More, all over the Tenderloin, now the Marcus Garvey Cooperatives in the Western Addition - this Rogue Property Management - wants it all.
Yesterday, January 13, 2014 at 1:30 pm in Room 263 at City Hall - before the Land Use - just the two of us Dr. Espanola Jackson and I - gave testimony - with very heavy hearts.
We two have been following the ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - linked to the John Stewart Company and its minions - all this many years - since the time when it operated the despicable, filthy, and rogue Geneva Towers - debacle.
At the Geneva Towers the John Stewart Company the rampant use of drug sales, prostitution, and the renters who paid rent to the John Stewart Company were subjected to disdain, mistreatment, and bullying.
The Geneva Towers who torn down - more imploded by dynamite - and less than 5% returned to the Town Homes - the rest were left to fend for themselves. The same episode took place with SF Redevelopment Agency in the Fillmore also know as Western Addition.
The John Stewart Company has has shafted those residents who moved into the Huntersview housing - leaking windows, the heat not working, the rooms so small - that a queen bed cannot fit - giving one sufficient room to move around.
While that project was going on - the Serpentine Rock was being crushed, with limited water to keep the Asbestos Friables that the Serpentine Rock releases, down.
The John Stewart Company learned little - from the bad behavior of Lennar - and challenged the community at large and adversely impacted those already vulnerable. Many are dying and more will die - exposed to Asbestos and other dangerous - particulates.
Hundreds at Hunterview suffer from respiratory diseases.

More impacted our Seniors and children. Single mothers whose plight is deplorable - more if they have 2 or 3 children.
The San Francisco Health Department knows about this - more the Director Barbara Gracia - but no one want to deal with those that do not have access to sound health programs.
We have reached a point where we need " Soup Kitchens" in these areas. Some of us with limited funds - are feeding the people - as many as 200 to 300 hundred - and more need to be helped. All this in San Francisco.
The San Francisco Police Department has a police station right stark middle where the residents live at Huntersview.
The residents fear for their lives - and one of two who pretend to speak for the community - are really on the pay roll - pretending to represent the community - but acting as informers.
Dr. Espanola Jackson once invited me to meet these folks; some two years - and present at this meeting was Gina who now runs the YMCA and gets to lot of money to do outreach.
