While those who have lived in the Bayview Hunters Point - live in abject - poverty - mostly because of the disparity - between  those that have access to the crooks - and those decent left to fend for themselves.

More our mentally and physically challenged slowly die - from the contamination and pollution - poor nutrition, poor housing, and a multitude of other adversely impacts - add to that the lack of opportunity - and utter disdain - for those that need help most.

The EB-5 Visa scandal - is NOT known to many - millions of dollars collected - to help " inner city youth and others ".

Most of the money kept by the master minds  - some given to crooks - mostly outsiders - and a cadre of mostly Blacks - who have sold their souls to the devil. We affectionately call them - sellouts!

Thousands of Chinese from Mainland China - have forked out millions - to get the EB-Visa - to enter the United States - their primary resident - Parcel A on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - some have put down their money - for some housing at Candlestick Point.

Once they get their EB-5 Visa - they will not live at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, Candlestick Point, or the notorious Parcel A.

Once they get their Visa to enter - they prefer to live in the richer areas - Hillsborough. Santa Barbara, Pacific Heights - other richer and better areas - in the Bay Area - all over California.

The EB-5 Visa scandal - has now been curtailed - frozen - and the list of those who participated in the scandal - are being investigated.

For some it is all about Greed and making money - and some of them - when charged will spend a long time in jail.

It is simply amazing how thousands of units are planned on very contaminated ground - more prone to liquefaction and flooding.

The Environmental Impact Studies and Reports - are created to adapt to loopholes - and none of the EIRs and EISs - address Cumulative Impacts - less about Health and healthy Life issues.

Less where the constituents are even an opportunity - to have   meaningful deliberation - with the constituents - living in the area - of the project at hand.

This important fact - does not deter the crooks, the corrupt, those that have no morals, less ethics - the likes  of London Breed and Malia Cohen to aid and abet the Big Developers.

Both these Black women - more, professional political whores - will fall flat on their faces. They are a disgrace to the human race.

Dwayne Jones - President of RDJ Enterprises LLC.,

has been doling out thousands to like minded sell outs -

and having a " field day " - he is being investigated. 

This crook and his minions - among them Young Community Developers, Girls 2000, and other so called crooks -

that do not have the best interests of the community at heart.

The San Francisco Controller's Office has just to check the 990 forms - to see the discrepancies - often times these folks -

do not have the expertise to do the jobs - they get the grants and out source the jobs.

One tool these crooks use is a tool termed " Commercial Useful Function " - this tool is used by Girls 2000 that has a track record of corruption and wasting money.

It is the same with Young Community Developers - that has failed in its mission - to deliver " career jobs ".

They are now reaching our to other organizations - to do some projects for them - while they themselves - handle the money - keep a large share of the money - while making those who provide service - do more with little money.

Any audit done - will reveal more - and if worse comes to worse - the detail information can be provided.

Right now the SF Controller's office - can demand an audit be conducted - as YCD has adversely impacted the Bayview Hunters Point Area - District 10 - in many ways.

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, Candlestick Point,

Parcel A - 5000 toxic hot spots all over San Francisco -

that the SF Health Department has ignored -

less the SF Board of Supervisors - most of them idiots.

I have written hundreds of articles - pin pointing the adverse impacts - the empirical data.

Today - when the Whites are adversely impacted - House Negros like Malia Cohen, London Breed, and others like Nancy Pelosi - are concerned about the clean up - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

What is not known - is all of the above have taken money - from those involved in the clean up - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

More from Developers like Lennar Urban and Forest City linked to Pier 70.

Pier 70 which has one million tons of liquid coal tar - by the old Potrero Power Plant and two large hot spots - contaminated by Ammonia Spills - actions committed by the Unites State Navy - as part of the World War II - operations.

A Ballot Measure was put forward - linked to Pier 70 - showing a conceptual plan - white women in bikinis lying on some green lawns - at Pier 70.

Such nonsense - where conceptual plans - make a mockery - are put forward - and people who have no knowledge, less understand contamination, pollution - are taken for a wild ride.

Less radioactive elements - that cannot be seen by the naked eye - much like X-rays.

Radioactive elements - registering very high levels of radioactive elements - present in many hot spots.

Innocent people more infants, children, youth, young adults, Seniors, those with compromised health.

More the mentally and physically challenged - have died a slow death - while those sellout Blacks -  have NO consideration nor care about what they are doing to the community at large - selling out the community.

Paradoxically, the demographics of Bayview Hunters Point has changed dramatically - Blacks are in the minority - and will be non-existent in a few years.

 These few loud mouthed Blacks left and lingering in the Bayview - on the pay roll - of the corrupt folks like Dwayne Jones, Juliet Ellis, the rogue company 5 Point Holdings LLP, other corrupt entities - are causing damage - selling out the community to outsiders.

We have 6000 small businesses in the Bayview Hunters Point Community - that is a lot of small businesses.

Operating, manufacturing - selling all sorts of products - the Produce Market, Furniture stores, Stores selling Electrical goods.

Huge warehouses catering to the restaurant businesses, warehouses with state of the art welding operations - fabricating all sorts of aluminum, steel, and other metal fabrications  - gutters, chimes, doors, windows, you name it.

Office supply ware houses, Large ware house sell products to large construction companies - saws, screws, nails, drills,  lumber, ladders, tapes, all sort of supplies - and more.

It is a shame we do not have an inventory of all the businesses - a Directory of Businesses - where if half the businesses employed one single youth - we all would enjoy prosperity.

Wasting millions on " the arts " will not deal with the lack of health services, nutrition and good food for those that most need it. 

The lack of affordable housing - the recent scandal $30 over spent by the SF Mayor's Office of Housing - we know crooks like Olson Lee who has since retried.

We have yet to hear about the adjudication - the untimely ambushing of Joseph Taeatui - (Jungle).

Normally a town hall meeting has to be held - sufficient notice given to the community at large.

We did not see Malia Cohen and London Breed come out early out and speak against this blatant crime. A few days day - the snitches - tried to placate the situation at hand. Commendation and Proclamations - do not DO justice - we the few good friends of  " Jungle " - want to know who is behind this ambush. 

We will not take NO as a answer - and to be sincere we can take matters into our hands.

Do this day Mollie the wife of Jungle - does not have a home - she is being put up in some motel - and has to change rooms - every few weeks. This is totally uncalled for - and shame on Malia Cohen who talks the talk but has failed to walk the walk.
