THE CORRUPTION AT SF CITY HALL - HAS REACHED SATURATION POINT - THE SUNSHINE TASK FORCE IMPOTENT, THE SF ETHICS COMMISSION DYSFUNCTIONAL, THE SF CONTROLLER AND SF CITY ATTORNEY IN BED - PUSSYFOOTING.

 

Mayor London Breed has established herself - as the head of abject corruption  - her latest stun - trying to establish herself and build a bubble around her - catering and pandering - to the SF City Attorney Dennis Herrera - others one worse than the other.  Lucifer.

We have a tendency to brag San Francisco is a First Class City - no more. 

The United Nations and other astute agencies and institutions have reported - San Franciso - has compromised Quality of Life issues. 

San Francisco has been compared to Rwanda - a third-world nation - when it comes to abject disparity - the filthy rich and very poor. 

The San Francisco Sunshine Task Force is impotent. The SF Ethics Commission is dysfunctional. The SF Controller and SF City Attorney are in bed - throwing whistleblower complaints to the wind. 

We have a District Attorney - he is a gadfly on the wall.

San Franciscans are confused - and fail to understand for decades we have had very corrupt heads of City Departments and Mayors - who have with intent - favored corruption - throwing checks and balances out - and embracing corruption of the worst kind.

The former U.S. Attorney for Northern California - opened a can of worms when he decided to target Mayor London Breed, Harlan Kelley, Juliet Ellis, Dwayne  Jones, and a host of other vermin - one by one they will meet their fate -  for decades this up to down abject corruption has eroded checks and balances, accountability, transparency, ethics, morals, standards -  the corrupt can run - but will not be able to hide this time - San Franciscans and hard-working taxpayers have suffered - for a long time. 

The San Francisco Ethics Commission is in shambles - year after year, it has had NO resources. No investigators worth the salt. Its audits have been prolonged - some completed - and others in the pipeline - left to wither on the vine.

As I have been saying, the SF Ethics Commission is dysfunctional.

 We have had the opportunity to have former Judge Quentin Kopp have a seat on the SF Ethics Commission -  others too - the back and forth was too much - no work done - and too much patting each other's behinds. 

The SF Ethics Commission has a website that is not user-friendly. It took Larry Bush to explain to the SF Ethics Commission -  how backward the SF Ethics Commission was. 

The SF Ethics Commission FaceBook page - frozen since 2018 - no First Class City - No World-Class City -  can operate less function - with laws and high standards - and operate in a lackluster manner.

The SF Ethics Commission is sinking  - never mind, it has been given - some resources - it has set precedence -  it has dropped the ball - and it will be difficult for the SF Ethics Commission - to stand tall and represent.

Dennis Herrera slated to fill the post of General Manager at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - making the seat linked to the SF City Attorney - a lackey of the Mayor - London Breed will fill it, and the ongoing corruption will get worse.

SF Controller has failed the Whistelblowers' Program - no one can fool all the people all the time - over $400 million wasted - was brought to the notice of the SF Controller - he chose to kick the can down the street - and will be responsible for a plethora of issues that will come to bite his butt - he had an opportunity and blew it.

Rudolf Dwayne Jones - philanthropist and self-appointed -  GateKeeper of the Bayview Hunters Point over $300 million wasted no accountability and less transparency - Comunity Benefits money linked to the Sewer System Improvement Program (SSIP).

Rudolf Dwayne Jones - still wheeling and dealing at the SF Port Authority - the Contract Monitoring Division, here, there, everywhere - our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our Elder, those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically could have been helped - he chose to play with fire!

The SF Sewer System Improvement Project started with a $6 billion budget ( yes, six billion ) - it has reached $12 billion and headed for over $20 billion.

The Digestors that should have been in place by now - stalled.

The Bio-Solids project - suspended - WEBCOR and its affiliates - demanded over $1 billion  - so-called changed orders - what is happening?

The investigators do not want us to disrupt their playbook - there is nothing to disrupt - bring those who are heads of these entities - including AECOM/PARSON.

Ivy  Fine from SFPUC missing in action - Harlan Kelly, the former General Manager charged by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Juliet Ellis, who resigned - spilled some beans - and was let go - on a leash.

Masood Ordikani, Tracy Zhu, Yolanda Mozone, Eric Sadler, others too many to name - we heard them at the many meetings - lying, bluffing, and even as we spoke Truth to Power - for over 20 years - the SF Public Utilities Commission - turned and looked the other side. 

Millions wasted - even now as we are singing the blues.

We busted the methods of deceit - wheeling and dealings - and provided it on a platter - only for the dumb so-called investigators to wallow in their own ignorance - after years - they now have a playbook - that seems to be moving at a snail's pace.

Early on, we laid the route of the crooks - the so-called investigators - went to the crooks - and made their bed with the crooks - only for U.S. Attorney of Northern California - and the FBI to step in - and charge those that are now sweating - so many - that is has become overwhelming - San Francisco needs the Department of Justice - to step in and audit the SF Ethics Commission, the SF Controllers' Office, the SF City Attorney's office - before documents disappear - no one can fool all the people - all the time. 

The people astounded the SF Controllers' Office - they were fast asleep patting their behinds, bluffing the populace. 

The SF Marina Times - the Western Observer - took some leads from my Blog - having no clue - that all or what I wrote - took years of homework - and empirical data - that was concealed by SF Public Utilities Commission - Juliet Ellis, Ivy Fine - other crooks.

Masood Ordikhani, Tracy Zhu, and many others - all with the blessing of Harlan Kelly - the General Manager - who milked the system of millions of dollars.

So we few revealed the facts - we showed how the millions were wasted - if the SF Ethics Commission has NO clue what has happened and is still guessing what hit them like lightning.

They - have no need to operate - we need the Department of Justice - to reveal the injustices we the people of San Francisco have suffered - for decades - yes, for decades.  

We learned nothing much from the Water System Improvement Project. Millions wasted on Mountain Tunnel, Calaveras, Irvington Tunnel and, more.

Billions now with the Sewer System Improvement Project  - the Digestors moving at a snail's pace, the Bio-Solids project suspended - audit AECOM/PARSON - find out more about WEBCOR - who is Dwayne Jones and why does he have his dirty finger in every pie?

With the SF City Attorney's office's impending changes, there will be NO accountability and less transparency.

Right now, all we have are entities the SF Sunshine Task Force is impotent, the SF Ethics Commission dysfunctional, the SF Controller and SF City Attorney - in bed - kicking the can down the street.
