The Mayor Edwin M. Lee takes to air waves to gather his cronies and minions - after adversely impacting - Quality of Life issues all over of once - great City of San Francisco.

Be it the growing congestion on our roads, the lack of affordable housing, the vague promises - linked to transportation, safety, you name it - the constant spewing of toxic diatribe.

The paradox is the our tax payers money - money collected from permits - property taxes from those that are buying real estate - in other words money flowing in - that should be spent on our infrastructure - on Quality of Life issues - in diverted - most filling the pockets of very corrupt - entities.

Time for the Rico Act to be implemented. Make no bones about it - these ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - are reaching - saturation, point.

The Mayor should ask himself who pays his salary over $300,000 plus benefits?

Who pays the salaries of those that rake in thousands in pay - many of them making $250,000 plus benefits?

He should clarify these questions - before he has his drab - "press conferences" - that further infuriates the public at large.

We want action not talk.

The Mayor gathers his minions and talks from both sides of his mouth.

His latest gimmicks the cameras placed all over the City of San Francisco - that he purports - will help - congestion.

Only a dumb fool will make such a dumb, idiotic statement. The Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) has wasted millions and continues to waste millions.

The MTA is not in a position to deliver anything be it the promises it made to the Taxi Drivers, the MUNI drivers, the public at large when it come to the MUNI buses being punctual and clean. Today the MUNI buses are filthy - and one has to see things to believe things.

Right now our Light Rail system has an antiquated software. You do not have to be a rocket scientists to figure that to fix this - we need to change the leadership - and bring in "leadership" with a vision - that complies with sound transparency and accountability.

The Maintenance Facility build by Third and Islais Creek - had so many change orders - that it cost us - over 200% over and above the actual price.

The Central Subway started with a figure of $600,000 and today is a over $1.4 Billion! Who is fooling whom?

The kinds of London Breed and Scott Wiener and pouring good money down the drain - when MUNI has failed to make any progress.

The MUNI drivers are treated with disdain - and now the UNION Representatives are on the take.

The UNION has let down the entire working force that takes the "true brunt" of the day to day - operations - the MUNI drivers who confide in me - and I have tracking the ins and outs since 1985.

MUNI basely has a two tier system - the old system where the benefits are better and the new system - agreed when Willie L. Brown Jr was Mayor - that treats the MUNI drivers - like second class citizens.

It is not the buses that make MUNI - it is who operates them.


If we can address chronic congestion - to make our buses flow smoothly - we can look at this issue - only by providing true statistics - empirical data - not hot air - that the Mayor can afford - that no cost.

Today - it takes cars during prime traffic periods - 30 to 40 minutes to pass by three or four block in the City.

It is the same with the MUNI buses crossing through the City - to make it to the out skirts of our City.

The Mayor wants to control the traffic remote control - and thinks - he can fool all the people all the time.

We need cameras in Room 200 - to see what the freaking hell - the Mayor is doing in Room 200 and how much time he spends doing - the work of the people.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee speak to the TRUTH - let your statements be backed with empirical data - there is no way - you can build so many affordable housing units - with $250 million bond measure - full of loop holes.

It has been over 5 years now the Mayor's Office of Housing - headed by Olson Lee has been spewing all sorts of lies - linked to housing more housing for low and no income constituents of San Francisco.

Feeding the same lies and fake statistics to Mayor Edwim M. Lee - who in turn without blinking an eye - spews these blatant lies and fake statistics to the hard working - tax paying - constituents of San Francisco.

Truly speaking the "housing crises" - which in simple terms - boils to a simple "roof over one's head" - where one can have some, privacy - has now reached a situation - where thousands are traumatized.

In order to cure the harm done to San Franciscans - all these many years - by the six Mayors - preceding Mayor Edwin M. Lee - we require as least $1 Billion plus to - address the situation at hand.

One just has to study the reports linked to the last three Housing Elements produced by the SF Planning Department - once every five years.

The reports produced by the Association of Bay Area Governments - (ABAG).

In the interim Mayor Edwim M. Lee is raking in the millions - in favors and other sordid actions - that will come to haunt him in the short and long run.

Recently, there was a poll taken - pertaining to the coming November, local Elections.

Prying those that answered the questions posed - trying to find out the popularity of Mayor Edwin M. Lee.

The result - his popularity has tanked - so much so that he is worried - very worried.

The paradox about the above scenario is that Mayor Edwin M. Lee - was once a staunch "housing advocate" - more an advocate for the poor and those that needed help - most. No more.

Today, Mayor Edwim M. Lee is rubbing shoulders with the owners of AirB&B,SalesForce, Twitter, Google, FaceBook, others - seeking private money - for his own - cozy and favorite pet projects.

His almost daily appearances at events and Press Conferences - are a JOKE. Acting and talking - like a clown. 

The people who are suffering - consider these events and Press Conferences - an insult.

Any one - who is anyone - who is educated on issues - can see through the lies and hoodwinking.

Recently the Budget Analyst Harvey Rose laid bare all that we hard working tax payers need to known.

The AirB&B shenanigans adversely impact over 40% of rental units - more in the Mission and Haight Ashbury areas.

If Mayor Edwin M. Lee has the balls to read that report - he should feel ashamed of himself.

Today in San Francisco thousands of infants and children, youth and young adults are suffering.

Many of them are not nourished. Many of them do not have a roof over their heads. Many of them are over stress - because two and three families - share a one or two bed room house.

Many of them live in conditions - that are not found in Third World countries.

Seeing is believing. Dirty, stinking, filthy and all this - in one of the richest cities in the world.

And here the Mayor is busy touting that - unemployment is down - when it not down in places that matter most - the hot spots such as the Fillmore, Bayview, and Exelsior.

That our economy is the best in many years - when only the rich get richer - and the poor are forced to move out of our great City.

When our neighborhoods that once had character - are now being invaded by uncouth folks - that think - they can buy anything with money. Compromise - our Quality of Life and have no idea - about Cultural Competency and for sure have no morals, ethics, and less standards - that matter.

Who does the Mayor think he is hoodwinking?

City Hall is the "peoples hall".

When City Hall - the "peoples hall" - is closed to the public - when they people - want to meet Mayor Edwin M. Lee to express their - concerns as citizens - the Mayor flees to Sacramento and to other hideouts - where his minions report to him - much as cowards do.

We did not bother to be defeated and insulted by any of the - well planned moves - we made on April 14, 2015.

We focused on the Chambers of City Hall where sordid people like Katy Tang, London Breed, Mark Farrell, Malia Cohen, and Scott Wiener meet among others - and London Breed - fled the chambers - called for Mayor Edwim M. Lee - in Sacramento - cajoling him to come to her rescue - and he could not.

There is more to come - and these time no warning will be given.

We do not have to do it at City Hal the entire area comes under the Sheriff Department. No other entity  has jurisdiction at City Hall - but, the San Francisco Police Department - came into City Hall more against protocol - and exercised some actions - that border on being improper and crossing the line. Time will tell.

Some of us advocates for years - have been exercising our freedom to speak at Public Comment.

In the past - it was normal to speak for three minutes. Now, that has been reduced to a measly - two minutes.

The novice SF Board of Supervisors - do not know what is in store for them - in their Districts.

The few that are left and have some experience - I will not mention them by name - can restore our "three minutes" if they have the balls to do so.

The crooked SF Board of Supervisors think nothing of spewing diatribe for 20 and 30 minutes at a time. But, when it comes to the tax payers - who pay the salaries of the SF Board of Supervisors - we, are deprived of our " three minutes". More, because of the on going corruption - should have been expanded to "ten minutes".

OUR SF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ARE DIVISIVE - WITH A HIDDEN AGENDA - THAT FAILS TO FOCUS ON THE CONSTITUENTS - TOO MUCH FLUFF AND NO REAL ACTION THAT IS MEANINGFUL.

Our San Francisco Board of Supervisors have now decided to take sides - not to help the people - when it comes to sound housing for low and no income for sure.

More, to stakeout a position to help those who contribute - to their "campaign coffers" - Mark Farrell, Scott Wiener, London Breed, Malia Cohen, Katy Tang - and in bed with developers - who seek to rake in millions - and destroy the character of our neighborhoods.

On May 12, 2015 at the SF Board of Supervisors - as is becoming evident - both Scott Wiener and Mark Farrell - decided to initiate an action - requesting for further investigation - on the proposed legislation - to STOP all "market price units" - in the Mission.

We should not burden Ted Egan our Economist - with tasks that are not needed - and more waste tax payers - money. Both Mark and Wiener are for the developers, big money - and as such pretend to represent the constituents. But now we see their true - colors.

Mark Farrell (who cheated in the Election that got him his seat - depriving Janet Reilly) - from representing the District Mark Farrell now represents.

Mark gets his salary as a SF Board of Supervisor - plus earns more from a Financial Institution - and it is all legal - so some say. A clear indication that he is not sincere - when it comes to full transparency and accountability.

What about the - character attacks - on Janet Reilly?

A person - who has dedicated - so much to the community - and her husband too - who has helped so many - San Franciscans.

Now, Mark Farrell has decided to join hands with Scott Wiener - to reveal their true colors - fight against having "affordable housing".

The Mayor Edwin M. Lee of course - loves the idea - gives him some wiggle room - to figure out how to spread - some more lies.

Right now it is 30,000 units in five years - so called affordable housing - that the Mayor cannot pull out - this sordid trick - from his "magic hat" of sorts.

Any way - you break it out - we need at least $1 Billion to address affordable housing. More for low income and no income.

The pathetic $250,000 Bond measure will not work - and even John Avalos's $500,000 - is far short of the - baseline $1 Billion needed - to address the issue of affordable housing - for the working class, the low and no income constituents who are dying a slow death.

These lies - and vague promises linked to so called building affordable housing - are becoming so stressful, so traumatic, so disgusting - that poor people are getting paranoid.

A one bed room now is running for $3500 and soon it may be $4000. The Mayor Edwim M. Lee talks about this issue - but cannot do anything, about it.

Joined by Malia Cohen and London Breed - two Black women - the SF Board of Supervisors - who should know better - have failed.

Today the SF Board of Supervisors are far away - from helping and aiding the COMMONS - and focused on making deals with developers.

It is just a matter of time - before these sordid so called Representatives from District 5 and District 10 - will be exposed for all their ploys, machinations, and shenanigans.

These Representatives mentioned above - corrupt and full of malice.

Have their own hidden agenda - one for sure - they do not represent the constituents - that they lie to - and today think nothing of their fake slate - fake promises - fake everything - made during election - time.

Malia Cohen can deny she did not stay with her parents in District 9 - after winning the elections in District 10.

All her life Malia Cohen - has lived a life of lies and deciet - and her mission is to make money - while is office - not to represent - or help those that most need help.

Katy Tang shredded the documents and then denied - that she had to retain her office files and documentation.

Now, she is trying to pass legislation on massage parlors and other massage services and other trivial things.

Here District 4 has thousands of prostitutes - advertising in the Chinese newspapers - for all kinds of sordid - services.

What is Katy Tang - doing about - the "full service" offered by mostly Chinese women - all over her District? Let us keep it real.

Scott Wiener still thinks he is in the Bronx. No one in her or his right mind - will vote for him for a higher office - be it the Mayor of San Francisco or some Legislator in Sacramento - that he aspires.

Every SF Board of Supervisors meeting - is a JOKE these days.

The idiots - running their mouth for 20 and 30 minutes - on issues - that are NOT - relevant.

SAN FRANCISCO NEEDS 200,000 GOOD HOUSING UNITS TO ACCOMMODATE - THOSE MAKING UNDER $80,000 - AND MORE THOSE MAKING UNDER $60,000.

When some one says that he can build 30,000 so called "affordable" housing in five years - he is lying thorough his teeth - and has no "clue" what he is talking about.

He is selling "snake oil" - tongue in cheek - and foolish and sordid words - coming from his foul, mouth.

At this juncture Mayor Edwim M. Lee and his minions - are challenged/

They do not know where to turn - with all the lies, the fake "press conferences" - the many ribbon cuttings - with Department heads - wasting their time - while, all the time - we the tax payer - pay their very high salaries.

Lack of housing, congestion on the roads, the increase in the Carbon Footprint, thousands of San Franciscans leaving San Francisco, petty crime on the increase, the cost of living become unbearable - people are simply - fed up.

All the while those in power - having a field day - the rich getting rich and the poor - left to die a slow death. Hundreds sleeping on our streets, even in the areas like Union Square - and no one seems to care.

Most of the Department heads making over $250,000 plus benefits - paid by us - the tax payers.

While over 60% of San Franciscans are suffering - and making less than $60,000 a year.

Those making $40,000 and below - are living in abject poverty - pass the 5th day of the month - they have no food and no spare change for anything - that the rich consider - normal.

We all know about the very high rents - the going price now for a measly one bed room - around $3500 a month.

Yet Olson Lee from the Mayor's Office of Housing - much like he did when he worked for the erstwhile - San Francisco Redevelopment Agency - has master the ways of the "devil". Olson Lee will look at you in the eye and lie.

At this late date - more, when all the past six Mayors of San Francisco have failed to provide good low and no income housing - suddenly - Mayor Edwin M. Lee - and his minions - have a solution.

The brunt of the solutions lies in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco - according to their sordid, plan.

Mostly the contaminated land - prone to liquefaction and severe flooding - land on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Candlestick Point.

The last three Mayoral administration have bought the mostly Black sell outs from the Bayview Hunters Point - the likes of Veronica Hunnicutt, Doris Vincent, Calvin Jones, Aurelious Walker, others more despicable - all Blacks selling our the community.

Both sites - the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and the Candlestick Point - in close proximity and adversely impacted by high levels of radioactive elements.

These areas - where "Depleted Uranium" was tested. We have the "empirical data" to prove what we say and talk about - to be ' the truth".

In past 60 years hundreds of innocent people have died a slow death - from the atomic waste, asbestos, lead, mercury, and other very contaminated materials - all part of the Second World War - where Safety and other health issues - were compromised.

Our SF Health Department and Barbara Gracia knows this but - has done done about it. So has the Department of Toxic and Substances Control. The federal Environmental Protection Agency - Region IX. The Regional Water Board and the Bay Area Air Quality Management District.

Of course the main media - knows about this - in a general vague way - will not report - because they have forgotten - how to do "state of the art investigation".

More, "investigative reporting" - which has become a lost art.

The informed Economist that our City and County of San Francisco has hired - Ted Egan.

The decent and hardworking Controller - Ben Rosenfield - have informed the Mayor, Edwin M. Lee that he would require 100,000 housing units.

More - to deal with the the many issues arising today - arising from lack of affordable and more housing for the poor and the indigent.

When three and four families share a two bed room house - you know - something, really stinks in Denmark.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee once was an advocate for the poor and took upon himself the fight - for housing for those that most needed it.

No more - today - daily he is wheeling and dealing with developers - folks like AirB&B - large corporations like Twitter, Google - builders like Nibbi, Obiyashi, Webcore, and others.

All these vermin - milking our economy and failing to do justice to decent, hard working, tax paying - San Franciscans.

Today, May 12, 2015 Mayor Edwin M. Lee will go before the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - in Room 250 and lie.

He will say exactly what he has said - that he will build 30,000 units - but he cannot.

His term will end before 10,000 so called inferior units are built - and he will say - "that he tried" and fade away.

It is the same with his concept to spend as much as $1 Billion to route Caltrans - so that it accommodates - the building of brand new - "Warrior Stadium".

$1 Billion for a quarter mile of rail - which tells you - that this man has lost his mind - and that he is unaware of the "spiraling" of the economy not only in China and other places - but soon moving to the United States.

The Warrior's stadium was slated to be built by the Ferry Building - the former Director of Economic Development and Work Force - Jessie Blout - led that team.

Only for the project by the Ferry Building to he shot down.

Congestion on the roads, too much money to shore up and upgrade the falling into disrepair piers - all made the " Warrior Stadium" go away - by the Ferry Building.

So, the project was moved to Mission Bay - the California Environment Quality Act - review showed that again chronic congestion, too many fans crowding the streets - before and after the game - would adversely impact the area - causing serious - SAFETY - issues.

It is a large stadium - thousands of fans - congregating as I said before and after the game - and those in charge of Safety - have repeated - the situation is - precarious and will adversely impact - Safety concerns - which are paramount - when it comes to Health and Safety and in general Quality of Life issues.

In comes Mayor Edwin M. Lee - why cannot we move the crowds - underground - build a $1 Billion plus - underground Caltrains rail.

Open up vast areas - where Mayor Edwin M. Lee and his developers can build - market price housing. He gets his cut - and we know it.

It is the same by City College - where an Art Building - much needed has been shot down.

Now, on that very site - that comes under the jurisdiction of San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - market price housing will go up.

The large site adjacent - where City College students parked - will go away.

Where will the City College students park - those that live far away - and work - and must mark time - coming and going - while they pay for their units - and work two, three jobs. No one cares - why?

Because they have they heart in the wrong place!

The great Master said: " blessed are the poor for theirs is the Kingdom of heaven".

Those that harm the poor, those that need help - those that cannot defend themselves - will be judged - and their short lived - making money on the back of others - will come to an end - and with that - restitution - the like - they never imagined.

OUR YOUTH MUST BE TAUGHT. EDUCATED TO DO RIGHT - GIVEN OPPORTUNITIES - USING PROVEN STANDARDS - FOR GOVERNING - OUR CURRENT LEADERS MUST BE EDUCATED ON ISSUES.

We have things going for us but 

Not when it comes to those that need

help most.

In recent times we have our local, state, and national politicians looked upon with disdain.

The majority of the constituents Nation wide - here in San Francisco - the tax payers - do not approve the performance of our - so called, shady, inept, shallow - politicians.

It makes it even more difficult - when some one like Hillary Clinton - who should fade away with her sordid husband - Bill Clinton - now are hooding wink the constituents - into - making large amounts of contributions - to her evil campaign, coffers - and run for President of the United States of America - it will NOT - happen.

Better a candidate like Rand Paul then Hillary Clinton.

The independents must come out in droves - and vote for any candidate - that embraces the youth, the young adults - and fights for those that need help - most.

So far we do not have a viable,decent, moral, ethical candidate belonging to the failing Democratic Party - they talk the talk but fail to walk the walk.

Right here the antiquated San Francisco County Democratic Committee (SFCDC) - is a JOKE.

Creating platforms and producing information that does not speak to the - Truth. Trying to prod good people - for whom to vote. Gone are the days - where the people united and educated will follow the drab lists of crooks, immoral people, and folks that are despicable.

Does anyone think that Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein - these two hags in particular - get any respect. They do not.

A long time they should have bowed out - and faded into oblivion.

Today, they may be forced out - but NOT without leaving untold damage.

No one will remember them - they will NOT - leave a legacy - but such are the woes of politics and contemporary - political, happenings.

It is the same Mayor Edwin M. Lee, and corrupt novice Democrats like Malia Cohen, London Breed, Scott Wiener - who have been bought - lock, stock and barrel.

Their voting pattern is pathetic - they open their mouth and spew - diatribe.

On April 14, 2015 we shut down City Hall - in every sense of the word.

We did it - without any incident - and we sent a message - to the crooks and corrupt - who make their abode - at San Francisco's City Hall - that their days are numbered.

London Breed the coward fled the chambers to call the Mayor Edwin M. Lee who should have been in San Francisco - but, was pussyfooting in Sacramento. Mayor Edwin M. Lee - had to pick his chops - and fears what is in store for him. He has asked for it.

The Sheriff who goes by the name of Ross Mirkarimi - who has jurisdiction - and his Sheriffs did a good job.

The Sheriff Department watched the protest and the protesters - and the protesters did not cross the line.

The few monitors had the respect of the protesters - and were introduced to a bare minimum protocol - listen well and did what they are to do - without - any incident.

This is how it should be - it is not that  we the educated  constituents should pander to Law Enforcement.

We must assure our sisters and brothers - that we are NOT in the business - of doing business at 850 Bryant Street - bailing the protesters out - but voicing our opinion - and projecting our democratic rights - as best we can - in this case City Hall.

Today, our youth and young adults are fed up of the current politicians - who lie, steal, pander, and do what it takes to keep themselves in power.

The newer ones like Scott Wiener, London Breed, Mark Farrell, Malia Cohen, Katy Tang - want to move up to represent.

When today - at this time and date - their actions speak a lot - and they are a disgrace to the human race - to put it mildly.

Our youth and young adults are penalized - more when they seek educational opportunities in San Francisco - more at San Francisco City College.

Our politicians take bribes - which is mostly reported by "BLOGS" that keep it real.

The once who make their abode at City Hall - their names are spelled above - are the scum of the Earth.

The recent take over of City Hall - was followed from the first recent take over - on April 14, 2015 - where the foundation was laid - for all to see.

A perfect storm was created - and the actions of the protesters - sent a clarion call to those in charge - change your sordid ways - or face the wrath of the people united - who will never, ever be defeated.

We pay Law Enforcement - they work for us - and within our Constitution Rights - we as Americans - have every right to protest - and protest - right.

We pay the salaries of the SF Supervisors - who are doing a poor job - waiting for something bad to happen - to wake up and do something.

Our youth and young adults must have an opportunity - at the right time - to do the right things - for our Nation.

Few know that during the famous Civil War millions died - a very large number - when the population was not as great as it is today. Today, our population is 820 million.

According to many records - half the population at that time - died fighting for their freedom.

These souls did not die in vain - and we should remember well - what is freedom and what is licence.

Abuse of FREEDOM is LICENCE  and this is what is happening at City Hall - in Room 200 and among the SF Board of Supervisors - the likes I have mentioned - above.

Our Founding Fathers. other politicians at that time - in due course fought the good fight.

Of course there was some corruption. That is but human - but not the corruption we see today at City Hall.

In those days you did not have politicians who were nonchalant, like a reed - blowing any which way in the wind.

Useless and looked upon with disdain by the constituents - who expect these novice politicians to represent. Their name are spelled above.

Our City of San Francisco was known as a City that knew how. No more.

The recent protests - that well will increase - other disturbances - that will not be announced - will occur because Mayor Edwin M. Lee has failed - on many important issues.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee failed to address the killing of the 4 Black youth - yet, has the audacity to talk about Black Killings - all over the Nation. Who does he think - he is talking to?

Mayor Edwin M.Lee has failed - when it come to congestion of our streets.

He has played a role in increasing the Carbon Footprint - the many projects pouring tons of concrete - polluting the air, and increasing dangerous particulates.

Increasing, the Carbon Footprint - adversely impacting - Quality of Life - issues.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee is now - in bed with the worse crooks - trying to hoodwink the students of City College - working hard behind the scenes - to privatize our community colleges - influenced by crooks from Texas, Walmart, the Koch Brother and so on and so forth.

Much like he has agreed to tolerate the Teachers For America model - and other Charter schools - compromising the educational prospects of our youth and young adults.

More, adversely impacting those that are poor and go to our Public Education institutions - their only hope - with limited funds - being mostly poor.

On housing Mayor Edwin M. Lee and his side kicks Olson Lee and Brian Cheu and working hard - to favor developers - and market rate housing.

Failed to provide good housing to those that have lived here for over 30 years and more - and now cannot put down a decent down payment - and own a house - less a two or three unit apartments. 

Mayor Edwin M. Lee has perfected his skills of lying through his teeth, looking at you in the eye and lying.

Deceiving and making fake promises.

There is no way he can build - good affordable housing - more low and no income units - the people that need help - and the Mayor is making - false promises - in the Mission, the Bayview, the Western Addition, the Exelsior, South of Market area - here there - every where.

The Mayor - Edwin M. Lee wants to build thousands of units over 10 years - and he will be there for a few years more - leaving some other Mayor to hold the empty bag.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee wants to build poor housing on land prone to liquefaction and flooding. Who does he think - he is fooling?

He wants to do this on contaminated ground - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Candlestick Park. These areas have high level radioactive elements - high readings.

Depleted Uranium was test here - and this man has no clue of what is is talking about. His employees Stephanie Cushing and Amy Brownell, Barbara Gracia, those in the know - tell him what he wants to hear. Some one has BLOOD on their - hands.

All of the area - Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Candlestick area - has been declared a Superfund Site.

The worst contaminated sites are put on the Superfund List.

Who does Mayor M. Lee and his minions - think - they are fooling? Time to throw the book - and bring them under the RICO Act.

All the while people are dying a slow death. Those that resided and will reside at Alice Griffith also better know as Double Rock.

Our youth must NOT be left with nothing much - housing that is of poor quality for the poor youth and their families.

Education that is wanting, a contaminated environment that embrace respiratory diseases, heart diseases, other chronic diseases that ruin one's health and brings about - early death.

We must stand for our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our seniors, those with compromised health, those that cannot defend - themselves.

These democrats that we have are not worth the salt.

They have ruined our City and  County of San Francisco - and the time has come - to throw these vermin - out.

ALL OF SAN FRANCISCO - EVERY SQUARE INCH IS MUWEKMA OHLONE LAND - ALL THOSE WHO FAIL TO RECOGNIZE THIS FACT - NOT BE ACCOUNTABLE - BETTER WAKE UP - IT IS PAST DUE.

All those who fail to recognize this fact - foremost the San Francisco Planning Department are playing with fire.

You know this to be the TRUTH and you are put on notice. The Mayor of San Francisco - Edwin M. Lee and all his minions - who pay lip service and have failed to represent. You know who you are - and your time has come.

This failure to look away from the true needs of the people and tax payers of needy San Franciscans and build units and homes for this segment of the population is well known - complete with empirical data.

The SF Planning Department is till compiling its data - trying to hoodwink us. If was true to its mission - it would have the data. But, it has failed at meeting the true needs - and now at this late date - it will find excuses.

Much like this City has done with the last 3 Housing Elments - that are prepared every 5 years - and the past 3 Housing Elements have been found - defective - and are in the Courts for adjudication.

In this City of San Francisco market rate housing - abounds - over 400% over and above the cap - for the filthy rich - is a crime against humanity.

The abundance of Market Rate Housing is there to see - for all those that have eyes - costing over $1 million, many in the $2-$3 million range - and some as high as $5 million just condominiums.

In San Francisco right - that has a risen population of 820,000 - there are 30,000 vacant homes.

Over 50,000 homes are used for rental vacations - linked to AirB&B - other crooks - who do not pay taxes and compete with the Hotel Industry.

The failure to plan - have a sound vision - keep rental units in place - more that come under "Rent Control" has escaped the mind of this City - and those put in charge.

This City with intent allowed thousands of Rent Control units to fall into the hands of - corrupt entities like the Academy of Art University - who over the years bought hundred of buildings - governed by Rental Control.

If this is not a crying shame - I do not know what is. 

Again, the Academy of Art University bought hundreds of buildings - containing thousands of rental units - all coming under - "rent control" - and converted them to - dormitories to accommodate mostly - foreign students.

This has been going for years - and only recently because of my - "constant pleas" - writing and speaking out - some hearing will be held; by the SF Planning Department - to adjudicate the - continuing, blatant crimes - too late but not too late - to adjudicate.

Right now Olson Lee from the Mayor Office of Housing, Mayor Edwin M.Lee, Brian Cheu from the Mayor's Office of Housing, the heads from the Department of Building Inspection - must all be cited under the Rico Act.

Slick talking - hoodwinking the people - must not be tolerated.

The protest you see today at City Hall - will spill into the streets and the take over of buildings.

This occurring episodes - are just the tip of the iceberg.

Soon market rate units - in market rate buildings - all over San Francisco will be taken over.

If something drastic is not done - thousands of market rate units - will be vandalized.

The San Francisco Police Department with it measly 1800 police personnel - most of them not equipped - many old and obese - will not be able to meet the opposing forces.

If people are killed - and some may lose their lives - what we have seen in Baltimore and and other place in the United States - will pale in comparison.

Believe you me. In the past - all that I have written - has come true.

I represent the Muwekma Ohlone and have told the Mayor of San Francisco - who has lost his freaking mind - to serve the people - and not pay - lip service. All those silly "press conference" where he spews lies - and talks from both sides of his mouth.

The warning signs are all over - and this man thinks - that everything is under control.

We do not want our City that we love to go in flames - we do not want the anarchists to come to our City - and vandalize.

This Mayor and those who advice him - are playing with fire.

They have failed to serve and protect our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our seniors, those that need help most.

Everywhere in our City - Quality of Life - has been compromised. The City has missed the boat,the bus, the train, and the plane ....

I am open in my communication to the Chief of Police - Gregory Suhr - to the Sheriff - Ross Mirkarimi - to the Controller - Ben Rosenfield, to the City Attorney - Dennis Herrera, to the Department of Building Inspection - through this blog - you must be able to read - between the lines.

The City Administrator is going with the flow - this will not do.

There are other City Department heads - who I have spoken to - and if you feel that you have not heard me - hear it now - drastic changes for good - have to be made - quickly with sound time-lines and goals - more, with full transparency and accountability.

In the last 8 years - over 40,000 families have left San Francisco. They will never come back - and while away - their experiences will be told to other - not the good ones, but how this City with intent - drove them away.

I will tell you - representing the Muwekma Ohlone - we do not favor the "techies" - and those shallow - who act like "cardboard".

These folks do not contribute to the culture of our neighborhoods.

They have adverse impacted the unique rich culture - established in our various, neighborhood.

The evil plans that Mayor Edwin M. Lee endorses - working hand in glove with the likes of Walmart, the Koch Brothers, George W. Bush and his implants - other that I will not mention - now but will save for another day and proper, time.

City College is one example - while all of us appreciate and thank the City Attorney Dennis Herrera - for filing the suit and winning - against the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior College (ACCJC).

We the people united - do not appreciate the lip service and the wheeling and dealing behind close doors - to privatize our community colleges by Mayor Edwin M. Lee and those minions who are in bed with him.

For God sake the SF City College Board - has not met yet - even though they were elected by the constituents of San Francisco - months ago. They will meet next month - July, 2015.

The Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) - have connections to power and corrupt forces - that want to privatize our community colleges - all over San Francisco and California.

In our Courts led by City Attorney Dennis Herrera and supported by us the COMMONS - we have fought a good fight - and appreciate the City Attorney taking the lead and exposing the ploys and machinations of the ACCJC.

We thank the judge who saw the "evil plans" linked to the lies and others shenanigans - by the ACCJC.

The book was thrown at the ACCJC and it is for this - one singular reason - the State of California - is aiding SF City College with funding - to meet its baseline requirements.

But this ACCJC which must be barred - continues to invade the SF City College campus and create - divisiveness.

The entire "Accrediting" system revamped and light shed - on the criminals ones there now; dismissed - better still sent to jail.

Right now the Mayor Edwin M. Lee opened his mouth and promised - money for those students who were indigent - including immigrants - to join SF City College and aid them with some financial assistance. Nothing has happened.

A study has been done by the City and County of San Francisco - revealing the positive impacts - and the contribution to the good of our City and the surrounding area - by SF City College - and the students and others who contribute to the wealth of San Fancisco.

We all know this - but, some how the immigrants and the indigent students have been penalized - further causing a decrease in the enrollment.

Casting this "dark cloud" that is hovering over City College of San Francisco - it should NOT be there - but, it is there for all to see.

The teachers from SF City College - has not received a pay raise - since 2009. Does anyone think it is fair?

The Board to City College has not be paid. The Student Trustee has not be paid. The Czar over SF City College receive over $200,000 in salary and benefit. A rental unit to stay - for $3500. A car with gas paid by SF City College.

He works a measly four days - and has nothing holistic to contribute. Worse still he stays at Lake Tahoe - and commutes hundreds of miles - with all the fun fare of a buffoon.

In the interim the student must fork out thousands - with no guarantee that they will receive any "certification", any degree, what a freaking, mess.

Right now the " Corrupt " some from as far as Texas - have planted themselves - at SF City College. We are watching them like a - "hawk".

Their aim to privatize our Community Colleges - much like the failed Charter Schools.

Much like the shenanigans we know - created by " Teacher For America" model - having no training, less qualified orientation - invading the SF Unified School District - to privatize our public schools - serving a short term of two years - and leaving.

The "COMMONS" must stand up.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee once understood well what it is to fight for the poor and those that need hell - no more.

Today, Mayor Edwin M. Lee is pussyfooting with Hillary Clinton - ' a loser ".

Participating in some "tea ceremony" - having tea with Hillary Clinton - in a Japanese setting.

What a political scene - two jackasses - who talk the talk and cannot walk the walk.

You judge people by their compassion.

You judge people by the "trust" they get get from those that matter - not the crooks - that do not count - not the sell outs.

These two souls - Ed and Hillary - are pathetic - the have lost their mind.

I am old enough to know more - and have followed these charlatans for the last 35 years and more. 

Few can say that - and if someone wants to debate me - meet me anytime - anywhere - in any open forum - worth the salt.

The Democratic Party has failed in San Francisco.

Recently, I asked for a meeting with Olson Lee and even informed the Mayor Edwin M. Lee to assist in this meeting. 

The issue is linked with " the concerns and aspirations of a first time home buyer " to document the process - and see who is helped and who is not.

I meet all the requirements - I served my Nation with the highest commendations in the Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco.

I am a Senior pass 65 years - I am disabled - City Hall knows my work, the Mayor knows my work - but this jackass - stays away from serving and helping - those that have gone - over and above to serve San Francisco and San Franciscans. Time will tell.

No wonder people leave San Francisco - and only the chaff, the excreta that must be flushed down the commode is left in San Francisco, now.

Today, unfortunately -San Francisco has lost its compassion but more its soul.

This November, 2015 the Election is the time to rally and vote for those that truly represent the people.

Truly have compassion - truly want to take San Francisco to a better - place.

Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

God see it all - but most of these devils are just that - reeking with - "evil" in their very corrupt, bones. You can smell them from miles away - Sulpur spreads and the stench is unique and bearing of those that - are the scum of this Earth.

In the interim the poor are increasing by leaps and bounds.

The homeless on our streets - at Union Square, in the Financial District, by the Ferry Building, by the freeway near Costco, by 16th heading East, in the Western Addition, on Sixth Street, on Geary Street, in the Exelsior, in the Bayview - only the blind cannot see this growing mess.

Filthy and stinking - these indigent people are there for all to see and more to bear witness to the sad affair that prevails in our City and County of San Francisco.

The Mayor Edwin M. Lee who sees this - and more - is waiting for major sweeps - before the Mayors from all over this Nation - meet here - in San Francisco.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee is put on notice - he will witness fireworks of a kind - he has not seen. ever before.

The difference this time "stealth" tactics will be used - and will surprise and confound those that underestimate - those, that have superior training - that comes from experience. No law will be broken - but, those that have not seen and pretend they are blind - will see and more, realize. Aho.
