IN THE BAYVIEW HUNTERS POINT - WE ARE FULLY AWARE OF HUNDREDS ON PAYROLL - STIPENDS AND DOLE PAID - FROM COMMUNITY BENEFITS - A JACKPOT OF OVER $500 MILLION - $250 MILLION LINKED TO WORKFORCE - AND ANOTHER $250 MILLION LINKED TO OUTREACH.

Since 2013 a small group of very corrupt individuals have ruined the lives of thousands in the Bayview Hunters Point area.

Community Benefits linked to the Sewer System have been used as a ploy - to hoodwink the community.

Very corrupt individuals - have no morals, less ethics, absolutely no standards - and hoodwinking the community - in broad daylight.

On the Third Street Corridor - over 10 business have been offered $300,000 grant money - to open businesses. 

Truly speaking do we need 7 Cafes - all selling coffee and pastries - one even has a permit to sell wine and beer - and I wonder who are the clients of these businesses.

If you buy a cup of coffee and some pastry - be prepared to shell out over $7 is not more - most of those who live and walk on the the Third Street corridor - cannot afford that - and there in lies the " issue that stares one in the face ".

The Mayor's Office of Economic Development has failed the community - and drastically needs to look at its various operations - all lacking transparency and accountability.

Millions of dollars are expanded - in various ways - most of them shady deals - that benefit shady folks and the paradox is that most of those benefit - and NOT residents of the neighborhood.

I will go one level up and reveal we have outsiders who now have access to " inside information " - and who now are bold enough to prey on the Bayview Hunters Points residents.

With all the millions flooding the Third Street Corridor - with two Blacks in charge - one man and another a woman.

These two scumbags are not from San Francisco - both have been charged one by the Fair Political Practices Commission for funneling $200,00 to Green For All. This is a Black woman.

This woman funneled the $200,00 to a  non-profit in the East Bay - where this evil woman held a post as a Board member and earned a salary - as the same time holding the position of Assistant General Manager of External Affairs and now has added titles such as being an expert in Strategic Planning and so on. Hog wash.

This woman continue to carry out her nefarious activities  - and all this will come to a halt - sooner not later.

Another crook - a Black man -  who has been debarred from entering into any agreements linked to Contracting - blacklisted, charged by the Internal Revenue System - failing to file his returns in a proper manner - while working of the dubious and nefarious entity well know to Authorities - Platinum Consultants. He controls the Workforce and has no experience in this field.

Community Benefits funds are now doled to some entities to open " Cannabis Clubs "  - all in the name of some fake EQUITY - this recent ploy - is going so far - that those involved - most Blacks will be caught in the  " drag net " . 

This Black man touts he is a businessman and a philanthropist both of which he is NOT .

What a Joker that has millions - all Community Benefits that he doles to over 150 individuals - who are on his pay roll. Those on his pay rolls are called - " Consultants ".

Slowly but surely most of the crooks who are Blacks - bring shame to their families and the community at large.

Also, involved in this mess are the Churches some 60 or so and there pastors - that will take money for dubious purposes - far remote and surely out of touch with genuine spirituality that matters.

Offer these pastors some stale bread crumbs and they salivate all over the place.

In the interim our infants, children, youth, young adults, Elder, those with compromised health, more our mentally and physically challenged are suffering. But not for long.

We have had patience - and we have gone to some authorities that we hoped would do a better job - given them the empirical data - and what is important to note - done the heavy lifting - to make it easier to that justice and fair play - in the norm.

Of course we are not foolish to put all the eggs in one basket - we know when to reveal the Ace Card - and that time is coming.

On the ground - more at ground zero - the decent sisters and brothers that have decency and some conscience are ready to act - and the result will NOT be pretty.

For me to bring together the Polynesians, the Blacks, the Latinos, Whites, Native Americans, Asians - others that matter - this task is not impossible - if God is on your side.

These vermin who I have mentioned by name in the past are put on notice. 

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission thinks they will be given a pass - but that time has come and gone.

Again and again we see that the bigger projects have been given to " crooks " who have embedded themselves in the larger, longer projects be it the Emerson Project and who is doing the outreach - the outreach is non-existent.

The Bio-solids project over a billion dollars - given on a platter to some that was one the Assistant General Manager of Infrastructure - and now controls most of the decision making - having partnered with the Prime.

In recent months Surjeet Singh who was in charge of all the Project Managers, Karen Kubick who worked hard and was in charge of the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP).

Tommy Moala who was in charge and run the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant, Tony Flores with institutional experience - second to none.

Mark Harris a Black man -  who came up the ranks and was NOT promoted - now runs the Sewage Treatment Plant at Pacifica, others that I can name - but the point has been made.

All sorts of unqualified outsiders are being brought in to carry out " nefarious activities " - the plan is to build some sort of Recreational Facility at 1550 Evans - the land in contaminated and more prone to liquefaction and flooding.
The stench from the Phelps Raw Sewage Plant inundates the entire area - the stench is unbearable.

Since 1960 the community has fought for " Community Benefits" to benefit the community - every time the Community attains its goals - outsiders mostly Blacks - ruin it for most. This nonsense must STOP - more since those Blacks who now are trying to convince others to do WRONG - are failing in health - many out of their mind - they are the " Living Dead ".

The divisiveness that the SF Public Utilities Commission encourages - has reached saturation point.

The same entities that are getting money for the longest time continue to get money today - the advocates who really matter - are kept at Bay. 

This injustice cries to heaven for justice.

It does not help that the SF Public Utilities Commissioners - does not seem to understand - that the benefits are called 
" Community Benefits " not " Crooked Benefits " funneled to the CROOKS -  that seems to be the case today.

This nonsense cannot do for too long - something will give - the sisters and brothers are totally frustrated - and those in charge - think  - this is a JOKE - but let us witness who the real JOKERS are - more when they fall on their face?

MUCH BEFORE THE WHITES CAME TO THE SF PRESIDIO OF SAN FRANCISCO - THERE WERE THE INDIGENOUS - THE MUWEKMA OHLONE - THE ALL BLACK BUFFALO SOLDIERS - OTHERS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE WELL BEING AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SF PRESIDIO OF SAN FRANCISCO.

The San Francisco Presidio of San Francisco has a long history going back to 15,000 years - when the Ohlone lived on the land and all was pristine.

Mountain Lake, the Bay, El Polin Springs the many bushes bearing tasty berries, deer, bear, fox, the red tail hawk, quail, you name it - there was an abundance of everything for the indigenous people - the Ohlone.

today the SF Presidio Trust - a quasi-federal entity

wants $200 million to develop the area -
for all the WRONG reasons.

I am one of very few - living today - who worked at the SF Presidio of San Francisco and worked for the Sixth U.S Army and Presidio of San Francisco, the National Park Service and the SF Police Department - and had access to sensitive information and dealt with all the " characters " at the SF Presidio of San Francisco - the good, the bad and the ugly.

Once Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco left San Francisco and the National Park took over - all  hell broke loose.

I was involved in many of the deliberations - and the few of us who came to work for the National Park Service - from the Army had to work and deal with entities that had no clue how to operate 1480 acres plus of land.

Facilities, thousands of homes, water treatment plant, communication center, olympic size gyms and swimming pools, all sorts of infrastructure that had to be maintained - more because of deferred maintenance.

Over 500 Buffalo Soldiers lay buried at the

SF Veterans Cemetery at the SF Presidio 

of San Francisco - all Black Buffalo Soldiers -

many of them engineers that graded the land -

built the 500 series wooden buildings 

and the 100 series brick buildings on the Main Post.
Their blood and sweat created what we now as 
the SF Presidio of San Francisco - we know that -
but many do not want to give credit where credit is due.

Col. Charles Young - 

he wrote the Standard Operating Procedures

linked to the millions of acres Federal lands -

his troops maintained and operated the Federal land -

today known as Sequoia and Yosemite - neighboring 

National Parks - the NPS was created in 1916 -

and used his SOP to operate the National Parks.

Col. Charles Young was a West Point graduate and lived and worked at the SF Presidio of San Francisco. 

The 9th and 10th Calvary and the 24th and 25th Infantry Regiments - all were stationed at the SF Presidio of San Francisco. This history must be documented correctly and the world told of its importance linked to engineering, the economy, that many other issues - most importantly Quality of Life issues.

Col. Charles Young should easily have been promoted to General - this was not the case - the times were different and much like today - discrimination and divisiveness prevailed. 

History they repeats itself - today we can unite and turn the table -  we still have the " sell outs " - thinking they can work with the Whites and do better.

We can work with anyone but we should be in the " cockpit " - as we have in the past on many important projects.

Just find out who built the White House, who built the Pyramids, who invented so many things - but we still are pandering to those that do not have our best interests.

We are not going to beg - why should we - when we have the ability to do anything - have proved in the past - do it today - and will in the future.

The racists SF Presidio Trust has chosen for years  - early on when James Meadows was their first Director - to say one thing and do another.

Imagine the all Black Buffalo Soliderss who were commanded by General Pershing - affectional called " Black Jack " because his troops that he loved - were the all Black Buffalo Soldier - that patrolled the Southern Borders - and these troops - well known in movies and many a book written about their tenacity and fortitude  - have not a plaque, not a street, not a building names after them.

when he visited Yosemite National Park -

he requested the Buffalo Soldiers to accompany him.

these building are over 150 years old.

Not a plaque, no mention, not a word -

by the racist SF Presidio Trust that should know better.

Give us Fort Winfield Scott - we will give you what you need today to bring this Nation together. 

We have memorabilia that can connect the early days - how the Pioneers succeed because of the Buffalo Soldiers. The true story of the California economy - the 5th largest in the world.

Whose GREED really led to what we are facing today?

Be it climate change and the wild fires. The wide disparity - San Francisco compared to Rwanda a third world nation in Central Africa.

We can educate the ignorant - the talents of the Buffalo Solider playing baseball but also proving to be excellent musicians - complete with original jazz and other compositions - that will astound one that can recognize such talents.

The Buffalo Soldiers were engineers - built a one thousand mile from the Canadian border all the way to Alaska .

All this and more in winter - and were proud of their achievements. 

As I previous stated they built the 100 series brick buildings at the SF Presidio of San Francisco.

Few know about U.S. Army Commanding General Henry Wager Halleck (1815-1872).

General Halleck an engineer built the historic Montgomery Block in 1853. 

Located at Montgomery and Washington Street, it survived the earthquake and fire of 1906 only to be razed in 1958 to make way for several new and modern buildings.

The Stockade at Fort Winfield Scott -

soldiers and other who refused to go 

to Vietnam and protested - were imprisoned at this stockade

it should be preserved completely with the sordid

history of what happened here in 1968 -

many died and this and all must be told.

this history is key to reveal the bigger picture

and story of the White men and his affinity to go to war 

at times forcing U.S. Citizens - to kill and destroy - 

we have seen this in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, 

and in hundreds of places in the past .

The Spaniards too left their mark on the SF Presidio of San Francisco - in 2002 at the back of Building 103 - I had to look out of my window - as there was some commotion - since I have a lot to do with security - I had to go outside to see what was happening.

There was some infrastructure work being done - and the worker digging - came across a helmet - which turned out to be a Spanish Soldier buried in full regalia - sword and all.

This led me to do some deep research - the area in front of the 100 Series buildings - at one time served as a cemetery - judging from this one incident - and other incidents before - where remain were found - not all the remains of soldiers and others were removed and interred as originally planned - some decades ago.

to be helped  - with some others who do 

not have this history - trying to work with 

the SF Presidio Trust - taking bread crumbs -

the true Buffalo Soldier would not tolerate such nonsense

Mr. Powell told us all about his $10 million collection -

we are seeking for a building to house the collection -

with us in the "cockpit " - with tenacity and fortitude

as far as decision making is concerned - 

for too long have we played second fiddle -

the SF Presidio Trust - has promised to meet us -

more Barbara Sokolov - Presidio Trust Historian of sorts -

 has not bothered to meet us - kicking the can 

down the street - in the two minutes given to me -

As I often say - nothing good will happen

at the SF Presidio of San Francisco 

if we do not RESPECT and HONOR the 

Ohlone - the ancestors must be respected on their terms -

those that pander to the " devils " will perish

Let us put the Fort Winfield Scott project in perspective - are we saying the Ohlone who were at the Presidio of San Francisco and the surround area for over 15,000 years do not count.

Do we want to truly defy the history of the all Black Buffalo Soldiers - the 9th and 10th Calvary - the 24th and 25th Infantry Regiments - and embrace some entities that have futuristic concepts - but do not want to pay for upgrade linked to transportation and failing infrastructure at Fort Scott?

Let those holistic entities that have the best of tested history - have their say and do what is right at the SF Presidio of San Francisco - on the Main Post for sure - but also at Fort Winfield Scott. Aho.
