Now, politicians who have lost their "soul" the likes of Shamann Walton, London Breed, Malia Cohen, Scott Weiner - these scumbags leech on the tax payers - the constituents of San Francisco.

When Shamann Walton says" " he is the last Black man standing" - he is only kidding himself.

The jail bird cannot discern, has lost his soul - and is drowning in " dark money ".

The millions Shamann Walton  takes from rogue developers like Lennar Urban aka 5 Points Holding LLC.

Rogue companies  - who " with intent " bombarded our infants, children, youth, young adults, Elders with Asbestos Structures.

More  those with compromised health - our mentally and physically challenged.

Mayor London Breed for all her talk has acerbated homeless in San Francisco. 

There are over 30,000 homes vacant in San Francisco - the landowners do not want to rent the units - because they say - they do not want to deal with evicting renters - who do more harm than good.

We have a population of 840,000 people - a day time population of over one and half million - more on days with there is a large convention and games - baseball or other large concerts.

There are over 60,000 market rate units all over San Francisco vacant.

The San Francisco Planning Department has been trying its best to get a tally of all homes and units like market rate condominiums in San Francisco - but as yet to figure that out as a science.

The SF Planning Department - does not have the software to gather the precise information and more keep a track of all the homes and units for rent - market rate, other affordable to those that make $60,000 and below. 

Not long ago the Grand Jury gave its report - the SF City and County of San Francisco - encouraging to build small homes - modular housing - much like the size to two or three shipping container boxes - and thinks that such type of living - meets decency and addresses the many issues that decent human beings deserve.

The more human beings live in cramped up places - the more Society treats human beings like chattel - too many people today to not have space to themselves - cramped up quarters - and " toxic stress " - is as common as the air we breathe in San Francisco.

Such ideas - as stated above -  come from those that are sordid and have " lost their soul ".

One of them Mayor London Breed - who has never had an opportunity to learn sound manners, etiquette, shouts and screams - when she can just tone down and speak calmly.

Mayor London Breed does not have single Blue Print - with short time goals and long time goals - linked with congestion, homelessness, safety,  education, transportation.

The  increase in the City and County of San Francisco Carbon Footprint - and there is more -  suffice to say - she love to scream and shout with that " twisted loud mouth " - talks the talk but has failed to walk the walk.

The  SF Mayor Office of Housing is not working.

Nor is the Office of Economic Development.

Nor is the Mayor's Office - Room 200 at City Hall - stinks like Sulphur.

We pay most of the above mentioned scumbags over $175,000 with benefits and get nothing much in return.

As an Environmentalists for over 40 years - I have seen millions of dollars wasted - with NO accountability - by such entities - as the SF Public Utilities Commission formed in 1996 - before that know as the SF Water Department.

Millions wasted while those that need help most - those that cannot defend themselves our infants, children, youth, Elders - those with compromised health -  more -looked upon with disdain.

All this in San Francisco that has LOST its SOUL - San Francisco named after Saint Francis of  Assisi - the saint that had deep compassion - and loved all beings.

The last five Mayors of San Francisco must be ashamed of themselves - the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission that was formed in 1996 - used with intent - to serve the purpose of the wicked, amoral, unethical, having NO standards - in very large measure.

Today - using over $600 million - COMMUNITY BENEFITS  - tax payers money - to foster GREED and having disdain for those that need help most - there is a God.

In the 1960s the Bayview Hunters Point community leaders fought hard - and address the adverse impacts to the community at large.

The near by freeways, the sewer treatment plant, the thousand of hot spots lead, mercury, chrome waste, other contaminants adversely impacted innocent people in the Bayview Hunters Point and beyond.

This intense fight by the community leaders - resulted some mitigation money that was set aside - to mitigate the many adverse impacts - and help eliminate the suffering of the community at large - our infants, our children, our youth, our  young adult, our Elders - those with compromised health.

With the mitigation order in place - victory for the community - many of the leaders then Black - who had their heart in the right place.

The community and the community leaders opted for a facility - to foster education and career jobs -horticulture programs and jobs for the community - scholarships for the youth and young adults.

1800 Oakdale in SF -

education, career jobs, this vision 

has been thrown to the wind - time will tell.

1800 Oakdale was the location and a three story building was built - where one could learn and become Registered Nurse, Culinary classes that brought about trained Chefs and other that could find a good job in our restaurants.

There were tailoring classed, and other classes meant to uplift the community at large. The Senior had a place to go - and many Senior spent time together - and bonded.

In the middle of the 1990s - slowly but surely - one by one the classes ceased to be - the other programs were told there was no funding - the Seniors were told that they could not be accommodated.

In early 2000 City College showed its ugly head - with a Dean named Veronica Hunnicutt. It was not long after she rented space to other entities - without any vetting - keep money for herself and those crooks with whom she made a pact.

By the time the 2009 came around - 1800 Oakdale was a shadow of what it was once - when the building was first built - today - classes are held - but few students attend - and there is more pandemonium then harmony.

None of which has happened at 1800 Oakdale was envisioned by those leaders - many of whom I knew - and some are still alive.

Many of the leaders as one may imagine are no more - but there are some left - as I said - and they do not have the power to voice their concerns.

I attend the meeting at 1800 Oakdale - the Commissioners have no clue about the "mitigation process" brought about my the community leaders in the 1960s - nor the mitigation about about by the Community Leaders in the 1980s.

Recently, the Chair - a White dude left the Southeast Community Facility Commission  - the rest of the Commissioners are there to rubber stamp issues - many say some of them are on some pay roll.

Today we have vermin the likes of Juliet Ellis who works for SF Public Utilities , Dwayne Jones who purports to be the President of RDJ Enterprises LLC.

Dwayne Jones calls himself a business man and philanthropist - both of which he is NOT. He uses Community Benefit money to dole to his minions - and all this and more - is being investigated.

The man is so bold that once - not long ago - there was a sordid " slush fund " where he could ask for $50,000 and get it, others dipped into this fund to have BBQ catered by Laughing Monk a Brewery costing $5000.

Another, asked money to give certificates and it cost $20,000 - it is simply disgusting that Community Benefits Money - tax payers money - is being used - for purposes that have nothing to help the community in general.

It did not deter the crooks from doling $300,000 grants to open restaurant and grant money to Girls 2000, Hunters Point Family, Baycat and others too many to name - folks who did not fight for the community - never  saw them in the trenches.

Crooks the likes Veronica Hunnicutt, Doris Vincent, Eloise Patton, Oscar James, Linda Richardson, Toye Moses, Al Williams get money from the Community Benefits Fund - others too many to name - selling out the community - but not for long.

Dwayne Jones calls himself the Gate Keeper - this crook of the first order - must be interrogated by those OGs who say they are OGs  - who do not have the balls to deal with this Mother F**ker.

Dwayne Jones has single handedly chosen to do as he pleases - using tax payers money - Community Benefits - treating those that most need help with disdain. There is NO accountability and transparency.

Dwayne Jones calls himself a Businessman and a Philanthropist - both of which he is not. 

I have had a lot of patience with him and Juliet Ellis - both of whom nor the sell outs I mentioned - none of them have been fighting in the trench with their heart in the right place.

I have had a lot of patience - I have gathered a lot of empirical data.

I have created many focus groups of decent individuals to inform them - what I have available - in terms of history, chronologically spelling our details.

Making available document and empirical data - facts - and asked them to discern - be fair - check the facts, discern and learn first hand what is going on in our community. 

All of them have come to one singular conclusion the authorities that be in San Francisco the Mayor and her office, the SF Board of Supervisors, the heads of many Departments - are corrupt.

This was also the conclusion of the San Francisco Grand Jury - the state of affairs - when it come to corruption in San Francisco has reached saturation point.

We now have a Director at the 1800 Oakdale who comes under the jurisdiction of Assistant General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission.

This Director has NO clue what has become of our community - even though she was at 1800 Oakdale - when the community was truly active - in years gone by.

Now the community has become divisive  - divided by folks like Dwayne Jones and Juliets Ellis - both outsiders and scum of the Earth.

In recent months a number of stellar investigators have met me and shocked to see the amount of empirical data I have to offer.

The $600 million Community Benefits 5% of the $12 Billion tag that is the Sewer System Improvement Project - is starring the Community in the Face.

The community needs help - the crooks - mostly those who do not have - their heart in the right place - and hoodwinking the community in broad - daylight.

The lack of transparency and accountability - on every level linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - a project that lies stark naked in the middle of the Bayview Hunters Point - has been given large publicity - the SF Labor Council demand for an audit - and Labor Group demanding an answer.

SF Administrative Code Chapter 30 spells Work Force mandates in detail - pre-apprenticeship training - none of which crooked entities like Young Community Developers adhere - the get $5 million a year - and have nothing to show in terms of Career Jobs.

The SSIP started as a $6 billion project - now we learn it has reached a mark of $12 billion.

The Digesters a key project started at $1.3 billion - has now reached at $3 billion.

In fact the latest Project Manager told us at one of the SF Public Utilities Commission meetings - that the project will be delayed by another year - making it a two year delay.

It does not bother the crooks and the General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission - Harlan Kelly who tolerating the on going  - wheeling dealing. Constantly delaying an important project - pertaining the Digesters delayed for another two years.

This nonsense must stop -  the stench emitting from the Phelps Raw Sewage - the site of the project - in the Bayview - increases exponentially - daily - adversely impacting - thousands.

Of course Juliet Ellis who makes in access of $250,000 with benefits - does not care - because she lives else where - and laughs to the bank to cash her paycheck paid by the tax payers - earning a salary that she does not deserve.

We are watching the crooks -

the likes of Juliet Ellis and Dwayne Jones -

you two must fade away -

fade into oblivion before the Rico Act -

sends you away to jail - for a long, long time.

Juliet Ellis was fined by the State of California - Fair Political Practices Commission -  anyone, else would be fired.

Juliet Ellis should be fired  - not so in San Francisco the land of crooks and those that do not have their heart in the right -place - more and more San Francisco is losing its SOUL. 

Even the Grand Jury declared - San Francisco has reached a saturation point - when it comes to rampant and blatant - corruption.

Dwayne Jones purports that he knows about Work Force - well we will see once an audit is done - and hope under the RICO ACT we can send Dwayne Jones to jail - where he belongs.

It is the same with Juliet Ellis - who continue to add titles to her existing title Assistant General Manager of External Affair.

To the title mentioned above - Juliet Ellis a wicked woman has added the title of Chief Strategist - as far as I know she is as " stupid " as can be and very " corrupt ". 

Time will tell - more, when she is charged by the RICO ACT.

Time is running out - the crooks are bay devising ways to spend the Community Benefits - including building a $300 million plus Recreation Facility at 1550 Evans prone to liquefaction and flooding.

We  fought for the Community Benefits not to visit restaurants and cafes -that charge a lot - and the community does not have money for coffee and some pastries that cost $8 and more.

Spending millions of Art works to help some artists - and leave the infants, children, youth, young adult, Elders - those with compromised health - to dies slowly - is not humane - where is the empathy and the compassion.

We want to help our infants who are slowly dying - and with the infants our children, youth, young adult, Elders, those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) was created in 1996 by Willie L. Brown Jr. - before that what it still does for the SFPUC today - was known as the SF Water Department that comes the Department of Public Works.

The SFPUC is an Enterprise Department - which simply means it generates its own income.

Should not and will NOT touch any money from the General Fund - that most other Department dip into - and generously so - which is a sad state of affairs.

Some one always under bids and wins - and then as soon as they get the contract - numerous change orders - the Central Sub-way started with $600 million today has grown to $1.8 billion.

It is the same with the projects the San Francisco Public Utilities (SFPUC) put out to bid - the Sewer System Improvement started with $6 Billion and now has grown to $12 billion - the rampant corruption - the wheeling and dealing is nefarious.

What is important to note the Digesters work an important part of the SSIP has been delayed by two years - that means - millions of dollars - is delayed time - someone making hay while the sun shines.

San Francisco is proud to have a $12 Billion budget - with over 3300 employees - for the City and County of San Francisco.

All of these SF City employees - all enjoy good benefits and of course most of the employees - live outside San Francisco.

In like manner the SF Public Utilities Commission has 2300 employees - and in the many year - I have monitored the SF Public Utilities Commission - the blatant corruption - nepotism - and utter disdain for what is right. 

Most laugh all the way to the bank - while looking and having disdain for the hand that feeds them - these vermin could  not care less for San Franciscans.

Some of us advocates who dare to go to SF City Hall - have to witness the circus of eleven clowns.

The SF Board of Supervisors have just got a 12% increase - on an average they use to make $150,000 with benefits. They use to make $38,000 - and when they earned that amount - they represented well - now - they are a JOKE.

Most of the SF Board of Supervisors - walking and talking in circles - they have screwed things up with intent - most of them NOT educated on issues. Many of them wheeling and dealing - giving the SF Public Utilities Commission a pass -when they spend millions and then come before the SF BOS - to reveal their misdeeds.

Today Quality of Life issues - are not on their radar - and as for empathy and compassion - forget about it.

The Sewer System Improvement Project a $12 Billion project - started with a tag of $6 billion and just like that doubled and NOT a whisper - from any decent quarters. 

It seems no one can discern - and when it comes to common sense - which is a rare sense - most of the SF Board of Supervisors and known for wagging that tongue that has no bone. 

Had their tongue  had a bone - that organ would split - and that would NOT be a tragedy!

5% of the $12 Billion has been set aside for Community Benefits - which amounts to $600 million.

The community living in and around the Phelps Raw Sewage Plant has suffered from adverse impacts - cancer, respiratory diseases - one of a kind - other diseases to many to name.

The large digesters - huge tanks that cure the raw sewage - churning and creating a product - called " secondary effluents " - treated and half treated sewage - more on days when it rains heavily.

Our primitive sewage system - is a dual system. The average age of the sewer pipes is 95 years. Many leaking and leeching into the ground - adversely impacting the Watershed. The total miles of the sewer pipes 1100 miles - only 10 percent have been replaced - there is money to the job - but there is NO will to accomplish the mission on time.

The dual sewer system takes the rain and its run off and then compounded with the excreta - that large quantity of sordid soup makes it way to the digesters - to the Phelps Raw Sewage Plant - situated in the Bayview Hunters Point.

The digesters as previously mention churn the soup it received and creates an end product - the so called sordid and disgust to smell - the stench can be reach as far as one and half miles from the Phelps raw Sewage Treatment Plant - so called " secondary effluents" - that smells of pungent Sulphur and this has been going on for over 60 years. 

The Bayview Hunters Point Community is suffering the consequences - while Juliet Ellis and Dwayne Jones think that this is a JOKE - wasting Community Benefits - giving themselves titles like Philanthropist - using Tax Payers money - that is Dwayne Jones a seasoned CROOK.

Juliet Ellis - she has NOT fought in the trenches -

yet, she has joined forces with the corrupt and crooks -

The Community Benefits increased incrementally - and now amounts to $600 million - divided into two pots that are controlled by two crooks - Dwayne Jones and Juliet Ellis.

I never, ever - saw these vermin Juliet Ellis and Dwayne Jones  contributing anything worth the salt - to the community at large.

Dwayne Jones was once the Director of Young Community - robbing Paul to pay Peter - during those days - in the year 2002 - when there was a program - called Chocolate City.

Dwayne Jones is a piece of work - debarred from biding on Contract - while he was a Commissioner - seated at the now disbanded SF Housing Authority Commission - when Amos Brown was the Chairperson.

The above infringement - does not permit Dwayne Jones to be  on some Committees and bodies - where he is debarred - having failed to be a decent citizen and broken laws.

Yet this scumbag is linked to the Contract Monitoring Division - does comes under the City Administrator Naomi Kelly - who know about Dwayne Jones but still offers him positions - for which he NOT fit - he is debarred.

As I said Dwayne Jones should be debarred from any position - more because of the felony and being black listed.

A known crook - who has NO conscience -  now at last - he will be taken to task.
