SAN FRANCISCO PLANNING COMMISSION - ITS HOUSING ELEMENT - STALLED AND CONFOUNDED - FOR STARTERS IT HAS FAILED TO ADDRESS ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE POLICIES - FOCUSED ON UNIQUE HEALTH RISK - AS WITH HUNTERS POINT NAVAL SHIPYARD.

The San Francisco skyline has changed for the worse. Next to the tallest building center is the Millenium Building - sinking over 18" and tilting - adversely impacting the entire area - questioning the SF Planning Department and the SF Department of Building Inspection. 

The San Francisco Planning for all its talk has no walk.

The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) reviews the Housing Element, which is due every eight years. 

For some strange reason - the SF Planning Department seems not to comprehend the relevance of the SF Housing Element.

For over thirty years, it has pandered to Market Price Housing - and condominiums going from $ 5 million to $10 million - catering to the rich with no empathy and less compassion for the middle class and the working poor.

This mandated requirement by the HCD uses the Housing Element to accommodate towns and cities all over California to access affordable state funds.

Each planning department works with other agencies within its jurisdiction, and the General Plan element is then adopted by the SF Board of Supervisors as a legal ordinance.

The SF Planning Department had chosen to pat their behinds - arrogant and ignorant - trying to hoodwink us, the  San Francisco taxpayers - in broad daylight.

No mention of the San Francisco Redistricting ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - adversely impacting thousands in San Francisco and favoring big developers who have destroyed many lives. For thirty years - SF Planning has failed to take of affordable housing - those making $80,000 and under.

Not once has the San Francisco Planning Department done a needs assessment - on the homeless - over 15,000 homeless in San Francisco.

The hundreds of tents, the filth around the tents, the drug use - needles, feces, and horrid stench in so many locations - where these tents are operated.

SF Planning has no clue - about the situation at hand. The SF Planning Department and Commission have failed miserably regarding the quality of Life Issues in San Francisco.

The current draft - Housing Element, is working to bring about some drastic changes - it will be in place in 2023 - the last one was in place in 2014. 

This time, the SF Planning Department Commissioners, uneducated on issues and have no clue how to do a sound needs assessment, have failed to do any meaningful outreach. 

The is Muwekma Ohlone land, and all of it was stolen.

The indigenous people have lived in California and more here in the Bay Area and San Francisco for over 23,000 years - remains and artifacts - carbon dated - recorded - empirical data.

In less than 200 years, the strangers - have contaminated and polluted the land - destroyed San Francisco - its unique micro-climate adversely impacting the innocent who has made San Francisco our home.

Our Bay, which surrounds us on three sides, is contaminated - half-treated secondary effluents, lead, mercury, and all sorts of other contaminants have killed the fish and other life.

Not once has the SF Planning Department mentioned the Precautionary Principle - why - because the SF Planning is not well versed with Environmental issues - there is no well-educated expert on the SF Planning Department?

The San Francisco leading agencies and SF City Departments have failed to contribute the best to the Housing Element. 

So has the very corrupt San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. 

Racial and social equity is a farce in San Francisco - why - too much talk and no walk.

SF Planning wants to focus on small and mid-size housing. It recently gave a prominent developer the to build over 3000 housing units - in a location that already has 1500 units vacant. Hypocrites!

SF Planning wants to build 82,000 new housing units in the next 8 years. We already have over 61,000 homes vacant - and millions of square footage of commercial space vacant. 

Over 80,000 families have left San Francisco - hundreds of Large Corporations - have moved to places like Houston, Texas - the SF Planning Department is stuck with its diatribe and foul hot air.

The SF Planning Department has focused on Market Rate housing in the last thirty years. It has failed to cater to those that make under $80,000.

Over 15,000 innocent folks are homeless - thousands now live in their cars. Other in Recreational Vehicles. Thousands crash on couches - it is not uncommon - for some friends - to ask someone they know well - if they can spend a week or two - at their home. 

The California Department of Housing and Community Development - encourages focusing on environmental issues -  factors like Cumulative Pollution -  which the present California Environmental Quality Act fails to adhere - less acknowledge.

The indigenous tribes have their own protocol - always acknowledges the local indigenous tribe - in the case of San Francisco, it is the Muwekma Ohlone.

The only tribe that exercised its right of first refusal in 1991. 

The only tribe - Muwekma Ohlone was acknowledged over ten times - by the SF Board of Supervisors, the Mayors, and the San Francisco Human Rights Commission.

One has only to read the General Management Plan linked to the City and County of San Francisco acknowledged by the SF Planning Department and the SF Board of Supervisors, and all past Mayors - the then SF Planning Director - Mr. Amith Ghosh.

Other Directors of SF Planning, too - Green, Dean Macris, John Rahim, and the current Director, Rich Hillis - clearly understand what I am stating. 

We all know former Director of SF Planning John Rahaim - just focused on catering to the wealthy developers and paid no heed to uplifting the working poor. 

It is a shame we tolerated such nonsense then - even as we do today - the Mayor and some lackeys trying to pull the wool over our eyes - this November 2022 election - there are two Ballot measures - none make sense. Each overrides the other, and such are the follies of the idiots who are so selfish that they have lost their minds.  

 The current SF Planning is in a bind - the lasting consequences of Covid are here to stay - for another twenty years.

Climate Change is here to stay and lingers - the issues linked to clean drinking water, sewage, the 1500 toxic hotspots all over San Francisco, the thousands of homes in SF Richmond - homes that have weak foundations - another salient and pertinent factor too many to mention - has given the current SF Planning Commissioner - constipation.

The current Housing Element - has many pressing issues that have to be addressed. The changes adversely impacted thousands - the SF Redistricting and in-your-face Gerrymandering. 

The recent Grand Jury report on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - contaminated and polluted - additionally prone to liquefaction - lead, chrome, mercury, cesium, plutonium, and other very toxic contamination - in the past, the land has been capped with a thin layer of clay - and people live on the land after homes have been built. 

This is a crime - Crimes against Humanity.

This land - Muwekma Ohlone land was once very pristine - no more.

The current SF Planning Department is well known for kicking the can down the street.

Recently San Franciscans came and pleaded they did not want a Cannabis Club operating in a unique residential area.

The SF Planning Commission unanimously voted in favor of the Cannabis Club and against the many residents who spoke during public comment - were given a measly two minutes - and articulated a million times better than the dumb - SF Planning Commissioners.

Never mind, there are seven other Cannabis Clubs close by - within a couple of blocks. The residents live close to the world-famous Crooked Street.

Millions of visitors from all over the world - have come - all these many years - to get a great view of our beloved City of San Francisco.

We all know Geronimo, the famous Apache warrior - a prophet and a warrior - a leader and a medicine man - was all that and more.

Geronimo fought and died - that his people may be free - that time is now.

The indigenous tribes were on Turtle Island for over 23,000 years, all carbon dated and noted as empirical data.

In less than 300 years, the strangers have contaminated, polluted, and caused Climate Change - which has had severe impacts - all over this land that once was pristine.

The Mississippi River is dry - floods have inundated areas all over this land. 

Hurricane Ian brought Florida to its knees, and those that once boasted of this were silenced - Desantis. 

Geronimo eluded the United States Army - and General Crook and others tried and failed to capture Geronimo. 

Some scouts that admired Geronimo - persuaded Geronimo for the sake of his tribe, the Apache - to locate his people in Florida - he agreed to save lives and his tribe. 

We know that resettlement was botched - The greatest warrior -  Geronimo (Mescalero-Chiricahua), called Goyaale, Athabaskan - realized he could not go on forever.

He fought the enemy in New Mexico and Arizona Southwestern America territories.

Born June 16, 1829, he passed over on February 17, 1909.

Geronimo spent his last days at Fort Sill - Oklahoma. 

President Theodore Roosevelt had Geronimo join his second inauguration parade.

Throngs of people admired Geronimo, and to this day, his name is revered by the United States Army and other Special Forces. By military historians and others who are authentic - spiritual.

The United States government treated the Apache with disdain - today, the government is reaping the bad seeds it has planted - treating the indigenous tribes with disdain.

The Elders always remind all - do not ever trust those that speak with a forked tongue. 

The indigenous prophets knew long ago about the snake and the other calamities that would befall Turtle Island.

At all times, the Great Spirit will protect the indigenous people - and slowly but steadily today, we see a spiritual revolution.

Let me explain to those that see and understand what it means to be spiritual. To be spiritual has nothing to do with sordid dogma and religion.

Each of us, in considerable measure, is given the ability to be spiritual - we have a conscience. 

No one needs to dictate to anyone what is right and what is wrong - those that are spiritual are blessed with wisdom - Geronimo was one of those great shamans - a prophet, a leader, a warrior, and one who put his people first.

Indigenous women will bear the burden with wisdom, Lead and win hands down. Those that are evil - will fall flat on their faces.

Those who are spiritual will not fear.

The Spiritual will encourage those timid.

That time will come - when the signs will reveal - what the future holds for those that the Great Spirit adhers to.

That time is near - the hurricanes, the large fires, the floods, the pandemic, the spirialing of the economy, the many wars, the food security - may I say more -  revealed to the prophets - the beginning of the new time.

The great sign - the Blue Light - will reveal everything clearly - to those who heart is in the right place - look around you and see who speaks Truth to Power - there is nothing to fear - for those that are spiritual.

Those spiritual have chose to do right, abide by their conscience, speak truth to power, good actions count - hot air and diatribe do little - that time has come.

Live your life simply - take little and keep more - do not imitate the ways of those that are greedy - you know better than that. 

Indigenous leaders have spoken before - now is the time to ponder - and act.

Stay united - the victory is ours - we have seen it happen recently, and there is more to come.

We know from listening to the prophets that only those who value the sages and the ceremonies - will live to represent - good actions count. 

The indigenous have the tenacity and fortitude - coupled with empathy and wisdom - you will see the LIGHT.

The indigenous children are precious - they will lead the way.

The indigenous children, youth, and young adults -  are ready for action - they will prove once again - as they have throughout generations - today, the digital platform - they will show the way. Aho.

In our middle and high schools here in the United States, we must teach the truth about the indigenous people and also speak to the truth - the deeds of those who came here some four hundred years ago - and messed things up.

Indigenous tribes who were removed from their ancestral lands - lost millions of acres, and those who were murdered must be compensated.

The U.S. Secretary of Interior - Debbie Harland - time is running out, and she is pussyfooting around - the indigenous people need the right resources to live and survive. The Supreme Court is now trying to adversely impact indigenous children - this will not happen - we must speak truth to power.

Time for all indigenous tribes to be acknowledged - given the proper recourses - the quality of life addressed - restored.

The acknowledgment process for decades has made the process cumbersome to tribes who have lived here on Turtle Island for over 23,000 years - all carbon-dated.

In recent years DNA technology has come to the rescue of many tribes. Experts for the University of Chicago and Standford here in California - have used DNA technology to clearly identify and test markers - that go back thousands of years.   

The Department of Interior is involved with tainted politics.

Tainted politics and empirical data - scientific facts cannot be mixed with tainted politics - these two issues do not go hand in hand.

Experts and those educated on issues know that once one has the empirical data - more proven facts - using the latest scientific methods - we must adjudicate the issues at hand - and be fair.

THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO - KEEPS, LYING TO THE CITIZENS OF BAYVIEW HUNTERS POINT - WITH INTENT - THE CONTAMINATION AND POLLUTION - KILLS THOUSANDS - THE CCSF LOOKS THE OTHER WAY.

 

The City and County intend to build more than 30,000 units on the very contaminated ground, Super Fund sites. One of these locations is the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - plutonium, cesium, and other highly toxic elements have been detected. Now found in high levels in those who have chosen to be tested - plutonium registered in very high levels - this is empirical data.

The City and County of San Francisco - are known for their abject corruption.

The authorities - knowingly commit illegal actions - with intent - knowing full well the adverse impacts on innocent citizens and constituents of Bayview Hunters Point.

The contamination and pollution have killed thousands - dying from cancer, asthma, all sorts of lung diseases, and tumors.

The Mayor, London Breed, the SF Health Director Grant Colfax, and the SF Board of Supervisors - have the empirical data - but do nothing at all.  

The Bayview Hunters Point has suffered so much - none of those representing District 10 - in the past, and now - the likes of Sophie Maxwell, Malia Cohen, and now Shamann Walton - have amassed great sordid wealth - at the expense of the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point. God sees it all.

For over forty years, I have been monitoring the situation at hand.

Fighting for the community in the trenches and on the frontline.

I have attended thousands of documented meetings, the many Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) - meetings linked to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The RAB was created and organized by the United States Navy at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Thousands of meetings at SF City Hall, Town Hall Meetings, and focused meetings with experts at the Environmental Protection Agency, Bay Area Air Management District, and other local, state, and federal entities.

The Citizens Advisory Committee to the Hunters Point Shipyard is represented by sellouts.

Veronica Hunnicutt, former Chair of the Citizens Advisory Committee - to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

All are on the take more a person like Veronica Hunnicutt, who now is a consultant to Lennar - a rogue developer - that plans to build thousands of homes on very contaminated land - more a Super Fund site.

It is simply wrong and totally nauseating for the City and County of San Francisco - to acknowledge the Citizens Advisory Committee - as having some authority and representing the constituents of San Francisco.

The Bayview Hunters Point still has a few decent advocates - and calls upon the Federal Burea of Investigation - to carry on the work initiated by the former FBI head of Northern California, Mr. David Anderson.

Dean Preston has NO clue - how these mostly Blacks have made money; the likes of Doris Vincent, Oscar James, Eloise Patton, Veronica Hunnicutt, Toye Moses, and Dwyane Jones.

Malia Cohen, Sophie Maxwell, Shamann Walton, DionJay Brookter, Juliet Ellis, Susan Leal, Julie Labonte, Harlan Kelly, Naomi Kelly - and a host of others - all have blood on their hands.

The letter sent to Dean Preston recently by Dr. Ahima Sumchai points to the fact that the City and County will put in writing - garbage, utter nonsense.

When it comes to the Citizens Advisory Committee of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, they have no clout because they are not recognized, they are not certified, and they lack skills and experience.

The SF Board of Supervisors - must think well - before they put anything in writing and not make a fool of themselves - suffice to say - we see the circus at the Board chambers - Room 250 at all the drab, long-drawn-out meetings.

Most of the Citizens Advisory Committee members linked to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard are sellouts and are unqualified. No one - in their right mind - trusts them.

Most of them are outsiders, and most are NOT acknowledged by the State of California and, for sure, the U.S. Federal Government - to state facts because they are, for all practical purposes, doing the Developers' bidding. 

1550 Evan Street in San Francisco is located on a very hot toxic site prone to liquefaction. A former place that belonged to SF Public Utilities Commission. The current new building is poorly built. Truth be told - an audit conducted - showed so many deficiencies - that no one wanted to sign the final audit - on 1550 Evan Street - named the Southeast Community Center.

The Southeast Community Center - is a farce - the auditing is so poor that - truth be told - several people - will be taken to jail - some have positions at City Hall. Others are appointed Commissioners - all worked with Harlan Kelly, who has been indicted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Another ongoing investigation connected City College - whose last Chancellor - stepped down and was linked to corruption.

Those pushing for the Southeast Community Center did not have meaningful discussions with the community.

Folks like Malia Cohen, Sophie Maxwell, Shamann Walton, DionJay Brookter, Oscar James, Veronica Hunnicutt - others are salivating - they are all being invited to the Opening of the Southeast Community Center - millions doled out on murals - half of those who are on the murals - did nothing to improve our community in a meaningful way.

The location at 1550 Evans on Third Street - is a contaminated site. The traffic close by on Third Street is heavy, and thousands of tons of particulates - more Particulate Matter (PM) 2.5 have been detected repeatedly.

It is a know toxic site and well-recorded by the Bay Area Air Monitoring Management District.

No one really cares about our infants, children, youth, young adults, our Elders - those with compromised health - more - mentally and physically challenged, not the San Francisco Board of Supervisors.

The millions spent on 1550 Evans from the inception - were spent without quality control inspections - if there was quality control - show us the audit - duly signed by some authority with the necessary qualifications.

The project team did not submit the startup testing and training plan. What does this say - buffoonery!

The corrective action report -  is blank - no one has filled it up - less will anyone sign it - the entire audit and quality control linked to the project is flawed - the layperson - is duped, hoodwinked in broad daylight.

CM-018 - where are the testing and startup submittal forms and records. Summary (attachments 018-2).

The present General Manager - Dennis Herrera - and his close minions are not engineers.

They have no training in quality control - they took on the job to fleece the taxpayers - the current SF Public Utilities General Manager - makes close to $500,00 a year with perks. 

All taxpayers' money.

What does Alan Fung have to say - or does he want the Federal Bureau of Investigation to visit him - soon?

What do those lackeys connected with the quality control of the building - and more the construction of the brand new facility at 1550 Evans, Third Street has to say? 

Where is the audit of the Community Benefits for the community - 5% on $12 Billion spent so far? The Sewer System and Improvement Project?

This amount to $600 million.

Every major project that comes to Bayview Hunters Point has much to do with the outsiders. All of them are sellouts and have no connection with the community. This nonsense must stop.

Advocates, experienced, qualified folks from the Bayview Hunters Point community - are kept out. 

Let us see how this turns out - as the crooks are caught and dealt with.

It is all set to open the Southeast Community Center at 1550 Evans Street - on October 22, 2022.

After a couple of dates chosen in the past, this opening the first one by Juliet Ellis, a crook - was announced, and then the opening was postponed.

Then another one, and that too was postponed.

Let us see the crooks on October 22, 2022 - spewing diatribe - hoodwinking the public in broad daylight.
