Today's politics in the United States has reached a saturation point - defying logic, the Democrats and Republicans - putting their petty politics first and the interests of the citizen, the constituent, those in dire straits - the poor and indigent - last.

The debt ceiling has nothing to do with the level of future expenditure.

The debt ceiling should be about what Congress has spent - and how best to keep its books in order.

The United States incurs debt when it issues Treasury Securities to fund between the amount of money it receives in taxes and other revenues versus the amount it spends on defense, welfare programs, the interest it pays on its current debt, and more.

The United States' debt right now stands at $31.47 trillion.

Over three-quarters of the total national debt is public debt, including Treasury holding by foreign nations.

Japan is the largest holder of public United States government debt; it owes the United States $1.I trillion in debt as of January 2023.

China is the second largest hold of public U.S. government debt. It owes the United States $859 billion in Treasury holdings as of January 2023.

Next comes the United Kingdom's holdings of U.S. debt, $668 billion as of January 2023.

Belgium held $331 billion in U.S. debt.

Luxembourg is the fifth largest holder of U.S. debt, which is $318 billion in U.S. Treasuries.

United States banks, investors, state and local government, mutual funds, insurance companies, and pension funds comprise about a fifth of U.S. debt.

As of May 25, 2023 - $24.6 trillion of the national debt is public debt.

The Speaker of the House could have done better - he cannot - he cannot gather the majority - in the Republican Party to agree -  the fanatics in the Republican Party - do not believe in the Constitution much as they do not care - about the health of the Economy.

These two men are kicking the can down the street. It is time we hold their feet to the fire. It is time we mandate that they treat the citizens, the constituents, the people that matter - more the poor and those who cannot defend themselves - with respect. It is time these two men - invite the indigenous to the table - learn to respect Mother Earth - listen to the indigenous Elders - and learn to have their hearts in the right place.

How can we focus on those in dire straits and on making those who are unhealthy and suffer from mental challenges work?

If one does a needs assessment - we want to know how will these vulnerable populations be accommodated in the workforce?

The homeless, the Veterans suffering from mental illness, and more of the adverse impacts of the current - prevailing - pandemic.

We all know that if this debt ceiling was not increased - it would adversely impact our dollar - and so far, the American dollar - matters worldwide.

For this reason, Japan, China, the United Kingdom, and other nations invest in our U.S. Treasury Bonds and other investments.

In the future, trillions should be set aside to compensate the Native Americans - the millions of acres stolen, the crimes against humanity committed by thugs like President Andrew Jackson - the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and other U.S. agencies that are unfair to the Native Americans - to this day.

Every Native American tribe must be Federally Recognized. The action taken to compensate the Native Americans - you stole the land, killed the Native Americans, raped the women, forced the children to go to boarding schools, the atrocities are many - now, it is the time to pay those against whom crimes against humanity were committed. The stolen land is the equity preserved and protected for thousands of years - then stolen from the Native American Tribes.

Do not take for granted - that when you stole the land - thinking we would look the other side. We want our land back - lock, stock, and barrel. The thieves think they can steal, cheat, rape, kill, and do as they please. Well, we know what will become of them - we already see the diseases they die from - and the poor state of affairs - when it comes to their spirituality - and evil ways.

We are watching you - those that speak with a forked tongue. Our time is now - and we want to know - what is your agenda - now that you have pussy footed with solving your debt ceiling? Can we have a needs assessment on the millions of acres stolen - the many tribes that once lived in harmony that you destroyed.  The rivers you dammed - the salmon you depleted - the lakes you polluted, the old-growth forest you cut down, the clean air that now is contaminated - the millions of Buffalo that are no more. Can we sit down and find out whose land this is - Turtle Island?

We want to know why you cannot keep your promises? Why have every treaty you have signed - defaulted? We want to know - if the Constitution you speak of - protects and is fair to all - or just those who lie, cheat, and are GREEDY?

What population segment loves to build walls - to protect what they have stolen? What population segment - bite the hand that feeds them. The Indigenous know that they have been here for over 15,000 years - so why do the strangers that have been here a few hundred years - claim they know more - and justify what they have stolen to be theirs?

The Great Spirit sees it all - we must speak truth to power - do not fear the cowards - who pick on those that cannot defend themselves. Educate yourselves - nature teaches us more than books; living a decent life is vital to a healthy mind. We know what to drink and eat and what best suits us to nourish our body, mind, and spirit. Nature is there to learn and teach us - the trees, the birds, the frogs, the fish, the rivers, the lakes - they all speak to us - if our heart is in the right place. 

Family comes first.

Leonard Peltier, a member of the American Indian Movement (AIM) - has spent 48 years incarcerated - now 78 years - he has endured the worst treatment by the authorities - and his health, his failing warrior, is now slowly and but sure sinking - even as he hopes - he will see his grandchildren and be free.

No one knows the circumstances of what happened - two others who were arrested at the shooting on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota - have been released.

For some strange and fake reason, the authorities deem fit to keep Leonard Peltier incarcerated - convicted of two counts of first-degree murder - in the deaths of two Federal Bureau Investigation (FBI) agents in a June 26, 1975 shooting on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.

Leonard Peltier, sentenced to two consecutive terms of life imprisonment, currently 78 years - became eligible for parole in 1993. 

While admitting to participating in a shootout at Pine Ridge Indian Reservation - Leonard Peltier stated that he did NOT kill the FBI agents.

Amnesty Internation, numerous Human Rights watchdogs, Nelson Mandela, the Dalia Lama, Pope Francis, and numerous dignitaries have signed the petition to release Leonard Peltier.

President Barack Hussein Obama denied Leonard Peltier's application for clemency on January 18, 2017.

President Joe Biden was then the Vice President and is now the President of the United States - and for all the talk about honor and caring for the Native Americans  -  can you grant clemency - to Leonard Peltier.

For goodness sake, the man is 78 years - has heart problems, is diabetic - has a condition aneurysm - and more. 

Leonard Peltier is of Lakota, Dakota, and French descent and an enrolled member of the Turtle Mountain Chippewa.

He is also an honored citizen of Rome, Italy, since 1990 - and the leaders of the many constituents of Rome are working on a petition to release Leonard Peltier.

It is incredible the number of narratives and books written about the incident and the death of the two FBI agents who went to Pine Ridge Indian Reservation searching for Jimmy Eagle - who was wanted for questioning in connection with an assault and robbery of local ranch hands. 

Ronald Arthur Williams and Jack Ross Coler, the two special agents, were searching for Jimmy Eagle -  Williams and Coler, driving in two separate unmarked cars, spotted, reported, and followed a red pick-up truck that matched the description of Jimmy Eagle's truck. 

Soon after, Ronald Williams radioed the local dispatch - both Ronald Williams and  Jack Coler came under gunfire. Both asked for enforcement and soon after reported again they had been shot. 

FBI Special Agent Gary Adams, who was nearby, responded to Williams's call for assistance. 

 Special Agent Gary Adams could not reach Coler and Williams in time - both died within ten minutes of the gunfire.

The area where the shootings occurred comes within the jurisdiction of the Lakota Sovereign Nation.

Even though Sovereign Nations must have their own policing for reasons best known - as this case shows - Jimmy Eagle's actions somehow warranted two Special Agents to come to the rescue for a crime of stealing and minor assault.

How about allowing the Tribal Chiefs and the Lakota Nation - to police their own affairs - and stay away from Sovereign Lakota Land - steal gold, using sovereign land to dig a petroleum pipeline - that has polluted clean drinking water. 

The strangers simply do not get it - stay on your own track - even though that track belongs to the Native Tribes.

Learn more about Turtle Island - understand that you just arrived here some three hundred years in numbers - and destroyed what was pristine and wholesome - in the years you strange have been around.

On a cold day in December 1890, the United States Army surrounded and slaughtered about 300 Lakota men, women, and children at Wounded Knee Creek, South Dakota. 

Those that committed the atrocities celebrated this victory - not so the Lakota Nation - who remember this tragedy every single day.

We also remember the Battle of Little Bighorn, where General George Custer and 660 soldiers were defeated and killed - by Chief Sitting Bull -  keeping the Lakota children and women safe.

We must acknowledge what was happening during this time - and more the atrocities committed against the Lakota Nation - a Sovereign Nation - even today, the United States is slow to cater to the needs of those Native American living on Reservations.

I have studied the treaties signed in good faith between the Native Americans and the United States Government - each has been broken - some three hundred plus.

Millions of acres were stolen, and thousands of innocent Native Americans killed more children and women. Thousands of Native Americans moved from Florida, New Mexico, and other areas. The Seminole, the Cherokee, Chickasaw - others moved thousands of miles away - settled in Ohio.

Few of us today think about the Trail of Tears and Death.

The United Nations High Commissioner on Human Rights, the United Nations Working Group on Indigenous Populations, the European Parliament, the International Federation of Human Rights, and many other International organization have passed and forwarded Resolutions requesting clemency for Leonard Peltier.

The Sioux are a confederacy of several tribes that speak three different dialects the Lakota, Dakota, and Nakota.

The Lakota, also called the Teton Sioux, are comprised of seven tribal bands and are the largest and most western of the three groups, occupying lands in both North and South Dakota.

The recognition of Lakota sovereignty is still intact within the provision of the United States Constitution and the ancient lifeways and culture of the Lakota tribes.

Much as our Elders have stated, "Do not trust those who speak with a forked tongue."

We honor Geronimo and remember he told us to never trust the palefaces. Geronimo fought the U.S. Army and reminded undefeated for an extended period. Geronimo surrendered - because he was told the women and children he loved - would be murdered. Geronimo and his beloved tribe were moved to Florida and again to Ohio - thousands of miles from his homeland. Such are the ways of those with no conscience.

SAN FRANCISCO HAS REACHED SATURATION POINT WHEN IT COMES TO PRECURSOR DRUGS - COMING FROM MAINLAND CHINA, INDIA, AND MEXICO - SF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, THE SF MAYOR, SF LAW ENFORCEMENT FAST ASLEEP.

The Tenderloin Clinic - is now shut down - the addicts spread all over San Francisco - and there is no stopping the drug addiction - because there are no wrap-around services and no holistic and deserving plan.

In the last fifteen years, the use of harmful drugs has been something the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, the SF Mayor,  the SF Law Enforcement, and the SF Health Department  - have had deep knowledge about - but chose dereliction of duty - from top to bottom in the chain of command.

In the meantime, Mainland China, India, and Mexico have had a free hand in using precursor chemicals that kill over 300 addicts and others daily in the United States.  

When the United States pressured Mainland China to stop sending precursor chemicals to the United States - Chinese cartels contacted India to be their proxy.

India's - Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is working with the United States - Drug Enforcement Agency -  as best they can - as things stand, Fentanyl keeps landing on our shores and killing thousands yearly.

San Francisco has no clue about the thousands of units available to the Drug Cartels, with thousands of mules working for them all over California - and more here in the Bay Area.

Not once is there mention made that California is the world's fourth-largest economy in the world.

Not once do we have the information and mention of deep, long tunnels on the Southern Border - that can bring tons of Fentanyl, Amphetamines, Cocaine, Heroin, Drank, and other drugs into the United States.

The precursor chemicals constantly evolving because China produces the precursor chemicals from which the pills are made.

India is now the proxy of the Chinese cartels - it never stops - the devil's workshop.

China also produces machines that can produce millions of pills, tablets, and other packaging equipment - the Mexican cartels and China - making billions of dollars. 

Here is the paradox most of the medicines sent to the United States are manufactured in India and China - we do this because even though we have the copyrights - the greedy want to make money - and compromise the safety and security of our nation.

It is the same with micro-ships, equipment that can be used to make sophisticated things -  we must clamps on such exports - more, those that can compromise our safety and security. 

The United Nation Plaza - a gathering place - where drugs are sold, and the cartels have a free hand. They are armed - and most know not to mess with them. What has become of San Francisco?

Most SF Board of Supervisors are clowns, and the Mayor of London Breed leads that circus.

As we all found out with the Tenderloin Clinic - which operated illegally - and drugs of all kinds were doled out for free - be it the needles were clean - and those who wanted to get high - had a safe place to get their fix.

Recently, CNN produced a segment that put San Francisco on blast and showed the utter pandemonium that exists in San Francisco - addicts using drugs in the open, Nordstrom, COCO, William Sonoma, Safeway, Flag shop Wholefoods and many other one of kind stores - closing and moving away from San Francisco.

Between April 25, 1945, and June 26, 1945, delegates from 50 nations met at the United Nations Conference in San Francisco, California. On June 26, 1945, the United Nations Charter was formally signed at the War Memorial Auditorium in San Francisco. Most SF Board of Supervisors need to learn this history. Most have yet to read the SF City Charter - and need to understand more about quality of life issues. 

Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

The Chair of the Budget Committee talks too much and needs to comprehend outside forces targeting our City and County of San Francisco. 

In San Francisco, we have a pandemic of addicts - now saturated with Fentanyl but also Drank and other precursor chemicals and pills that kill - and deaths in our Nation on the rise - 300 plus die daily.

The City and County of San Francisco declared we have had over 268 deaths linked to addiction from the beginning of this year, 2023.

Walgreens was taken to court and fined millions of dollars.

Hardly had the City won millions from Walgreens - everyone wants to jump on the bandwagon - one for sure the laughing jackass -  " I have fought, she says, and now want money spent for transitional housing."

When will the City and County of San Francisco learn to have good leaders who are educated on issues -  have etiquette articulated and are succinct - have timelines and goals - and genuinely serve the people who pay the taxes and work very hard.

You could live in a tent not long ago, and it cost $90,000. Yes - $90,000 - to live at a Navigation Center - a bed costs $49,000 yearly. This nonsense must stop. During the pandemic, the Mayor's Office leased hotels and tried to charge Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for rooms that were not rented. FEMA rightly audited the City and County of San Francisco, and you know who has to pay back. 

The City and County rented hotels - the owners made hay while the sun shone - making tons of money.

 Over and above, they now charged the City and County of San Francisco - for damages that occurred, and the City and County paid these hotel owners - millions. All taxpayers' money.

Most residents who chose to live in the hotels were unruly - kept the rooms untidy - and the hotel damage - was reported and well-known to us all.

Some Non-Profits made millions during the pandemic - and had access to millions of Stimulus money.

Single Occupancy Rooms (SROs) that were old and filthy and should have been torn down. 

These were upgraded using Stimulus Money -  and some Non-Profits are now operating these SROs, raking in millions.

In many of the SROs, there is rampant drug use - added prostitution and other illegal activities - more in the Tenderloin.

The indigenous would not agree to contamination and pollution.

Once, millions of Buffalo roamed the plains. Then came the strangers the killed the Buffalo for their skin - and left tons of flesh to rot - such is the way of the Greedy - strangers.

We honor our Elders - respect them - and, most of all, treasure the wisdom of our beloved. The Great Spirit sees it all.

The rich culture of the indigenous is something we treasure. Clean living and honor Mother Earth. Today, we witness the pandemic and other adverse impacts - inebriation and chronic addiction to Fentanyl and like drugs.

The Spirit of the Warriors guides us - even as we must keep at bay those that do not have the best interests of the indigenous people.

We have seen it all - and those that think - they can kill the spirit are totally mistaken. You who are an anathema will fall flat on your face - soon.
