Our leaders who purport to know - something about crime - and who know little -  make loud noises  - keep barking up the wrong tree.

In reality - the noise makers - are not on the frontlines - and have NO control - over the youth and young adults.

Our youth and young adults - who consider in their mind - that the adults - are in fact - juvenile.

We have stated again and again that San Francisco does not have anything like the former Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice.

A former Federal Judge -

Judge Kevin Ryan - 

was the Director of the Mayor's Office 

of Criminal Justice -

we had regular meetings - and took care of business -

now we have NO transparency and less

accountability - one person handling 

the situation at hand - Maduli Williams.

Then we had the Mayor's Office of Public Safety - a former Federal Judge was in charge - his name Judge Kevin Ryan.

Now we have a man named Maduli Williams who has NO clue what he is doing :

Mayor London Breed -

we ask you what do you know -

about the killer who ambushed and killed

Joseph Taeotui - aka " Jungle "?

And if so - did you know he was released -

and do you know - that he is in jail today -

what are you doing - to bring justice to those of us -

who will not rest - until justice is done in this case?

It is a shame that Mayor London Breed offered $25,000 for the arrest of the killer of Joseph Taeotui - aka Jungle.

Others are offered in access of $200,000 - so what does this say about Mayor London Breed and her sordid office?

Who is this person Maduli Williams - who is suppose to know something about crime and violence prevention - and knows nothing much. We have not seen him on the frontlines?

Has Mayor London Breed been briefed recently - about someone that was let loose - took refuge in Antioch - shot another person - this time the Antioch Police - took the man into custody - and he is in jail.

The SF District 10 Supervisor -

knows who the killers and is nonchalant -

he is not from the community -

his main interest - to fill his campaign coffers -

he is steeped - in " dark money ".

Today - we know many known shooters and killers - roaming the streets of San Francisco.

We - have a Supervisor from SF District 10 - who we must challenge - he should know about these killers - and do something about it.

Stop having rallies on the steps of City Hall - all talk and NO walk. 

However dumb as he is - Shamann Walton - thinks - if he  surrounds himself  - by some so called  OGs - he can do as he pleases.

Shamann Walton is a JOKE. 

To the very right is Joseph Taeotui -

aka   " J U N G L E "

we are a united front for justice -

 we know his killer must be brought to book -

we are NOT going to stand on the sidelines -

allow politics and other sordid decisions -

to make a mockery of the situation at hand.

We did all we could to have patience - and we did all in our power to follow the law.

We know several things went wrong - for starters the SF Police Department - issued a false bulletin on Joseph Taeotui - stating he had expired - when in fact the doctors were working on him - to save his life - at the SF General Hospital.

We had the same SF Police Department take a person of interest in question - and then release the " the person of interest". 

Paradoxically the " person of interest " - shot some one else while taking refuge in Antioch - after staying under the radio - for over 11 months. 

August 24, 2019 will be a year - since the ambush - shooting and killing of our beloved  friend -  Joseph Taeotui.

The person is now in jail - and has been on the many " watch out lists " - including the Department of Justice. 

What does this say about the SF Police Department?

would have been a key asset to us today -

this SF City and County is going to the hogs -

killings and shootings on the increase -

and no one has the balls to speak

THE UNITED STATES PULLING OUT FROM THE NUCLEAR TREATY WITH RUSSIAN - TODAY IS JUST A FORMALITY THAT WE MUST LEARN TO TAKE SERIOUSLY - SIGNED IN 1987 - IN RECENT YEARS THE RUSSIAN - HAVE BROKEN THE TREATY SO MANY TIMES - THAT WARRANTED ATTENTION - PURPOSE IN MIND.

signed by Russia and the United States -
President Reagan and Chairman Gorbachev -
I had the opportunity to meet both these men -
when I worked at the Presidio of San Francisco.

Way back in 1987 - the United States signed the Nuclear Treaty with Russia - and at that time mutually agreed to destroy many intermediate missiles - that both Nations agreed upon - would bring about a better understand and peace.

The two Nations focused on intermediate missiles - that Russia went ahead and kept testing - while we were watching talking the talk - but failing to walk to walk.

The United Sates thought we had it good - but as we have learned again and again - the Russians - have NOT kept their end of the bargain and Nuclear Treaty.

Missing as we ponder what is happening to the world - is our clown in the White House - who has NO clue that - his twitting and the many changes in the White House - has put our Nation in harms way.

Our leaders in the United States - have NOT exercised  their ability to keep us safe.

The citizens of the United States - have been let down - and now are at the mercy - of those that we thought we had kept at bay.

The recent happenings -now interfere with our peace of mind and freedom. More out ability to live without - fear.

Today - the Nuclear threat is real - and our Nation is mandated to get rid of the "clown " in the White House.

For the last decade - again and again the Russians have defied us. On many fronts - more when it comes to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

The Russians are better prepared - have tested all sorts of missiles and more have more powerful mobile missiles that can be moved from place to place - at very short notice.

We have seen the Russians - exercise this ability - and use these missiles - they have even downed civilian aircraft with intent - to show us all - who really has the better capability.

Our assets in Alaska and our ability to help and aid the Scandinavian Nations - are being worked out as we speak.

Recently we conducted some exercises - learned more from the Russians - who are now dealing with Mother Nature - very large areas of fire - that are bringing Environmentalist together - to better understand the ever increasing adverse impacts of - climate change.

More and more we see the Russians have many more fixed missiles sites - positioned in strategy places. They have many more mobile missiles launchers - that can intercept or missiles and more our aircraft.

Of importance to note the Russians  have cutters - ice breakers - creating channels in the Arctic North - connecting to vital and critical ports - where before it took weeks now they can now reach in hours.

Siberia and large areas - melting permafrost - are leaving giant sinkholes in Siberia.

 Climate change is leaving its mark - creating large amount of Carbon Dioxide - further proving to our world - that Climate Change - is here to stay.

It is fact that many town in Siberia are affected by large fires - and the adverse impacts - dense smoke have reached the areas in the North of the United States of America.

Daily adverse impacts - that we are talking about but have no power to curtail - are impacting large areas - millions of acres - in and around Siberia for sure.

In this case we all are impacted - Mother Earth keeps sending us a message - we must unite as human beings to keep us safe - the historic Paris Agreement - was moving in the right direction.

We had to have our " Twitter Clown  "- to ruin everything - to bring attention to himself, his insane motives - as I said a long time ago - he is an " egoistical maniac ".

Here in the United States on the East Coast we have seen Climate change too - which  has adversely impacted large areas with hurricanes.

The large amount of rain - and followed by one of the largest  heat wave - and all this and more - have forced many cities to make changes - and curtail the use of fossil fuels - many say it is too late.

Many cities are now thinking seriously - to mandatory curtail the use of gas - propane gas - and stop "fracking" that has caused minor tremors and even earth quakes.

Here in the United States - right now while North Korea is testing short range missiles. While the clown in the White House says - we must not be worried - all is well.

All will be well once this clown and his entire family - lands in jails for a long, long time. In fact he must be deported to some place - where there is no twitter.

Here -  we have someone here in the White House - tweeting these action - actions that are not concerning to the best known buffoon of all time.

The United States is undergoing serious essential and pertinent changes to our economy, our safety, the middle class has eroded.

Today less than one percent of the filthy rich - control 90% of our economy - large corporations like Amazon do not pay a single dollar in taxes.

Those vying to become the next President - must rearrange their priorities - and speak to the concerns of the people - if they do not do this on a War Footing - we may not elect someone that can the people - so far the debates have been drab - to say the least.

We must pay attention to our Elders - more indigenous Elders - and to those who have wisdom - some revealed and more to come at the appropriate time.

We have yet to see the Tax returns of the clown in the White House.

The clown has turned things up side down - he keeps tweeting his nonsense - displaying his insanity for all the world to see.

Our concern as citizens to travel freely - is now impeded.

The United States is playing second fiddle in cyber space.

The Russians, the Chinese, and others have the capability to interfere with our GRID - shut down our power plants and play havoc with our operations linked to any major infrastructure all over this nation  - creating pandemonium - here and abroad.

The Russians and Chinese have stolen our intellectual property.

Today the Russians and Chinese - hack us freely - while we as a Nation - do not have the ability to upgrade our infrastructure.

Even in cyber space - we lack in our ability to control our satellites - satellites that can be captured by the Chinese  and many of our fiber lines - are in harms way too.

In the interim - much, like we do not teach the true history of our people and the contribution of indigenous people - more Native Americans - we continue to deceive ourselves that the Whites world is the best - when it is the worst.

In less than 300 years - Whites who came to Turtle Island uninvited think and say America is theirs. They have drastically adversely impacted Turtle Island - the land, the water, the air, everything that once was - pristine.

When the idiot in the White House - thinks he can control who comes to the United States - he fails to understand his parents came here to Turtle Island uninvited.

He and his family are a curse to this Nation - and his wife is an immigrant  - once the clown is removed from office - he should be imprisoned where he can write his memoirs. 

The era when Ronald Regan and Gorbachev could sit down and bring peace is over - this clown we have in the White House - is out to set our world on fire.

We fail to realize - even as we watch the Democrats vie to become the next President - not one of them including Biden - have the ability to be good leader.

Both the Chinese and Russians - have leaders Putin and Xi Ping who have installed themselves for a long time.

 Both are ruthless - both have agreed to take the United States on - and here we have someone - who only cares about himself and not the Nation and the citizens that matter.

I served in the military and have followed the issues that are adversely impacting us today.

We have the ability to address the issues - we need sound leadership - unfortunately this idiot we have in the White House - impedes our progress.

It does not help we have aged and timid folks like Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein - who lack leadership - and have failed to begin the "impeachment " progress - which is must to see the tone.

We need the present " clown " in the White House gone - to clear the way - create holistic paths - to bring about - long lasting - progress.

 

OUR YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS - IN SAN FRANCISCO - ARE FACING SERIOUS PROBLEMS - OUR MAYOR LONDON BREED AND SOME OF THE SF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS - PUSSYFOOTING AROUND - NONCHALANT AND CONFUSED - WASTING OUR TIME - TALKING ABOUT MUNDANE - SUBJECTS.

London Breed is best -

when she talks from both sides of her mouth -

she can talk the talk - but there is NO - walk.

Realistically speaking when one hears Mayor London Breed and some the SF Board of Supervisors - we advocates -wonder on which " planet " are we living on.

They talk the talk - but when it comes to walk the walk - all we see is - " cheap comedy ".

Very little meaningful attention is given to our youth by our leaders - the Mayor London Breed and the SF Board of Supervisors.

SF Unified School District -

Superintendent Vincent Mathews -

keeps making promises -

and stops short of delivering - anything.

Our SF Public School are in a mess.

Even less by the Superintendent of the SF Unified School District - Vincent Matthews.

We have NOT has a single meaningful meeting with the YOUTH in the cockpit - making a " needs assessment ".

The paradox is we have the adults who are planing for the youth and young adults future.

The time has come to permit the " youth and young adults " - who have astute aspiration - and know what is best for them - the have little given them - to do well - and that time has come to help them as best we can. Talk is cheap.

It is shocking to see so many youth and young adults incarcerated more from the Black and Polynesian community.

Well some leaders in Sacramento have at last done a needs assessment for Asian youth and young adults - taking into consideration Cambodian, those from Viet Nam, Laos, Hawaii, Samoa, Tonga and more.

A consolidation of the community with smaller population has at last been done - and better, complete picture - can create a viable and sustainable - needs assessment.

We have yet to hear about the funding in place to make good things happen - but the important fact to note - there is an acute awareness - that our Asian and Polynesian youth - have a role to play - in the contribution of making better things happen - here in the United States.

No detail needs assessment has been made linked to Black youth and this one singular factor - is playing havoc in our Public schools - and in our communities - all over California.

California has a population of 340 million - many undocumented -  we need a through " needs assessment " linked to the Latino youth and young adult population.

In Sacramento the Black assemblymen and Senators talk a lot - so do the Latino assembly men and Senators - the Asian assembly men and Senators are leading the away - and all this and more - has not be advertised - and should.

In  our communities, in our institutions. within our churches, in our hospitals, at places where youth and young adults work - even our shopping malls have been adversely impacted - by violence.

Black youth and young adults - targeting stores - grabbing what they can - higher end and pricey clothing and other things of value that they can sell - and running away.

At other times - youth and young adults - going to our shopping malls and selling drugs -  when they meet competition - they use their guns - much as they have been doing it - on the streets of San Francisco - in broad daylight.

Amos Brown is most comfortable -

when he has the mike - 

and can make statements and promises -

none of which he has kept - our communities 

of color - suffering.

We have pastors and other adults - looking at the current problem in a nonchalant manner.

As was the case at the meeting organized by Amos Brown - advertised to help the youth.

Showcasing - adults from Visitation Valley, China Town, Black business leaders, The Black Superintendent Vincent Mathews who lied to the public at large - others who are spokespeople for their organizations - but none of them - fight for the youth all over San Francisco - in the trenches.

Our Faith based organization can talk with all their might - but just like the homeless problems that is endemic to our Society. 

The underlying issues  with our youth and young adults - the killings and shooting - the lack of spirituality in our communities - the failing attendance in our churches of color.

Inherent  the " toxic stress " - many families two and three families living in a one bed room and two bed room unit.

The lack of space, the lack of nutritional food, the lack of discipline - long hours of noise - lack of sleep, Toxic Stress is slowly killing those that are embedded in it -  survival of the fittest - exercised every day.

It is not uncommon for children, youth, young adults - coming from such conditions - Toxic Stress - to leave their families - and strive to live on their own - they call that type of living  " crashing".

Crashing in vacant cars, crashing in homes and buildings that are vacant.

They live in tents, living in filthy conditions - some youth taking a shower once a week.

All  this and more - real suffering and experience - taken to the Public Schools - where these youth and young adult - try to survive. 

Many youth and young adults  - making " truancy " their mode of life.

The Pastors on Sunday preach - but they do not touch the subjects I have mentioned above.

The OGs meet and have BBQs - they eat, play loud music,  food is in plenty, but not once - they organize something for the youth - the children and those that must have their day - but are forgotten.

We must have events for the youth and young adults - with the youth and young adult organizing and sponsored by the adults.

Where  wholesome food  is served and those organizations that purport to love the children, the youth, the young adults - have services offered - to bring about healing, stability, and a sense of being - " loved".

Naomi Kelly our City Administrator -

busy giving commendations to City employees -

she has done Nothing for the youth and 

young adults - slowly dying from Toxic Stress -

she supervise over 23,000 employees.

We cannot depend on the City and County of San Francisco - our Mayor London Breed, our City Administrator Naomi Kelly, our Chief of Police William Scott, our Director of Human Rights Sheryl Evan Davis - other people of color - who do not give a damn - nor care for our youth and young adults.

It is not pretty to go to the hospital and find a loved one shot and dying.

Spend time in hospital - to see the end of a life - specially when the youth and young adult - is under 30 years - under 25 years - under 18 years - and in recent years even as young as 15 years old.

Those purporting to be Pastors, Teachers, Doctors, Nurses, Professional people, heads of City Departments, our City Administrator Naomi Kelly, our Mayor London Breed, our SF Board of Supervisors - are far away from " reality " - they have NO clue what is happening - at ground zero.

Our City and County of San Francisco - has an over $12.7 billion dollar budget.

Not much is set aside to have " spaces " - safe havens for our youth.

 Our Human Rights Commission is busy fight for the Queer causes - and has been for the last 15 years. 

Sheryl Evans Davis - has NO clue - what she can do - except, pander to her minions - that lack spirituality - and are full of ideas and concepts - that are mundane and worthless.

The Unfinished Agenda and Out Migration document - collecting dust on the shelves. Black are now 2% in San Francisco - and slowly that will be none.

Our Police Chief William Scott loves to smile - but there is more - he has NOT seen the tears, the pain, the acute turmoil prevailing in the  many families who face difficult times  - more Black and Polynesian.

Once Public Housing built by the Department of Defense - with large rooms - paid for - a hundred time over - was handed over to Housing and Urban Development.

The City and County of San Francisco - created the SF Housing Authority and from its inception the SF Housing Authority - was steeped in corruption of the highest order.

We have the Mayor's Office of Housing and Economic Development - that is playing with fire.

The John Stewart Company, Mercy Housing, Bridge Developers - have all received grants - to help those that need help most.

In reality if you do not earn an income of over $150,000 for four - you cannot find anything decent to live - in San Francisco.

For all the talk that Mayor London Breed talks about - she is busy talking about Navigation Centers - that demean human existence - of course she comes from the " hood " mentality - that is inherent in her being - pathetic - she should know better.

London Breed makes $366,000 plus a year - to hell with the people - she loves her shopping, taking junkets - and having summit - titled  " Invincible ". 

Dykes and butches - hover around her - and London Breed loves to " pussyfoot " around - she and her minions - despicable.

Our youth and young adult - can be taken for a wild ride - for only so long.

Diabolical Supervisors like the one we have in District 10 - Shamann Walton - is all over the place - addressing mundane issues.

Shamann Walton has failed to help our Elders - he has just to visit the Bayview Library and see things for himself.

Shamann Walton  - has just to visit 3rd Street and Palou - and see those sitting from early morning to late night - whiling away their time.

Once a pit stop was close to the circle - where those whiling away their time sat.

 Now - the pit stop has been moved a little further.

None of the Public Schools in District 10 - are doing well - the worst Willie L. Brown Jr.,  Middle School and Visitacion Valley Elementary school.

Shamann  Walton - once the President of the SF Unified School District - knows about the problems - but has done nothing at all.

Our Polynesian community is being used and not provided the holistic support.

The Polynesian community - more the leaders - must come together - those that comprehend Education, Safety, Housing, Transportation, Health issues, Environmental issues linked to Toxic Stress, spirituality that is fading into oblivion.

We untied when Joseph Taeotui - met his fate and death - at the hand of a coward - who shot him - near his home.

Joseph Taeotui -  better known as " Jungle " is no more - but not his memory and his legacy.

We must build on his legacy - and time is running out.
