One of two SF Board of Supervisors - trying to gruel the decision makers - who hail from the SF Health Department - those calling the shots at the SF General Hospital - who have serious issues when it comes to tracking all patients - and more those that are vulnerable - the mentally and physically challenged.
Our mentally challenged - more those that are taken by ambulance - fifty, sixty, even a hundred times a year - only to be released because the SF Health Hospital has but twenty beds - for a population that is about 630,000 and a day population that increases to over a million - more when we have conventions and baseball or other games.
Only those who have to care for the mentally challenged know - that mental illness - is a severe disease - demanding thousands of persons hours.
Human beings have to be respected.
OUR CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO HAS A SORDID $12 BILLION DOLLAR BUDGET - NO BLUE PRINT THAT MEETS THE SMELT TEST - PEOPLE IN CHARGE - OUTSIDERS - WHOSE HEART IS IN THE WRONG PLACE. GO FIGURE!
The nurses, doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, case mangers, aides are all stressed out - confused with stressed many wrong decision - often assaulted by the patients - none of which is know by the SF Board of Supervisors.
Other heads of Departments, the Mayor, the City Administrator - who talk the talk but cannot walk the walk - their heart NOT in the right place. They all make over $250,00 a year - two I have named over $360,000 a year.
What is not happening in San Francisco and has not for decades are the rules governing the intake of the mentally challenged.

Right now the SF Health Department and the SF General Hospital has a budget of over $2 Billion. That is a lot of money - millions wasted because of poor Standard Operating Procedures. I have witnessed this again and again and again.
An important and singular factor involved in the intake of mentally challenged patients - Insurance.
A select ilk that has no heart - lovers GREED - and will do anything to rake in billions of dollars.
Insurance and those that make the decision - are a select group of people - greedy to the core - most of whom need to be lined up and a firing squad used to send a message - to all vermin concerned.
We know and they know this will not happen - and this one crucial issue and factor must be addressed on a War Footing.
The SF General Hospital will sign a blank check and give it to the Sutter Hospital heads - the California Pacific Medical Center belongs to this entity - and this " one very corrupt entity " has deep ties to the "Insurance Cartels" - folks that we know - folks that talk the talk but cannot walk the walk.
Once the Blank Check is given - memoranda signed - if anyone satisfies the mandates therein - has the Insurance needed.
Any patient however ill or deranged - however violent - can get all the help they need - money is what make everything tick.
In the hospital world - more and more there is No empathy - NO compassion - humanity is now targeted - by those that should have learned their lesson - but continue to defy - lessons learned and now are know as the scum of the Earth.

She accommodated her wife - giving her contracts on a platter. She was fired - even now many take bribes and are working - one famous one at the SF Public Utilities Commission.
This evil woman funneled our tax payers money - $200,000 to Green For All - and was fined by the California, Fair Political Practices Commission.
She still continues to work for the SFPUC - this is a shame - corruption of the worst - order.
What does this say - about those that use their life style - are on the SF Board and other Commissions - head City Departments - have no morals, less ethics, and for sure NO standards.
Until a few months ago the SF General Hospital charged patients an inordinate amount of money - for no reason what so ever.
That is until an audit was done - and the matter brought to the notice of the SF General Hospital - who apologized - but it remain for the SF Health Department to make thousands whole - they paid and some lost their homes.
To date nothing much has changed - except many know their rights and refuse - to go to the SF General Hospital - who has been raking millions .
Any patients that enters the system - falls into some category - and as I said - " the type of Insurance you have mandates the treated you will get ".
Surrounding the issue of mental illness are thousands of minions - each playing some role - and all tied into providing some " band-aid assistance ". Woe to you if you - penetrate this system - and question this " vermin " - and the tactics they use.

St. Luke Hospital was bought by Sutter Hospitals - the first thing the new management did was shut down the entire floor that catered to the mentally challenged.
Sutter Hospital that now manages St Luke's Hospital that used to care to the poor and indigent - more from the entire Mission , the Bayview Hunters Point - the adjoining areas - who loved and respected the care they got at St Luke's - have been treated with disdain - entire floors treating " respiratory diseases " , sub-acute care, other chronic diseases - are no more available.
The paradox the SF Board of Supervisor - past Supervisors met with Sutter Hospital Management and carved out Memoranda of Understanding - David Campos, Scott Wiener, David Chu and others - they agreed to a deal - but they are not at the table now - and therein lies the immediate " crux of the situation at hand ".
Hillary Ronnen is NOT taking care of District 9 - more the Portola District - especially San Bruno Avenue. You send a email - her staff sends you an even longer email - always kicking the can - down the street.
Hillary Ronnen is trying to win browny point - she can deal with the Insurance Companies - she and others like her - can make some changes - birds of a feather flock together.
