NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW - NO ONE WHO IS HUMAN SHOULD TREAT ANOTHER HUMAN WITH DISDAIN - MORE AND MORE THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT - IS PANDERING TO THOSE THAT HAVE DISDAIN - AND SPREAD ABJECT HATE.

 

This land - Turtle Island - belongs to the indigenous, while today some Whites think their shit doesn't stink - we all know who really follow the law, who cheat and lie, and who treat human beings with disdain.

There is only so much that the citizns of the Unied States of America.

We know the bullies - and we the citizens - we the indigenous tribes are the only ones - who can say - who lives here on Turtle Island.

The bullies can talk the talk but soon they will fall flat on their face.

Donald Trump and his minions, the likes of Stephen Miller and Russel Vought - Pete Hegseth, who has failed us when it comes to International Law - we just cannot attack any country, any boat in international waters, bomb, kill, and murder, and think nothing of such actions.

We Americans are about to celebrate our 250th anniversary - the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

Our Founding Fathers created the Constitution - an experiment- with a concept so unique that worldwide many marveled at our Founding Fathers - the Executive Branch, the Legislative Branch, and the Judicial Branch - each separate but equal.

In 1526, slavery was established on Turtle Island - now known as the United States.

The Spanish brought enslaved Africans to South Carolina in 1526.

An English ship brought 20 enclaved to the British colony of Jamestown, Virginia, trading the slaves for food.

Initially, these slaves were treated as indentured servants and could work and earn their freedom.

We look the other way about slavery; however, slavery leaves a deep scar on any human being who has a conscience. 

One human being treating another human being with utter disdain.

Today, many Whites pretend that they are superior, when in fact pretending to be privileged and practicing color bar is sordid and disgusting.

Our Unions, which represented workers and fought for their rights, are eroding.

More and more workers are fired without cause, and most get traumatized, and more and more we learn that many commit suicide.

The State of California has no data on how many workers have committed suicide. 

State laws have chosen not to keep such data, and this shows how nonchalant the politicians and government have been toward a cesspool of their own creation.

It is the same when one tries to find out how many homeless folks have fallen prey to living on the streets of San Francisco, face the inclement weather, and many die. If one inquires about how many homeless people have died, the authorities tell you they do not keep such data.

We brag as San Francisco goes, so does the rest of the United States.

Favoring injustice is just a cliché that gives politicians and those in authority the license to break the law and talk from both sides of their mouths.

San Francisco has gone to the hogs. The corruption in San Francisco is far worse than what happens in any other state - the San Francisco Mayor is a Joke.

Our current  San Francisco budget is flawed  - leading the way - the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC).

The SFPUC bluffed its way when it decided to deal with the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP, with a budget of $6 billion starting in the fall of 2010.

Today, in 2026, it has surpassed $15 Billion, and the audits, when reviewed, defy any Certified Public Accountant (CPA). 

It is time we called in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and charged the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).

The SFPUC - the Water Department is the most corrupt.

We, the people of San Francisco, want to know why the many reservoirs that hold clean drinking water are contaminated.

Yet, the water flows to our homes - the SFPUC gives a hoot when they know they have used deferred maintenance - and our reservoirs are a liability.

Be it at the San Francisco Sunset Reservoir in the Avenues, the San Francisco - University Mound reservoir in the Portola District, the reservoir on Portero Hill - located at the San Francisco - 22nd/Carolina reservoir.

The San Francisco - Occupational Safety and Health Administration is the federal agency under the U.S. Department of Labor that has been notified.

SFPUC has ganged up on their employees - and traumatized them - just because they brought to the attention of the managers that they need training.

Please click on the link above - the mandated training was not given to SFPUC workers - the workers were put in harm's way.

I had to create a team with experts and review the case where the SFPUC were fired - the many fake forms given to the fired employees to be filled out, having nothing to do with their work duties, and harassment of the worst order.

I appeared 12 times before the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - all recorded on SFGOV.TV and represented the SFPUC, who were retaliated against - where is the justice - who is monitoring these - SFPUC thugs - working at the SFPUC - Water Department - wasting millions of our taxpayers' money.

The City's's and County of San Francisco know that many employees who are not White are treated with disdain.

The SF Controller and the newly appointed SF Inspector General were informed and were given a presentation - complete with empirical data - we know we have the facts and speak Truth to power.
