Then after they are done speaking with you - they forget what they said - so if you feel you are left out - this is the time to speak up.

First and foremost let us go to a place - where the disparity - exists in large measure. COVID-19 pandemic does not discriminate - it attacks everyone - that come is its path. It is EVIL.

The Center of Diseases Control (CDC) should mandate that information about Ethnicity is noted - so that we get a very clear picture - who gets the vaccine and who does not.

As things stand today - months after the vaccines are available we find " people of color " Native Americans, Blacks, LatinX, Asians - other you get the picture - find it difficult to get the vaccine.

What compounds the abject discrimination - are those 65 years and older - who are cleared to get the vaccines but cannot get them - because of various hurdles.

Those living in zones where poverty exists are left to themselves and those authorities and entities who should help them - are no where to be found.

Paradoxically, the CDC does not have the empirical data - and can tell you about Whites - women and men - but finds it difficult to mention - about people of color.

Again and again we find ourselves talking to the television - and if one is ignorant - have not read the constitution, have not read about Human Right protected by the United Nations.

Do not have any idea about the International Courts - if one is ignorant - one must begin to educate oneself - and use empirical data - to know more.

Simply put we know how to eat right to feel right - treat our body with respect.

We understand that education is critical to discern, stand up for our rights, and improve our living condition. Our children must be well educated to keep the standards we enjoy - Freedom.

Our mind is powerful and the more we exercise our mind - the better we are - each and everyone of us.

Most importantly most of us have learned about our soul - by large measure most people are people of Faith. That does not mean that we do not tolerate those that do not - believe in God and have no Faith.

 I am saying it is important to have Faith and believe in God. That is my subjective opinion. I have good friends, very close friends - who do not go to Church - they are good people and believe their good actions count.

Our Founding Fathers - created the Constitution.

The Constitution is a very interesting document - living in other countries - reading the Constitution before becoming a citizen and from time to time today - the more you read the Constitution it reveals situations - much as it has in place solutions - for those who favor insurrection - want to commit treason - and in short commit high crimes.

The Constitution is evolving - and the Founding Fathers - had no clue about technology, the advancements of atomic and nuclear weapons, our adventures into space, advancement in health, education, safety - in short Quality of Life issues.

Many amendments to the Constitution embrace the many rights that we enjoy - including one important one - the Right to Vote.

The Civil Right Movement - lead by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and others - has brought true Freedom to many.  We need to do more - and that left on us - we cannot afford to have too many armchair critics - and no one on the frontlines - fighting the needed - fight for true freedom.

Again and again we are forced to pause and ponder whose land this is - better known at Turtle Island.

Again and again the United States has failed to apologize to the First People, the indigenous people of this land - they called Turtle Island.

The United States of America has signed many treaties - with the indigenous tribes - tribes having sovereign rights. Most of the treaties have been broken.

The Elders have a saying do not trust those that speak with a forked tongue - making direct reference to the Whites - who stole the land, raped the women, killed the children, maimed many, burnt homes -  to this day the United States government has not apologized.

Today the arrogance of the Whites - that mob that attacked Capital Hill  is on trial - and those that broke the law - must be dealt - in a manner that a very strong message is sent to all those - that want to use violence to make a point - that can be made with true representation - and peaceful protests.

If you play with fire - think that you can harm others - adversely impact those that protect - behave like hooligans - you better think twice.

It is pathetic for some to think they know what a revolution is - when they cannot spell revolution.

It is not easy to write about the issues I am addressing - more during this pandemic of sorts.

One reason I do it - is because I have a large following of youth and sometimes children write to me.

I must be cautious - the children and youth understand a lot - but have given No clarity - when adults be they White - behave like hooligans - they children and youth get confused - values and standards count - and mixed signals sent - confound those we must care for.

There was a time - during the Civil War - where had it not been for a great Abolitionist, Editor, and Statesman - Blacks then known as Negros would not participate in the Civil War - and bring about victory - in battle after battle.

Frederick Douglass who I admire a lot - have read a lot about him - sat down with President Abraham Lincoln and proposed to him a plan that brought President Abraham Lincoln - our victory and freedom that we all enjoy today.

Many Blacks earned the victory for the rest of us - and we owe them our gratitude. Some were compensated - given land - and many Blacks from that time called Negros - took pride in tilling the land and working hard.

Slowly as time went by White farmers - more racists got huge subsidies and the Blacks were left to fend for themselves. Blacks gradually lost their farms. 

Blacks who made headway in politics - were adversely impacted - dirty politics that kept Blacks down for over a hundred years. Only after the recent Civil Rights marches - led by Dr. Martin Luther King - have we seen some resurgence.

Recently we saw our Capitol Hill invaded by a mob of Whites - most chronic racists. We do not pay attention - and history repeats itself. 

Earlier the Mr. George Floyd incident hit a raw nerve - we saw on television - a White so called police office - racists to the core - put his knee on the neck - of Mr. George Floyd.

Mr. George Floyd - begging to save his life - his every breath deprived - suffocated to death - and millions decided to take to the streets - all over the world.  

For the first time people from all walks of life - Asians, LatinX, Whites, Middle-Eastern, Native Americans - others.

Even - the Amish community came out and surprised so many - Whites too who care and many Whites - who suffer today.

So - many of the poor - from all walks of life - living pay check to check - decided to march and vent the disparity, lack of respect - crimes against humanity - the sordid ill treatment of those who work hard - two and three jobs - and barely survive.

Today we have a Defense Secretary a Black man - General Lloyd J. Austin who is the 28th Secretary of Defense and we all are proud of this fact - more, those of us who know some and stand tall and represent.

As we were going through our trials and tribulation we had General James Mattis - he is White but he understands the situation at hand.  We thank him for his hard work and standing tall and representing - when he was needed.

The World Health Organization and other institutions within the United States - have been beacons of hope - only for one egoistical maniac - who we have thrown out of the White House - to defund, leave organizations, and bring disgrace to the United States.

The only idiot to be "impeached twice" - the idiot should not have been allowed to be " Commander in Chief " - the only reason he got in - was because he was White. 

Today America is reeling in shame - confused, divisiveness is deep - and the scars and hurt - will take decades to heal. The most important the position as the Secretary of Interior - time for all the tribes that are NOT Federally Recognized by recognized - that too in their own land.

How is it possible for Tribes that have lived here for over 15,000 years are treated as second class citizens - here on Turtle Island - also know as the United States of America.

In order to be Federally Recognized  - the tribes have to prove they have been here as a tribe - continuously living - according to mandates set by the Department of Interior.

We now can have DNA tests - to get rid of that primitive way - of making the tribe to collect - documents like birth certificates and other mundane documents and methods that defy logic and more fair play and justice.

People of color today - must understand - only in unity can we bring about change. We cannot leave out Native Americans, the LatinX community, the Asian community, the Pacific Islander community - talk about Racial Equity for Blacks - when they is no paramount logic to this current madness.

Here is San Francisco we have very corrupt folks mostly Blacks who are doing injustice to San Francisco. 

Yet millions have been taken from the SF Police Department and Sheriff's Department - some $21 million to be used by Sheryl Evan Davis and her lackeys - this type of nonsense will not bring about unity - not in the middle of this pandemic.

Black in San Francisco commit more crimes than any other community. Some of them horrific  - attacking Senior Citizens like Asians - not. only in Oakland China Town - but all over the San Francisco. This nonsense must STOP  - now.

We have three Blacks on the SF Police Commission - DionJay Brookter, Malia Cohen, and Paul Henderson who is uncharge about Police Complaints and related issues - none of them represent San Francisco and San Franciscans - they are an anathema to us all - and must step down.

The Chief of Police is Black - and crimes like home break-in are on the increase, stores booked into - assaults on the increase - domestic violence more among Black on the increase.

The empirical data must be posted on the website - the true picture - not a fake picture - saying hundreds of cases cannot be reported - as long as they being investigated.

The SF Police Commission is a JOKE - each one talking on that sordid Commission - talking in circle - folks yawning the likes of Malia Cohen and Paul Henderson.

Today, these entities collecting DNA information, having access to our health records. Others to our credit cards and security clearance - is shocking - but TRUE.

For all our talk - most of us - have been taken for a ride.

We know the  hospitals and clinics - allowed these agencies abroad access without informing us all - of course the service provided for little money. 

Mostly hospitals and clinics - cannot afford certain equipment, more test kits, other resources. 

These outside companies provide the money, gladly accept by the GREEDY hospitals and clinics -our health information - without our consent - given to the enemy.

Today the COVID-19 pandemic has us in a LIMBO - the former jackass from the White House - making statements " when the sun comes out - the virus will go away ".

Single handedly the previous administration set our Nation back - and with over 441,000 deaths - we as a Nation are in shock.

Our essential workers over worked,  paralyzed, stunned, and many leaders acting like zombies - do not help at all.

Here in California the 5th largest economy in the World - we have all the logistics, all the delivery systems, to deliver vaccines. 

We do not have the permission to create the vaccines - the CDC and the FDA - control these areas - and have failed us all.

Even today we do not have the data on ethnicity. We continue to have a Social Basis - when it come to Native Americans, LatinX, Blacks - others - when will we learn that humanity matters.

That so called Equity cannot come about - when the majority in this Nation - are deep into racism and bias of the worst order.

Why would it be difficult to produce the medicines India, China and some other nations produce - when we can do it here in the United States?

In fact the copy rights belong to us - in most cases. The patents belong to us in most cases.

We have chosen to allow other nations to have the copy rights - so that we can use cheap labor - and also fall prey - to other nations - as we have during this COVID-19 pandemic.

As long as some of us - so called citizens of the United States - make large sums of money - the Federal Government allows - off shore accounts - we allow loop holes - our Nation the United States will play second fiddle. 

TIME WE STOP THIS NONSENSE - AND HOLD THOSE USING US - CHEATING US - HOOD WINKING US - IN BROAD DAYLIGHT - ACCOUNTABLE. MAKE NO BONES ABOUT THAT.

Why should we be part of the devious way of doing business - depending of some Nation for spare parts - not only for cars, but for medical equipment? 

We have the patents for most of these spare parts - we give it up - for money - and sell out soul to the devil.

During World War II our women and those ready to work - built ships, aircraft, engines, ammunition, all sorts of equipment and kept our soldiers and  the United States - moving. 

Even the private industry - produce especial products for our soldiers - most of those industrial complexes - were and favored with our Nation - not against our Nation.

Go to any store and pick 10 different things - and you find out that 8 out of 10 -  in many cases 10 out of 10 are made in China. Why?

Here in the United States for the longest time we have allowed a certain segment of the population - give a blank check to  the Insurance Companies.

Looking at the Insurance Companies - leeches of a kind  - these VERMIN control our Health Services - also know as Health Management Organizations. 

They rake in billions -  take us all for a wild ride - we pay very large premiums on time - Insurance Companies and those that leech on those that pay large premium - will be dealt with soon - your time is coming.

Here in the United States we do not have Socialized Health Services like Canada, Australia, England, Germany, and other other countries - these Nations - take pride in the health and welfare of their citizens.

The premiums we pay are too high and the service we get - dismal - more when it comes to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Kaiser, Sutter, Blue Shield, you name them - all of them - are in for the money and not for the health of the patients - and the members to whom they send messages - kicking the can down the street.

By now all Seniors belong to Kaiser Hospitals - in San Francisco should have got their vaccine shots - if Kaiser gives us the data - we can nail them - but they will not. 

In fact even if Kaiser gives you the vaccine and you have adverse impact - they have liability insurance in place - that gets Kaiser off the hook.

Kaiser keeps send notice - general in nature - always saying that the have NO vaccines - we know they have - they have hoarded vaccines for the second dose - and just recently - have begun to use the hordes vaccines.

Kaiser always love to put our Press Releases - that lie - hoodwink the public at large - in broad daylight.

This  game has been going on of a long time - and only recently they have been caught - with their hand in the cookie jar.

The same with Blue Shield, Sutter Hospitals - and the other so called Health Management Organizations. 

Paradoxically Walgreens, CVS, many Pop and Mom Pharmacies all over the United States have been giving vaccinations - we know this for a fact - yet we favor those that have no experience - less transparency and accountability.

Why could not the Hospitals in the United States - have a Private Institute favoring research  - where they could fund from the Billions of profits - they make - and get some concert results - viable and sustainable. 

Give the designated Private Institute favoring research - to create resources for testing - the chemicals made for testing - created here in the United States?

When is comes to being creative, innovation - the United States leads the world. The problem is we have politicians -more Republicans who should ashamed of themselves.

The current divisiveness lies with the leadership of the Republicans. Imagine the desecration - all Whites - racists to the core - shout out " Hang Mike Pence ". Imagine these hooligans pretend to be Americans.

Why could not this Private Institute - the many larger hospitals funding the Institute  create vaccines. The sequencing and testing were first done here in the United States - only for other nations to take our patents - produce the products and send it back to us.

The same holds good for  Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

We in the United States - could easily produce  the chemicals for the required testing, the test kits, the swabs that we in the United States suffered a shortage - and still have a shortage.

Why is it that we depend on China - as the purveyor of all things  - that we have the copy right for?

We have the Patents registered here in the United States - all we need is manufacture the products ? 

We have allowed Google, Microsoft, FaceBook, Amazon, others to take advantage of Capitol Improvements, other tax breaks - pay little tax if nothing at all - and these scumbags - go laughing to the bank.

Time to take they large companies to task - and time to tax them - so that they realize they have to contribute to Society - and not sell our Nations to the enemy. Twitter, FaceBook, Google - has taken our kindness, the kindness of the tax payers for granted - time to put them on notice.

Today these large money makers - must come to the rescue of the citizens of the United States - they should be ashamed that we must beg them for help - when they have trillions - and know that fairness demands - they lend a helping hand - when it comes to food security, health and wellness, rent and a roof over one's head, jobs for those who have to put food on the table.

Toxic Stress is taking a heavy toll - Suicides are on the increase -  we need help the essential workers - the huge companies know there responsibility - they get all the brakes - and want more - and think they can hoodwink and bluff all the people - all the time time.

Then when we find out that the chemicals do not work - much like we found out - with the test kits - sent to the many States in the United States - that failed us - when we most need them to work.

We fail to do a needs assessment - go to the source of such mishaps, understand the enemy who are here at ground zero.

Recently -  the Mayor's Office of Economic Development - made a stunning announcement - to work with a Chinese Corporation - to give a few jobs - that many need - in the middle of this pandemic - for all the wrong reasons.

In any. arrangement made the Chinese Communist Party reign supreme. We have some who visit China - only to have everything given to them on a platter. The consider getting everything things free - something they appreciate - fooling themselves - and in the long run - sell out our American values and way of living.

We are a Republic - we have a Constitution - we have standards - we adhere to Ethics - and all this and more - is something- those who have no manners, less etiquette, the likes of Mayor London Breed - who truly do not represent of stellar and astute values - she talks too much - barks up the wrong tree. What is important to note - she is NOT educated on issues.

Most folks do not know - no one can own land in China - all the land is the property of the Chinese Communist Party.

Chinese who own homes, land, here in the United States are on cloud nine. They cannot do that in China - the Communist Party - at short notice can take anything they want - and if you resists - they can make you disappear. 

We now must worry why one large corporation can control our DNA samples? Have access to to health records? Have hacked into OPM and other Federal agencies - with little or no censure or fine.

We are decades behind when it comes to fair play - more because of the last administration. We now have President Joe Biden - and he seems confused - and needs all the empirical data - showing how we are held hostage - on matters of privacy, our personal information, information hacked - the value we share and protected by our Constitution - are dear to us as citizens.

We have not recovered from the desecration from the events of January 6, 2021. We must never, ever let that type of event ever take place anywhere in the United States.

The traitors including the former administration and its head - charged and debarred from every holding any office. Let us be focused on the important issues - not be distracted - by trivial matters - we need results and we need the result - sooner not later. 

This Chinese company BGI works hand in hand with Chinese Military  - China embraces Communism.

The Communist leaders have been bleeding us all - on many fronts.

We must fully realize - we need to produce, create, provide the goods needed - made here in the United States of America.

We did that with  manufacturing our shoes in the United States.

Our clothes, our cars, our engines, our farm equipment, our drilling equipment, we had the best satellites, the best air planes, the fleet of ships second to none - all made in the United States.

The Chinese and other countries have been stealing our Blue Prints, our ideas, copying and producing - our products - without our permission. We hold the patents but our Federal Government has been slow - in their enforcement.

The Chinese for one do not believe in copy rights - patents - they do not believe in the values we hold dear to our heart.

The Human Right violations are many - millions incarcerated - mainly minorities - we do not allow that here in the United States - we must be aware of what is really happening - we are still a Super Power and we must stand united - and prove our worth.

The Chinese hacked into our Office of Personnel Management  office (OPM)  and compromised our personal records - even those who had high clearance. This is a shame.

It took the Federal government two years to come to the rescue of those who were compromised.

Never mind most - high ranking Federal workers - lost a lot of money - credit cards hacked - and billions of dollars - stolen.

No one was compensated. 

Some firewall provide for free - truth be told LifeLock, Privacy Assist, other software that we paid for - could not protect our accounts - held Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase, American Express, Discover, Sears, you name it.

To this day - those compromised receive messages - and we know - the origins and the source.

Today the technology is devious in nature - no more are Nations interested in the best interest of those Nation who are ahead of the game - as we were - some years ago.

When it comes of Genomic Research, testing, the use of Nucleic Acid testing - today we cry our Government did not provide the resources.

Paradoxically - we allow China to produce everything - even the test kits - and are only now realizing these kits - are worthless. 

China is using large corporation like BGI to collect DNA samples all over the world - with this data - they can control many life threatening elements.

BGI -  have decided to play a role  with COVID-19 all over the world.

Much like they had with SARS and MERS and more.

Right now most of us are so stressed dealing with the mundane mess created by the Republicans - the store in open - and those who have the ability - are making hay while the sun shines. Aho.

Today the United States has over 440,000 deaths - more death than we had in World War II and the Korean War - together.

Not once have we addressed " Crime Against Humanity " - here in California - Governor Gavin Newsom talks too much - he must step down.

He  can be charged - Crimes Against Humanity - for the many deaths and lack of experience. His inner circle of experts have left him - pointing us in the right direction - something stinks in Denmark.

Mayor London Breed for all her talk - barking up the wrong tree - every opportunity she gets - has failed San Francisco - and should be charged -" Crimes Against Humanity ".

Shamann Walton - elected by some buffoons as the President of the SF Board of Supervisor - recently had the State Park in District 10 - raided.

Several individuals arrested - making pipe-bombs and bomb making materials seized - that entire area - the State Park.

As well as Alice Griffith Public Housing and hundreds of innocent people could have lost their lives.
