THE TOWN HALL MEETING HELD AT TRUE HOPE CHURCH ON ARELIOUS WALKER WAY - NAMED AFTER THE PASTOR - HAD A VERY ANGRY CROWD DEMANDING ANSWERS - THE LATEST SHOOTING AND KILLING - OF AN UNARMED MAN - SHOT BY A ROOKIE SFPD COP.

The sellout pastor Arelious Walker -

has a street named after him -

his church and the entire location on which 

many buildings and homes are built - on land 

that is contaminated, more prone to liquefaction

and flooding - most people who live in the area -

suffer from chronic respiratory diseases, heart diseases,

and many women deliver " still babies " and there is more.

The pastor Arelious Walker is well known as a sellout - he is among one of the heads we call Poverty Pimp Pastors - so who ever chose that location his Church - True Hope Church  by Gilman Park - did not do their home work - well.

Pastor Arelious has links with Lennar Urban a rogue developer - his church has had members participate in nefarious activities - his son in law - told to leave his Church. Pyramid schemes that have no place - in any church.

If the meeting was arranged at the last moment - and the location chosen - for its remoteness - to stop people from attending the meeting - this did not happen. The people that came - at short notice - were angry and had much to say and did.

Those who gathered surely had much to say - and much of it was not pretty - though. They kept it real - which is what the Bayview Hunters Point, California - is know for.

The pastor Arelious Walker as usual - was spewing his diatribe - ordering people around -  the people who gathered to garner the facts - did not appreciate his haughtiness. Time will tell.

To start with the parents of man who was shot and killed - more being unarmed - on December 1, 2017 - his parents were NOT informed about this meeting -  more were not contacted until yesterday - December 7, 2017.

The Elderly father who attended the meeting - spoke softly and stated clearly he does not understand why his son was killed.

More, he is offended that no one from the San Francisco Police Department - informed his family about this meeting.

His elderly wife has cancer - she in bed - and could not attend the meeting.

San Francisco Police Chief -

and seemed deeply disturbed by this incident -

he wants full transparency and accountability -

linked to this incident - Time will Tell.

We just found out from the Main Media - that the SFPD had their body cameras off - then after shooting the single shot - to the head of Keita O'Neil - the rookie officer - turned his camera on - his Supervisor who was with him - did the same. Hypocrite.

It has been customary to hold a Town Hall meeting - to address such incidents - where some one has been murdered or killed.

Over 25 SF Police Department Officers were present - much like any para-military presence - surrounding in and out - True Hope Church - which reveals the real intent of many SF Police Department Officers - and more the prevailing - mentality. Less of " community policing " and more tactics and a mentality - closer to that of being - para-military.

No one is having a dialog about the economic disparity in the community.

Below is a photograph of the Alice Griffith Public Housing - where most youth and young adults - are left to fend for themselves - given NO opportunities - more surrounded by land, air and water - that is contaminated and polluted.

Many of youth treated with disdain - more Black youth - who then after years of abuse - and left alone to do their won thing - resort to crime - and highjacking this van with lottery tickets - was the silliest thing to do.

No one is talking about career jobs - no one is talking about helping the advocates that matter. Millions of dollars are distributed to the sell outs - many of them Back - who actively contribute to G E N T R I F I C A T I O N.

In this incident - the individuals involved highjacked a Lottery Van containing lottery tickets - and other valuables - all were recovered.

Many do not know that tickets are useless - unless the are scan and activated.

It takes four scans - to activate the lottery tickets - the final one - when the vendor sells you the ticket.

 Before that when the vendor receives the lottery ticket - before that when the distributor receives the lottery ticket.

 And even before that when the lottery tickets are printed and ready for distribution. So go figure - the lack of being educated on issues - and more about lottery tickets.

The man who was killed Keita O'Neil was unarmed - and the SF Police Department rookie officer with his supervisor both failed - both of these SF Police Department Officers - should be written up - and undergo deep training - more linked to cultural competency, implicit bias, and plain learning more about de-escalation. Techniques to disarm anyone who is not armed.

You do not shoot anyone in the head - when they are disarmed and one's life is not in harms way.

No one knows if the White Van being chased which was the vehicle Keita O'Neil was in - was stalled or moving in the final moments.

Under the circumstances - more moving vehicles - it is suspect - if the motive and intent - was used with diligence and more astuteness - as things happen in seconds.

What we know is that there were sufficient officers - to surround the White Van and take Keita O'Neil in custody - more because he was not armed.

Judging from the case - and the mentality of the SF Police Department rookie officer and his supervisor - shoot first and kill - and then ask question seem to be the case - as it is - in many other cases - we have seen before.

Again and again some at the Town Hall meeting - were outraged at the incident.

Many - barked  at the SF Police Chief - this must STOP.

A meeting is held to discuss issues - in a decent, calm,  and logical way - and should therefore not be held in a Church - or any Faith based sanctuary - as is now being made customary - by some devious entities.

In all communities more those under-served there will be disturbed people, people who are angry - who have never ever taken an anger management workshop - others who like to be shit disturbers. 

We had them all - at the Town Hall meeting - held at True Hope Church - by Gilman Park - not very far from the former Candlestick Stadium.

Every opportunity is used to divulge less - and leave the citizens wondering - what really took place - by the SF Police Department.

It is was waste of time not showing the entire video - trying to challenge us more - to imagine what happened - and creating - frustration. - and more anger.

The True Hope Church was used as a stage - much like a circus.

Complete with well orchestrated tools - a video that shows some - but left more to be seen and shown - leaving most of us - shaking our heads - and baffled - more astounded.

Chief William Scott must learn quickly not to trust those that put on such " dog and pony shows ".

 The citizens, the constituents, the  people must be told the truth and this did not happen.

Do not treat the citizens of San Francisco more the citizens of Bayview Hunters Point - with disdain.

There was not true outreach -  I informed a couple of hours before - about this meeting. 

I kept my calm - and it was not easy to listen to many - venting and some screaming and shouting - and NOT help the final outcome - to find a solution and to bring about progress in a meaningful way.

Others who do not live in San Francisco - thinking they can come and take control of the " situation ".

We must be leery of such folks - who are using the " deaths of our young Black Men " - and other youth, young adults, and adults - more men and women of color - for ulterior motives.

At some point before the meeting adjourned around 8:15 pm I left - and I hope Chief William Scott - has learned that San Francisco is a challenging place to deal with " shooting and killings ". That our citizens will fight for justice - and more we a law abiding - pay our taxes - and Quality of Life issues are being compromised.

Murders by rogue SF Police Officers - be they a small segment - tarnishing the name of Law Enforcement - who are supposed to protect the citizens - but have failed in recent months. 

Herm Lewis, Demetrius Williams, Pastor Branner, Malik, Sala, Gwen Woods, and a few others - truly comprehend - what is happening to our community - and spoke up.

While this is public meeting - and folks came from far and wide - we must always be mindful - not to allow people from outside - to make the meeting convoluted - talking about this far left of the issue - and mudding the waters.

Diana Oliva - Aroche was present - and so was Paul Herderson - I did not see Paul but I did see Diana Oliva - Aroche - and  these two must learn a lot from this incident and more from the meeting. They work for the Mayor's Office of Violence Prevention and Services and do a poor job.

The above two and wheeling and dealing - each make more than $200, 000 plus benefits - and have little to show - managing directly and indirectly - the Mayor's Office of Violence Prevention and Services. 

What Services and who provides the Services - with standards - more transparency and accountability - we do not know.

I saw a number of the Street Violence Prevention personnel - Rico, James, Guy Hudson, and from the corner of my eye - Arturo Carillo - and there may have been others - all doing what they do well.

 I hope they brief themselves - and provide " meaningful feed back " to the SF Chief of Police  - Chief Williams Scott.

In the last 5 weeks - there have been over 35 killings and shootings - in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco.

I get detail reports about the killings and reports - and I am now on top of this madness - that some think they know how to tackle - but do not have the " capability"  and less comprehension that comes from proven experience - lack the tools to deliver - more " digital tools " - that are completely left from the equation - to address - situations.

Finally - an issue that is very important to discuss - is the role of our " Black Grandmothers " - who keep saving the lives of thousands - if these " Grandmothers " did not fulfill their obligation - with little or NO money.

More of our Black children, youth, and young adults - grown Black men and women too - would die. Just a point to ponder - and address - and more to bring in the " Grandmothers " into this equation that is crying to heaven for justice.

Juliet Ellis had hardly settled down at SF Public Utilities Commission - when she channel over $200,000 to an Oakland based Non-profit - Green for All - where she served on the Board of Directors. 

While, at the same time - working for the SF Public Utilities Commission.

Juliet Ellis - was receiving remuneration from Green For All - and of course the fat check from SF Public Utilities Commission.

This blatant crime went before the Fair Political Action Committee - who charged her - Juliet Ellis paid a fine - and had to return the money to SF Public Utilities Commisison.

Clearly breaking the law - the SF Ethics Commission - heard the case only after Sacramento and the Fair Political Action Committee acted.

Behind the scenes - the Machine in San Francisco - tried to stall charging Juliet Ellis before the SF Ethic Commission. We know she reached out to Dwayne Jones - a crook  - who tried to help her - but could not - he himself is a crook of the first order.

At the hearing of Julies Ellis other scumbags - including Van Jones, Dwayne Jones, other nefarious mostly Blacks - including Fred Blackwell who now head the SF Foundation - all vouching for this woman - Juliet Ellis - who has disgraced our fair City and County of San Francisco.

Outsiders - the likes of Dion J. Brookter - who hails from Fresno - comes into our community -  wheels and deals - he was appointed at the Director of the 1800 Oakdale - Southeast  " Community  " Facility Commission Building - and messed - things up.

Interns supported with money from the Community Benefits - linked to SFPUC - work with Shaman Walton the Direct of Young Community Benefits - giving convoluted presentations  - trying to convince the community that the 1800 Oakdale  - Southeast Community Facility  Commission Building - should be torn down to build home for teachers.

The Interns must educated themselves - they are not advocates - less because they are NOT educated on issues - and are trained like chimps - what to say - and even then they cannot articulate. Those who mange these youth - must be ashamed of themselves - wasting our Community Benefits money.

The Interns have no sound history of the community - and less of the advocates - a mural adorns the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - but these Interns - encouraged by YCD a rogue non-profit that receives over $4 million a year - are daring to pussyfoot with the community at large. 

Adversely impacting the community at large conducting nefarious activities. Another like hub is the Bayview Opera House - that cannot account for millions of dollars - out of the $5.6 million - Barbara Cockel - a chronic neo- nazi - can account for only $2.3 million. 

The SFPUC works closely with Barbara Cockel - and Barbara Cockel must go - much like Juliet Ellis must go - scumbags that stinks worse than the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant.

Juliet Ellis is over the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - on many levels - she got rid of Tommy Moala, Tony Flores - other astute SFPUC workers - and is now planning to anoint outsiders to take over a $ 10 Billion dollar project - the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP). Lennar Urban who has built some " inferior homes " on Parcel A at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - the only parcel - conveyed to the City and County - who quickly transferred it to the now defunct SF Redevelopment Agency - who transferred it to Lennar Urban - a rogue developer.

All the main crooks involved in that transfer have jumped shipped Michael Cohen, Jesse Blout, Tiffany Bohee, Olson Lee, Steve Kawa - anyone knows why ?

Lennar Urban made many promises - it has yet to fulfill its commitment to the Community at Large.

Lennar Urban promised a Big Shopping Mall on the site where Candlestick Stadium stood - the area now named Candlestick Point - much as Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is now - dubiously named - the Shipyard.

Shopping Malls are dead and gone. The new way to shop is in cyber space - with Amazon and others - raking in billions - while Macy's and other such shopping malls - consolidating - before eventually - fading away.

Yeh, Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is now pushed and  called  the " Shipyard " which is a Superfund Site.

 Only the most contaminated sites - are put on the Superfund Site. 

A site that has registered very high levels of radioactive elements - cesium, plutonium - other toxic elements lead, mercury  add to that Asbestos and PCBs - and you have a very " toxic soup " - the worst ever - anywhere in the Nation.

It does not faze the City Administrator, Naomi Kelly the other heads of Departments, the Controller Ben Rosenfield, the Manger of the SF Public Utilities Commission - Harlan Kelly, the City Attorney Dennis Herrera, the District Attorney - George Gascon.

 Those in charge fully know about the over 3000 hot spots - all over San Francisco - have failed  to address the serious issue - more put in place a plan to abate and mitigate the sites.

We are a UNION city but today - UNION Workers are treated with disdain. We have seen some change at CityBuild - the Mayor that was and is backed by the Laborers Union - Local 261 - wants to take charge of the " hired situation " - we tired working with them before - got NO results.

 I have met with Joshua Arce the Director of CityBuilt - we are supposed to meet - in the interim - who is going to handle the murders, the killings, the shootings - all that goes with bring the healing.

Can we really help the youth and young adults - in a War Zone - pretend to give them jobs, like the IPO pretends to give - and takes no responsibility - for the deaths and murder of the two Black youth - there is more to come- time will tell.

Lee has been working for the City and County of San Francisco starting as Director of the Human Rights Commission, then the Department of Public Works, in the Contracting Department,  as the City Administrator - the man has been a disgrace - to this City and all decent San Franciscans.

There are many cases pending against Edwin M. Lee in the  courts - and most of the cases - point to " corruption of the highest order ".

There are some people who are shameless - and Edwin M. Lee is one of them. Shameless to the core - and feels nothing much - as thousands sleep in tents - many of them seniors.

Families with children sleep under the bushes, under the freeways, on our streets - mostly enduring inclement weather - and in filthy, stinking - conditions.  Right now it is very cold - and the Mayor thinks nothing - of the many homeless deaths  - and there is more to come.

Again and again our youth and young adults - are used like chattel - to clean up areas - and paid minimum wage - which after deductions - leaves little for the youth and young adults.

The youth work for various agencies - one of them being the failed model headed by the very corrupt Diana Oliva-Aroche who heads - the Mayor's Office of Violence Prevention Services - Intercept, Predict, and Organize ( IPO)
has put our youth and young adults in harms way - every single day Diana is pussyfooting around - never at her desk.

Often times these youth and young adults - who are paid minimum age and treated with disdain - are told to clean feces - spread over a large area - without any safety gear.

Such jobs must be done by trained - hazardous material experts - or at least by those that have detailed training.
Most important anyone doing such jobs must have the safety gear - and here lies the " crux of the problem ".

It is simply wrong to put our youth and young adults in such circumstances - and fail to support of youth in their healing - most of them having been released from incarceration - of one type or the other.

The Case Manages who handle the youth - are not taking into consideration - the youth have to be handled with care - most Case Managers - have NO sensitivity training, less comprehend " Cultural Competency " and when is comes to " Implicit Bias " - they themselves exhibit bias and disdain - more those that hail from Young Community Developers - that receives over $4 million a year - and has nothing much to show.

These ones incarcerted youth want to contribute to society - and here you have Case Managers who are paid well - who have no consideration what so ever - these Case Managers - with intent - put the youth in harm way.

The youth - are made to work under conditions - that the Department of Labor - who NOT - tolerate.

The Controller Ben Rosenfield must look into this situation, so must the City Administrator who controls the details of these sordid programs - and look into the affairs of Diana Oliva - Aroche - who is ignorant, arrogant, and inept.

Millions of dollars received by the Mayor Office of Violence Prevetion Services are outsourced - to entities - who do not give a damn about the youth - and " Career Jobs ".

The curricula is not vetted - the City and County of San Francisco are using the youth and young adults - to provide services at a minimum - much like " contemporary slavery " - no consideration linked to " just wages" and more " sound health benefits ".

Most of the youth need mental services with rap around services - the youth and young adults are abused - often not provided the tools and equipment they need - worked hard and never, ever thanked for their hard work.

Such a mentality is reflected - when one of the youth is murdered - those in authority - have no clue - what happens - often spread " fake news " - openly telling me " who they think were behind the killings " which is false and has been proved false. 

Such actions coming from the higher ups - tell us more about the organization itself and its management.

Where is the Justice -

who will stand for the youth and young adults -

do those in authority think they can fool us -

decent astute and stellar San Francisco -

all the time - in broad daylight - 

the scumbags making over $275,000 annually -

plus benefits are put on notice -

we are watching you like a HAWK !

Those in authority - including the Edwin M. Lee and of course those that pander to him - have  very poor understanding - of Work Force Development.


Even less of Educational Psychology, the authorities do not  understand that one must have a keen understanding of the " scars of incarceration " - which adversely impact the youth and young adults for life.

All of those scumbags that  pander - who make huge sums of money - off the backs of the incarcerated youth and young adults - have BLOOD on their hands.

This attitude must stop - and there must be a revamping of the Mayor Office of Violence Prevention Services right now.

STOP the drab services it offers - mostly outsourcing to entities that are not even headquartered in San Francisco.

These type of Corporations - are more or less like those Corporations - that have taken control of the Jail System - that has come to haunt our Nation and Society.

One of  those in authority a sordid person - Diana Oliva - Aroche - who has no understanding how to deal with those youth and young adults - who have been incarcerated.

Diana Oliva - Aroche - she is a pander - she likes to shed crocodile tears - to make her point - to benefit herself and does not live in San Francisco - and has failed to represent San Francisco.

What gives Arriba Juntos and Young Community Developers - to think that San Franciscans - who are astute and stellar - well informed - will tolerate the abject disgusting attitude and mentality of these poorly trained Case Managers - who are paid well - but had failed our youth and youth adults.

None of them have been evaluated by the City and County of San Francisco yearly - there is detail Job Description - with standards - that are evaluated yearly - none of them have been involved in any evaluation.

One way these scumbags avoid that - is by outsourcing - so that the " private for-profit entity " - hoodwinks the City and County of San Francisco.

I am requesting Ben Rosenfield the City Controller to look into this " situation " and will be asking for some information - under the Freedom of Information Act - very soon.

Josuha Arce who is now Director of Citybuild - and wants to revamp the " situation " linked to Workforce - has his work cut out - he has to get rid of the " politics " and more abject corruption.

Citybuild has had a history of not addressing the " situation at hand " - with all the empirical data in hand.

Blue Print made are changed on the fly - and mostly corrupt demands and policies coming from the Mayor Office.

The IPO program is a joke - outsourced to cover up - the trail of millions of dollars - wasted - while some incarcerated youth and young adults - men and women - exploited - shame on those that have failed to represent - we have had two deaths - and so far - we have seen NO changes - for the good.

It does not help that the Contracting Monitoring Division does not have a Commission - a Commission that makes policy and gives the Compliance Officers - who visit the many job sites - do the necessary - enforcement - much need support and detail mandatory enforcement of laws that matter.

Right now the City Administrator Naomi Kelly and Edwin M. Lee who is a scumbag - can sit down - and negotiate any contract - complete with permits that can be given to any developer and contractor - on a platter - and this has been happening since 2004.

Nothing much happened during the spiraling of the economy - from 2005 to 2011.

Then our economy picked up - and there was no enforcement in place - the Contracting Monitoring Division was created - those on the Committee want to do something - but as I say without a Commission that makes policies - and without empowering the Compliance Officers - nothing much happens - that will NOT happen - until we resolve the situation and have a Commission linked to the Contract Monitoring Division.

San Franciso has been booming from 2011 to 2016 - slowly but surely - the boom is spiraling down - the developers find it very expensive to build - having to spend over $1350 per square feet.

More - with all the many permits that take years, spending millions on steel, and other materials.

Daily encountering the congestion on our streets and other hurdles that the City and County of San Francisco and more the Department of Building Inspection - who have no control - little understanding - talk the talk but cannot walk the walk. 

We see this with the Millennium Building - sinking over 18 inches - at 580 foot building - and tilting Northwest over 12 inches - and Edwin M. Lee - who had a lot to do with this building - much like the present City Administrator has - none of them are engineers.

In fact at a Critical Time - when the City need a City Engineer to consult - the position was vacant - the head of the Department to Building Inspection - cannot even speak English - he tries to say something - but no one seems to understand. This man works hand in glove - with Edwin M. Lee - and is involved with all sorts of ploys and machinations. 

The so  called - " expeditors " - crooks who can grease the palms of those that count - can facilitate quickly - moving the permits in a expeditious manner.

 Help the big developers - " rogue developers " the likes of Lennar Urban - aka 5 Points Holdings LLP - Forest City - both developers - crooked to the hilt.

Those who invest large sums of money - expecting the developers to bring in the profits - benefits - with outreach money - where more palms are greased - and thus reigns - the corruption that has reached saturation - point - all over the City and County of San Francisco.

Our youth more " youth of color " are left out - and workers come from New Mexico, Colorado, other places - rent entire floors of motels in Brisbane, Burlingame, South San Francisco - and the the best high paying jobs - plumbers, electricians, carpenters, those that are in the " elevators business " - architects, construction managers  - others - while CityBuild, the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce - are pussyfooting around.

The themselves charged and taken to court - for failing to abide by certain laws - lacking transparency and accountability - wasting millions of dollars. We saw this with the exit of Olson Lee and also Steve Kava  - both still are in contact with every aspect - of the City and County of San Francisco - and more with Mayor Edwin M. Lee. 

This is Ohole land - every square inch stolen from the Ohlone - more, the Muwekma Ohlone - the time has come - to take the crooks to court - exercise the RICO ACT .
