THE VERY CORRUPT SF DEMOCRATIC MACHINE IN SAN FRANCISCO - AND WHO IS WATCHING THE INHERENT DESTRUCTION OF FREEDOM IN SAN FRANCISCO?

The very corrupt San Francisco "Democratic Machine" in San Francisco and who is watching the "inherent" attacks on "FREEDOM"; as many of us know it fully and - comprehend it - "we the people"?

There is genuine "freedom" and then there is "license".

License as you may not know - is abuse of - "freedom".

We saw this recently - with the witch hunt and abuse of "freedom" - in the elected Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi's case - brought about by some corrupt, evil, and disgraceful - forces.

We must rid off these evil forces - before San Francisco - wallows the cesspool of the worst order.

Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi wife and son - did not have to be put - through hell. The Sheriff should not have to endure all these many months without being paid - and put thorough - hell.

As you can plainly see - the devils who rule the Democratic Machine - saw to it - that those - so called "liberals" - any one that can stand their ground - as did Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - will be sent packing - and the means used - will be down right diabolical - if it comes to that.

This is a clarion call to those that will fight for genuine freedom - and we already have San Francisco Board of Supervisors - who are inept, spineless, and very corrupt. Many pandering to the Democratic Machine - devils and immoral.

Just remember for starters - four of our SF BOS are charged with - "official misconduct" - not one, not two, not three, but four.

Four of the eleven that sit in Room 250 - trying to do the people work and failing - most of the time - because their heart in NOT in the right place.

It does not help that two of the four charged are despicable - the District 10 Supervisor - Malia Cohen who must be removed from office. A closet lesbian who does not understand her community at all.  Over 10 constituents have been shot and killed and the woman is no where to be found. 

Her side kick Scott Wiener from District 8 - who is very corrupt and initiates legislation that favors the filthy rich - every opportunity he gets. Has disdain for those that must be helped - well known - and that includes indigent Queer - folks. The man is queer himself - but one of those that thinks and acts - snotty.

San Francisco has the Sunshine Task Force - and it has been stalled - Why? 

Because Scott Wiener - with intent - chose not to appoint - to shut out - Bruce Wolfe - a sound candidate and one who is physically challenged.

Filling a seat and reserving it for one that is physically challenged is mandatory -  a requirement - which is a must on the Sunshine Task Force - if there is no seat filled that meets this requirement -there is NO - Sunshine Task Force.

For years some of us have worked with the Sunshine Task Force - deliberated - and made sure some of those that try to avoid being ethical, deliberately abuse the Brown Act, fail to abide by ordinances and regulations - are taken to the Sunshine Task Force - where the Sunshine Task Force - can adjudicate these types of cases and more - and forward them to the Ethics Commission.

It has been over a month - you go on the SFGOV website - and it says - the Sunshine Task Force meeting is cancelled.

While it is not sitting as a Task Force - while it is stalled - EVIL people are doing the devil's work. Who made this happen ?

The paradox is that Ross Mirkarimi had a lot of do with the Sunshine Task Force and its establishment - and also with the Ethics Commission - that body one step up - that receives hundreds of cases adjudicated by the Sunshine Task Force and sent to the San Francisco Ethics Commission - for its review, evaluation, analysis, and final - deliberation and adjudication.

Ross Mirkarimi worked on the above two entities so that good could happen - few fully realize - what a blow this has been to anyone that stands for "fair play" and "justice" - and you can imagine - what a blow to Ross Mirkarimi - who has contributed so much to our City and County of San Francisco.

As a SF Board of Supervisor he passed the largest amount of legislation - on environmental and others pertinent issues - some of the legislation impacting our Nation and the world.

The San Francisco Ethics Commission in San Francisco is a JOKE.

It was not suppose to be a JOKE - but it has become one - and behind the scenes - the Democratic Machine has used it - as an evil tool - to adjudicate cases - favor some that are corrupt and toss the majority of cases - in the waste paper basket.

We the people have been insulted by the SF Ethics Commission and we the people - must take action - and do this on a War Footing - rid the unethical who are tooling with our - freedom.

It is always interesting to watch the White Man Adjudication System - how they analyse the play on "words" - etymology.

It is always interesting when the devils are losing their case - how they pretend to represent the people.

Suddenly you hear more and more  - "we the people".

"We the People" - cannot and should not be used lightly.

Suddenly the "I" becomes "We" - and we the people know that corrupt, diabolical, unethical persons - have no right - using the phrase "we the people".

More when these unethical people - are far away from being ethical, moral, having proven standards, pander to the wicked; diabolical to the core - and yet sit to adjudicate.

Some where along the line in San Francisco we have permitted shallow, spineless, unethical folks - to represent.

The run for the Supervisors Race using Rank Choice Voting and win. They are on Commissions - some being rotated - from one Commission to the other - all with a hidden agenda - doing the devil's work.

Others want to run for Supervisor of a District and have failed themselves - if you have failed yourself - morally, you are unethical, if you have no spine - why the hell do you want to represent?

We the people are those that represent. And when any candidate - does chose to represent - they must first realize that - "we the people come first".

Our constitution starts with the words - "we the people" - unlike any other universal document - and goes on to spell the details.

In the course of over 200 years plus - our Constitution has stood its ground - and while some pertinent amendments have been made - it is still given the higest respect - all over the world.

What happened last Thursday, August 16, 2012 in room 263 at City Hall was disgraceful.

Now some sordid individuals are replaying the case - on SFGOV TV - again and again - thinking that they won the case.

You have not seen anything yet - you will; as I said  - when I wrote my first article on the case - fall on your face - and may I add - "with utter disgrace ".

San Francisco first and foremost is a compassionate City.

That is why we embrace everyone.

Try going to any other City and bring such charges and see what happens to you all.

The many who came to lie and ganged up on a man that has already admitted to making a mistake - a small mistake grabbing his wife's arm - he is NOT a batterer.

He is not a man that continuously tortures and harms his wife - he loves his wife and he loves his son. Ross Mirkarimi does.

The folks - most of them who have life style issues - live in the closet - have been given a chance to live freely and express themselves in San Francisco.

These spineless, wicked folks, most of them having serious personal life style issues - have gone over board.

This will NOT bore well for you all - who lied and tried to blow this case - beyond anything that it is not - crossing the line in utter disgrace.

THE SELL OUTS HAVE FOUND THE WELL IS DRY - BUT THE HAVE BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS.

The sell outs have been many and for a long time they took money - to turn their back on the community - they have BLOOD on their hands.

Today; the well is dry and they have no where to go - except try to look at us with their blood shot- - eyes.

Daily they look in the mirror and some of them have repented - others continue to represent, wrongly - cheating and lying - and in doing so - get deeper in the cesspool - of their own - creation.

The Bayview has over 450 toxic hot spots outside the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - the responsibility of the City and County of San Francisco and more the City Administrator - and nothing is being done about it. These sites need to be cleaned - now.

We truly think it is fine for our families to live - closer to these toxic hot spots - and that all will be fine.

When our women deliver - still born babies - the reports go to these City Officials - but they do not do anything about it. It is business as usual - and this nonsense must - stop.

For sure Barbara Garcia from the San Francisco Health Department - Rajiv Bhatia from the City Environmental Department - attached to the SF Health Department - have the empirical data - but have nothing about it. They have not lifted a finger to help the constituents - that have been adversely - impacted.

Bottom line those folks that are indigent; others who are poor; still others who cannot defend themselves - are expandable - in the eyes of the crooks, the corrupt, those that have no - conscience.

We the people have stated this before and we will again. The United States Navy is about to meet the community on August 22, 2012 at 6 pm at the Bayview Opera House - and discuss their "dirty plan".  " We do not believe in capping any parcel". " Remove your filthy - take it out - out the gate - and send it to where it really belongs - those especial - holding sites - certified to accept - the worst type of contamination".

We all know that there is only one way to deal with Parcel E2.

The entire contents - from Parcel E2 - that are polluted must be removed; contained, and shipped away to a legal dump site.

In the past the U.S. Navy has not been sincere - and we do not expect them to be truthful and sincere - but, we do under the laws of the land and the Human Rights laws - laid down by the United Nations - do the right thing. So far they have been dragging their legs.

It does not help us a bit - when the local sell outs - go along - further use to go along with the now "dead" SF Redevelopment Agency - and now want to use their influence - when they have none - to turn their back on the community - and pretend they represent when they do not - and fake it - that they have some - little abject - clout.

The many innocent children exposed to toxic dust, contaminants, dangerous particulates, other radioactive elements - are suffering and have been suffering for years.

Tumors, cancer, and a host of respiratory diseases - so many to mention - and they - the sell outs think - we do not know - who they are - even though we have named them - many times. Their time has come.

The United States should abate and mitigate - remove the contents from Parcel E2 and take it out the gate. This is the Clarion Call - remove the mess you have created.

You can easily - move the contents by train - and stopped wasting millions trucking it to places - and further in the past - you ought not to have dumped that toxic soil from the other parcels - in the millions of tons - on sites that should not have accepted - contaminated soil.

When will the United States learn to do it right - the first time around?

Do you know - you are the "laughing stock" of the world - at most of your bases - you have with intent "polluted" - you have "contaminated" - you have -"jettisoned".

The Bayview Hunters Point have the advocates that have followed the nefarious practices of the United States Navy.

We have a Constitution that prompt us to do right, the United Nations, Human Rights that further prompts us to do right - we have on our book the Precautionary Principle - we shout, we plead, we speak up to do - right.

We will NOT give up - and we the few - will not be bought.

Finally with God on our side - we do not fear - evil.

HUNTERS POINT NAVAL SHIPYARD IS WITH GREED - VULTURES, WANTING TO IMPACT INNOCENT HOME BUYERS.

The world knows that the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is one of the worst contaminated and polluted sites on this Earth. No wonder it deserved the honor of being placed - where all the worst contaminated sites have their honor roll - the Superfund Site.

We just got news that Treasure Island is polluted - more with Radiological Elements - in high levels - that have adversely impacted children, mothers, fathers - others - innocent in the wrong place at the wrong time.

The United States Navy in the early 1950s until the late 1970s - was famous for burying low level and high level atomic waste. Often the large ships know as Carriers would dock at Treasure Island - and often the sailors - would be given the orders - "jettison" that stuff - and that is what they did.

Dumped the stuff in the Ocean, the Bay, and often time had the audacity to bury - very contaminated material on land. The U.S. Navy did that on all their naval bases - but more on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Treasure Island.

The United States Navy dumped thousands of barrels filled with low level atomic waste by the Farallones Island. What a crying shame - and most of us do not know this. The Farallones Island - famous as a Sanctuary today for unique sea creatures - but the U.S. Navy had the audacity to go and dump low level atomic waste - thousands of barrels - when they thought they could do anything and everything as they  - pleased.

Today the area come under the jurisdiction of the Golden Gate Nation Recreation Area and on a clear day you can see the islands off Ocean Beach by the Cliff House.   

Treasure Island is an artificial island that was created by man. It is sinking a couple of inches every single year. The infrastructure is in peril - it was before and it will be in the future.

Treasure Island has a link with Potrero Hill - the hills at Portrero which once abounded - were demolished and the earth moved to Treasure Island.

Few know about this - but, the many indigents who live at Treasure Island must know about this fact.

Folks who once lived in Public Housing at Hunters Point and the surrounding area - at Potrero Hill - and now live at Treasure Island - on sub-standard housing and what is more surrounded by the worst contamination and pollution. More radiological in nature. The John Stewart company taking the rent - from the sub-standard housing - and treating those that must be respected with disrespect.

It is always amazing to see the conceptual plans - that the Big Developers lay out for the lay person - tall slim buildings - spikes in the air - with weak foundation - pretending to help those that may live in them - but, all the time jeopardizing - quality of life issues - health - and existence of all life.

Missing in this equation - the Precautionary Principle - respected all over the world - and accepted by San Francisco and an ordinance that must be - respected.

Simply put if there is any cause to be concerned about any singular issue that will adversely impact any life - not only human life - we must pause, study, evaluate, analyze and then proceed - if all is well.

On Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Treasure Island - our City and County of San Francisco - Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, Willie L. Brown Jr., Sophie Maxwell, Willie B. Kennedy, Doris Vincent, Veronica Hunnicutt, Aurealious Walker, Calvin Jones, Linda Richardson - all want homes to be built on these contaminated sites. They can live there - but do not tell us - what is best for the people.

The SF District Attorney's Office has a section that can and should deal with serious environmental issues and has NOT.

The SF Health Department has an environmental section with Barbara Garcia and Rajiv Bhatia in charge - and these two have done nothing but talk and look the other way.

The Environmental Protection Agency a Federal entity has NOT done anything much and must take a stand - the man in charge Jared Blumenfeld.

Even the Federal Bureau of Investigation has a section that deals with serious Environmental Issues - and has NOT stepped forward - time to send some folks to jail for a long - long time.

Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, other inept, shallow, spineless politicians - want their campaign coffers filled - by sordid consultants such as the Platinum Group - this nonsense must stop. More Big Developers who have no conscience - the want the land never mind if it is contaminated and polluted.

The audacity of some groups to bus our children to play soccer - in the hundreds - in very close proximity of sites that register high levels of radioactive elements on Treasure Island. Where is your conscience? Wake up and do not adversely impact the innocent.

These vermin want to do the same at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - where the U.S. Navy and some sell outs who recently had a forum say most everything is fine. These shameless folks - should be ashamed of themselves.

As to the community - they are fast asleep - some slumber - and more the living dead. When will the community at large learn to be educated on issues and take a stand?

TOM AMMIANO AND JEFF ADACHI - WORK HARD TO SERVE OUR CHILDREN, OUR YOUTH AND ADDRESS QUALITY OF LIFE ISSUES.

We are lucky we have Assembly person Tom Ammiano and Public Defender - serving our children, our youth, and addressing Quality of Life issues - all these many years.

BMagic has come a long way and today was a day BMagic set aside to give the children books and back packs - making it easier for those children who need the books and back packs - to go to school and feel better.

Tom Ammiano taught for a long time in San Francisco and again and again he has fought for education - he fought hard for the "Rainy Day" fund to help the San Francisco Unified School District. Often Tom Ammiano is forgotten - others who had nothing to do with the "Rainy Day" - taking credit.

It is the same with the HealthSF program - both programs so that children and youth could receive benefits - Tom was always on the forefront - and so today - I knew he would be somewhere - and I had just a few minutes to check out the scene - and there were the two men I wanted to see - and asked them to pose for me.

The other man our Public Defender Jeff Adachi the founder of BMagic. BMagic has now - for six years given books and back packs to children. Each year I make an attempt to visit the event - look around and meet very interesting people.

Our Public Defender is someone that has won our hearts - the hearts of  San Franciscans.

I was there to also get a copy of BMagic Resource guide - which I find useful when I want to check the various Community Based Organizations - who work for the children and youth - all over San Francisco.

I heard the San Francisco Unified School District Superintendent address the crowd - he seems to know what he is doing - and I hope the SF Unified School District helps stem the exit of thousands of families - more; parents who are dissatisfied - with the poor standards and the lack of qualified teachers.

Year after year the State of California has let down the SF Unified School District.

Year after year Tom Ammiano - "Rainy Day" fund has helped keep the SFU School District - afloat.

There were a number of stalls - People Organized to Win Employment Rights (POWER), the City agencies, one stall gave away produce, children and parents were having fun on a nice sunny day.

TREASURE ISLAND CONTAMINATED MORE BY RADIOACTIVE ELEMENTS.

It is no secret that Treasure Island is one of the most contaminated man made islands - under the jurisdiction of the City and County of San Francisco. It lies within the jurisdiction of District Six.

Willie L. Brown Jr., Nancy Pelosi, folks that favor any type of development the likes of Linda Richardson who is attached to Treasure Island Development Agency (TIDA) - care less - if radioactive elements in high doses - affect human beings and the many children that are bused to Treasure Island to play - soccer for example - are adversely affected.

All the above care is money, greed, and to hell with Quality of Life issues.

The City and County of San Francisco favors the Precautionary Principle - but no one is paying attention. Simple stated if - there is any doubt about any adverse affects to any life - including animals, birds, fish etc - everything must stop and mitigation done to bring about progress. No one cares - because greed has taken over and those in charge are - intoxicated. 

The United States Navy has been concealing information - much the same as it does on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. 90% of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is landfill - poor landfill - and is very contaminated. In fact for years the official name was Treasure Island and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard annex.

Much of what happened at Treasure Island happened at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Hunters Point was declared a Superfund Site - one the worst of the worst site - are put on this list. Plans are afoot to cap Hunters Point - and no one in their right mind - should live there not on - nor in the vicinity.

The better State Regulatory Agencies are simply pissed off with the United States Navy, the Environmental Protection Agency, and some other local agencies like the San Francisco Health Department - who want to paint a rosy picture - and lure Big Development at Treasure Island - are for development - and do not care about health issues.

Treasure Island is sinking, its infrastructure poor, and those that manage Treasure Island today - despicable.

Indigents are housed at Treasure Islands in despicable housing - managed by the John Stewart Company. There are many toxic hot spots - and most of them have very high levels readings linked to radioactive elements. Thousands exposed not only by Radioactive Elements - but lead, mercury, PCBs and a host of other toxic elements.

The many residents have already been exposed but no one cares. The radioactive elements are not visible - so innocent people are constantly bombarded - and no one really is paying attention. No one is allowed to dig and plant - but children play in the toxic area - exposed to contamination and our SF Health Department is full aware of this situation - both Rajiv Bhatia and Barbara Gracia.

Fun events are advertised - flea markets - and much has been made about the America's Cup - but, anyone with some sense - must stay away from Treasure Island.

As if everything is perfect - tall buildings are planned - and no one in their right mind is thinking about climate change, the very close proximity to the Bay - prospective Tsunami - that could wipe any structures away - with ease.

Many of us have known about Treasure Island - the nefarious jettison orders given - there are people alive today that know about the severe contamination and more.

 Big Developers, the Successor to the Redevelopment Agency and one Tiffany Bohee, the SF Mayor's Office of Development and one Jennifer Matz - are all goo goo ga ga - to build tall buildings - in the middle of Chernobyl.

The SF City with intent has exposed thousands of people - and now that the Main Press has awoken from its slumber - more because of one investigative report by Matt Smith from The Bay Citizen everyone is a buzz and rightly so.

Most U.S. Navy operations in the early 1950s to 1970s - were actions that were taken lightly - and given an order - most U.S. lower Navy employees - did what they were told - dumped anything and everything in the Bay or buried stuff on land.

It is only in late 1980s that certain regulations - brought forth by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) - were put in place - and it took two years plus to enforce them. Even today the EPA is an entity that is NOT to be trusted.

The SF City of San Francisco is corrupt as we just witnessed with the nonchalant decision taken by the SF Ethics Commission. We have SF Board of Supervisors - the likes of Jane Kim - who have no clue - what so ever about what really is happening at Treasure Island.

Some of us once warned her about Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - gave her a tour - nothing happened. She is working for the Democratic Machine - and what really matters to her - is how her campaign coffers are filled.

Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, Barbara Boxer - the Pacific Heights Mafia - could not care less. Barbara Boxer talks a good talk - as she points fingers at others - sitting on some drab Environmental Committee - but when it comes to reality and people lives - she does not care at all. 

She does care a lot about Israel and signing a new treaty with the United States to protect the Zionists who have harmed and continue to harm the neighboring Arabs - preventing them from progressing and keeping the Arabs - in subjection.

Such are the ways of the Zionists - selfish to the core - who continue to exploit the United States and decent citizens - while pandering to a country that has brought us nothing but headaches and trouble.

The Managers who run Treasure Island are corrupt - and have failed to pay fair wages to the employees working at Treasure Island - this was brought to my attention by Laborers' Union 261.

All sorts of corruption of the highest order is going on at Treasure Island - and has been - from the time Willie L. Brown Jr., had one of his girl friend manage the Island - booking double engagements and frolicking all over the place.

Yerba Buena the other side of the artificial island sits on solid ground - once known as Goat Island - the U.S. Coast Guard has reserved this choice area for its - operations.

The City of San Francisco has got itself in deep trouble - both at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Treasure Island - trying to fast track abatement, mitigation, and through clean up of very contaminated hot spots.

Preferring - to build high rise buildings, use high density buildings, and Infrastructure Financing Development (IFDs) to substitute for the demise of the SF Redevelopment Agency and make quick - money. Ain't going to happen.

Nothing good will come at Treasure Island.

There is Karma - so watch out those of you - who permit harm to be done to the innocent. The many who visit and  attend functions - are invited to recreate and their health and welfare exposed to harm.

More the thousands who have been serious harmed - more our children who are bused to Treasure Island and exposed to radioactive elements in very high doses.

WE HAVE FOUR SAN FRANCISCO BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WHO HAVE BEEN INDICTED - FOR OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT BY THE SAN FRANCISCO ETHICS COMMISSION.

The same dubious entity that on August 16, 2012 - had the audacity to indict Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - an elected official who received more votes than Mayor Ed Lee - in the last Mayoral elections.

In the history of San Francisco - a City and County that knows how - proud of our democratic history - we as a City of compassion name after Saint Francis Assisi - have cast a die - in the opposite direction.

Help set the foundation - to bring a City official under false pretext and other dubious miscarriage of law - and just like that - bring abject disgrace to those principles that we as San Franciscans - once revered, cared, and exercised as sacrosanct.

At the first public meeting linked to the hearing of Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - I addressed the San Francisco Ethics Commission.

I reminded this useless body that the San Francisco Grand Jury had indicted them. Hundreds of valid cases sent to them by the Sunshine Task Force - have been cast aside and thrown in the waste paper basket.

Today, as a result of ploys and machination initiated by Supervisor Scott Wiener - preventing Bruce Wolfe - from being appointed to the one mandatory seat - reserved for the Physically Challenged - the Sunshine Task Force has not met for months.

What is wrong with this picture - and why is Supervisor Scott Wiener not removed from office? Why is it that no one is protesting and why does our fair City - tolerate such - nonsense.

Paradoxically, the SF Ethics Commission indicted four SF Board of Supervisors - Malia Cohen, Scott Wiener, David Chiu, and Eric Mar - in a complaint brought about by Pastor Gavin - linked to the Park Merced - rental homes that a greedy developer - desires to tear down.

Thousands of rental units - if torn down - that will affect thousands of hard working mostly senior and physically challenged - San Franciscans; students from by near by SF State College and others.

By law the four SF Board of Supervisors must recuse themselves.

Whatever the valid number of SF Board of Supervisors mandated to decide the outcome of the Sheriff Ross Mirkarim case - if the four stay out of the proceedings; by recusing themselves - the entire process is stalled and the case nullified.

The SF Courts have failed San Francisco - and we can name cases - but it would not do any good. Now, the same virus as if  by osmosis - has leap-frogged invaded City Hall - all because - we all have NOT been vigilant.

The Democratic Machine is EVIL - and while few have taken them on - the time has come in San Francisco - to set norms - and rid this City of those that have decided to target people - innocent people - in this case an innocent family - and ruin them.

We have a judge a former SF Board of Supervisor Gerardo Sandoval - who was targeted - and but for the help of a few of us - who helped spare the day when Gerardo would lose his home and his family destroyed. Few paid attention to this case - but it hovers over San Francisco - and tags that cloud of - injustice.

We had another Supervisor - Tony Hall - who met the same fate. A triple play by Mayor Gavin Newsom elevating Ann-Marie Conroy to Director of Emergency Service - giving Tony Hall a job as Manager of Treasure Island - and permitting Sean Elsbernd to be a Supervisor of District 7.

When Tony Hall spilled the beans - the Machine - brought him before the Ethics Commission, framed him and nearly destroyed his life and family. Some of us stood by him - and rightly so.

Room 263 on Thursday, August 16, 2012 was filled by cronies bent on removing and casting stones - at a innocent family.

The family of Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - that has contributed so much to our City and County of San Francisco. Our City has lost all decency and when that happens - the worst type of confusion, turmoil, and pandemonium will prevail.

In the past there was a Public Defender - Frank Egan in 1932 he killed another person and was sent to jail and indicted by the Ethics Commission. In recent years a SF Supervisor from District 4 - who always voted against the grain - was indicted for not living in his District and for taking bribes. He decided NOT to go before the Ethics Commission. Today he lingers in one of the Federal prisons.

The famous Mozzola case was over turned by the Courts - it took seven years - by the Ethics Commission was proven wrong.

Mayor Ed Lee pressed by the Democratic Machine - charged the elected Sheriff with 6 counts. The Ethics Commission acting in a nonchalant manner - indicted Sheriff Ross Mirkarim on two measly - counts.

When the vote was taken - 4 in favor and one against. The one against was the vote of the Chair of the Ethics Commission that did the most adjudication.

This fact sends a signal to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - when they return from their vacation to deal with this chronic headache - if they decide wrong - the will have BLOOD on their hands.

Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi belonged to the Green Party - and it goes to show how the Democrats in San Francisco - treat those that join their party.

Today Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - still belongs to the Democratic Party - and he would do well to declare himself - Independent and send the first - salvo.

This City has seen nothing yet - this case will bring the City of San Francisco - to its knees - and this City of San Francisco will fall on its face.

Those behind this case will be disgraced - and it will take this City a long time to heal.

Never mind that Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi will keep his job.

ROSS MIRKARIMI DEBACLE AND HOW IT AFFECTS INJUSTICE IN SAN FRANCISCO.

The only two times Official Misconduct were exercised and those found guilty sent to jail - was way back in 1932 when a Public Defender Frank Egan killed someone - he was sent to jail for 25 years.

In recent times when Ed Jew - was sent to jail for not living in his district and accepting bribes. Ed Jew did not want to appear before the Ethics Commission.

Official Misconduct and the relation to one's office - is a fact that needs to be proved - and in the case of Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - they talk a lot about it - that is the Mayor's attorney - but no one has yet made the connection and proved it - in very clear terms.

The Main Press had ganged up against this innocent man. Writing about stuff that is not true and fabricating a lot - in the process.

The family squabble in the Mirkarimi family - did take place but no where has his wife stated in the long cross examination and testimony that she was continually - abused by Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi.

Some Queer feminists - that continue to occupy seats - at every hearing - aided by the Mayor's Office - continue to spread disinformation - and when allowed to speak during Public Comment - spread misinformation.

The high rate of domestic violence - within the Queer population - has got nothing to do with this case - and Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - must be kept out of such shenanigans. Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi is NO - batterer as the Queer feminists - purport.

Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi has been denied his wages for over 7 months and his wife and only son adversely affected. The majority of decent San Franciscans - do not approve of such an action - totally unheard of in San Francisco.

This action on the part of the City and County of San Francisco - is uncalled for - and unheard of - but as of now is a fact - and it is simply wrong to adversely impact Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi's wife and young son.

Our fair city of San Francisco - has gone out it way to punish Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - who has served our City well in many capacities. Behind the scene the very corrupt Democratic Machine - corrupt to the core - and decent San Franciscans are fed up with the crooks - who roam the halls of City Hall - daily - doing the - devil's work.

At today's hearing before the Ethics Commission - held at 9 am - August 16, 2012 - at City Hall in Room 263 - those attorneys representing the Mayor did a poor very job. 

The reason is simple - they have no case - and so they have resorted to fabrication and while doing that - brought disgrace to San Francisco. In proving some point - they went far left - and this was seen by all again and again.

The Ethics Commission itself while pretending to exercise some power given to them - are threading on some ground that makes their decision making - totally flawed.

No one Commission can mandate that his or her individual decision - be upheld. At the end of every session - a consensus must be agreed upon by all Commissioners present - and in this case - it makes the process convoluted. 

The proceeding became even more despicable - when a woman purporting to know Ross Mirkarimi - made some crazy statements. Those giving public comment - are not sworn in - so they can say anything - and "perjury" - if not factored in.

Turns out that this woman who was spewing nonsense - does not even know - Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi. This highlight of the day - went unnoticed and if some dares to reveal the identity of this woman - such an action - completely does injustice to this long, and tedious, case that is unnecessary - to say the least - and invites such corruption.

Those giving Public Comment are not sworn as I said. Secondly while Public Comment is taken - it does not form part of the case and hence no statement or statements can be taken and adjudicated upon.

The case goes before the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - but four SF Board of Supervisors have been charged by the SF Ethics Commission - itself - for Official Misconduct. So, I suppose these SF BOS must recuse themselves.

Among those charged with official misconduct Supervisors Malia Cohen, David Chiu, and Scott Wiener - involved with the Park Merced Case brought about by Pastor Gavin. Pastor Gavin herself has been targeted and evicted from the Park Merced rental housing complex - recently.

This charade has reached a climax and the buffoonery is too much to digest and endure.

The many ploys and machinations - have now reached a point when folks are paid to come and speak at public comment - making statements that are fabricated and most of them deliberate - plain - lies.

Sheriff Ross Mirkarmi must get his job back. The sooner the better.

At 3:30 pm the Ethics Commission convened again and agreed on two charges of misconduct. These two charges with dubious narrow adjudications - will go before the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - voted 4-1.

This has NOT happened before - and with most of the SF Board of Supervisors favoring Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - the likely outcome as it stands now - Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - will get back his job and happily reunite with his wife and young son.
