TETRA TECH EXPOSED FOR WASTING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS - AT SF HUNTERS POINT NAVAL SHIPYARD - HOODWINKING THE TAX PAYERS OF SAN FRANCISCO AND THIS NATION.

No one can fool all the people all the time.

So when Tetra Tech a crooked company - purports to promise to clean up the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and does not do what it promised - now, exposed by NBC Television station - for all the world to see.

Tetra Tech with intent compromised their work - linked to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard situated in San Francisco - Tetra Tech thought they could get away with murder - but, now the entire world knows - that Tetra Tech has BLOOD on their hands.

For the longest time ever - having the empirical data - and reading between the lines - many of us astute, advocates.

Other layperson sacrificing their time - knew that it would be difficult fighting the United States Navy and people like Keith Forman who works for the U.S. Navy.

Keith Forman - who full understands that he is instrumental - in compromising the work - the clean up of a Superfund Site a SF Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Only the worse of the worst Department of Defense sites - are placed on the Superfund Site. One of them is Hunters Point Naval Shipyard in San Francisco - and close by within a stone's throw - the Bayview Hunters Point constituency.

Recently the NBC Television Station in San Francisco - did us constituents great good and yeomen service - they exposed Tetra Tech - the crooked corporation that milked the United States Navy of millions - and in doing so - milked the tax payers.

Tetra Tech promised to clean up the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - and did not do a good job - the botched the job and stole millions of dollars.

Before that it was International Technology (IT) that milked the United States Navy - over $300 million - and then declared bankruptcy.

The United States Navy has been doing a poor job - wasting tax payers money.

More it has with intent slowly poisoned our community.

It has with intent permitted Tetra Tech to load contaminated dirt - laden with high levels of radio active elements - and this dirt went though our communities - and were taken to landfills - and declared Class II and Class III - when in fact they were Class I.

It is wrong for an entity like the United States Navy that has learned nothing much from past episodes - to work with crooked companies - use tax payers money - and defraud innocent, hard working constituents of this great Nation - that pay their taxes.

Tetra Tech must be investigated - so must those in charge - people like Keith Forman - who can look you in the eyes and lie.

The other Regulatory Agency like the Department of Toxic and Substances Control (DTSC) - the Federal Agency - the Environmental Protect Agency - Region IX that has done nothing much to do right - and everything to do - wrong.

Again and again we have found the State, Federal, and local regulatory agency - looking the other way when it comes to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - a Superfund Site - where Depleted Uranium was tested.

The San Francisco Health Department and other Regulatory Agency have been pandering to Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, other crooked folks -like the former "thug Mayor" - Willie L. Brown Jr.

Also, Gavin Newsom - better known as Mr Dipstick - Sophie Maxwell, Carmen Chu, Linda Richardson, Aurelius Walker, - others despicable - who think nothing much of the many dangerous and high levels of radioactive elements - and other chemicals - used and dumped on the base - that is Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

They above want housing units, open space, and think nothing about how the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - must be cleaned.

In the year 2000 - Proposition P mandated the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard be cleaned to "residential standards" - this has been ignored by the City and County of San Francisco, the SF Health Department and one Barbara Gracia.

The Environmental Protection Agency, Region IX. Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein who know what to do and has to be done - but have not served and less represented the constituency - who votes these scum bags in. Crooked to the core - and evil.

We are watching Lennar Urban who wants to build thousands of units in the middle of Chernobyl - that is San Francisco Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - Time will Tell. Aho.

LENNAR CANNOT LEAVE A LEGACY FOR GOOD - DOING HARM - TAKING SHORT CUTS - BUYING PEOPLE TO DO WRONG - SO THAT THEY CAN PUSH - GREED.

Lennar Urban cannot leave a legacy in San Francisco.

Just as much as they have left NO legacy in Vallejo. Lennar Urban promised Vellejo - 10 thousand units - and before you could blink after they told that lie - they jumped ship - and left Vallejo holding the empty bag.

This is Ohlone land and we who can speak with authority - say that what Lennar Urban is doing is disrespecting everyone one. This is not Florida, Southern California, Sacramento where Lennar has left a sour taste in the mouth of innocent people.

We all remember Vallejo declared bankruptcy - and that is what Lennar Urban is all about - lying, cheating, bluffing, trying to hoodwink to get by.

LENNAR URBAN will pay you under the table - and do the devil's work in broad daylight.

We all remember in 2010 how Lennar Urban was grinning - happy that they could fast track  their plans.

They did this with the corrupt SF Planning, Land Use, the Department of Public Works - Lennar Urban paid no attention to standards, less morals, even less ethics, and Lennar Urban absolutely has no standards.

Lennar Urban is trying to use the Media to brag that they are building some homes on Parcel A - more inferior homes - in the middle of Chernobyl - the land recording high level of Asbestos Friables.

The City and County of San Francisco knows about it - but will not do anything about it.

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District knows about it - but will not do anything about it.

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District fined Lennar Urban $515,000 - for polluting the air with Asbestos Structures - the largest fine imposed on any entity.

The City Attorney knows about Lennar Urban's bad track record - and they too will not do anything about the very high Asbestos readings - taken every second day - all around Parcel A - the only parcel Lennar Urban has jurisdiction.

Our people are dying and we have a legend in Dr Espanola Jackson - often solo - the only person to speak to the truth.

Just like it happened at the last Land Use meeting held on May 12, 2014 at 1 pm where Dr Espanola Jackson boldly stated that Lennar Urban is there to slowly bring about  the death of our people - innocent people living around Parcel A.

When challenged by Malia Cohen that this meeting was just a hearing. Dr Espanola Jackson went to the mike again - and told the Chair Scott Weiner and Malia Cohen - that they many think - that the meeting is just a hearing - but in the end whatever the matter - when the time come to doing the right thing - the SF Board of Supervisors - do the WRONG thing - and that is rubber stamping.


Veronica Hunnicutt who purports to be the Chair of the Citizens Advisory Committee to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - who does NOT live in District 10.

Veronica Hunnicutt again - lying through her teeth.

So was Linda Richardson who has a bad track record - lying through her teeth. These sell outs take money - they have no credibility - and no one in the community that matters - trust them.

The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a toxic dump where depleted uranium was first tested. 

The entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard during World War II - conducted all sorts of experiments.

Ships were brought from the Bikini Islands - all the way to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - to be clean - and the way the United States Navy did it - the sand blasted the hulls of the ships - polluted the Bay that is now called Parcel F.

The sand that was collected - all very polluted was buried all over the place.

Large animals that were part of the experiment at Bikini Island - were buried all over the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

We still have living human beings - decent folks who worked at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - who have testified to these facts,

Parcel A is surrounded by the worst contamination.

The entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a Superfund Site.

Only the worst Department of Defense bases - are put on the Superfund Site - and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - is one of them.

Malia Cohen the present inept Supervisor is a sell out - she talks the talk; she has caused tremendous damage - not being educated on issues.

Malia Cohen has BLOOD on her hands. It does not matter what she does now - she has already caused a lot of damage.

Malia Cohen will rubber stamp any issue - as was stated at the last Land Use meeting held on May 12, 2014 in Room 263. Malia Cohen cannot leave any legacy - much like Lennar Urban - both these entities with their staff - have BLOOD on their hands.

With intent they have harmed our children - and this crime cries to heaven for justice.

This fight against Lennar Urban has already been won - what you see now - are the true colors of Lennar Urban - with intent they are selling so called Housing Units.

Housing units - that are contaminated - on Parcel A - the only parcel that Lennar Urban has jurisdiction - the most contaminated parcel - where no living being - animal, bird and for sure human - should step upon - less spend time.

Just read the Precautionary Principle - it is law in progressive - San Francisco. 

If for any reason - the entities concerned are aware of any adverse impact to any life - the work and project must stop - all manner of testing must be done - to find out the cause of the adverse impacts.

The Asbestos reading are very high - the workers work without masks - it is a cry - crying to heaven to justice.

Mesothelioma is one of the worst diseases and those that are exposed to Asbestos get Mesothelioma breathing Asbestos structures or friables.

Here we have Tiffany Bohee, Malia Cohen, others one worse than the other - putting all life in harms way. Go figure out! .

OUR VOICES MATTER WHEN IT COMES TO SPEAKING TO ABJECT POVERTY AND DEFENDING THE POOR IN SAN FRANCISCO - OUR SF SUPERVISORS LOOKING WITH DISDAIN AT THE INDIGENT AND THOSE THAT NEED HELP MOST.

San Franciscans - have always displayed compassion to those that have chosen to come to our City named after St Francis Assisi. San Franciscans have embrace all - not for the mundane, not for something that means nothing - but for the best.

In recent years - the meanness of New York and the nonchalant attitude towards the poor and those that need help - exhibited by by some San Francisco Board of Supervisors - have adversely impacted San Francisco and more San Franciscans who need help.

The SF Board of Supervisor - promise them the world - but given them stale, bread crumbs. Shame on the SF Board of Supervisors.

Can we advocates and those few who take a stand to help the poor win this struggle - one battle at a time - you bet we can.

We need David Chiu out of the way - and in a way quickly - if that is possible the prevailing cancer - the likes of Malia Cohen, Scott Weiner and Jane Kim who bring toxins to the environment and foster dirty, convoluted - mean politics.

The San Francisco Budget Session is on - and the hard core, mean politicians, keep on bringing the poor and those that do not know that they played - played and traumatized - children, their parents - begging that someone out there listen to their pleas - but no one really, cares.

The recent article in the Examiner shedding light on many Asians who are poor and lumping the Polynesian in this group - says something - but there is more to this sordid, exposure of sorts.

In Chinatown here in San Francisco thousands live in abject poverty - but that has been the case for over 60 years. I know this because I have visited the poor - for a long, long time and defended them and worked for them.

The Chinese Tongs are not there without a purpose - for over a hundred years the Tongs have protected, helped, and consolidated their power.

These new politicians have no clue - about the real Chinatown - and less about the Tongs and other protections put in place - to keep those that wanted to burn Chinatown - when nefarious politicians and other so called City Fathers - had unchecked - power. History has not been to the Chinese from day one - and much of the bias it still brewing - popping its head now and then.

You would think with a Mayor in place - more a Chinese who understands the culture - things would get better - but no.

The Chines who are poor, do not speak English, do not get opportunities - have been suffering in silence for over 60 years and more. Today early in the morning they line up for free handouts - then, they sell what they do not need - to feed their families. They talk to me all the time - because I speak to them in Mandarin - a few words that help me communicate and build - trust.

The Main Media will write an article just to make some headlines. Thousands of young girls and boys - have made Chinatown their home - they have gone to study and today are professionals and proud of their parents and relatives - who helped them - poor as they were - to make them who they are - today.

You can talk to Pius Lee, Calvin Louie, the advocates Pan, others like Bill Lee who was once the City Administrator - and learn more - we need to invest in China Town - we need to help those that need help most.

It may be true that in the Bayview over 14% of the Polynesian are not working - but what is the City doing about the situation at hand. It is also true that there is violence - what is the Mayor and his advisers doing about this in concrete terms? We want to know.

If you are looking for some succor from the person who represent District 3 - you will not get it - you are looking in the wrong place - for the right thing.

Of course you will not get that from David Chiu - who hails from Taiwan and is not welcomed by the Chinese in general.

The Chinese will not tell you that - but I will. Similarly, no one worth the salt in Chinatown respects - Jane Kim - who hails from Korea and has always had a hidden agenda.

London Breed and Malia Cohen cannot represent the Blacks well - so they cannot and will not represent others.

They are there to fill their campaign coffers. Malia Cohen's time has come - and it it time for her to pack her stuff and go take care of her - clap.

Anyone who help build a Wellness Center for our children in one of the most contaminated places - 3450 Cargo Street in the Bayview by Islais Creek must be out of their mind.

Anyone who works against Mother Brown and the good work done by that institution - must be out of their mind. 

We need the 100 bed institution - paid by a State grant - to house those that today sleep under the bridges, the bushes, and where they can lay their head - in the Bayview.

The paradox most of them are Black - Black as is Malia Cohen - who does not have a clue where she comes from.

There is no way - after so long pandering - working against those that need help- someone like Malia can take anyone to a better place.

Malia Cohen should keep moving that ring from finger to finger - until she finally rings herself - blue.

Some of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - can tickle themselves blue - trying to say something - but spewing out diatribe - verbosity.

The likes of John Avalos, Mark Farrell, others pathetic - and the time has come - for real, practical - action.

San Franciscans are fed up - and those advocates that can speak up - must speak up and make a difference.

We must voice our opinion - we must defend those that cannot defend themselves.

Politics and democracy is about representation - and we do not see that at the many deliberations in Room 250 at San Francisco's City Hall - the pathetic San Francisco Board of Supervisors.

The poor we will always have - blessed are the poor - for theirs is the kingdom of heaven - so said the Master - the Teacher - the Messiah -who came to teach us something - but have we learned - anything? Aho.

SHAMELESS SAN FRANCISCO BOARD OF SUPERVISORS - PERMIT CONSTITUENTS TO VENT - SHED TEARS IN THE PUBLIC - EVEN PARADE AND TRAUMATIZE THEIR CHILDREN - WHO SOMETIMES GIVE TESTIMONY - ABOUT THE ABJECT POVERTY - AND DESPICABLE LIVING CONDITIONS.

Every year about this time is "Budget" time - they say our San Francisco Budget is about $8 BILLION. Some say it is more - bottom line it is a big budget that caters to the rich - and fails the poor - those that need help - most.

San Francisco is doing well - we have 50 cranes in the air - building mostly market price units - while on the ground - pandemonium prevails - congestion and more congestion.

It takes 30 to 45 minutes to clear a couple of blocks - with back to back traffic - and breathing nasty particulates - and no one seems to care.

In some places - greedy developers - are targeting commercial corridors - enticing some restaurants and other businesses - to permit them to build high rise buildings - allowing the business to get some space - on the ground floor.

At the many Budget Session - the parents come with their children - painting a picture to the public at large - to get some understanding of their shocking state of affairs.

The abject poverty, the despicable conditions, and shocking the public at large - who are hearing such stories - many for the first time - in the hundreds the indigent offer their testimony - as a last effort to bring about succor, change, and progress.

Trying their best - one more time - forcing themselves to reveal what they would never, have - forcing the SF Board of Supervisors to listen to bring about some little - change.

The SF Board of Supervisors listen - but beyond that there is no action. 

These vermin - who must represent - are interested only about their own careers - filling their campaign coffers - they pretend to listen but as I said it falls on deaf ears.

Every 10 year the City and County of San Francisco - challenges itself to produce a "Housing Element".

The "Housing Element" is mandated by the State of California - to give California a sense - what is really happening when it comes to housing and related issues.

In San Francisco in the past we have projected wrong numbers - and advocates have taken the City and County of San Francisco - to court. In recent years the SF Planning Department - has FAILED to give sound reason - as to why - this City has built only 10% of the affordable units that should have been in place.

Every 10 years the Housing Elements - projects what the present has and promises the constituents of San Francisco - so called affordable housing - again and again the "affordable" housing is deferred. Excuses are found to hoodwink the constituents - but, not for long.

The SF Board of Supervisors are inept and dumb - they can look at you - in the eye - and lie - and feel nothing about the lies they tell. Despicable.

It is the same when it comes to the Mayor - who thinks that building high rise buildings - will bring about progress - we in San Francisco - do not want the pangs of Manhhatanization.

San Francisco for the longest time ever has offered the people a good life. 

Not any more - with developers who do not live here, who are not invested in the people who live in San Francisco - working with evil forces - to try to change of ways of living - and adversely impact - thousands.

The Techies for example will pay - big money for the housing - they do not care about culture - being uncouth by nature, self-centered, arrogant - and failing to care about the general populace.

We have seen people tolerating the nonsense of the "techies" for the longest time ever - but not any more.

Direct action has forced Google and others - to change the course they once thought could be attained.

With so many decent constituents against Google buses who park in the MUNI space - our local bus system - direct action has scared GOOGLE.

Now, GOOGLE has leased ferry boats - and is seeking other means of transport - staying away from the IRE of the decent San Franciscans.

The poor cannot be treated with disdain as in being done in San Francisco.

When people on Government Television testify that they are forced to defecate - in their one room living quarters to get some privacy.

The result from too many people inhabiting in some buildings -  with few toilets - in many cases one or two toilets - shared by all.

Surely such practices are a Safety Hazard.

Our San Francisco Health Department - and our SF General Hospital with a budget of over $ 1 Billion - talk the talk but cannot walk the walk.

I suppose the Mayor - Mayor Edwin Lee would NOT like other cities - other Nations to be cognizant of the fact - about, the real conditions of the poor in San Francisco.

San Francisco that prides itself - being a first class tourist City.

In recent years - more and more of the indigent, the homeless - living on our streets and forcing anyone with a heart - to wonder - what is happening?

Our SF Board of Supervisors the kind that talk the talk and do not walk the walk - love to permit the public at large to vent - have so called hearings - with no action.

Then after they hear the people vent for hours on end the San Francisco Supervisors - do as they please. But, for how long?  Enough is enough.

The poor have to work three, four jobs - all of them temporary - all of the jobs the poor work - do not offer benefits.

The very poor have to pay high rents - many a time 60%, 80% of their monthly income.

If they have children - the children do not get proper meals and clothing - other necessities - and you can imagine the other sufferings and indignities the children suffer.

Children are innocent - and this City that prides itself has FAILED our children. Especially the filthy rich that spend thousands a day - eating gourmet dishes - and wasting food. 

The filthy rich - the crooks that cheat and rob - the City Officials that we pay over $200,000 - most of them do not live in our City - they should be ashamed of themselves.

They have blood on their hands - when the fail to help our children. Make no mistake - when I say - you have BLOOD on your hands. No one can fool - all the people - all the time.

I have seen the conditions myself - worse than some third world countries. Abject poverty and abject filthy, conditions.

All this in San Francisco in the Mission, in the Bayview, in the Western Addition, in the Excelsior, in the Tenderloin - in other place too many to mention.

Soon it will become a norm for the poor and now in recent years - entire families - to sleep under the bridges and bushes - in the streets of San Francisco - to survive and slowly - die. 

Do those that purport to represent have a conscience?

ABJECT POVERTY AMONG MANY SEGMENTS OF THE POPULATION - MOST AFFECTED OUR SENIORS - MANY FORCED TO LIVE IN DESPICABLE CONDITIONS.

Up until 15 years ago many Seniors in all of San Francisco were respected for their contribution to Society and to this Nation. More those that served our Nation in the many wars our Nation chose to enter over the years.

I knew a time if you were a Veteran you could ride MUNI free - if you were a Veteran you were welcome at the many businesses and given a discount- and if you were a Senior - people respected you.

Today, all that has changed - forcing many advocates, organizations that carter to the poor, the challenged population, the Seniors, those who cannot defend themselves - to wonder - what has really happened to our City and County of San Francisco - and more with the "compassion" our great City was well known for - all these many years?

We have Supervisors like Scott Wiener, Malia Cohen, David Chiu who are nonchalant - and only think about their own petty self-interests. We are watching you like a HAWK.

What has really happened are these people - these so called representatives have NO sense of tradition and those that worked so hard to make our City what is has been know for.

Less about the unique culture of San Francisco - and the many neighborhoods that were united but are now divided.

People are now making policies that adversely impact everyone - but more those that are poor, our Seniors and those that cannot defend themselves.

It is shocking to see our Seniors forced to live on the streets of San Francisco and face the inclement weather - endure extreme weather when it is so hot that people pass out.

When it rains and they have no shelter. When it is cold and they catch a cold easily and many catch some chronic respiratory diseases - and die.

The City and County of San Francisco does not like to reveal the statistics - those who have died on our streets.

For all practical purposes those in charge of our morgues - could not care less. 

Those in charge of postmortem processes - say they have a back log. 

You can huff and puff - and they will call "security" on you - and force you to leave the premises.

It is does help to go to our Supervisors - or for that matter any of the officials who can do something.

On their list - such mundane issues - are the least of their worries. They could not give a rat's ass.

If you visit the Shelters - you can witness our Seniors suffer - some of them have not slept on a bed for weeks.

It has become customary to give a Senior or some indigent a chair - when they really need a bed - and tell these folks in need - to try to get some sleep on this chair.

If you are in pain, really need a bed -  no one cares and more no one gives a damn. They will tell you go somewhere else and get some sleep - if you sleep outside on the street - if it is rainy or if it is very cold. No one gives a damn.

Now, let me tell those in charge - in San Francisco this was not the norm - but, this has become the norm. We all better unite and fix this problem.

I do not want to mention the names of the organizations - so called charitable organizations that rake in millions - and treat our indigent, our poor, our seniors, and those that cannot defend them with disdain and shower on them all sorts of indignities. I know what I am talking about - and it is time - that we all work together - and be compassionate.

Our City was named after St Francis Assisi - you will hear our Mayor say that often - but ask him when did he last visit a shelter? 

Ask him when did he inquire of the many poor - if something viable and sustainable can be done to help them? Ask him something about the indigent and see if you get an answer!

God sees it all - and this City and County of San Francisco with a $8 Billion dollar budget - can do better - but prefers to cater to the whims of the Developers who have fleeced this City and County of San Francisco.

Large, selfish corporations that get tax breaks and abuse the hospitality of our City - Twitter, Google, SalesForce, others come to mind.

The poor are told to their face to leave San Francisco - get out of San Francisco - it is called gentrification. 

For the first time the Food Banks have no food - and our Supervisors and those heads of City Departments - care less about those that should be served and more about themselves.

The paradox is that this land is Ohlone Land - and it was stolen - I represent the Muwekma Ohlone - and I can say with some authority - the poor, and those that need help must be helped. And those arrogant who do not respect the wishes of the Ohlone - should not be condemn the poor - and more shower on them - disdain. Wake up San Francisco - all of this land was stolen from the Ohlone - the First People of this land - we call San Francisco.

Again and again decent, hard working advocates work free for our City of San Francisco - we do this because we love our City - only to encounter corrupt politicians at every level to take credit for our work.

Today non-profits are hurting - the rents have gone up - the services to be rendered require money - only the crooked get funding - and those that do the hard work are left to defend for themselves - much like those who are poor and cannot defend themselves.

We are watching the situation at hand like a HAWK. Aho.

HOW SENIOR CITIZENS AND THOSE WHO ARE CHALLENGED ARE LEFT TO DIE SLOWLY - ON THE STREETS OF SAN FRANCISCO - AND IN PLACES THAT ARE NOT HABITABLE.

San Francisco is named after Saint Francisco Assisi - a Saint known to be compassionate. Since its early days - San Francisco and San Franciscans have always opened their doors to all. We who live in San Francisco know this and that is all that matters.

In recent years we have had Supervisors - who have no clue about the traditions of San Francisco - these Supervisors - truly do not know how to represent. Transplants from Korea, Taiwan, New York - they think that they can bluff all the time - but, we the people - genuine, decent San Franciscans - cannot be fooled.

Our Seniors all over San Francisco have been taken for a ride - by most of the Supervisors and those in Room 200. We hear the loud talk clearly - we look for sound action and see none of it. it is simply not forthcoming.

The Mayor is bragging about 30,000 units - but, as you know it is all talk - and very little action - we have advocates and we have others - who know what really is happening - and we are watching the deliberation - like a hawk.

It is NOT fair for our Seniors to die slowly - left to face the inclement weather - on the streets of San Francisco. Where is the compassion that we all speak of - and the Mayor mentions from time to time - when he tries to remind us - that San Francisco is named after Saint Francis of Assisi?

We have corrupt Supervisors - Supervisors who are busy working to look after their own petty interest. We have seen the recent attack by David Chiu who hails from Taiwan attack his fellow Supervisor David Campos - spewing lies and more lies - just to get to Sacramento and do the same.

I am not surprised by the tactics of David Chiu - who has been like a weasel - pretending to say something - but, all the time being sly and depriving the constituents of San Francisco - from Public Speaking - and reducing the time to speak - and when someone challenges - this good for nothing person - he sorts to using Law Enforcement - and he has done this to James Chaffee and others. Time will tell.

Our friends who are in their golden years are told to walk distances - when stops are removed. Seniors are treated like dirt - they reach out for help and there is no one who wants to help them - really. What is happening?

The City and County of San Francisco has of San Francisco has lost its moral compass.

In recent years our Seniors have been targeted and when you approach SF City Hall for answers - more the San Francisco Supervisors - all you hear are abject lies.

These coming election - when we vote - we must vote our conscience and for sure those that have been lying and cheating - pandering - must be booted out.  Aho.

CANDLESTICK POINT IS A LARGE PROJECT WAITING TO EXPLODE - PANDEMONIUM NOW IN THE EARLY STAGES - AND MORE AS THE YEARS GO BY.

Candlestick Point is a very large project - now in its conceptual stage - a very big mess - with Lennar a "rogue developer" - caught, with its hand in the cookie jar.

In the year 2010 without any meaningful dialogue the City and County of San Francisco, the Planning Department, the Land Use other nefarious entities within City Hall and some in Room 200 - carte blanche offered Lennar favors for money.

The process was rushed during the holiday season - and those of us who sacrificed and participated - watched the ploys, machination, and shenanigans - and now those crimes committed are coming home - and Lennar Urban - will be told to stall its work - follow accepted standards - and pay the consequences.

Lennar offered a "conceptual plan" with roads but no one even today knows for sure - how high the buildings will be?

More what type of buildings and what their uses will be?

Lennar Urban a rogue developer - with a very poor record - known for being "crooked" - has in the past got things done - buying people left, right, and center.

Money cannot buy respect - and Lennar Urban may have a "thug Mayor" - Willie L. Brown Jr on its side.

Lennar Urban may give $30 million to some other community thugs - but for sure Lennar Urban - cannot buy those decent advocates - that will fight Lennar Urban to the end.

Lennar Urban will fall - flat on its face.

The entire Candlestick Point area is poor landfill.

For the ignorant this was once a "garbage dump" that still spews 'methane gas" - one has just to read the characterization of the soil - to learn more - and understand the folly of the day.

It is land prone to liquefaction and severe flooding.

Yet, our City and County of San Francisco and those that have to do due diligence - are playing with fire - pandering to Lennar Urban that has a record of lying, cheating, deceiving - much as it has done with our neighbor - Vellejo and forced Vallejo to declare - bankruptcy.

We have Supervisors Malia Cohen better know as an "air head" - who grins and laughs at anything.

Malia Cohen is not educated on issues - the Mother Brown case, the Wellness Center, others trivial issues that she has chosen to reveal how shallow she is and more nonchalant.

Malia Cohen must get out of the way. Malia Cohen has blood on her hands and is not respected by those who want the best - representation in all of San Francisco.

Scott Wiener from District 8 - who will drag any issue - beat the horse dead, revive it - beat it dead several times, more - just to make a point - that most people get it the first time around.

If the City Engineer who understands all aspects of  "engineering" and infrastructure - has tried to explain the issue at hand several times - and if Scott Wiener cannot get it - something is fundamentally wrong with this person.

If the City Fire Department and the Fire Chief - agree to some standards - more International Standards - authorized by the City and County of San Francisco - linked to "fired standards" - norms how wide our new streets will be more that are followed by the San Francisco Fire Department - we the constituents will abide by them.

We San Franciscans will listen more to the San Francisco Fired Department - and less to an idiot from New York who represents the Castro - and has done a very poor job. Much as he did when he worked for the City and County of San Francisco - and tried to his level best to represent - but as I said is an abject - failure.

Both Malia Cohen and Scott Wiener and there are other Supervisors do not represent our constituents from San Francisco.

More constituents that are decent - again and again they have been told that - but the dumb ass idiots - do not seem to get it.

The hearing held on May 12 at the Land Use in Room 263 at SF City Hall - was mostly held -  just to give these idiots like Malia Cohen and Scott Wiener some forum to blow their horns.

Truly speaking these idiots have stifled the "Democratic Process" - denying the Public access - making them wait for 4 and five hours - just so that the Public may make some statements.

While all the while the so called Supervisors - run their mouth - do as that please - follow no agenda that makes sense - and use the "hearing" - to abuse the rights of the people and more the "democratic process".

We had a very large fire at Mission Bay. All of Mission Bay is prone to liquefaction and flooding. The infrastructure at Mission Bay is poor. We had problems fighting that fire with water from our hydrants that failed.

Our City and County of San Francisco should have learned from that lesson. It has not. Wait until we have a large fire at Hunters Point.

The Mission Bay fire - allowed the San Francisco Fire Department - to adapt a little - make some little effort - make shift arrangement quickly - because the roads were wide.

Mother nature helped our Fire Fire Fighters - when at a critical juncture - for 45 minutes the wind stalled. 

Had the wind picked up 4 or 5 brand new huge buildings would have been incinerated - many of them belonging to University of California - San Francisco.

We really do not need to convince some dumb ass idiots - who just happen to be Supervisors - at the hearing at the Land Use that took place on May 12, 2014 in Room 263 - these Supervisors - more Scott Wiener and Malia Cohen displayed their utter - ignorance and more ineptness - by not understanding the basic facts.

This is San Francisco - and if you want to make changes that are acceptable in New York, Boston, or places like that - move out of the way - go there and do as you please.

We have been having patience with you Scott Wiener a transplant from New York - and the sooner you get out of the way - the better.

No one worth the salt - listens to you, Scott Wiener.

Not after your failed polices and pandering to those elements - within San Francisco - who do not have the best interests of the our great City - named after St Francisco Assisi.

There is something wrong with the way Scott Wiener thinks - in the Army we know how to deal with such idiots.

One simple test will reveal how smart he is - when the test is given.

For sure folks like Scott Wiener would not be given any high position - and for sure NO high clearance - to handle the best interests of our Nation. Here at the local level - any moron can run for office and we some of them at City Hall - running their mouths - and making a fool of themselves - at the deliberation held in Room 250 at San Francisco's august City Hall.

Malia Cohen is a pawn - all she wants is the money - and we saw this when she adhered to the FBI agent, and when she raises money for her campaign coffers.

Malia Cohen never lived in District 10 - for an extended period of time - after being elected as Supervisor of District 10 - before she ran for office for District 10 for a year or so she lived in some condominium at Candlestick point - that went under. She could not make her payment - on a condominium that was worth about $600,000.

She chose to buy a condominium at Candlestick Point - which went under - and just when she won the elections in District 10 - for months lived in District 9 with her parents - in District 9 on Silliman Street in the Portola District.

She now lives at Potrero Hill - and does not represent well the other parts of District 10 - just because she cannot understand that poor and those that need help most. Malia Cohen cannot comprehend her constituents - she does well - when it comes to pandering.

We all know this - how fake she is - a liar and a panderer.
She can be best described as a - "fake Republican". She loves the money that pours in from the developers.

Malia Cohen now and then wear her ring on her thumb, then on some other finger - "you are a "flake" - and the sooner you get out of the way the better.

Dr Espanola Jackson said it all yesterday after waiting for 4 long hours - at Public Comment - before the Land Use that was held on May 12, 2014 in Room 263 at SF City Hall.

" Malia Cohen - rubber stamps issues and projects " - she has NO interest whats so ever to represent the people of District 10.

The adjudication process will take place - very soon - for all the world to see. Malia Cohen to say the least is Pathetic.

All her actions are shallow - she does not know really who lives in her District - and recently honored some one who lives on Treasurer Island which just happens to be in District 6.

It is just such stupid actions - that Malia Cohen brings upon herself - lack of understanding - not being able to educate herself - and for sure NOT being educated on important issues at all.

Lennar Urban will never have success on Hunters Point better known as Hunters Point Naval Shipyard which is still controlled and comes under the jurisdiction of the United States Navy - a Superfund Site - where depleted Uranium was first tested. 

All the land that comes under the United States Navy including Parcel F - which is the Bay is contaminated - some 700 acres plus.

Malia Cohen would not know that. Much as she is not aware of things in and around her clap. Dumb ass idiot who grins like a jack ass and talks from both sides of her mouth.

Right now we have a serious issue - as one exits 101 South and enters Candlestick Point and Executive Park - a private road is in poor shape - it is causing havoc on cars - and the folks at Baylands Soil Processing on the border of Brisbane and San Francisco - could not give a hoot.

The wear and tear of this road and other roads within the jurisdiction that now have been demarcated as Candlestick Point - are in very poor shape. What does Malia Cohen know about this fact? Nada.

The road in front of Candlestick Stadium is poor shape.

The road at the side by Carol Avenue is in bad shape. Daily raw sewage runs on this filthy road. A health hazard that the world knows about - but not Malia Cohen.

The road in and around the neighboring roads by Alice Griffith are full of pot holes. What does Malia Cohen know - nothing. She does not less care about health issues and less about safety issues?

Lennar Urban will use Land Banking - and does not have the best interests of San Francisco and San Franciscans.

It is good that I stayed away from yesterday's Land Use meeting - Malia Cohen would be in tears had I been at the meeting.

Scott Wiener the Chair of the Land Use is a fool - who continues to waste the time of the constituents.

Making the public at large sit for 4 hours and then gives them 2 lousy minutes to speak at Public Comment.

This is not New York - nor is it a jurisdiction that favors - people that lack etiquette - where some strange looking people - were given an opportunity to speak for an extended period of time - at yesterday's Land Use hearing on the width of the streets and related issues.

Good decent people - the likes of Dr Espanola Jackson and others who have the best interest of San Francisco - made to wait for 4 hours.

Thank God for Dr Espanola Jackson - you all who think you are legislators - but have very poor legislating skills, very poor communication skills, are corrupt - making deals behind close doors - change your ways - or you will fall - flat on your face.

As Dr Espanola Jackson stated cleared - all you do is rubber stamp. You will be judged and you have blood on your hands - Malia Cohen and Scott Wiener.

Lennar Urban promised Vellejo 10,000 housing units and defaulted - way back in 2004. Lennar Urban has NOT adhered to the Disposition and Development Agreement - on Parcel A and now on Candlestick Point - rushing through the process in 2008 and 2010. Making several amendments - and trying to hoodwink the constituents.

Tiffany Bohnee has learned nothing much - you are part of this plot to sell out the community - and you are not respected and should be ashamed our yourself.

Tiffany you look the other way - while our children were poisoned by Lennar Urban and fined over $515,000 by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District. Spewing toxic Abestos friables in the air.

Veronica Hunnicutt does not live in District 10. Veronica Hunnicutt was removed as the Dean of the City College operations at the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building situated at 1800 Oakdale.

Her testimony was fake and Veronica Hunnicutt represents NO ONE decent - from District 10 - she does not live in District 10.

Lennar Urban will fall flat on its face.

The issues dealing with infrastructure, broad roads that come under the purview of our Fire Chief Hayes White - who is my very good friend - that involves Chief Gregory Suhr who is also my confidant - they were informed by me - some time ago. So was the Mayor, Edwin Lee and the Controller and others. 

Do not think for a second - we are not watching - the land at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard which is contaminated. It is a Superfund Site.

Like the Asbestos Readings we get - three time a week - revealing the on going contamination - with high Asbestos readings.

Every single day - the workers are exposed to Asbestos Fribales - and no one cares.

No one in their right mind will live on Parcel A at Hunter Point. Those who live there will die a slow death. We already have hundreds of cases linked to cancer, tumors, severe Chronic respiratory diseases and more.

No one in their right mind - can expect anything decent from Lennar Urban. Less from the crooks that surround and take orders from Lennar Urban.

Those that give testimony and favor Lennar Urban - are paid by Lennar Urban - a rogue developer - that is not trusted and will fall flat on its face. Aho.
