the law and does ?

Unlike other Cities in the Nation San Francisco had Blacks with money and skills who contributed to San Francisco - from day one.

Many Blacks operated large business establishments.

There were Blacks -  renowned engineers and architects and built buildings - the 100 series red brick building at the Presidio of San Francisco for example.

Others many not know this Blacks built Churches - still standing over 155 years old.

Blacks published many newspapers, they had wash houses - they had  schools, well stocked libraries -  the history is rich and I have written about it many times before.

Yet today the jails have more Blacks and people of color in our jails. 

Today the population is nearing 2 % of the entire population of San Francisco - it used to be that 25% of the entire population of San Francisco. Go Figure!

Visit the Bayview Library and see the lines of Blacks waiting to enter the Library - not so much to read a book - but to use the restrooms and then take a nap after that. 

Mostly Elderly black men who once owned a home - but now have nothing at all.

Shamann Walton and the company he keeps -

daily wheeling and dealing with " dark money "

he has taken millions from Lennar Urban -

aka 5 Points Holding LLC

the same rogue developers that 

adversely impacted our infants, children, youth, 

young adult, our Elders those with compromised health.

We have a Black Supervisor who represents District 10 - who is suppose to take care of business -  he is busy fighting JUL a company involving with vaping products.

Shamann Walton he is interested in changing and taking over  the  NAACP in San Francisco.

Shamann  is challenging the Transportation Authorities - and has NO clue about Land Use, less about sound Planing, and even less about Safety - he supposedly has some certification linked to Nutrition.

Shamann Walton - a jail bird - who hails from Vallejo.

The SF Police Department set a record - being " under the consent decree " reporting to the United States Department of Justice - for the longest period to time - leading any other Police Department in the Nation.

Today the District Attorney's Office is a mess - the office that brings about charges - and deals with high profile cases - most of them fall by the way side.

George Gascon did a poor job - and anyone who takes over that office must be diligent - and needs a lot of help. 

The new District Attorney -

we have a lot of heavy lifting to do

God help us - and that will be the case -

believe you - a can of worms will be opened.

Hopefully a person who has integrity and does not pander to the present - Mayor London Breed. 

In the middle of writing this article it has been declared that Chesa Boudin has won - I plan to work with Chesa Boudin and offer him quality - support.

Anyway you look at this situation at hand - the District Attorney's Office must be moved from the 850 Bryant site - raw sewage inundating the office - from time to time - the office literally stinks to high heaven.

Our SF Police Commission is a JOKE - no decent advocate attends the SF Police Commission  - today.

Those appointed are most outsiders - who pretend to know about San Francisco -  are lackeys and pander to those that appoint them.

The Department of Police Accountability headed by Paul Henderson  - must be audited by the Controller's Office - to set the record straight. 

Recently there was a joint hearing-  the SF Board of Supervisors and the SF Police Department.

Community Oriented Police Service (COPS) an entity that was linked to the Department of Justice (DOJ) - pandered to those that ordered them what to do and what not to do.

The over 272 recommendations  other loose norms that COPS created is a thick document is literally null and void.

Similar document are on shelves collecting dust - and no one today give a damn about recommendations - initiated by COPS. 

As soon as the present Administration - was formed and the present incumbent occupied the White House - funding for COPS was cut off.

Since that time - instead of taking the lead using General Orders and trying our SF Police Officers with supportive service - all sorts of meeting are held. 

All sorts of bids put out - wasting thousands of dollars.

Paying thousands of dollar to a woman consultant to teach the SF Police Command Staff -  how to interpret the 272 recommendation that can easily be reduced to 25 recommendations - by anyone who has the experience and the ability to discern.

I knew this from day one - but the SF Board of Supervisors - have yet to figure this fact

Why is the SF Police Department - wasting so much  time on 272 recommendations - after so long - time is of essence.  

Wasting the time having joint meetings with the SF Police Department - the consultant - who is both a consultant to the SF Police Department and the State of California - Department of Justice.

The woman consultant who can talk the talk but fails to walk the walk - on language that is convoluted - and is not binding.

Recommendations are not binding - ordinances are - laws are - General Order are - so what is so confusing to the buffoons?

I am calling upon Paul Chignell and others to please heal the current turmoil going on - let us make San Francisco less divisive than it already is.

They can sit down - and do what is right for the public at large.

Again Chesa Boudin has won the race - and those that initiated the on going animosity must apologize - and work together to make good stuff happen.

I am calling upon the Chief of Police and the Command Staff to start lookin with ernest -  at healing the current situation at hand - and nib the current on going turmoil in the bud.

While all of the above is going on - our Sunshine Task Force that was created to help the constituents of San Francisco - is kicking the can down the street.

Hardly any action - even if there is a unanimous ruling - goes before the Ethics Commission.

The Ethics Commission which also was formed by Charter - is impotent - some stellar and astute Commissioners - have left in disgust.

We have NO checks and balances.

It does not help with the SF City Attorney office in a mess.

The  City Attorney has positioned himself - to take on cases - high profile cases - charging land owners who treat their tenants with disdain.

Other such cases -  failing ordinary San Franciscans - linked to Shootings and killings - other criminal laws adversely impacting thousands - white collar crimes involving billions of dollars - Big Developers doing out " Black Money " and creating havoc - on every level in the City and County of San Francisco.

There is a role the Controller's Office can provide with sound adjudication - the language linked to the role of the SF Controller's Office is convoluted. Some quality amendments are in order - and if need be changes made to the SF City's Charter.

Right now every day we hear about a " Whistler Blower's Case " who is making headlines - trained by the Department of Defense - the Lt. Colonel - took detail notes - another - a trained Marine from West Point did the same - they saw the ploys and machinations - and took it - to the higher ups.

At first no one wanted to address the serious concerns - but when the " situation at hand " to a level of high toxicity -  involving the firing of a stellar and astute woman Ambassador - and others with high clearance - all hell broke loose.

In this case it involves an egoistical maniac who makes his abode in the White House.

It will not surprise the  City and County of San Francisco - the Mayor London Breed, the City Administrator Naomi Kelly, the City Attorney Dennis Herrera.

The  Controller Ben Rosenfield - who has the authority to do something - but there in lies the situation at hand - do something - with NO timeline, no goals, no punitive charges - that can put the crooks behind bars.

We have similar if not worse situation right here in San Francisco  - where millions of dollars are wasted by some who have been charged by the Fair Political Practices Commission - others charges brought against very corrupt individuals - and the authorities in charge are kicking the can down the street.

Reading the process needed to be a Whistle Blower - is  a Joke.

Right off the bat no one wants to clean up the chronic mess  - going to the many cases - most of the cases are mundane - mostly linked to discrimination.

Hardly anyone want to take on those wasting millions of dollars.

We have the Sewer System Improvement Project - millions doled out to entities that do not deserve a cent - Community Benefits - tax payers money - the nonsense has been going on since 2011.

Not a single audit has been conducted linked directly to the Mafia type nefarious activities.

The current Mayor's Office is steeped with corruption - adversely impacting thousands.

Jail  birds and others involved with criminal activity - wheeling and dealing - and making hay while the sun shines.

Today we have 25,000 homeless - daily many are dying.

The dead bodies taken to a brand new morgue - that is closer to Heron Head Park - go visit the site - which is prone to liquefaction and severe - flooding.

We have middle class San Franciscan - who are homeless - and have no where to live - they come to me - and as hard as one can try to help them - nothing much exists.

The Mayor Office of Economic Development and Work Force - spends millions of dollars - and yet cannot help those advocates who have help the City and County for decades.

Who are these outsiders - with a hidden agenda - wheeling and dealing - and think the we will stand by - and allow them to do as they please.

The many dog and pony shows - having health fairs and other kinds of events - one day events - does no good.

Again and again when it comes to Career Jobs - the SF Public Utilities Commission has nothing to show.

They  waste millions of Interns and have all these years. One Juliet Ellis who has NO knowledge - doling out thousands in the name of Work Force.

Joseph Taeotui extreme right -

we will not rest - until justice - prevails -

the new District Attorney Chesa Boudin - will hear from us.

Shooting and killings have increased - and we have yet to hear - about Joseph Taeotui better know as  " Jungle ". 

We will not forget. We will not rest until justice prevails - we intent to meet Chesa Bouding and offer our tacit support - to bring closure to this case.

Hardly was Joseph Taeotui admitted to SF General Hospital - the nurses providing me his status - a SF Police bulletin was sent - that Joseph Taeotui had expired. For sure this was NOT the case. 

Shot five times - ambushed - one bullet lodged in his brain - I read a bulletin from the SF Police Department - declaring Joseph Taeotui - dead. I was shocked - he expired nine days - later.

It not only shocked me - but others too - who I had to calm down - and STOP something - that the City has not seen before - but it would have happened.

All the City Department heads and the present Mayor London Breed knows about this - including Chief William Scott - but to date there has been NO - explanation.

Not long ago a measly $25,000 was offered as  Reward if anyone had any idea  about the killer.

One lead was not taken seriously by the SF Police Department - his killer was arrested and let loose - only to commit another crime killing some one - in Antioch - the initials of the killer - AW - first name and last.

This City and County of San Francisco is playing with the Polynesians - trying to buy those that pander to the politicians - let us see - how long this goes on.

It is the same with the Blacks - many Black Mothers - waiting for justice.

It is the same with Asians - daily assaulted because the Asians can be taken advantage of. This nonsense must STOP - now.

On our MUNI buses the stench is unbearable - and with that come rude and deranged individuals - attack the vulnerable - and causing chaotic situations.

  The MUNI drivers told not to call the SF Police Department.

The so called Ambassadors - affectionately called Yellow Hornets - found eating and making small talk - at the many coffee shops - and MacDonalds - the City and County is show casing - drab models - that have no real results.

Much like the Navigation Centers - that can accommodate about 150 people of six months and then back on the streets - to slowly die.

We have 25,000 homeless - adversely impacting Quality of Life issues - the homeless have to survive - and will do anything to survive - when they are hungry and delusional.

It is fun to watch our Mayor London Breed talk the talk and fail to walk the walk - with her fake EQUITY programs and less the so RESILIENCY notions - tied to life styles - that will fall flat on their face.

The recent elections have sent a message to the crooked - your evil deeds will be revealed and you will be exposed - we have the empirical data - Aho.
