THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL LORETTA LYNCH - HAS FAILED SAN FRANCISCO - WE NEED THE TASK FORCE ON RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AND CIVIL RIGHTS - A BODY ATTACHED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE -TO COME TO SAN FRANCISCO - NOT THE REPEATED TRIPS BY COPS - THAT HAS NO ABLITY TO INVESTIGATE AND LESS TO ADJUDICATE.

Nothing much has changed through the years - and in recent years - the blatant discrimination - the murder of people of color on our streets, the homeless situation has now reached saturation point .

Our lap dog Mayor - Edwin M. Lee - bragging San Francisco is a world class city. 

his man is insane - and so are our representatives Senator Dianne Feinstein and Congressperson Nancy Pelosi.

None of them have a viable and sustainable blue print - that is taking our City down the drain - into the cesspool of their own creation.

The many international tourists - others from our Nation that visit our once great City - are astounded as to what has become of our once great City.  Our Mayor and his lackeys - looking with disdain at our homeless population - a situation they have created - and now cannot fix.

The United States Attorney General - Loretta Lynch - has refused to send a task force to San Francisco - to addressed the many murders.

 Many of the murders - have detail  video footage - some of them broken down - frame by frame - other frames blown up to show clear details. 

Giving any Law Enforcement body - all the proof,  all the information  that " rouge SF Police Officers " - keep murdering our constituents - when they can choose other options.

In case after case de-escaltion has been cast aside - and there is talk about this and that - but the Blue Ribbon Committee - more the high powered attorney - working pro-bono - provided the Judges on the Panel - all the information and more - leading to the 81 recommendations - that put the SF Police Department on notice.

While on the East Coast we have had a hue and cry - right here in San Francisco - the many protests - the many cries - the many appeals - have fallen on deaf ears.

Our Mayor Edwin M. Lee, our District Attorney George Gason, those in position to bring the murders on our streets - to the attention of the U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch - are fast asleep in the cockpit - procrastinating.

San Francisco leads the Nation - but in the case of the murders  committed by some   " rogue  SF Police Officers " - the United States Attorney General - Loretta Lynch - must step in and demand a through investigation - by the Department of Justice - the body that deals with blatant discrimination and Civil Rights injustices.

We do not want the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) that has no teeth, has no authority to investigate - has no authority to adjudicate.

What COPS does best in waste our time and  money - and every six month comes out with large documents - that sit on the shelves - collecting dust.

It is high time - that COPS be dismantled - the process they have adopted does not suit - towards digital world - and the way they drag their soiled process - null and void. They must go away - now.

The San Francisco Grand Jury - has a recent report on the San Francisco Police Department and  the failed workings of its Crime laboratory.

Material  more evidence contaminated - procrastination when it comes to pertinent laboratory tests - Captains rotated - and those in charge lacking the required training and less knowledge.

San Francisco must do better - and when evidence is tempered - and those in charge of the SF Police Department Laboratory - failing to attain standards - lacking transparency and less accountability.

Our judicial system is compromised - and those held in jails linger - for no fault of theirs.

San Francisco can do better - but not with our present Mayor who has NOT done his job - Mayor Edwin M. Lee may read the Blue Ribbon Panel Report but I doubt he will comprehend what he reads.

It is the same with latest San Francisco  Grand Jury - which further spells out the many areas linked the SF Police Department and more the SF Police Laboratory - that lacks standards.

The many -  delays - the lack of leadership - procrastination - laboratory material more essential evidence - contaminated - and it goes on and on.

I am sending this article to COPS and they can forward this article to the Attorney General of the United States - Loretta Lynch.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch - who has no clue - what she is doing - failing to send us a skilled and knowledgeable   " task force "  - that can investigate and adjudicate and more with strong ties to the Department of Justice.

Our District Attorney is dragging his legs - the State Attorney Kamala Harris is dragging her legs - she is running for Barbara Boxer's Senate seat. She failed as our State Attorney and time will tell the truth. She is always taking the easy way - out.

The victims and they are many - the SF Police Officers fail to comprehend - that by their  "rogue behavior" - be they the minority - they have disgraced our great City and County of San Francisco.

San Francisco must do better - and the many mothers, the many fathers, the many family members and support - they need our support but most importantly - they and we all need - JUSTICE.
