Mayor London Breed feels she is doing something - but without a Blue Print with timelines - short and long term goals - her wide grin - her loud mouth - just comes to haunt her - and bite her - on her very ass.
The homeless population has increased - more and more are finding out - that the " homeless" - more the Elders have been incarcerated in our " filthy jails ".
None of our Elders deserve " jail time " just because they are poor - and have fallen on bad times.
San Francisco has a $12 Billion budget - the Mayor makes over $360,000 plus a year - and has failed us all.
She loves junkets and shopping - our tax payers money.
Has NO clue about solving congestion, transportation, housing, safety, education, climate change, and other important issues.
London Breed loves to read speeches - what others write and some of what these idiots who write her speeches - is utter nonsense - lacking empirical data.
The many Blacks - jailed - in years past would NOT be tolerated.
Not so the new generation mostly Black - Poverty Pimp Pastors - for some praying the Lord for the " stale bread crumbs ".
These pastors turn their back on the vulnerable - among them our Seniors - I like to call them our Elders.
The Native Americans and Blacks always took care of our Elders - not so much among the Blacks anymore - once some of these Black make some money - they move to the suburbs and forget their roots.
Shame on these folks who should know better - they will fall flat on their face.
Others like Shamann Walton moved to Vallejo - then snuck into San Francisco - with minor stints - here and there - joined ranks with the corrupt - folks like Willie L. Brown, Sophie Maxwell, Malia Cohen - other minions on the take Oscar James, Eloise Patton, Veronica Hunnicuut, others - one worse than the other.
Today the " crook " - does not want to represent - Shamann Walton that no one respects - just kicks the can - down the street.
Shamann Walton - mannerless and lacking etiquette - a former well known " jail bird " behaves like a " dictator ".
Walton Shamann has NO experience linked to sound legislation and what is important to note - does not comprehend - what Quality of Life issues - truly mean.
When some does not do anything to uplift our Elders, thinks the SF Unified School District which he headed as President of the SF Unified School Board.
Shamann fails to realize that representation behoves humility, sound intelligence, the ability to discern, fortitude and tenacity - none of which this CROOK - of the highest caliber - can inculcate in himself or others.
You know from the way Shamann Walton celebrates - his recent birthday - among folks that care little to help the people that need help most.
His comrades who prop him up - want to run the much touted "Canabis Clubs".
While this same man - Shamann Walton - want to take on JUL - who market e-cigarettes - JUL does not give a " hoot" to what Shamann Walton says or does - Shamann Walton is a non-entity and was told so by the Small Business Commission.
Just like any " know thug" Shamann Walton to hold JUL the e-cigarette company hostage - to get some money - and such tactics will come to bite him on his butt - sooner not latter.
Shamann Walton has all his priorities " screwed up " - and wacko to say the least.
Jumping on the bandwagon to attach his sordid name to legislation and policies that other SF Board of Supervisors introduce.
Little understanding that he cannot " play second fiddle " for all the time.
Shamann Walton will fall flat on his face - and I have said this in public and will again again.
Under the Freedom of Information Act - I requested notes from his last " failed Public Meeting on Safety " from his office. His office told me that they destroyed the notes - and we all know - Public Meeting noticed - and mandated to keep notes and all materials linked to the meeting.
If FOIA is enforced strictly this man and his office can and will be taken to task.
This man works with the SF Police Department for all the wrong reasons.
His buddy is a Commissioner Dion Jay Brookter - who hails from Fresno - we keep embracing folks that do not understand what the Bayview Hunters Point is all about.
These vermin - the likes of Shamann Walton salivate using our tax payers money - "have access to Community Benefits " - they have blood of their hands.
These vermin must realize they cannot penalize our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our Elders, those with compromised health - more the mentally and physically challenged.
The Polynesian Community is critical to the Bayview Hunters Point and must realize time is running out.
Folks like Shamann Walton are doling money to a few of the Polynesians - like Malia Cohen did - and all this and more - does more damage than good - to the community at large.

We are still waiting an adjudication on Joseph Taeotui.
Recently to placate us all - a $25,000 was noticed for the capture and indictment of the person involved in " Jungle's " shooting and killing.
For others the reward has been in over $150,000 and in many cases $250,000. Such insults must be noted by all - and those " selling out the community" - taken to task and questioned - many of them we know - but have given them a pass.
The Polynesian Community is hurting today - for starters they need a Community Center - where Polynesian Values and Culture is fostered.
Principals of Restorative Justice - practices originating in New Zealand where the Maori People - practices it embracing all as in a village that is united and loves all that live in it.
Shamann Walton does not comprehend that and it is just a matter of time - before - he will be confront by those that he will have to listen to - and swallow the bitter pill. There is not a iota of humility in Shamann Walton - he is a despot.

Shamann Walton has taken millions of dollars from Lennar Urban that bombarded our infants, children, youth, Elders with Asbestos Dust - only a outsider would do this - not some one who was in the trenches and loved the community that live at Hunters Point - and more District 10.
He gravitates towards Workforce - he thinks he can ask money for training and keep the most of the money as much as 80% of himself and his minions.
He oversees projects - without Case Mangers that perform.
He and Young Community Developers were given several Notice of Violations - we can post them on the Internet - for all to see - if it warrants us - to do so.
The idiot does not comprehend all over the Nation there is a lack of Psychiatrists and Psychologists - at a recent hearing - lined to the Mentally Challenged, treatment, and related issues.
None of which Shamann Walton understands - if he did - we would not have the worst cases freely roaming in District 10 - one Black individual stinks so much - that after he leaves the T-Train or any location he leaves a very bad stench - so strong that is makes people puke.
Shamann Walton wants to know - how does to the SF Health Department want to address this situation - the lack of Psychiatrists and Psychologists?
I want to ask how Shamann addressed the lack of unqualified teachers and a large turnover at that - in the SF Unified School District system. He talks a good talk but has yet to walk a good walk.
More - when Shamann was the President of the SF Unified School Board?
The man is a JOKE and must step down and fade away - go live with his parents in Vallejo - where he belongs - and where crime is rampant.

Sophie Maxwell has now been appointed to the SF Public Utilities Commission and I will address this at the coming SF Public Utilities Commission meet May 14, 2019 in Room 400 at SF City Hall.
Sophie Maxwell is a sell out who pandered to Lennar Urban and amassed great wealth. Time will tell.
Tim Paulson a Union Leader took money from Lennar Urban - went against the wishes of the community in the Bayview Hunters Point.
I will address this situation at hand at the meeting I have mentioned above.
It is amazing how some House Negros instead of helping those that need help most - are today - filling their own coffers.
