The folly of the fools - playing with fire - while
the indigent and those in need - suffer immensely.
San Francisco, once known as a "first-class" city - has been reduced to that of a cesspool - a cesspool that the SF Board of Supervisors has created.
San Francisco has lost its sense of responsibility to the citizens - it does not matter to them - the so-called representatives that they must serve and protect those San Franciscans who need help and more focus on well-being.
All over San Francisco, the streets are filthy. Fentanyl and other drug have crippled our unique neighborhoods. The SF BOS cannot maintain decorum - while public comment is given - they have a side-bar conversation with the City Attorney, others - making a fool of themselves.
San Francisco has a $14 billion budget - with no responsibility whatsoever - imagine dipping into the General Fund - created as a rainy day fund - for urgent and pressing emergencies - today - dipped into again and again - for mundane purposes.
The Chair of Budget and Finance is a novice - talking from both sides of her mouth. She always comes across as chastising - thinking that she can control or shed light on a subject when the opposite is true.
These SF BOS think they can fool all the people all the time.
Let me make it very clear to you all - you have failed the citizens of San Francisco - miserably.
Today we have decent San Franciscans living in tents - some families, too - and the SF BOS think nothing much of this fact.
This utter disdain for quality-of-life issues must STOP - now.
As I stated yesterday - the SF BOS chambers, Room 250 - at the Finance and Budget Committee, that took several hours - as if we have time to waste - beating the horse and reviving it - several times - you folks in the Chamber cannot make a sound needs assessment.
None of you are leaders - good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.
What is important to note is that you guys have NO empathy.
The hot air some of you spew is toxic - and after hours of foolishness - you try to deal with issues that you cannot adjudicate at the committee level - send the problems to the Full Board of Supervisors to make decisions. This is pathetic.
In the meantime, you will fund Urban Alchemy - millions of dollars - taxpayers' money with less transparency and accountability.
The many Ambassadors paid minimum wage without good benefits - here, there, and everywhere - doing little to improve- the quality of life issues in San Francisco - because they need more input and are not at the table.
Many of these folks are from Los Angeles, Compton - other places - and local San Franciscans - they have no input - there is a hidden agenda - they make hay while the sun shines.
Many are shot at - others stressed out - many ganged upon - and those in charge - send them out in inclement weather - thinking they can be used like robots.
Millions are being doled out to create all sorts of Ambassadors that work hand in hand with the many hotel managers and other service businesses - providing limited security - even though being unarmed.
Even as the pandemic is raging on, new variants take a toll on our children and elders - and not once has the SF BOS held an at-large " community hearing " - on this subject.
Today more than ever, we have several variants - found in the testing of the samples collected in our SF City sewer system.
They need to be a website where mention has been made of this fact - and the many other adverse concrete situations - folks not wearing their masks - and failing to do due diligence.
We must have standards, and we must take our responsibility seriously.
Most of the SF BOS need to be educated on issues - lack sound experience - fail to listen to the public at public comment, and all this and more will lead to their downfall - they will fall flat on their face.
Dereliction of duty is a serious crime - we have a Charter well written and well thought out - again and again.
We witness some SF Board of Supervisors (BOS) fail in their duty - and we, the citizens who pay their salaries, must not give them a pass.
Where is the Justice?
Here in San Francisco, our Elders are told to take shelter in some Recreation Vehicles - close to piles of sand - the sand is everywhere in their beds, food, and eyes, and no one cares. San Francisco- Pier 94.
We know Fentanyl and other drugs are all over the place. The cartels come every day to commit atrocities - and there is no law and order.
The TRANS community had their living facility torched - and we must have a hearing.
We cannot allow such atrocities to go unscathed - we must do something about it. Dereliction of Duty.
This is Muwekma Ohlone land - some 150 years ago - most things were pristine in San Francisco.
Even the SF Department of Environment needs to be funded to do its job.
We love to talk about climate change - while contributing daily to the carbon footprint.
As a note - to those that need to be educated on issues, nitrous oxide does more harm than carbon dioxide.
Nitrous oxide is - seventy times more harmful and contributes more to climate change all over this Earth.
We do not pay attention to concrete or aggregate. A ton of methane gas equals twenty-two tons of carbon dioxide - all along our SF shoreline, methane gas spews into the air - Hunters Point Parcel E - has many wells - that pour thousands of tons of methane gas - yet - homes are planned to be built at Hunters Point.
We have 71,000 homes that are vacant in San Francisco.
We have 45 million square feet of commercial space vacant in and around the SF Financial District - who cares about these figures - when most need help to do a simple needs assessment.
Few understand the SF assessor's office, the SF City Treasurer's office, and the SF Controller's Office - many have yet to read our SF City Charter - it is a given few have read our Nation's - Constitution.
An educated Democracy matters - it makes it worse with those who say they represent are uneducated on issues - and, chronologically speaking, have no clue about the history of San Francisco.
The United Nation's Plaza is kept filthy - drugs sold in the open - with no law enforcement.
Addicts having a free for all.
Many addicts have not had a shower for months - many roaming our streets - like zombies.
The Tenderloin Center was opened illegally. Attracting addicts from all over - those behind this scheme are playing with fire - encouraging the sale and use of drugs - leading to Fentanyl.
Today we keep funding Urban Alchemy.
The last time around, they still needed to file their documents to the Attorney General's Office and be in better standing.
Soon Urban Alchemy will be given more millions - you see them all over the place - whiling their time - while the CEO - makes over $220,000.
For all the talk - those San Franciscans who have lived in our City and County for over 25 years - should be facilitated and provided sound housing.
None of our Elders must be living in tents - and left there to die slowly in this inclement weather.
The Muwekma Ohlone
I represent the First People, the Muwekma Ohlone - I will speak truth to power.
I am not afraid of you charlatans that think - they have a license to do as they please - have no impunity - a higher power sees it all. Aho.
