There is a mentality - engrained in the very DNA - of  "thugs" - more, those that wheel and deal - who have been wheeling and dealing.

Today - they want to pretend that they will do right - when for the majority of their  "rabid "  life - they have been doing - wrong.

Behind the scenes the same advisors - are plotting the same chart - " corruption of the worst order ".

Most who know some about City Hall and Room 200 - pretend Steve Kava - has retired - faded into oblivion.

The matter of fact is - Steve Kava, Willie L. Brown Jr., other crooks too many to name - control London Breed - like a puppet on a string.

Trained by the Jesuits and the Sixth U.S. Army - I can smell a crook from miles away. The crooks embedded - with the SF Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) - an Enterprise Department - where millions of dollars are used - to facilitate thuggery, crookedness, and nefarious activities of the worst order.

being one of them.

Further announcing that Dwayne Jones the President of a small local business Local Business Enterprise (LBE) - has to self-perform and therefore work 12 hour days. This loaded statement - is a LIE.

Dwayne Jones further states the following - to meet the required deadlines and deliverables the following activities are necessary :

     *   Evening Citizen Advisory Meetings

     *   Meetings with SFPUC Staff at times their schedule

          permits

     *   Extensive review and analysis of SSIP data and Project

          Schedules

     *   Development of Community Benefits (CB) workplace

It is a disgrace that some one like me had to do the heavy lifting to bring the above to the attention of those that should have been on the ball.

One must remember that Dwayne Jones is NOT an employee of the SF Public Utilities Commission.

All of the statements he has made - are LIES. 

Since he made the statement with intent - his LIES are crimes.

The Southeast Sector of San Francisco - where the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment lies - takes 80% of the City's raw sewage - and this extends to Brisbane, Burlingame, Daly City and beyond.

The Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) is a $10 billion - yes $10 Billion Project - tied to Community Benefits - all the Benefits in the Millions - going to nefarious entities - who receive benefits on a platter - BayCat, Young Community Developers, Girls 2000 - and hundreds of other on the pay roll of Dwayne Jones - who has been black listed by the former SF Housing Authority - and noted by the SF Controller's Office.

One singular contract given to EMERSON - has Dwayne Jones and his enterprise RDJ entrenched with a contract for 20 years - doing outreach - and all members of that team are outsiders - none from San Francisco - and not one from the community.

It is time the Federal Bureau of Investigation more the Division dealing with Environmental Issue step in and take charge of the situation at large.

On the streets - those that have their heart in the right place are with me - it is difficult for them to comprehend - how when so many are suffering - Dwayne Jones an outsider - is making hay - while the sun shines.

This City cannot ignore the infants, the children, the youth, the young adults, our dear seniors, those with compromise health - more our mentally and physically - challenged.

The above advertisement was paid for by RDJ enterprise - could it be that the money expanded - had a link with Community Benefits - tax payers money.

When has it become fashionable to use tax payers money - to support candidates running for seats on the local and state level?

Is this really happening - or am I hallucinating?

For all practical purposes - even right now - RDJ Enterprise has access to millions of dollars. 

RDJ has been so bold that Dwayne Jones demands money upfront -  has been paid - millions - all recorded and the data is available - under the Freedom of Information Act.

Any investigator worth the salt - provided the empirical data - can come to the right conclusion - more, when it comes to wasting millions of dollars of tax payers money.

Follow the money - and the flow chart above - reveals to one - how those that leech on the tax payers work - wasting millions of dollars - all tax payers money - are running Scott Free in San Francisco. Not for too long.

They must be brought to book - this is clear cut case.

So transparent - that those caught - were caught with their hand in the cookie jar and their nicks and pants - down.
