THE ELECTION RESULTS ARE IN - DO THE RESULTS BODE WELL FOR SAN FRANCISCO? WELL, FOR STARTERS THE TURN OUT TO VOTE WAS LOW -SO HAVE THE PEOPLE SPOKEN - REALLY?

We all must vote - this right to vote - speaks volumes - when it comes to addressing issues - help us do a needs assessment.

Help us get a bird's eye view - of the politicians - who talk but fail again to walk the walk.

Less than 26% of the voters eligible to vote - cast their votes.

The majority in our Bay Area and California - sending in the Mail-in votes - giving many of our Election Departments in the Bay Area a better idea - much before all the votes are counted. 

The MUNI reliability and street safety bond    Proposition A was won by 64% in San Francisco. 

Proposition B -  checkmating the corrupt Building Inspection Commission - passed by a 59% majority.

Proposition C - Recall timelines and Vacancy appointments - to create stability and accountability passed by 61% - forcing those bent on recalling - to think -twice.

Proposition D - providing succor to victims of Domestic Violence - passed by 61% - exacerbated by this pandemic, rent increases, and other chronic situations in San Francisco.

Proposition E - targeting the many crooks in San Francisco - using Behest passed by a whopping 67% - San Francisco is saturated with corruption - Room 200 at SF City Hall - smells of Sulphur.

Proposition F - Refuse Collection and Disposal - curtailing rampant abuse - increasing fees - passed by 68%.

Proposition G - coming to our essential workers' rescue - address Public Health Emergency Leave - passed by 61%.

Proposition H - Recalling Chesa Boudin, the SF District Attorney - clouded by vitriol and divisiveness - passed by 60%.

Some groups used vitriol to cast dispersions.

Blaming - Chesa Boudin for thugs - coming to San Francisco from across the Bay.

Breaking into the high-end stores in and around Union Street.

Blaming Chesa Boudin for failing to keep criminals in jail without due process - other issues - that have not been fully vetted - will come to bite many in the ass.

The people have spoken.

The Legislative Branch is the San Francisco - Board of Supervisors - talks a lot - most of the noise - is mundane.

Our San Francisco Executive Branch - Room 200 stinks of Sulphur. The Mayor is kicking the can down the street - but for how long.

The City and County of San Francisco have failed miserably to address our Climate Action Plan - releasing Press Releases - that do not clearly state short-term and long-term goals.

San Francisco does not have an entity that can lead us all on a Climate Action Plan - incorporating local, state, national, and international. 

Today's world is shrinking - and our decision must embrace a broader base that helps the community worldwide. 

The United Nations was formed here in San Francisco - 50 Nations signatory - to the Charter was signed on June 26, 1945. 

The United Nations Charter came into force on October 24, 1946.

Today the United Nations Plaza in San Francisco - built to commemorate the good of the United Nations - is filthy.

The Urban Alchemy and other vermin - fostering littering and drug addiction - ploys and machinations. 

Can you imagine our present charlatans - the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - contributing their talents to our nation - the United States, and the world. 

Most have no sound education, less etiquette, and for sure no vision that matters. 

When it comes to sound leadership - they pat their behinds.

Stop - this nonsense and get to work - work that matters - work that addresses the serious concerns of the taxpayers of San Francisco.

The primary elections have sent a strong message for desperate change.

Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

Good leaders must have their hearts in the right place - to take others to a better place.

We have a $14 billion budget - and yet we have no sound solution to address the homeless and the many addicts dying on our streets in San Francisco.

We just found out we have 360 affordable housing - empty - that someone could use. Who is fooling whom? Where are the accountability and more transparency?

We know we have 40,000 units vacant - homeowners - prefer to keep the unit empty - then rent them - for reasons best known to themselves.

Violence on our streets, break-ins, homes, and cars - are on the increase.

The education of our children is in peril - in the last two years - thousands of children - kept in the dark - their education stalled - the San Francisco Unified School District - is in disarray.

Our San Francisco Board of Supervisors must talk less - may be for less than two minutes - when called to speak.

Wake up; the people are fed up - if it is too hot in the kitchen - get out and stay out. Aho.

THE SF GRAND JURY - HAS SPOKEN MANY TIMES - THIS TIME IT AGREES WITH THE ADVOCATES - THE POLITICIANS THAT YOU VOTE FOR - FAVOR BUILDING HOMES ON VERY CONTAMINATED GROUND.

 

These are conceptual plans - they are like a nightmare - you wake up, and it may be your worst nightmare. If they say affordable, let them accommodate those who make below $60,000 and those who cannot access funds to make good things happen and create tools such as Proposition C.

Those living in District 10 - Bayview Hunters Point, Little Hollywood, Visitation Valley - Public Housing folks in particular - are hoodwinked in broad daylight.

Again and again, politicians, you folks all vote for - mostly scumbags - work with Big Developers - to screw the poor and those with no clout.

Promising - to build - so-called affordable housing.

The Big Developers - the Mayors who work with them - are in bed with them - lie.

These scumbags must be taken to task - now.

View the footprints of these new apartments - if you place a Queen bed - you have no room to move around it. 

Inferior buildings - with tons of problems - mostly those homes - built by New Hope Church - Non-Profits such as Mercy Housing.

Other replacement buildings at Alice Griffth Public housing are tearing down the older public housing buildings.

Built - by the Department of Defense - that had larger rooms - many three and four rooms - with healthy, prominent families in mind. 

Dwayne Jones - Gate Keeper and Philanthropist - uses taxpayers' money to dole out blood money to those that aid and abate his devious machination, ploys, and shenanigans. Now, missing in action - why do you think he is hiding?

Remember Communities of Opportunity thugs like Dwayne Jones making promises - the many banners flew until they were tattered and torn. We see these things and pay no attention - most are NOT educated on issues - most cannot make a sound needs assessment.

Where are the leaders - link Newton -  that laid their lives - for the people. Today, the Black Panthers have most Blacks lacking morals, have no ethics, and have fewer standards. Using taxpayers' money to fill their campaign coffers. - shameless scumbags - many jailbirds - who have no desire to reform - less serve the Community. 

Who gives the John Stewart Company the authority to control thousands of public housing - milking the poor - while politicians - fill their campaign coffers  - Sophie Maxwell, Malia Cohen, Shamann Walton - others - one worse than the other. He is gone = but the evil deeds he planted - flourish.

This land we call San Francisco belongs to the Ohlone - more the Muwekma Ohlone federally recognized until 1927. Then illegally removed by a Bureau of India Affairs agent. The 1800 Oakdale building is slated to be torn down to build housing. It was named the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building, emphasizing "Community. " Its primary purpose - education - a horticultural program - is no more. The Greenhouses  - were torn down and removed. Corrupt Blacks - using the space for ulterior motives.

I have attended the many Disposition and Development meetings - linked to all major projects that allowed the public to participate in and watched Black sellouts - sell out the Community.

We - advocates thoroughly read and studied the agreements. 

Like the treaties, the White men signed with the Native Americans - and did not keep to their word.

The same could be said of these sordid dispositions and Development agreements - signed and linked with the Bayview Hunters Point - Big Developers. Black Sellouts getting their cut.

The worst among the developers is Lennar Urban - now 5 Point Holding LLP - the same snake different - head.

It is nauseating to know who these people mostly Black - sellouts of the worst order. 

You know them - pretending to serve the Community - that go with the flow - backed and paid by Big Developers - who encourage these scumbags to hoodwink the Community -  you all - in broad daylight.

Here are some names Dwayne Jones, Oscar James, Shamann Walton, Dion-Jay Brookter, Doris Vincent, Veronica  Hunnicutt, Toye Moses, Linda Richardson, Malia Cohen - and those Non-Profits like CYC, Hunter's Point Family, Young Community - others.

Our infants, children, youth, young adults, our Elders - more those with comprised health - our physically and mentally challenged have been left out of the equation.

The SF Public Utilities Commission - spent millions - on projects with community benefits - doling out money to crooks.

HUNTERS POINT NAVAL SHIPYARD - LATEST SF GRAND JURY REPORT - ADVOCATES HAVE SPELLED OUT THE ADVERSE IMPACTS YEARS AGO - NOW THE SF GRAND JURY IS SINGING THE BLUES.

 

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - the place where Depleted Uranium was tested. Plans are afoot to build 30,000 units - putting innocent constituents of San Francisco - in harm's way.

There is nothing new that we few advocates on the frontline have not written, said, explained, marched, or protested.

A few advocates attended thousands of meetings - Disposition and Development meetings linked to the Environmental Impact Studies.

SF Land Use meetings, SF Planning meetings, SF Board of Supervisors meetings - the many drab Virtual meetings now held by the very corrupt  Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure  (OCII)- continuing lack of transparency and accountability - evolving for the worse - linked to the former SF Redevelopment Agency.

Once two large hills were demolished - the dirt used to create what is now the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. 

The dirt was used as infill only in this case Serpertine Rock - when crushed emits Abestos structures - when in healed - spikes stick to one's lungs, becoming spores, ulcers - leading to a disease well known as Mesothelioma. 

What is worse, Depleted Uranium was tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

 The ships that participated in the Bikini Islands Atomic experiment were towed to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - the hulls sandblasted - the residue buried all over Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Large animals, cows, and horses exposed to the Atomic Bomb experiments - were tested - they remain buried all over Hunters Point Naval Shipyard yard.

30,000 units are planned to be built on Parcels B, C, D, E, G, UC1, UC2, and UC3 - E2 is the worst landfill - spewing methane gas today - it has wells - the well can be controlled - and there is more. 

Why should it take the City and County of San Francisco - to do nothing worth the salt - since the U.S. Navy left Hunters Point Naval Shipyard in 1976?

As part of the Superfund Program - for sure, Hunters Point Naval Shipyard received billions of dollars.

The City and County of San Francisco - the Mayors - wasted the money on other things - leaving others to deal with the abatement and mitigation of Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Willie L. Brown Jr., a rogue Mayor, laid the ground - to build thousands of housing units on a very diluted basis. He was elected in 1996 and served two terms - 4 years each.

Here you have Willie L. Brown Jr. with the Under-Secretary of the U.S Navy - Diane Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi - signing the agreement transferring Parcel A - the that Restoration Advisors Board did not agree to - to sign over Parcel A to the City and County of San Francisco. The RAB did not agree to the Record of Decision.  All this and more happened between  2002-2004 - we are now in 2022.

The San Francisco Grand Jury has created several documents - spelling out the details - without having all of the empirical data.

We could talk about Climate Change - and when that happens, the present Ferry Building all the way to 2nd and Market - by Montgomery Street will be flooded and many areas wiped out.

An $8 Billion Seawall is in the offing - the San Francisco Port Authority - corrupt to the core - lacking sound leadership - will be holding the empty bag - talk is cheap. The final cost for the impending Seawall - linked to the SF Port Authority - will cap at $12 billion - buffoonery. 

The San Francisco Grand Jury has not discussed the human toll - thousands dead - exposed to contaminants and other atomic elements - people of color-treated like fodder. 

The SF Planning Department, the Mayors of San Francisco, and the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure - corrupt to the core - cannot hoodwink those that know better - the utter nonsense planned to build 30,000 units on very contaminated ground.

When the time was ripe to conduct Bio-monitoring tests - those few doctors who decided to do something - were ganged upon - by the District Supervisor, who now wants to run for a second term.

He has done nothing much for the welfare of the people - used taxpayers' money wheeling and dealing - working with Dwayne Jones - he is an anathema to decency, ethic, morals, and standards - a jailbird.

It shocked us all that Mayor London Breed, too, joined the chorus - when qualified doctors - tried to help those most in need of help. 

With all her talk - not once does she speak about the contamination at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. She is not a good leader. Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

London Breed is a product of the hood - is still in the hood -  she is in bed with the Big Developers - and is busy filling the campaign coffers - but not for long.

We must speak truth to power when qualified doctors try to do God's work - and evil people stoop so low - to stop the doctors from doing God's work.

The Grand Jury admits the process of bringing about solutions - is convoluted. 

Do you expect civilians - more poor civilians - to tackle the problems that the Department of Health - Dr. Grant Colfax - who has no clue what must be done - when it comes to quality of life issues. He has no clue about Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

It is the same with City Administrator - Carmen Chu. Carmen is totally not in sync with what is going on in District 10 - she jumped from the Assessors Office to the City Administrator position to make money and has failed us decent San Franciscans.

The Grand Jury injected Climate Change - just to wake the people up - Climate Change is here - so is the pandemic - so are other variants involving - that no vaccination, no boosters, no medication - will work. 

Thousands will die - and all those and more - within 5 years.

The Department of Public Works can print maps that can be sold to the public and address thousands of acres prone to flood and liquefaction. I have one in my office - I look at it each day. Within - ten years, we will witness 30 feet waves - like a Tsunami - flood and destroy everything in its path - the entire area from the Ferry Building to 2nd and Market - San Francisco and beyond.

We have Non-Profits getting money to build homes by China Basin - crooks who work with the City and County of San Francisco - they get angry when you tell them the truth.

It is the same with SF Recreation and Park - trying to create a bicycle trail by Inez Street - the land has been mitigated and abated - only for Climate Change - to flood the entire area - with flood water 20 feet high.

How about the thousands of homes that will come toppling down in Districts 4, 2, and 1 - the homes have poor foundations - prone to liquefaction.

Does anyone know that the Millenium Building - was inspected recently and found to be lacking the required standards - its foundations compromised? Who is in charge of this mess?

How many homeless do we have in San Francisco - I say 12,000; the City and County say 8,000?

Do we know that in San Francisco, we have over 40,000 homes vacant?

The Ferry Building and the proposed strengthening of the Sea Wall now falling apart. Many docks - are inoperable - deferred maintenance taking its heavy toll.

There is only so much sand we can suck from the ocean, lakes, and riverbeds to build tall buildings, also known as skyscrapers.

Millions of tons of concrete, aggregate, and building materials - contribute heavily to the increase in our Carbon Footprint. 

After that comes vehicles spewing thousands of tons of particulates more PM2.5 and, of course, Carbon Dioxide, mercury, lead, etc.

Plans are afoot by some foolish civilian task force to build a seawall - by the Ferry Building - the area by the docks from Lower Fort Mason to Pier 96 in dire straits. 

The Corps of Engineers can best address this project in the making - so can qualified and experienced engineers and architects.

The Engineers know well what it entailed - many ponder why the many years of deferred maintenance?

The SF Port Commission - does not have a viable and sustainable vision and less the capacity to handle a large project of some $8 billion, which could cost as much as - $12 billion.

The Corps of Engineers is playing a pivotal role.

The $8 billion-plus project is something the San Francisco Port Authority cannot handle at this time - not with its endless shortage of funds.

Abysmal leadership - from the SF Port Authority -all these jerks do is pat each other behind.

They have no clue - that Sea Level rise - will cause significant damage to the Ferry Building and as far as 2nd and Market - severe flooding and causing - significant damage in sight.

There is no power more significant than the force of water.

When 20 to 30 waves attack the shore - like a Tsunami - leveling - everything in sight. Seeing is believing.

According to some studies and experts, flooding is an even greater area to 7th and Market.

The SF Port Authority's current policy favors - blatant discrimination against those that need help most - those people of color - living in or around the project - more South of the Ferry Building.

Watching the SF Port Authority's virtual meeting is witnessing a CABAL - the current Chair, a Black man - talking from both sides of his mouth. 

While the current Chair of the SF Port Authority - the last five critical vacancies - have been filled by White men. 

So much for racial equity presentations - that clearly point the path but those in charge - stay as far as possible from hiring people of color. 

It is the same with the SF Public Utilities Commission, another corrupt entity.

The SF Public Utilities Commission - and the SF Port Authority - Enterprise Departments.

Enterprise Department does not get money from the City and County of San Francisco's General Fund.

They manage their operations - raise money, and keep themselves afloat. 

Grants and other sources of money - linked to the operations of the Enterprise Department - keep these Enterprise Departments in process. 

Wheeling and dealing come as second nature - and watching them from afar - one can connect the dots. 

Corruption of the highest order. One SF Port Commission - not long ago was indicted - so was a former Chair - by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.   

The SF Port Authority seeks sources from the State and Federal governments - which favor Public Trust Land operations.

Not long ago, a Black man headed the SF Port Authority's Real Estate - he did a good job. When it was too hot in the kitchen - he retired. A White took his place.

Another Black woman was in charge of  SF Port Authority Public Affairs - she retired. She was replaced by a White.

Few remember this janitor who had a great smile - for years, I would stand by the Ferry Building to board a MUNI bus - that took us to the Presidio of San Francisco. This man was there at 5 am - ready to greet everyone - while executing his duties.

We all remember a Black man from the SF Port Authority, a good friend of mine - who retired after many years - as many as 40 years plus. He lives in the Visitation Valley in San Francisco.

The Black Commissioners - two of them - on the SF Port Commission talk a good talk. Having failed San Franciscans - as sellouts their desire to be Commissioners - is for some ill fame.

The CABAL pats each other's backs. When it comes to serving the best needs of the SF Port Authority - and the community at large - that is entirely another matter.

In the 60s, the State transferred the 7.5 miles to the SF Port Authority -  creating an Enterprise Department.

An area from lower Fort Mason to the former PG&E power plant - close to Heron Head's Park - all under SF Port Authority's jurisdiction - around 7.5 miles.

The Bethlehem Steel Building - Pier 70 - a landmark building, has been totally revamped - and is open to the public as far as I know.

Pier 70, where Bethlehem Steel established its headquarters - played a crucial role in supplying steel and other critical materials to support the War II efforts.

Steel was in demand and used to build ships, submarines, and other much-needed equipment - linked to our operations during World War II.

Plans are afoot to build units on very contaminated land, Pier 70. 

The area in and around Pier 70 is prone to severe liquefaction and severe flooding. 

The site is contaminated - waste materials like chrome, lead, mercury, cadmium, lead paint, and other very toxic elements are dumped here, everywhere.

There are a million tons plus of liquid tar below the stack where the PG&E power plant once stood.

The power plant was then sold to Mirant - and is now deactivated. No one knows what will happen to one million tons of liquid tar?

Two prominent hotspots one contaminated by a big Ammonia Spill.

The other hotspot - other contaminants - lead, chromes, mercury, cadmium -  lead paint -  no mitigation has been done - no abatement.

There was a time in San Francisco - you could listen to our SF Representatives - and found some semblance in their logic and statements.

Now, they talk in circles - have no clue what is happening at ground zero. Our streets are a mess, filthy and stinking to high heaven. In short, quality of life issues, in general, has gone to the hogs.

We have so-called practitioners - controlling Fentanyl - they - former jailbirds.

Making - making drug sales - with no enforcement worth the salt. Addicts are dying, and there is no one in charge.

Gunfire - much like the Wild West - seeing and hearing is believing.

The Mayor's Office of Housing cannot make a decent presentation.

We do have the Housing Element - but the presenters - have not made a deep dive - when it comes to affordable housing - into those that make $80,000 and below.

Mayor London Breed - she has created a mess - pandering to thugs, certain Non-Profits that are dubious in nature - failing decent, hard-working San Franciscans -  has no empathy - now at this late date - spending $6 million linked to housing - for the LGBTQ community - she missed the boat, the bus, the train, and the plane. 

We have over 40,000 homes vacant in San Francisco. 

We have a glut of market-price homes and condominiums.

The SF Planning Department, the Mayor London Breed, and others ignorant - have got a pass for too long - time - they are given the boot. 

Ben Rosenfield, the SF Controller, has failed us all.

We have an anointed City Attorney - the one before that is now in charge of the chicken coop - at the SF Pubic Utilities Commission - makes 450,000 - laughing all the way to the bank.

The SF Public Utilities Commission had a force of 2000 - now has over 25% of the Full-Time Employment (FTEs) vacant.

San Francisco is supposed to have 2000 officers to take care of Quality of Life issues.

Today that force stands at 1200, with hundreds absent due to illness, Covid-19, family leave, and other issues beyond the control of anyone. 

In 4 months, this force that we see today - will be reduced to 900, and all hell will break loose.

Hundreds of officers are due for early retirement, and others as plain fed up with the working conditions.

The SF Police Commissioners, instead of helping the SF Police Chief - gang upon him.

The inept, not educated on issues - SF Police Commissioners talk in circles - have no solutions to offer.

Listening to the SF Police Commissioners - you feel they mimick Perry Mason! 

Time we allow the SF Board of Supervisors - to appoint Commissioners - and clip the wings of the Mayor.

The Mayor London Breed - who herself is incompetent - appoints her lackeys on all the Commissions - most of them in bed with the Mayor.  

This Mayor has brought the hood to SF City Hall - has no etiquette - no sound education, and lacks protocol. 

Makes statements linked to the pandemic - and she - breaks the rules - and makes excuses. 

This Mayor acts like a brat - and this must STOP.

There is only so much watching the crooks that some can keep doing - the Sulphur smell is too intense at SF City Hall - more in Room 200.

Mayor London Breed is not a leader - good leaders know the way, show the way and go the way.

Thousands of decent San Franciscans have left San Francisco - never to return again.

In San Francisco, we have neighborhoods - the decent neighbors built these neighborhoods. 

We must honor them. Not treat them with disdain - so much so that they have fled San Francisco.

The Mayor has made it easy for the thugs - who have positioned themselves - to receive money on a platter.

Crooks are doled out - our taxpayers' money - in the name of racial equity and depriving the City Department and law enforcement of resources.

Inept when it comes to performance - to spend our taxpayers' money for selfish purposes.
