to carry out his nefarious - policies - 

lying, cheating - hoodwinking the public at large.

The Mayor Edwin M. Lee as he prepares himself to exit - a lame duck Mayor - a crook of the worst order - those that pander to him - should keep their distance - before they are reined in - and are charged on being in bed with him.

The Mayor, Edwin M. Lee - has failed with his stupid Interrupt, Predict, and Organize ( IPO) Program.

The Mayor - has BLOOD on his hands - with two deaths - none of which he will address in detail.

He thinks people of color - in this case " two young Blacks who were murdered " on his watch - that Black are expandable.

Recently we had three killings and five shootings - and fearing putting the youth and young adults in harms way - those in charge - learned their lesson - and gave the youth and young adults - from the IPO Program - a holiday.

The murders and killings are on the increase - and will increase - all over the Bayview - recently - the SF Police Department was involved in a " SFPD Officer shooting " - making things worst - on the 2nd Anniversary of the Mario Woods murder - that was celebrated December 2, 2017.

who has failed miserably to represent -

District 10 and not makes her above in Oakland.

In the meantime the most House Negroes  and others - the likes of Aurelious Walker, Diana Oliva - Aroche - who is in charge of the IPO Program, the Mayor of course, Malia Cohen who is the District 10 Supervisor - Walton Shaman, others - they know who they are - could not care less - about the murder and killings in District 10.

For the above  - Black lives are expandable to these leeches - who we pay high salaries - and have failed to represent us.

The area designated at the " Town Center " from Oakdale Street to Revere Street - on Third Street - many of the buildings are on the Market - and no one want to invest in them.

Our office was once at 4909 Third Street - after we moved out - the murders and killings in and around 4909 Third Street - has increased and with that assaults and car break ins and more. Why? No one knows.

The Bayview Opera House is just a block away from Palou Street - where the indigent gather every morning - early morning - and stay put - until late at night.

This ritual happens every day - and in the midst of this gather - the famous " PIT STOP " - where folks go to relieve themselves - and most everyone - take these surrounding and happenings - as something they have accepted.

Not once has the Mayor Edwin M. Lee stopped at Mandel Plaza - to visit his suffering constituents - ask them - what are their dire needs. 

Mayor Edwin M. Lee comes to the Bayview Opera House - now managed by Barbara Cockel - who has distriminated again and again - putting down " people of color '.

to cater to those that wheel and deal -

despises the community at large - more Blacks -

she says " why should I rent the Bayview Opera House 

to animals and goons " - when asked by a Black woman -

if they could rent the Bayview Opera House -

the woman a decent woman and her husband a pastor -

Barbara Cockel  has been taken to the Sunshine Task Force -  her case has stood the well known ' smelt test " .

Barbara Cockel's discrimination case - will now go before the SF Ethics Commission -  for some type of adjudication.

The Bayviw Opera House does not respect the community - more those Elders and Community Advocates who have worked so hard -  for over 50 years - Barbara thinks - she can hoodwink - all the people all the time.

The Mayor is now realizing that Lennar Urban is truly a chronic " rogue developer " - few contractors want to have anything much to do with Lennar Urban or for that matter - 5 Point Community Holdings LLP - the same snake different head.

Lennar Urban who has built some " inferior homes " on Parcel A at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - the only parcel - conveyed to the City and County - who quickly transferred it to the now defunct SF Redevelopment Agency - who transferred it to Lennar Urban - a rogue developer.

All the main crooks involved in that transfer have jumped shipped Michael Cohen, Jesse Blout, Tiffany Bohee, Olson Lee, Steve Kawa - anyone knows why ?

Lennar Urban made many promises - it has yet to fulfill its commitment to the Community at Large.

It has failed to pay the Community Benefits since 2013  - and it now thinks - using a front - folks mostly " jail birds " who think they can handle Lennar Urban and deliver the community benefits - in a convoluted way. 

They have bought some property - there has been no movement - leading to progress.

Anyone who has anything to do with Lennar Urban or 5 Point Community Holding LLP - have BLOOD on their hands.

Lennar Urban promised a Big Shopping Mall on the site where Candlestick Stadium stood - the area now named Candlestick Point - much as Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is now - dubiously named - the Shipyard.

Shopping Malls are dead and gone. The new way to shop is in cyber space - with Amazon and others - raking in billions - while Macy's and other such shopping malls - consolidating - before eventually - fading away.

Yeh, Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is now pushed and  called  the " Shipyard " which is a Superfund Site.

 Only the most contaminated sites - are put on the Superfund Site. 

A site that has registered very high levels of radioactive elements - cesium, plutonium - other toxic elements lead, mercury  add to that Asbestos and PCBs - and you have a very " toxic soup " - the worst ever - anywhere in the Nation.

It does not faze the City Administrator, Naomi Kelly the other heads of Departments, the Controller Ben Rosenfield, the Manger of the SF Public Utilities Commission - Harlan Kelly, the City Attorney Dennis Herrera, the District Attorney - George Gascon.

 Those in charge fully know about the over 3000 hot spots - all over San Francisco - have failed  to address the serious issue - more put in place a plan to abate and mitigate the sites.

The very toxic sites - adversely impacting the health of our infants, children, youth, young adults, seniors, those who compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged - who is truly addressing Quality of Life issues?

All these very toxic sites  - well known by the SF Health Department and its Director Barbara Garcia - and the so called heads of Department above.

The Mayor Edwin M. Lee - 

lies, hoodwinks, and thinks he can -

fool all the people - all the time -

he has divided the community all over this City -

he is a JOKE - and must step down - now.

Try to contact them - they are hardly in their office - always taking junkets - the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Pretending to give " presentations " with fake data - we have seen them lie and continue to lie - given them a  pass - but no more.

I have asked Stephanie Cushing and Amy Brownell to revel to me - the 500 more toxic hot spots - using the Freedom Of Information Act - and copied the request to the Mayor and those that matter and should have acted a long time ago.

The hot spots found all over the City and County of San Francisco - adversely impacting thousands - many of them innocent.

I am requesting the Controller - Ben Rosenfield to look into this very serious issue - most of the sites - found, in residential areas - even th Assessor's Office has no clue about this issue at hand.

In the interim this companies like Clarke and others Nibbi, Cahill, the John Stewart Company, Webcor, others too many to name - hire season workers - and when the project is done - they let them go.

We are a UNION city but today - UNION Workers are treated with disdain. We have seen some change at CityBuild - the Mayor that was and is backed by the Laborers Union - Local 261 - wants to take charge of the " hired situation " - we tired working with them before - got NO results.

 I have met with Joshua Arce the Director of CityBuilt - we are supposed to meet - in the interim - who is going to handle the murders, the killings, the shootings - all that goes with bring the healing.

Can we really help the youth and young adults - in a War Zone - pretend to give them jobs, like the IPO pretends to give - and takes no responsibility - for the deaths and murder of the two Black youth - there is more to come- time will tell.

Meanwhile those that pander to the Mayor - the likes of Diana Oliva - Aroche - the Director of the Mayor Department of Violence Prevention Services - is paid a very high salary - for doing a lousy job and must be fired - now.
