The last four United States Presidents were fast asleep in the cockpit. Giving free rein to Russia and China.

When nine out of ten items are made in China - something is fundamental - wrong. 

When we import most of our medicines from India and China, while we share our formulas with them, something must be fixed.

While our educational system fails our children - our politicians foster corruption of the worst order and do little for our infants, youth, and young adults - we should be aware this will come to bite us in the butt.

When one-third of our population swears they do not believe in our Constitution  - there is a point of no return - and we must nip this movement in the bud.

January 6, 2021, invasion of Capitol Hill is the beginning of hate for hate's sake - where killing anyone that comes in their way - is a norm.

We can study and witness the people of Hong Kong - when they were free under the British - there was no unrest.

After World War II - countries such as China and Russia - were economically poor - the United Nations was created to allow everyone to be free and enjoy their freedom.

The United States helped France, Italy, Germany, the Scandinavian countries - and most countries that were Democratic.

China and Russia refused to give their citizens the freedom that the more progressive countries in the world, like Britain, the United States, France, Germany - in short, the NATO nations - and other nations that practiced democracy.

For the first time - most countries realized education, health, safety, sound transportation, and environmental issues - brought about change for the best.

Hence students from all over the world - came to the United States and learned so much. Many went back - some stayed and contributed to the United States.

For some unknown reason, many Chinese students, after educating themselves - took to spying, and this particular situation -  must be dealt with - seriously.

We are aware that China and Russia - since the end of World War II to now - autocratic countries - treat their citizens with disdain.

The United States made many mistakes - in outsourcing goods - most of which we could have manufactured here in the United States.

The outsourcing is mainly led by Republicans who have amassed great wealth - and have secret accounts - in those places - that deal with " dark money."

Today we are treated with disdain by China, which has never been grateful for all we do for the Chinese - including migration to the United States.

We also allowed Russians to migrate to the United States and suffered consequences - spies stealing our proprietary information.

The Chinese have no conscience - wherever they go - they focus on money and have no standards - it is difficult for them to adapt to the values that the free world practice.

All over Africa - a continent - they have created bad blood - and soon, many African nations - will ask them to leave.

The paradox is that many of the Chinese have children with African women.

This fact causes a problem in China - more anywhere in Africa - since the Chinese will not be able quickly to go anywhere - because now everyone knows they are a problem.

China has crossed the red line - done more harm, and is defiant - smuggling dangerous drugs like Fentanyl and other derivatives of Fentanyl - killing thousands yearly.

Recently, China sent a spy balloon - and when it was shot down - it kept saying and lying that it was a weather balloon.

The United States uses our powerful satellite to gain information - so it is not as if - the United States does not - gather information.

We do - and have to keep a watch both on Russia and China. We must not take our security - lightly.

We now see how some nations side with Russia when the United Nations - and more the General Assembly meets.

Recently when a resolution was introduced requesting Russia to STOP the war - committing crimes against humanity - Belarus, North Korea, Syria, Eritrea, Mali, and Nicaragua voted for Russia.

For the first time, 141 nations voted against Russia - requesting Russia to stop the crimes against humanity and unconditional cessation - reaffirm Ukrainian sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity.

Vladimir Putin has crossed the line and must be stopped - now.

The United Nations has outlived its protocol and nuances that came soon after World War II.

Today the digital world is taking us to another level - and for now, the United States has the talent and skills to compete.

China has chosen to hack and steal - and is a pariah that must be dealt with.

Russia uses hacking as a tool - however, the Ukrainians are more intelligent. In the coming weeks, the Ukrainians will be helped by experts who will bring Russia to its knees.

China compromised the U.S. Office of Personnel Management - over three million Federal workers - many with top-secret clearances - were compromised.

It took us years to build "firewalls" to stop the hackers - however, the Chinese tried to hack the Pentagon and were arrested. 

Today we, the United States, are in the doldrums - Russia per se is not to be blamed - but one egoistical maniac - Vladimir Putin.

THE MAYOR - VARIOUS COMMISSIONS - OUR CITY, OUR HOME, OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE - HAVE FAILED US DECENT, HARD WORKING TAX PAYING CITIZENS OF SAN FRANCISCO - AND THERE IS MORE.

No Veteran who has served our Nation should be sleeping on the streets of San Francisco - more in the recent inclement weather. 

No family with two or three children should be placed in a tent and made to sleep in a parking lot - the tent costs the crooks who operate these camping sites - $80,000 a year.

There are the so-called tiny homes - which cost $75,000 a year to rent, and the State of California - is willing to aid the crooks who manage this site by Gough Street - with $60 million - the City agencies that deal with homelessness - more millions. 

There is this nonchalant mentality at the SF Board of Supervisors - that poor people are expandable.

Millions of dollars are expanded to entities like Urban Alchemy - which need their documents in order.

Not - a whimper from the SF Budget and Finance Committee - mostly lackeys who have NO clue - how to represent - San Franciscans. 

The last budget chair - was Hillary Ronnen, and this year another clown - SF Supervisor Connie Chan.

Those in charge of these homeless projects once worked for the City and County of San Francisco - and now are promoted to head these corrupt organizations - one or two sitting on the Our City, Our Home, Oversight Committee - milking the cow.

I attended the last Our City, Our Home Oversight Committee.  - there was no quorum - the meeting was conducted with long presentations - praising the various entities that supposedly help the indigent. The opposite is the truth.

We, the citizens, need a line item audit done with the Proposition C funds - an audit done by a qualified Certified Public Accountant.

Every San Francisco Commission should study the Housing Element and provide a viable and sustainable solution to the SF Planning Department and the Mayor of San Francisco - who can then pass the information to all San Francisco Department heads.

Homelessness in San Francisco has reached saturation point.

Room 200 at City Hall stinks to high heaven.

The Mayor of San Francisco - should be ashamed of herself - talking from both sides of her mouth - cutting ribbons - in bed with Big Developers and entities like Mercy Housing - which owes the City and County of San Francisco - millions of dollars.

The - SF Police Department keeps intervening - the SFPD should stay in its own lane.

We are supposed to have an SF police force of 2000. We currently have 1200 - and in six months, that will be reduced to 800.

Time and time again, the SF police department intervenes - on behalf of the SF Health Department, the SF Department of Public works, and other entities - hot teams - that make money but are not fully trained to address the issues linked with acute homelessness.

The so-called entities have no clue about the trials and tribulations that our Veterans have gone through. 

Swords to the Plowshares were accommodated at the Presidio of San Francisco. They should have stayed put at the Presidio of San Francisco.

The homeless Veterans were moved to Treasure Island to live on contaminated land in the early 2000 - and many died.

The 1060 Howard Street was built to help Veterans with their paperwork - help them receive the benefits - and when it came to housing - they kicked the can down the street.

At long last, some years ago - at 50 Otis Street, an entire building was dedicated to the Veterans - each having their own room.

Veterans need - wrap-around services - and the SF Health Department, the Veterans Department, and other entities love the band-aid method - failing to be holistic and dropping the ball.

There are entities linked to the City and County of San Francisco - entities that work for the City's Emergency Services, the Department of Public Works - other renegade entities - so-called  Non-Profits who do not have their documentation in place - in other words, are not in good standing.

These entities have no business to order any Veteran, some San Franciscans who has fallen on bad times - to pack their things and move. All this is mainly in the wee hours of the morning.

No one has trained these entities to deal with the poor, the indigent, and those hurting because they have fallen in bad times.

The styling of San Francisco - over 45 million square feet of commercial space vacant. 71,000 homes vacant - we make the homeless sleep in tents, in tiny homes - some rents the tents for $80,000 and the tiny homes for $75,000.

In District 10 - the homeless are placed on a site - nearby sand piles blow all over the place - and into the trailers - that house mostly elderly Blacks - who have fallen on bad times.

Our City, Our Home, Oversight Committee has no clue - that prostitution and drug selling are happening at Pier SF 94 - the trailer site. The property comes under Elaine Forbes - the SF Port Authority.

The Navigation Centers we have that were closed and are now open - favor congregate situations - and we have BA-4 and BA-5  Omicron Virants - still playing havoc and killing people.

The Supervisor from District 10, for all the talk, has yet to walk the walk.

The man's audacity to fly with a group celebrating their birthday in February to Medellin, Columbia.

No sane person goes to Medellin - except those dealing drugs and loving the cartels. The District Supervisor is a piece of work.

At one time - all over the Hill - at SF Hunters Point - we have these banners promised one the world. They were placed there by a man - Dwayne Jones, and those who work with him - each a crook of the worst order.

San Francisco is a corrupt city. 

The SF Board of Supervisors - love to talk - and should limit their speech to 5 minutes. We get 2 minutes for Public Comments.

San Francisco is named after Saint Francis of Assisi -  he loved the homeless. 

Today we have the City Attorney, David Chiu, trying to challenge the Courts - who have mandated the City and. County of San Francisco - to STOP harassing the poor. 

David dares to take the lower court judgment to the Appeals Court - where I hope the Appeal Judges throw his case out - and the City and County of San Francisco - are put on notice.

This is Muwekma Ohlone land - and the Muwekma expect this City and County of San Francisco - to respect the dignity of the poor - and uplift them.

Stop using taxpayers' money to divert our minds - when most of you making $250,000 a year - are mostly parasites - who do no justice to the decent, hardworking, taxpaying - citizens.

The SF Police Department should not interfere with the homeless situation.

We have the Office of Emergency Services and a good-for-nothing Mary Ellen Caroll - who has failed us.

We can work with the Federal Emergency Management Agency to train - the City and County of San Francisco -  personnel how to help those in dire straits - healing with homelessness, those mentally challenged, and our Elders more and more growing and soon will be 40% of our dwindling population - now about 735,000.

Our SF Police Department must be put on notice - do not interfere with the homeless - and do not help SF City Departments - that have no standards.

It has been a year now - and Ukraine has been asking for air cover with our jets, more F-16 - and long-range missiles to keep the Wagner renegade at bay. 

The Wagner renegade uses conscripts - with no training - forcing them to move into the frontlines - where thousands die.

The Russians do not remove the bodies - and the sight is horrific - the Ukrainian soldiers - have never seen such disrespect towards other human beings.

The United Nations knows about this - and more the International Courts in the Hague - know.

Vladimir Putin gave his speech - threatening the Free World that Moscow was suspending participation in New START - a vital nuclear arms control treaty - our last treaty on the nuclear subject - between Russia and the United States.

Vladimir Putin is headstrong - and will never, ever apologize.

The United States has treated him like a " brat " - well, the time has come to give him a warning - and that warning is simple - does he want to see the light of day - because Vladimir has crossed the red line.

Putin's actions - murdering infants, children, youth, young adults, our beloved elders, and those with compromised health - are disturbing.

If Putin wants to create an empire - he has missed the boat, the bus, the train, and the plane.

Ukraine should not compromise any land - not a single inch - Putin stays put - and if he misbehaves, that is on him.

No one has told Putin - that as a Christian, more an Orthodox Christian, he should know better - he cannot be the devil himself - while pretending to be an angel - it does not work like that.

Vladimir Putin, Narendra Modi, and Xi Jinping - can be convinced to sign a treaty to bring about this peacetime is running out. The key person who can initiate this peace is Xi Jinping.

Human beings worldwide are confounded - by the senseless bombing of churches, schools, residential buildings, recreational centers, and hospitals - what does Vladimir Putin - think?

Today the United Nations - the U.N. Security Council or the U.N. General Assembly needs to be more impotent.

I have been saying remove Russia from the United Nations - de facto from the Security Council and the General Assembly.

We do not want World War III - and if we, the United States, can be the peacemaker and move in the right direction. That would be nice.

President Joe Biden has promised Ukraine another $500 million.

The United States has already given Ukraine over $50 billion in aid. Soon the U.S. Abrams tanks and maybe F-16 jet fighters - will provide Ukraine the best sky cover.

President is on his way to Poland, which has already transferred three hundred Leopard Tank to Ukraine - few know about this quick transfer - Jetfighter MIGs and other equipment on the way.

The recently concluded Munich Security Conference - the first held in 1963 - lays the foundation for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) - and critical European nations, the United States, Britain - and other invited countries - to address pressing issues.

This year it was Ukraine - and even though Ukraine has not been accepted into NATO - President Vladimir Zelazny gave his famous David and Goliath speech.    

It is mind blogging how the Ukrainians - soldiers, women, and men have handled themselves - hardened by war and deep within their hearts - the fire burning for the love of Ukraine.

The entire free world is cheering the soldiers - the cheering is needed at all times - but more than the cheer - we must send good vibes to those who are laying their lives - so that we may be free.

The M1A2 Abrams tanks performed well during the Iraq war - only 23 M1A2 were destroyed - as part of the entire operation - 7 by friendly fire - two intentionally destroyed - not to fall into the hands of the enemy. 

We have over one million Ukrainians living in the United States. 

It goes without saying many Ukrainians have served our Nation.

It is also well known that Ukrainians adapt to any situation quickly - and are doing exceptionally well - with outdated equipment, tanks, and guns. Also, helicopters and jet fighters.

I heard the many speakers at the Munich Security Conference make speeches - primarily tongue-in-cheek. This conference has been held since 1963 - as I mentioned - earlier.

Most of us are surprised, if not shocked, that Germany is now ready to equip Ukraine with Leopard tanks and other military equipment.

After World War II and dealing with Adolf Hitler - the United States, France, Britain, and Russia - did all in their power - to curtail arming the Germans.

The Germans themselves do not have the inventory we think they should have - everyone, including the United States - is ramping up their stock - and even as we address this madness of sorts - trying to address the situation - the free world has done well.

Russia has forced Ukraine to use an unprecedented amount of ammunition - experts are astounded, and that tells the entire story.

The United States has sent over $28 billion and promised help in the future. 

As I mentioned, President Joe Biden, who visited Ukraine, has promised another $500 million to Ukraine.

Our U.S. fighter jets - F-16 and other sophisticated equipment - include the latest technology regarding our satellites and sharing real-time movement of troops - will be of immense help at this juncture - as Russia is preparing to pour conscripts poorly armed and very poorly trained - as fodder.

Drones can provide critical functions that reveal more Russian assets and positions and take down incoming missiles. Let us leave it at that. 

The Wagner thugs - will be wiped out - this is not Syria.

Right now, untrained Russian conscripts - wave after wave - are falling down and dying thousands of them.

The trenches in which these thousands of Russian conscripts lie dead - are there rotting, and Putin and his henchmen - think nothing of these atrocities.

Such carnage has not been seen before - and the Ukrainian soldiers - cannot fathom - why this massive suicide is being endorsed by Putin and the sordid Wagner thugs. 

Such are the deeds of those that are evil - Putin is evil.

The Ukrainian war has revealed what the Wagner renegade is all about. 

For the first time - the Wagner renegade will be annihilated  - decimated - thousands are sent like fodder - and all this and more will come to pass.

I have written about this war of attrition - for the first time since World War II - we see a nation, Ukraine - once the third largest nuclear power - disarmed - their nuclear capability - staggered - Ukraine will rise and WIN.

Putin is on his last legs - begging Northern Korea for ammunition and China for help, and China will be taken before the Hague and charged as an accomplice - China has blood on its hands.

I said it before the Main Media picked it up - China is ready and on the go to send Putin and his thugs - ammunition and other aid.

China has Taiwan on its mind - and is afraid that what will happen to Vladimir Putin - will occur to Xi Jinping - yes, the same.

India can act as a broker - selling Russia gas and oil - India cannot sit on the fence and see which side is greener - for long.

India now has a population of over 1.4 billion and will soon be the Nation with the largest population. What favors India is that most of its population is under 28 years.

China, too has a large population of over a billion - a large population over 60 years old - and its economy is tanking.

India does not have a sane leader in Narendra Modi - Narendra will also be charged and brought before the Hague - make no bones about it. That smile you see on his sordid face - will soon be removed.

President Joe Biden can STOP world war III - he knows  Vladimir Putin and Chairman Xi Jinping.

The free world cannot and must not endure the pain and suffering - the atrocities perpetrated on our infants, children, youth, beloved Elders - those with compromised health.

How can one insane person - an autocrat - a maniac -  kill so many infants, children, youth, our beloved Elders, and the many mentally and physically challenged - dying and suffering in Ukraine.

There are insufficient psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers - treatment spaces to deal with Ukraine's mental stress and nervous breakdowns.

We also glimpse Germany, where over a million Ukrainians live as refugees.

The German health system has been inundated - many nurses in Germany speak Russian, and this is a help.

However, in other nations where the Ukrainians have taken succor - there may not be available - translation and precise personal treatment - catered to many Ukrainians who take refuge.

It is the same for the many Russians who refuse to live under Putin - now spread in many countries - trying the make a living in Spain, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Turkey, and many trying to come here to the United States - if they can find sponsors.

Vice-President - Kamala Harris spoke empty words - a diatribe -  about " Crimes against Humanity. "

Kamala Harris - has no clue - that it is next to impossible to capture these " thugs " physically - and bring them to book.

Those targeted and charged co-conspirators - Xi Jinping and the Chinese, Narendra Modi and the Indians, Kim Jong-un, North Koreans, Iranians, the Turks - and many other autocratic nations -  nothing much has changed linked to the International Criminal Court - since World War II. 

The many charges brought against the NAZIS - came to fruition because some individual lawyers - many Jews and astute - put in thousands of hours - to get the NAZIS to book.

History has recorded the hard work of these few Jewish adjudicators - stellar and astute - who brought to book those who thought they could defy the world - fair play and justice. 

I know this because I spent hundreds of man-hours - studying - how the facts were checked - and one factor stood out - the Germans NAZIS kept detailed records - and there it was - one only had to connect the dots.

The International Criminal Court has sent investigators - and so far, thousands of documents have been collected - it has been close to a year -  the invasion took place on February 20, 2022.

The United Nations has failed the world - the Veto Power given to the Five nations - the United States, France, Britain, China, and Russia - is moot today.  

The United Nations must not cater to autocrats such as Russia's Vladimir Putin and China's Xi Jinping. These thugs do not live up to the higher standards of the United Nations - which was formed in San Francisco.

Both Russia and China are rogue nations - Americans have no clue the hacking going on - billions of dollars stolen - and trillions regarding our information on military assets.

The Chinese have acquired illegal information and blueprints linked to our jet fighters, submarines, warships, and American technology and assets in general.

The paradox is that we do business with China and pay them our debt with high interest.

It is atrocious that we allow so many students from China - all subsidized by the Chinese Communist Government - to be educated in our institutions. 

By any measure, we have over 3,500 Chinese spies in the United States - at any one moment.

The Chinese, much like they have done in New Zealand, all over the continent of Africa - and now in earnest in the United States acquire land - many a time close to our military and intelligence hubs.

The Chinese continue to steal and cheat and think they can get away with murder - in broad daylight.

The Chinese have, with intent, flooded our street with Fenteynl and other poisonous drugs. 

Thousands of our young, youth, and adults die - all Americans who could have contributed so much, and we do not pay attention to this utter - nonsense. 

The Chinese stole classified information from our Office of Personnel Management - documents - many of us Federal workers with high clearance.

Other sensitive information - while our firewalls were compromised - and nothing much was done - except promising those Federal workers - compromised - an OPM-sponsored firewall - provided by the U.S. Federal Government.

The Flag of the United States of America

We are fortunate that the United States Armed Forces

swear allegiance to the Constitution 

even as one-third of our population - primarily White

do not swear their loyalty to the Constitution

invaded Capitol Hill with the Confederate Flag

most Americans will do the right thing

that is, two-thirds are still with the Constitution.

Americans have no clue about international affairs

even as most have not read the Constitution 

and even less do not honor the indigenous people of 

this land - better known as Turtle island

do not trust those that speak with a forked tongue

I say that if your hearts are not in the right place

there is no way anyone can take you to a better place.

This Ukraine war has failed open our eyes

we cannot live - as if what is going on in Ukraine

will not impact us for decades to come 

it is already happening all over Europe

and it is just happening here in the United States

the  recession is here - even as jobs are increasing

no one understands this paradox.

The stress and nervous breakdowns all over our Nation

is overwhelming - bordering on pandemonium

lacking psychologists and psychiatrists 

thousands of youth commit suicide - it is another pandemic

while all the time - politicians are playing with fire

Donald Trump set us back decades 

Joe Biden - says something but does nothing at all.

In two years - the dice will be thrown 

for the first time since the Civil War 

there will be an awakening -  of course, utter turmoil 

for which our military must be prepared 

our hospitals ill-equipped - upgraded - 

hopefully, we will not suffer from food insecurity

another pandemic of the worst order - confusion

now is the time for a thorough needs assessment

only the brave and spiritually strong will survive

the crooks will be wiped out - even as they beg for mercy

it is not a sword that will do - the dirty deeds will be exposed

those that lie, cheat, steal, connive, and hoodwink

when the skies open - the truth will be revealed.

Time is running out 

those that harm infants, children,

youth, our beloved Elders - those with compromised

health - more the mentally and physically challenged

will be spared - for there is a kindness of another kind

today it is lacking - but on that day 

it will be revealed in all its glory

that time is near at hand - it is written for all to see

those that have been informed - have to speak

truth to power - none will escape the harm done

you will be accountable - as some of you already know

you can run  - but you cannot hide.
