We had a nice run with our old format - and now we have to deal with the times - and address what we do best - by adapting.

The ability to adapt challenges one - when that moment comes - all one's best training, education, the ability to discern, spirituality comes into play - and with God's help - most everything fall into place.

It is not easy addressing issues - more those that involve our infants, our children, our youth, our Seniors - more those that need help and many do not care to help them out.

Google+ allowed us to use their powerful platform - and we used it - to the best of our advantage and reached so many - all over the world. I met many Bloggers - in cyberspace - and learned a lot from so many decent human beings, many youth - very talented and beyond their years in wisdom.

We will continue to do what we do best - because help and supporting other - providing help to those that need help most - comes to like minded human beings like myself - naturally.

This is going to be a smooth ride - even as we figure out - how to circumvent - a few hiccups - you drink a little water - to smooth the throat - and go on and sing the blues - to one's heart content.

Our San Francisco Board of Supervisors - are steering clear off the track - failing to address - urgent Quality of Life issues - rent, housing, childcare, health, transportation, safety so many urgent issues - more on a " war footing " -  in some cases it is a matter of life or death.

You would not know it - attending the SF Board of Supervisors (BOS) board meetings. Most of them are all over the place. Seems they cannot discern, filter - lacking this ability - and more being NOT educated on issues - they say some but mean nothing at all.

Most of the BOS wag that tongue that has NO bone.

Beating -  a horse dead and reviving it - and expect us to see these ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - right in front of our eyes.

Too much wheeling and dealing -

at SF City Hall - 

it has reached - saturation point -

those in need suffering - more our Elders.

Some of the SF BOS are playing games aiding and abetting the Big Developers.

The  Zionists who have their finger in every pie and must not be trusted, closely followed by the House Negros - who are into the money and shaking entities to make more money - Malia Cohen, London Breed, Shamann Walton - others.

The Black History displays the first one with Al Williams is charge - all his does is pander. The African American Historical Society - has done just done one thing - in all the time - it has been is existence - taken care of those who push for a hidden agenda.

The closing ceremony of Black History month - put all the sordid " crooks " - on display - Willie L. Brown Jr., Malia Cohen, London Breed and of course the worse of them all - Shamann Walton.

A display of House Negros - that have done nothing for the common " Negro " - all the above jerks want is money - and they exhibit in the demeanor - as I said a long time ago - wait till they fall - flat on their faces.

Blacks that once lived in tents - are now housed in the thousands in jails - some spend more time - the revolving door - and yet London Breed has the audacity to say - she is addressing the " homeless situation " by building 3 Navigation Centers - and providing some 385 beds or so.

We know we have 18,000 homeless - and that the count taken last linked to the homeless was fake. We know hundreds have died and their names revealed at City Hall during Public Comment. This City names after Saint Francis of Assisi is now in the hand of the - " devils ". 

There is NO empathy and for sure NO - compassion.

Black today are worse ever in their condition on all levels - then they have - ever been before. Wake up the OGs - the few that are alive to address the situation.

We just witnessed one well known OG pass away - pass  to the other side. He knew me and I knew him - and we knew what needed to be done -  have done all in our ability.

The San Francisco Unified School District

has " failed " our children in our Public School -

at each and every SFUSD Board Meeting -

where the SFUSD has failed - miserably.

Our Public School are a JOKE - every single day - there are physical fights in our Public School - parents fighting one another in front of their children.

Teens ganging up to beat some one - who can be bullied - and the so called Safety Officers - other volunteers at the Public School - stay at bay.

No one  wants  to get stabbed, shot at - the pandemonium and chaos is real - at the many so called Public School that are bring shame to the constituents of San Francisco.

Shamann Walton would not know it - he loves to kick the can down the street - as he did with Visitacion Valley Elementary School and its woman Black Principal. He would not lift a finger to help her - a sister - for all his talk - he is a JOKER.

Now, Shamann Walton has time to take on JUUL that was given space on SF Port Property and has been there for years -  the man was fast asleep at the cockpit - when he should have been there with others - to find out more - he did not.

Shamann Walton took millions from Lennar aka 5 Point Holdings LLC - to fill his campaign coffers.

A recent document - reveals Black children in Special Education classes did better - than Black children in regular classes.

The man has lost his mind - who does the man think he is - and what does he think - " true democracy stands for " ?

We would see these folks - " thugs" and " jail birds " - wheeling and dealing - and then just like that - he all land in jail - some are lingering there now - and other will join them - soon.

Besides being " cost prohibitive " - those that think without a Transportation Plan, without a sound Environmental Impact Report, without understanding liquefaction and flooding, with studying the " empirical data " - the contamination and pollution at India Basin for example - is NOT a place any human being should live.

The present situation linked to SF City Employees pensions - is precarious and very alarming.

Too many SF City Employees - earning and retiring - on salaries over $275,000 with benefits - this one singular factor - will bring they City and County of San Francisco - to it knees.

This City and County will reach a standstill - doldrums - few know the details - less comprehend the repercussions - you can witness the " drama " at the Retirement Board - sweating it out - at each and every meeting.

We have over 30,000 homes vacant - the owners do not want to rent the homes.

We have over 60,000 Market Rate units - waiting to be rented - the average price over $8000 a month per unit - the SF City and County today continues to issue permits - for more Market Rate units.

We lost thousands of  " Rent Control Units " - the Academy of Art University - bought buildings in the hundreds - all having sound " rent control units ".

Then the Academy of Art University - converted these " rent control " buildings into dormitories for " foreign student ".

With - the then Zoning Czar Larry Badner - who was fired for distributing Pornographic Material to his staff - and involved in other nefarious activities - while working for the SF Planning Department. 

The firing was conducted under the jurisdiction of Director of SF Planning -  John Rahaim who just taken the job and was settling down - and that to deal with this sordid - dilemma  kudos to him for standing tall and representing.

THE SF PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION - IN DOLDRUMS - THE COMMISSIONERS BEATING AROUND THE BUSH - THE SSIP HAS FAILED TO MEET - ANY OF THE TIMELINES - LESS GOALS.

It is very true - SF Public Utilities Commission -

deals with a lot of crap -

more with inept folks like Juliet Ellis and Barbara Hale -

the Sewer System Improvement Project -

has met few deadlines - for sure the Digesters -

with NO meaningful dialog with the community.

Some three Tuesdays ago - we all met - for the announced - SF Public Utilities Commission - there was no quorum.

The meeting was cancelled - and over an hour of our precious time was wasted. I could have done a lot with that time - and proceeded to the SF Board of Supervisors - meeting.

Francesca Vietor and Ann Moller Caen - were not present - for that announced and scheduled meeting - Vince Courtney - had resigned and was not present. No quorum - so the Secretary declared - that a Special Meeting would be forthcoming.

I saw the confusion first hand - the SF Public Utilities Commission and Commissioners - are failing in its commitment - to attain timelines and goals.

The Water System Improvement Project (WSIP) now ending its tail end - with millions wasted on the Mountain Tunnel, the Calaveras Project, Irvington Tunnel and no one feels ashamed - wasting tax payer money.

It is the same with the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - started as a $6 billion dollar but now has risen to $10 billion - there has been NO accountability more with the Digesters - no meaningful dialogue - with the community at large.

There are serious issues with the Project Labor Contracts, SFClean Power - more with Pacific Gas and Electric - declaring bankruptcy - and even as PG&E stays alive - it does not want to do much - with SF Public Utilities Commission.

An entity the this inept, dysfunctional, corruption - and need a through - revamping. The organization chart must be changed - and most of those earning in access in $250,000 plus benefits - at SFPUC given the pink slip.

Plans are afoot to bring Sophina Maxwell

on board - to fill the seat that will be left open -

with Ike Kwon aspiring to be on the SF Planning Department -

this merry go round - all stems from corruption

We all know the track record of Sophina Maxwell - an Electrician by trade - who Willie L. Brown Jr. brought in to be on the Southeast Community Facility Commission - where she served some - and did nothing worth noting - but spewed a lot of hot air.

Propped by the MACHINE to run for District 10 - she ran and won - but did little to address Quality of Life issues. Sophina was quick to work with Lennar Urban - and even as the community suffered - from Lennar bombarding the community at large - with Asbestos structures - Sophina did nothing for the community - and everything to amass - large amount of money - to fill he campaign coffers.

Sophina Maxwell went under the radar - occasionally attending the Black History Month event - put on by SF Public Utilities Commission - where most House Negroes gather and sing the blues - eat some fried chicken - and greens - be it the corn bread does not taste good - and there was no " peach cobbler" served - worth the salt.

Sophina Maxwell is an opportunist and we have rubbed shoulders and will continue to rub shoulders - if she is right I will say something positive - but if she fails and harms the community - she will feel the " wrath of God ".

The SF Controller's Office has been busy - and they say - the amount of money - involved in all the ploys, machination, and shenanigans - will take time - but they say - Truth will Prevail - also that one must speak Truth to Power.

It is amazing to see these House Negroes positioning themselves - even many of them come from he Hood and have forgotten their brothers and sisters - they think - they will have it good on Earth - but for sure - will get a quick passport to "hell " and will be there for a long, long time.

For starters all those deciding to pack up their belongings and head for San Francisco and its surrounding areas - should think twice. Many come here and contribute to the congestion, water down Quality of Life issues - and quickly once they find that it costs $3500 to rent a one bed room apartment and $5800 for a two bed room apartment - if not more.

Renting couches is common - sleeping in Recreational Vehicle is now chronic - large Recreation Vehicle Hubs by Candlestick Point and other areas - have been bought for development - and you find RVs all over the place - and the SF Police Department and others - Not In My Back Yard - targeting those that for years - made it a living - living in their RVs but now are forced to move out of the City and County of San Francisco.

The techies now want to increase and divide by upping their prospects and going Public - stocks and shares, hedge funds, other ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - much like Twitter, Google, SalesForce - over night in recent months - we have seen an increase in  multi-millionaires - adversely impacting - thousands in San Francisco.

For those that are ignorant - and think and talk in circles - we know we have over 30,000 homes that are not rented in San Francisco. 

The owners of these homes to not want to take the risk to rent - renters the say  -   " cause too much damage "   they prefer to keep their valued homes - empty - use them sometimes - but for sure - renters in general are not invited.

We have over 60,000 Market Rate homes - that no one wants to buy - they are left vacant.

Sometimes - the Property Managers - offer incentives and no one takes them - 3 months free rent when one signs a lease - then you pay $8,000 a month if not $10,000 a month - for a two bedroom condominium.

In general when it comes to our housing and building new housing - no one in paying attention to the fundamentals - few know what that entails - and it is not required learning - but it is good to have some baseline knowledge.

One the front end our  " Infrastructure Stinks " - you have to pay upfront for this - and no one is telling us - where  one going to get the money. Developers want incentives and in today's economy - money is tight.

Except  " Dark Money " - where folks like London Breed and Shaman Walton - wheel and deal. 

Malia Cohen and other political pimps and whores - mostly Black -  the Federal Bureau in on their tail - and as with Clifton Burch and others - their fate will be determined sooner not latter.

No one is getting into the details - as to how much it is estimated to create and complete a project - and how time and again these projects - all over San Franisco - cost 400% and at time 500%.

We see the mess with the Central Subway - started with $600 million and now costs over $1.8 Billion.

Adversely  impacting thousands of businesses - and costing many sound businesses - billions of dollars - over a period of 8 years. 

Areas impacted Union Square, China Town, North Beach - and no one seems to care.

We pumped over $2 Billion on the TransBay Project - it has yet to be opened for the public. 

Endless problems - steel beams cracking and what is important to note - for all the talk the main area that should have accommodated 12 to 15 high speed trains.

It has now come to light  - its ugly head revealed - the truth be told cannot accommodate more than 8 trains. I followed the meetings for years - and saw what was coming - and the end will not be easy - the problem can be fixed - it will cost money.

The Van Ness corridor now cost over 300% and the Municipal Transportation Agency - does not know how to handle the situation at hand.

 Always making excuses - but if you look at SB 50 and all the talk - about building high density housing - within a quarter mile of this and day - linked to transportation - none of this has been vetted.

Mention has been made of the MTA - every aspect in recent months - the new buses with seats that have to be adjusted, the congestion on our roads - and buses not meeting their schedules.

The Third Street Light Rail is not working - buses now transport passengers and these buses too - cannot arrive on schedule. The tax payers pay huge taxes - the politicians the liked of Shamann Walton - now want to build a tunnel - to accommodate faster travel - and his talk is just that - hot air.

We do not have one single " Transportation Study " - where the tax payers are at the table.

The tax payers have not been accommodated - some meaningful dialogue held - it is aways the same type of crooks - who make promises and do not keep them at all.

Once it cost about $650 to build one square foot of sound housing - now it cost more than $2000 and that is cost prohibitive. 

All the talk of small spaces, using container boxes, other concepts - all do not favor address Quality of Life issues - and for sure keeps families out.

So who is this Scott Wiener - who has no clue about families - suffers from AIDS - always talking about entertainment and  late night  parties.

Restaurants staying open pass 2 pm - other nonsense - rowdy folks who have no manner - drinking and many loud noises - disturbing the neighbors  - things that are abhorrent to most  decent people - the man is sick in the head.

Those that follow him are too - we have many at SF City Hall - and will expose them.

Most of these jerks  have access to sordid " dark money "  - favor a life style - where perverts have a good time - fail to adhere to standards - followed by most decent San Franciscans.

For God's sake we in San Francisco - do not have a Registry - registering all the rental units.

Thousands of rental units were converted to dormitories by the Academy of Art University - with the blessing of the then Zoning Czar Larry Badner - exhibiting many of the rude and crude manners of Scott Wiener.

When folks talk of developing 8 and 10 story building in the Avenues - without have any idea of liquefaction and other seismic adverse impacts to these buildings - they are just talking.

Not once have we made a realistic assessment of the vacant homes and more vacant Market Rate homes - that we did not want - but were built.

Let us go to the time  when the Muwekma Ohlone had this land that was stolen.  All that was there was pristine the water, the watershed, the land, the air, the lakes, the forest with the flora and fauna - you get the idea. All that and more was polluted and contaminated.

Now it is  all contaminated. 

We could not even garner our own resources - when it came to water and had to steal water from 160 miles away.

Dam  the most beautiful valley in the entire world - John Muir died of despondency - he fought to stop building the Hatch Hetchy Dam - to NO avail.

The Hetch Hetchy Valley brings clean waters - stored by walls of granite walls - using three huge pipes - once they used to be four - it comes to San Francisco - all the way from Yosemite - the Hetch Hetchy Dam -  we use this water to flush our toilets.

What does this one sordid, senseless, immoral act say - about the way we think - more Whites who are fucking - greedy?

Our SF Supervisors are NOT educated on issues - have no idea - about how we must use our resources - that Mother Earth gave us - to take less and keep more.

Greed knows no bounds - today our children - the children, youth, young adults - do not trust the adults - they want to take charge of their destiny - and will.

We have middle class families who have fallen on bad times and living in tents.
