Today is the indigenous day - and while here in San Francisco - many indigenous and their supporters will make a pilgrimage to Alcatraz - to witness the early rising of the sun - and have a ceremony - to bring all those - dear to Mother Earth - united.

Other too many will gather in other places, including Buena Garden on Market Street between fourth and third street - to make speeches and access other meaningful cultural experiences.  

San Francisco is Muwekma Ohlone land

San Francisco is Muwekma Ohlone land - acknowledged by the Department of Interior and honored again and again by the City and County of San Francisco.

While other clans and tribes are welcome by the Muwekma Ohlone - tribal protocol mandates acknowledge the host tribe - and in the case of San Francisco and neighboring areas - the Muwekma Ohlone is the singular tribe - that holds that acknowledgment.

The indigenous tribes of Turtle Island have endured trials and tribulations - and for all the talk - the Department of Interior has been slow - to bring justice to all indigenous tribes  - here on Turtle Island.

We pray and hope that the tide will change for the better - but this process of acknowledging so many tribes - which moves at a snail's pace - speeds up.

The acknowledgment process for decades has made the process cumbersome to tribes who have lived here on Turtle Island for over 23,000 years - all carbon-dated.

In recent years DNA technology has come to the rescue of many tribes. Experts for the University of Chicago and Standford here in California - have used DNA technology to clearly identify and test markers - that go back thousands of years.   

The Department of Interior is involved with tainted politics.

Tainted politics and empirical data - scientific facts cannot be mixed with tainted politics - these two issues do not go hand in hand.

Experts and those educated on issues know that once one has the empirical data - more proven facts - using the latest scientific methods - we must adjudicate the issues at hand - and be fair. 

On this indigenous day in the year 2022, the Muwekma Ohlone Tribes see a new era - where justice will prevail - and those putting hurdles in the way - will fade into oblivion.

THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO - KEEPS, LYING TO THE CITIZENS OF BAYVIEW HUNTERS POINT - WITH INTENT - THE CONTAMINATION AND POLLUTION - KILLS THOUSANDS - THE CCSF LOOKS THE OTHER WAY.

 

The City and County intend to build more than 30,000 units on the very contaminated ground, Super Fund sites. One of these locations is the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - plutonium, cesium, and other highly toxic elements have been detected. Now found in high levels in those who have chosen to be tested - plutonium registered in very high levels - this is empirical data.

The City and County of San Francisco - are known for their abject corruption.

The authorities - knowingly commit illegal actions - with intent - knowing full well the adverse impacts on innocent citizens and constituents of Bayview Hunters Point.

The contamination and pollution have killed thousands - dying from cancer, asthma, all sorts of lung diseases, and tumors.

The Mayor, London Breed, the SF Health Director Grant Colfax, and the SF Board of Supervisors - have the empirical data - but do nothing at all.  

The Bayview Hunters Point has suffered so much - none of those representing District 10 - in the past, and now - the likes of Sophie Maxwell, Malia Cohen, and now Shamann Walton - have amassed great sordid wealth - at the expense of the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point. God sees it all.

For over forty years, I have been monitoring the situation at hand.

Fighting for the community in the trenches and on the frontline.

I have attended thousands of documented meetings, the many Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) - meetings linked to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The RAB was created and organized by the United States Navy at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Thousands of meetings at SF City Hall, Town Hall Meetings, and focused meetings with experts at the Environmental Protection Agency, Bay Area Air Management District, and other local, state, and federal entities.

The Citizens Advisory Committee to the Hunters Point Shipyard is represented by sellouts.

Veronica Hunnicutt, former Chair of the Citizens Advisory Committee - to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

All are on the take more a person like Veronica Hunnicutt, who now is a consultant to Lennar - a rogue developer - that plans to build thousands of homes on very contaminated land - more a Super Fund site.

It is simply wrong and totally nauseating for the City and County of San Francisco - to acknowledge the Citizens Advisory Committee - as having some authority and representing the constituents of San Francisco.

The Bayview Hunters Point still has a few decent advocates - and calls upon the Federal Burea of Investigation - to carry on the work initiated by the former FBI head of Northern California, Mr. David Anderson.

Dean Preston has NO clue - how these mostly Blacks have made money; the likes of Doris Vincent, Oscar James, Eloise Patton, Veronica Hunnicutt, Toye Moses, and Dwyane Jones.

Oh Yeah! What is happening, London Breed?

Malia Cohen, Sophie Maxwell, Shamann Walton, DionJay Brookter, Juliet Ellis, Susan Leal, Julie Labonte, Harlan Kelly, Naomi Kelly - and a host of others - all have blood on their hands.

The letter sent to Dean Preston recently by Dr. Ahima Sumchai points to the fact that the City and County will put in writing - garbage, utter nonsense.

When it comes to the Citizens Advisory Committee of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, they have no clout because they are not recognized, they are not certified, and they lack skills and experience.

The SF Board of Supervisors - must think well - before they put anything in writing and not make a fool of themselves - suffice to say - we see the circus at the Board chambers - Room 250 at all the drab, long-drawn-out meetings.

Most of the Citizens Advisory Committee members linked to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard are sellouts and are unqualified. No one - in their right mind - trusts them.

Most of them are outsiders, and most are NOT acknowledged by the State of California and, for sure, the U.S. Federal Government - to state facts because they are, for all practical purposes, doing the Developers' bidding. 

1550 Evan Street in San Francisco is located on a very hot toxic site prone to liquefaction. A former place that belonged to SF Public Utilities Commission. The current new building is poorly built. Truth be told - an audit conducted - showed so many deficiencies - that no one wanted to sign the final audit - on 1550 Evan Street - named the Southeast Community Center.

The Southeast Community Center - is a farce - the auditing is so poor that - truth be told - several people - will be taken to jail - some have positions at City Hall. Others are appointed Commissioners - all worked with Harlan Kelly, who has been indicted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Another ongoing investigation connected City College - whose last Chancellor - stepped down and was linked to corruption.

Those pushing for the Southeast Community Center did not have meaningful discussions with the community.

Folks like Malia Cohen, Sophie Maxwell, Shamann Walton, DionJay Brookter, Oscar James, Veronica Hunnicutt - others are salivating - they are all being invited to the Opening of the Southeast Community Center - millions doled out on murals - half of those who are on the murals - did nothing to improve our community in a meaningful way.

The location at 1550 Evans on Third Street - is a contaminated site. The traffic close by on Third Street is heavy, and thousands of tons of particulates - more Particulate Matter (PM) 2.5 have been detected repeatedly.

It is a know toxic site and well-recorded by the Bay Area Air Monitoring Management District.

No one really cares about our infants, children, youth, young adults, our Elders - those with compromised health - more - mentally and physically challenged, not the San Francisco Board of Supervisors.

The millions spent on 1550 Evans from the inception - were spent without quality control inspections - if there was quality control - show us the audit - duly signed by some authority with the necessary qualifications.

The project team did not submit the startup testing and training plan. What does this say - buffoonery!

The corrective action report -  is blank - no one has filled it up - less will anyone sign it - the entire audit and quality control linked to the project is flawed - the layperson - is duped, hoodwinked in broad daylight.

CM-018 - where are the testing and startup submittal forms and records. Summary (attachments 018-2).

The present General Manager - Dennis Herrera - and his close minions are not engineers.

They have no training in quality control - they took on the job to fleece the taxpayers - the current SF Public Utilities General Manager - makes close to $500,00 a year with perks. 

All taxpayers' money.

What does Alan Fung have to say - or does he want the Federal Bureau of Investigation to visit him - soon?

What do those lackeys connected with the quality control of the building - and more the construction of the brand new facility at 1550 Evans, Third Street has to say? 

Where is the audit of the Community Benefits for the community - 5% on $12 Billion spent so far? The Sewer System and Improvement Project?

This amount to $600 million.

Every major project that comes to Bayview Hunters Point has much to do with the outsiders. All of them are sellouts and have no connection with the community. This nonsense must stop.

Advocates, experienced, qualified folks from the Bayview Hunters Point community - are kept out.

It is all set to open the Southeast Community Center at 1550 Evans Street - on October 22, 2022.

After a couple of dates chosen in the past, this opening the first one by Juliet Ellis, a crook - was announced, and then the opening was postponed.

Then another one, and that too was postponed.

Let us see the crooks on October 22, 2022 - spewing diatribe - hoodwinking the public in broad daylight.

Non-Profits that help the constituents of San Francisco and do not want to be involved with " dark money " are left to wither on the vine.

San Francisco has reached saturation point when it comes to abject corruption. We all read reports six years ago - involving the Federal Bureau of Investigation following the money.

Developers like Lennar are having a field day - wheeling and dealing - the Department of Building Inspection, the SF Mayor's Office, and the SF Public Utilities Commission - are complicit.

It does not matter that the SF Controller Ben Rosenfield and the SF City Attorney David Chiu - have the goods - but do not have the balls to - enforce them.

When Candlestick Stadium stood - there now stands a large crater. The crater has been there since 2015 - first Lennar wanted to build a Shopping Mall - and now is sending letters - enticing innocent people to buy homes. We are in the year 2022.

Nothing much will happen - Lennar lost billions in Florida - Hurrican threw a deep curve ball.

Lennar was hit hard in the belly. Added to the high cost of building materials - and banks cautious about dispensing with large loans - Lennar is left singing the blues.

Lennar is a rogue developer sinking into the cesspool of its own creation.

Lennar is headquartered in Maimi, Florida - and Florida is in a mess. Hurricane Ian - a monster hurricane the largest ever to visit Florida - and Florida have had its share of other big hurricanes.

Before the pandemic - most Insurance Companies jumped in Florida - stopped issuing new policies - and stalled on all old policies.

Over 60,000 new homes are in the pipeline, heavy investment by Lennar, which has its own Insurance Company.

Lennar was blinded by Hurricane Ian - which brought Lennar to its knees.

Lennar is known for building poorly built homes on contaminated land - homes that are poorly built - and this is evident here in San Francisco - on Parcel A - Hunter Point Shipyard. 

We, advocates, are watching Lennar and the many sellouts.

The SF Board of Supervisors has been hoodwinking the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point for the longest time.

We have the SF Board of Supervisors who don't know Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - because they have failed to study - chronologically what all happened at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

These clowns, with intent, agreed to accept Parcel A - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Parcel A is surrounded by the worst contaminated parcels, and the entire site is on the Superfund List.

These clowns are now hurting - time will tell. They have blood on their hands.

The simple fact that high levels of plutonium have been found in many living close to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - is alarming - the isotope found - has markers pointing to the Bikini Atoll Atomic experiments.

The SF President of the Board - makes stupid remarks that the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard should be cleaned - it must be abated and mitigated to " residential standards. "

The United States Navy has refused to attend the meeting held at SF City Hall - the U.S. Navy - does not want to have anything to do with the Shipyard - when it comes to spending money.

It is the same with Mayor London Breed - she signed the Grand Jury report - saying that she disagrees with the findings.

That means she does not want to clean up the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - because she has been told - how much it will cost - over $40 billion.

The shortcut is to cap the toxic hot stops - but this does not solve the problem. The land was once the Bay - a poor landfill created what is seen today - as the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

In ten years, the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard will be inundated. 

Sealevel rise is already eroding the poor infill and the large boulders - acting as a wall - falling into the Bay. 

HUNTERPOINT NAVAL SHIPYARD IS A TOXIC SOUP - NO ANIMALS NOR HUMANS - SHOULD LIVE ANYWHERE ON OR NEAR THE SHIPYARD - THOSE PUSHING FOR ENDORSEMENT FROM PASTORS AND OTHRS - LUCIFER.

 

No animals nor human beings should be living on or near Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The City and County of San Francisco - have received over $one billion - to do the clean-up - they took the money - but they did things that had nothing to do with the actual abatement and mitigation of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

When Proposition P was put on the Ballot in 2002 - there was language in the proposed Ballot language to clean up Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to - " residential standards. "

Sophie Maxwell sold out the community. We know this even today. She is in favor of homes built on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Corrupt politicians, like Sophie Maxwell - watered Proposition P - aided and batted by sellouts the likes of Saul Bloom  - using language akin to a Resolution - as opposed to an Ordinance, a law that has clout. A resolution has no clout.

Malia Cohen - worked with the rogue developer Lennar Urban - taking money, and again the Bayview Hunters Point community was taken for a ride. Want proof - contact Mr. Rpbert Woods - and he will reveal the details of the ploys, machination, and shenigans. Lennar Urban is now sending invitations for people to buy homes on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - a Superfund site - only the worst contaminated sites - and placed on the Superfund List.

Malia Cohen failed the decent constituents living in Bayview Hunters Point. Among the sellouts - she stands at the top - now she wants to run for the California Controller's vacant seat - in the coming elections in November 2022.

Why do these Blacks, who should have empathy for the community - live decent lives - speak truth to power - but daily, they wake up - and on their mind how to make money - wheeling and dealing - evil to the core.

The Grand Jury recently released - the SF Grand Jury Report - while the report reveals the contamination - which we advocates know about and have empirical data.

The conclusion is weak. It calls on San Francisco City Department heads - like Carmen Chu, the SF City Administrator, Controller Ben Rosenfield, and the SF City Attorney David Chiu - other SF City Department heads to find a solution and clean up. 

The SF Board of Supervisors president, Shamann Walton, said he wants the United States Navy to do the clean-up.

This is a loaded statement - and best, very foolish.

He could, for starters, pass an ordinance to clean the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to " residential standards. "

He could use the Precautionary Principle - that no one talks about less enforce - typical of politicians who say nice things to divert the people's minds.

The United States Navy has refused to attend the joint public meetings at City Hall - defying the SF City and County of San Francisco - a very corrupt - city government.

Practically speaking, it will take over $40 billion to clean the present Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to residential standards.

The U.S. Navy failed to monitor baseline clean-up - a company Tectra Tech - changed the manifest - and botched the clean-up. 

Close to a billion dollars has been spent to clean up the Bayview Hunters Point - including the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Again and again, crooks have fleeced the United States government - who sent the money to the SF City and County of San Francisco - who again and again did a poor job.

San Francisco is Muwekma Ohlone land. Every square inch stolen.

Two hills - much like the Bayview Hill - were dynamited to create the present Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

As one may like to know - the Bay existed there before - poor infill and the dirt from the blasted two hills - together will remain of the Ohlone - were moved from the location - where the two hills one stood to created the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The location where the Hunters Point now stands - is contaminated - but it is essential to know - it was desecrated - the remains of the Ohlone.

I have said it many times - " no good will happen at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. "

The politicians do not give a rat ass - all of them will fall on their face - and each with intent - participates with purpose - to harm innocent people - will die a horrible death.

Right now, emissaries are offering generous bribes to vouch for Lennar, a rogue developer, so they can build homes on very contaminated ground.

We have the empirical data - and do not say - we have not warned you slime balls - pathetic emissaries of Lucifer.

Those who already have taken bribes - mostly Black pastors - who have not served the people - always taking dark money - and pretending to take care of the sheep.

The many Black churches are empty - the flock has dispersed all over - far away from San Francisco - the shepherds having a gala time - steeped in greed - lacking fortitude and tenacity.

In my life, I have traveled the world and seen things for myself.

Imagine crooks who work for the City and County of San Francisco - using taxpayers' money - really, dole out money to the inner circle - their friends - they should be ashamed of themselves.

In the interim, our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults - our beloved Elders - those with compromised health - more our physically and mentally challenged - slow dying.

We have two doctors making great strides - to help the Bayview Hunters Point community gather empirical data. 

Drs. Jim Dahlgren and Ahimsa Sumchai - gather samples from those who live in the community - and have found very high levels of plutonium and other toxic elements.

We can now trace the plutonium to the Bikini Islands Atomic tests - the isotopes live for thousands of years and millions of years. 

Most of the SF Board of Supervisors - are arrogant - important to note, ignorant too.

Most of the time, the SF BOS diverts our minds, focusing on mundane issues - compromising the quality of life.

Enough is enough - limit your comment to five minutes, and you, the SF Board of Supervisors - will get a lot of work done.

It does not help we have - the authorities in place - the Mayor London Breed, the Assessor Joaquim Torres, and an actor of sorts, the SF City Administrator - Carmen Chu - who has not studied our SF Charter - and is not educated on issues. 

All of them pussyfooting around.

Millions of square feet of once-high-end commercial space are vacant.

No one predicted the current pandemic - the situation is precarious - we still have Covid surges in San Francisco. 

Added, we have a surge of MPox - and those who are aware of their state of affairs - still have been playing with fire.

The Mayor London Breed - has taken upon herself to use lifestyle and sordid practices to place women as Commissioners - many of them have no clue - how to conduct an inquiry and less to do a sound needs assessment.

In San Francisco, we have so many brand new Commissions and Over Sight committees - all coming under the purview of Tyra Fennell - an outsider - who is out to destroy San Francisco.

We have a brand new Commission linked to the Department of Public Works - another Commission that deals with Streets and Sanitation.

Yet another Over Sight - our City, our Home Oversight Committee -an oversight Committee on the Sheriff's Department.

Dr. Grant Colfax - center - has failed us all.

The SF Health Department has a $2.6 Billion budget - and has failed us miserably. Dr. Grant heads this department - makes over $616,000 a year, and has no leadership - less common sense. A transplant from hell. 

All over San Francisco, we have tent cities - where people have Covid, and no one seems to care.

Mbox has hotspots all over San Francisco - even though most think - this disease affects only a specific segment of the population - children and others have caught - Mbox. 

Do not spend time - hours on end - at Press Conferences - that mean nothing to the decent, hard-working, tax-paying San Franciscans.

When it comes to Quality of Life issues - Mayor London Breed and her sidekick have failed us all.

Carmen Chu was anointed by Mayor Ed Mah Lee - at that time, she was the Supervisor of District 4. She was handed over the SF City Assessor position and is now promoted to SF City Administrator. She was in charge of over 33,000 City workers - pre-pandemic at the time of this appointment.

I remember Carmen Chu as a Supervisor taking notes - when I was addressing the entire SF Board of Supervisors - at Public Comment.

At one time, we had an SF City Administrator who was independent and had clout. Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr. - changed that by amending the Charter and bringing the SF Administrator under his wing. He did this in 1996.

Today the SF City Administrator plays second fiddle to the Mayor.

No one knows - but today, we may have 25,000 employees on the rolls. Many SF City employees are fed up with how they are treated - and prefer staying at home - and working virtually.

For over two years - after the pandemic was declared - everything stalled. You called and left a message - you left 50 messages, and no one would get back to you.

No vaccines were found when decent San Franciscans needed to be vaccinated.

Early on, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention sent test kits that did not work.

The Mayor lackeys sent links where one could schedule to take a vaccine - the links did not work. 

Some Churches and pastors were put in charge - these clowns. I do not want to say much about them. Pathetic.

In the Bayview Hunters Point area - where we needed vaccines - nothing was available - more,  to cater to our Elders.

 I had to come to the rescue - and put things on track. I had an opportunity to meet Dr. Grant Colfax - I hope he remembers that day at 1800 Oakdale.

San Franciscans lined up to get their vaccines at the Moscone Center - early on - many had to go home and come again. Let us not forget - how stressed thousands of people were - how unprepared SF City was prepared. How some of us came to their rescue. These idiots are something else.

Some Control Center work opened at one of the Moscone Centers - headed by a Safety Officer - Mary Ellen Carroll. 

It was a disaster - some groups from one of the Navigation Centers - were transferred to the Moscone Center - and the entire area - was contaminated.

The Stimulus money flowed in the millions - and many City Department Heads were at the so-called Controlled Center - whiling away precious time - while thousands died in the Mission, the Bayview Hunters Point, elsewhere - and so one cared. 

Millions of dollars were wasted - and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) - audit - reveals a lot - the less said, the better.

The San Francisco Controller and the SF City Attorney - have no balls - fast asleep in the cockpit.

Chief Geronimo, the famous Apache Leader - known for his resistance, a fearless warrior - known the world over - more in military circles.

Even today, when there is a unique military operation - linked with our U.S. Special Forces - the secret code name " Geronimo" - means a lot to those who consider this man - one of the best in any hand-to-hand combat - a leader to be admired. 

The Apache resisted because they loved their land - no strangers could tell them that was not so.

Geronimo is well known for this resistance movement, but other Apache leaders Cochise, Mangas Coloradas, and Victorio are also known. 

If you are educated in issues - know your history - you will not act like a buffoon. The many politicians and others - who do not listen to their conscience - are greedy - and fail to contribute anything meaningful to this universe.

Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th President of the United States

At his inaugural parade, President Theodore Roosevelt saw fit to invite Chief Geronimo to join him and the nation - to honor a brave warrior - who put his Apache tribes first.

Chief Geronimo proved to the Mexican government and soldiers that he could not be defeated. History record how Chief Geronimo and his warrior - wipe out the Mexican soldiers.

Geronimo avenged the murder of his wife.

The U.S. Army tried their best - hiring the best scouts - but could not capture Geronimo.

Again and again, the U.S. government using the U.S. Army - tried to hoodwink Geronimo to surrender - Geronimo would disagree.

In the end, a deal was made to move the Geronimo and this tribe to Florida. This plan was botched - instead of the train and barges - many had to walk - and these trials and tribulations are - recorded by history.

We know Geronimo converted to Christianity - and died at Fort Still in 1909.

Paradoxically we know Geronimo was a medicine man and prophet of the Chiricahua.

 He understood well - has he aged - that not all of those he met hated him - many admired him - he had copied off his photograph and sold them.

He rode with some scouts at some to the gathering - where those who admired him shook hands with him. All his all, he had a good ride - when he died - many wept more than those he helped - not only his Apache tribe - but many of the scouts who respected him.

We are in the year 2022, and still, those in power fail to understand who are indeed the owners of this land- Turtle Island.

Millions of acres were stolen - those who lived here for over 23,000 have not been compensated. 

Thousands were murdered, millions moved from their ancestral homes - and to make matters worse - the Department of Interior and the many minions and lackeys - do not accept tribes who once lived on their ancestral land and were removed. 

Many had no choice - killed or forced to go into hiding.
