DONALD TRUMP AND HIS THUGS ARE OUT TO USE THE CIVIL SERVICE REFORM ACT OF 1978 - DEPRIVING THOUSANDS OF FEDERAL WORKERS - WORK. CHALLENGING, KEEPING THOSE IN PLACE - WHO PROMISE TO WORK FOR DONALD TRUMP.

 

A section of the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978 provided the legal basis for Schedule F appointments. 

This act exempts federal employees " whose protections have been determined to be of a confidential policy-determining, policy-making, or policy-advocating character" from civil service protections.

For some years, the National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU) has been working to protect employees if a future president ( in this case, the rogue President Donald Trump ) attempts to move positions to a new category, commonly referred to as Schedule F, to make it easier to fire federal workers.

The Office of Personnel Management has been working to establish safeguards against Schedule F. 

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) needs a viable and sustainable plan, and the problem lies in that plan. 

Some 10,000 federal workers could lose their jobs, and now is the time to contact the lawyers to find out if a needs assessment has been made, whether the action has been enforced, and how these federal workers will be compensated.

Most federal workers are hard-working, and depending on the agency's leadership, many have contributed their best to the United States and are respected and honored.

Donald Trump and his thugs have no clue about the critical work our federal workers are involved in.

Suppose federal jobs are cut without restitution, sound compensation, or the ability to move or consolidate a future position. In that case, all things being equal, federal workers will experience dire straits, a pandemonium we have not seen in a long time.

In 2013, the Office of Personnel Management was compromised, affecting twenty-two million federal workers, both active and retired.

Those with clearance—the very top career officials—were shocked that the Mainland Chinese hackers had so much information, and we who were compromised have not been contacted and informed about how profound the adverse impacts are.

This all happened in 2013. It is now 2024, and we are dealing with Donald Trump, who has sold our country. 

This is the second round for Donald Trump, who cannot be trusted, to compromise the United States of America.

Since 2013, the OPM has not spent money on safeguarding federal workers' assets with software and hardware that benefits them.

No attempt has been made to find out how many are still suffering, when their personal information was compromised, and money was stolen using credit cards.

Some firewall benefits were given; however, the mainland Chinese are ahead of the game, and for all the talk, we cannot match the dubious ways that they hack us at will.

The Chinese Ministry of State Security spy agency was responsible for this mess in 2013. 

Even as many of us had to submit our claims, many were not accepted - hacking is still hovering - like a dark cloud - the Chinese are stealing what they get for free - harming Americans - the United States must improve on its firewalls - to keep the enemy at bay.

Federal workers lost money, and more certified with top clearance and other benefits were shocked and traumatized.

Some firewall software was provided to all, which was the extent of the help provided.

Here comes Donald Trump - an autocrat - his main aim is to be in control of everything - in other words, he is a " dictator."

Donald Trump cannot be trusted, and how this man got to where he has reached is through a plan that former dictators have operated on.

Most Americans need to be educated on issues.

Most need a meaningful education, one where they can do a needs assessment and stand their ground.

We have reached a point where men are rallying to a false sense of machoism never seen in America. There are hundreds of men's dens where men rally, and what they do, say, and act is selfish.

Donald Trump is giving them the raw version of what most autocrats are trained to do - say something that means nothing at all.

Take Climate Change - Donald Trump does not believe in Climate Change. We have already crossed 1.5 degrees Celsius - America, Russia, India, and China are the leaders who pollute.

America made significant promises in the Paris Accord, but Donald Trump wants nothing to do with it. We must read and be educated about issues.

Donald Trump does not care about the hurricanes, the flooding, the fires - he does not look at the empirical data - he is hallucinating - and what his deranged mind prompts is what he says and thinks.

Donald Trump does not want to have anything to do with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) -  Europeans do not want to have anything to do with Donald Trump, a felon and a liar.

Africa is a continent, and Africans do not respect Donald Trump - nowhere in the world - except Israel - Donald Trump gets some attention - check it out for yourself.

In short, each one of us must focus on the facts linked with Donald Trump - the United States Department of Defense is monitoring Donald Trump and his thugs, who surround him.

Today is Veterans Day - we support and honor each veteran.

The Secretary of the Interior, Deb Haaland, must step down.

The federal government needs to improve in some areas, including the Department of the Interior, which needs to be completely revamped.

The Department of the Interior held billions of dollars, money belonging to the many tribes, but it is missing. All sorts of excuses have been made. Time will tell.

Hundreds of tribes in the United States are not on the Federal Register.

If a tribe is listed on the Federal Register, it is acknowledged and receives resources. 

If not, the tribe is treated like second-class citizens in its own country.

It is wrong to create the Federal Register and fail to register hundreds of tribes that have lived on Turtle Island for thousands of years. 

Forcing the indigenous tribes to produce documents to prove that they lived for hundreds of years in continuity, when simple DNA can prove all that and more.

Too many indigenous tribes have suffered - the mothers and fathers killed, the infants and children. 

Men and women - those with compromised health - were killed, crimes against humanity.

Many U.S. policymakers, including the U.S. Department of the Interior, have blood on their hands, and it is time to listen and have a dialogue with the tribes. 

We see daily the injustice done - those living on the Reservations - are treated with disdain - we are here in 2024 and think we own the land.

The only humans who can call Turtle Island their land are the Indigenous people.

Not folks like Donald Trump - a liar, a rapist, a felon, one who thinks that he knows it all. 

Donald Trump does not have any love for this land and for those who live here on Turtle Island - he only thinks about himself - he is an egotistic maniac.

America has failed the Indigenous people  - as I said, all those tribes who have lived on Turtle Island for thousands of years must be acknowledged and honored - this is their homeland.

It is a shame that in less than 300 years, what was pristine and wholesome has been polluted - the old-growth redwood forest has been clear-cut. 

The Buffalo in the millions - killed for their fur - the meat left to rot - only the greedy strangers will behave in like manner.

During the just-concluded presidential elections, the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe visited the Department of the Interior, and the United States Secretary of the Interior, Deb Haaland, treated the Muwekma Ohlone tribe with disdain. 

The Muwekma tribe rode their horses from San Francisco, Crissy Field, to Washington, D.C., to meet the U.S. Secretary of the Interior. After accepting the scheduled meetings, they failed three times.

There was a record where the United States Park Police used force on the Muwekma Ohone; they assaulted children and women, and there is an incident report, and more to follow with the United States Department of the Interior.

Videos are available on YouTube - on the assaults and the many events and showings on the Muwekma Ohlone - many times - stopped by Law Enforcement for no reason - all this - on their own land. 

Read the history of Andrew Jackson, whom Donald Trump adores, and you will see that both are narcissists of the first order.

Americans fail to understand; they have not read their history - they know nothing much of President Andrew Jackson - others, who stole millions of acres, killed infants and children, women and men, and burnt the homes of the indigenous tribes.

Edicts were signed, and those tribes traumatized were made to walk thousands of miles away to other States in the United States, and corralled and kept on reservations on land that was not fertile.

These trails of tears must not be forgotten - stealing the land, targeting culture, brainwashing, and forbidding the tribes to speak their language - the barbarians who implemented these actions, and monsters, must pay restitution.

The same monsters scalped Indigenous people and got $5 for a scalp - the same monsters have Indigenous remains - thousands of remains - when the remains must lie buried in Mother Earth.

This Presidential Election is the worst one ever in history, where the privileged had the opportunity to vote for the worst candidate, and in this case, an intelligent woman of color. 

Kamala Harris had 107 days to devise a plan to bring her message of unity and progress to all 50 states, and she did it with enthusiasm and joy. For the first time, thousands thought that Kamala Harris would win.

Kamala Harris dared to invite American citizens to the table - unlike Donald Trump, who is trying to neutralize the Constitution of the United States of America.

Donald Trump is a narcissist of the first order - and attracts autocrats who think of themselves first - and treat human beings, like our immigrants, who have a right to come to this land, better known as Turtle Island.

These strangers - white folks - came from a faraway land, and met the indigenous people when they landed, many starving and dying. 

The indigenous tribes lived here on Turtle Island for thousands of years. The whites stole the land, raped the women, and burnt the homes of the indigenous tribes - and to this day, the thieves talk as if they own the land - when in fact, they stole the land.

We need to weed out the whites, who are greedy, fostering divisiveness, and talking out of both sides of their mouth.

There is only one entity that can say who is welcome to Turtle Island - they are the indigenous people, not the Whites.

It is time the Whites learn to respect and go back and check on their ancestors and how they robbed land, placing a stake here and a stake there, doing some rake survey, and taking hold of hundreds of acres of land, in some places thousands of acres of land.

The whites in America who are fanatics - do not believe in Climate Change - now the fanatics do not want to attend the key meetings, where people have congregated to discuss Climate Change, and will discuss the promises made, none kept, when it comes to the third world countries.

The United States, China, India, and Russia are the key countries that pollute the Earth and have depleted the Ozone layer. The ozone layer prevents the sun from increasing its warmth, warming the Earth, and causing all sorts of changes.

We witness the floods, hurricanes, and the many drastic changes that have affected us human beings due to nature. We have been adversely impacted, mainly by those who are greedy, by spewing carbon dioxide into the environment.

Our bay, rivers, lakes, and oceans are warming, creating poisonous algae and killing fish. We see this and do not understand that this signal is just one sign. We continue to pollute, and we do not care to take care of Mother Earth.

Wake up before it is too late. Stop voting for autocrats and those who are narcissists.

Donald Trump thinks he can compete with Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin - autocrats who do not share the philosophy - we are about freedom and doing right.

The Democrats must now go into some retreat and find out why they got beaten so bad - revive and get back on track.

The Democrats forgot to bring the workers to the table and have a meaningful dialogue.

Once you hurt the feelings of the constituents, it is challenging to convince the Latinos, many Blacks, and the younger generation, who cannot be fooled.

Matt is brash and a fool and more stupid for having sex with a young woman, meaning below the legal age, and he thinks nothing of morality and less of standards.

Donald Trump is out to shame the present Attorney General of the United States - and in doing so - fails to understand - that worldwide legal experts and other international policymakers - are monitoring the transition - from Joe Biden to Donald Trump - so far, it is so far fetched - no standards and we are the laughing stock of the world.

Once, anyway, strays away from standards and plants the seeds of pandemonium, no one can predict the spread of this utter nonsense to compromise our values, just to get even with those we disagree with. That is NOT the American way.

White women in the early 1900s sought the help of Frederick Douglass, a Black man, advocate, leader of the Abolition movement, orator, and close friend of President Abraham Lincoln.

White women needed help, and they got it from astute and stellar Black women - White women got the right to vote in 1920 - but Black women were left in the dark. 

Years later, in 1965, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and other Civil Rights leaders picked up where Frederick Douglass and Harriet Tubman had left off. Black women and men could work, and President Lyndon Johnson signed the Voting Rights Bill into law.

For sure - given the circumstances - White women could have come to the assistance of Kamala Harris - but they forgot their history - and focused on their privilege of sorts - that, when used the wrong way, creates confusion and is not holistic.

America is racist - more so today - than ever before - forget the words Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion - words only - that do not bring about progress and good actions - good actions count. 

When it comes to privilege, White women today have failed to acknowledge the Suffrage movement.

Frederick Douglass attended the Pioneer Women's Rights Convention in Seneca Falls, New York, in July 1848.

White women had an opportunity to back Kamala Harris - but did not - one has to read the empirical data and find out - at the last count, 52% of white women voted for Donald Trump  - what a crying shame.

Donald Trump is instrumental in revoking Roe v Wade - hundreds of women and girls have bled to death - doctors refusing to treat the victims - adhering to anti-abortion laws that do not respect women and girls,  who have a right to life and know what is best for their bodies.

If one carefully reads the history of the Suffrage Movement, one will learn about many Black women who fought side by side, leading to the right of White women to vote in 1920.

Black women were left to sing the blues until Martin Luther King Jr. and the Civil Rights Movement impressed upon President Lyndon Johnson to pass the Civil Rights Act of 1965, and at last, Black men and women could vote.

Black women have taken their right to vote seriously, allowing Joe Biden to win, and many others.

Kamala Harris is an experienced and progressive unifier.

Many took it for granted that White women would support and vote for Kamala Harris, whom I know and can vouch for her experience.

White women could have supported and voted for Kamala Harris, whom I know as a woman with the experience to bring about progress and unite the United States.

Kamala Harris ran a unique campaign. In 107 days, she accomplished a lot, but she was let down by those who could have helped her but voted for Donald Trump, a narcissist.

Black women had to wait until the Voting Rights Act was passed in 1965, after aiding White women to have the right to vote in 1920. 

We have had enough of Nancy Pelosi - she should fade into oblivion - she keeps muddying the water. She, Zoe Lofgren, and others like her have nothing much to offer. We want to know why these two women, who were against allowing the Muwekma Ohlone, were put on the Federal Register after all, and were on the Federal Register until 1927, by L.A. Dorrington, a U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs Agent, who was good for nothing.

Donald Trump, the last time around, divided many families, sending the children to camps, many landing in foster homes. The parents went all over the place - much like the 1960s - when Native Americans, too, were sent - a brother to Los Angeles - a sister to Oakland, California.

Donald Trump wants to stop the war in Ukraine in 24 hours - I give him three months. Donald Trump is with Vladimir Putin, another narcissist who loves to see innocent people suffer.

Right now, Ukraine is winning - and if things go well, the thousands of Koreans now fighting for Russia will be taken down - and Vladimir Putin will ask Donald Trump for help.

The Ukrainians will now use long-range missiles and other tools to keep the enemy at bay.

Russia - is looking for a narrow window - to put the war that it started in Ukraine - to end - and replenish its forces.

Thousands of mercenaries have been hired to help Russia - mercenaries from Syria, Nepal,  India, and West Africa - most of them used on the front line - like fodder and autocrats like Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump - show no mercy - power has gone to their heads.

If the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is forced to declare war, if Russia attacks any of the NATO nations, Russia will cease to exist. That time is coming - and Russia and Vladimir Putin are at their wits' end - the war was started by Putin, who thought he could go to Ukraine and win the war - an illegal invasion - in days.

It has taken years, and their war, a provocation, must stop, and Russia must pay the price.

The repercussions to Iran, China,  India, Turkey, and the other entities that are friendly with Russia will be seen as complicit, and each will wish they had never had anything to do with Russia and Donald Trump.

We have Special Forces teams that can deal with any eventuality, including stopping any pandemonium, as and when the event that could lead to something like that happens—January 6, 2021.

Our active military will not deal with any situation within our republic. According to the Supreme Court's ruling, the military honors the Constitution, not any president or other entity, such as Donald Trump. No one is beyond the law.

The language suggesting that a President may be seen differently when in office can be confusing—the Supreme Court has yet to fully explain what that means. 

An American would not settle for the fact that any United States President acts like a fool.

Uses - foul language - raping women, lies all the time - threatening innocent people, thinking he is an autocrat - we know for a fact - he is a narcissist - as I said, no one is above the law.

The billionaires who funded Donald Trump's Presidential election are fully responsible for his sordid actions, as and when he acts like a Buffon, which he has already done so many times.

Finally, Donald Trump has adversely impacted many children, who cannot imagine an adult talking the way he does.

Daniel Laurie - can he corral the crooks at SF City Hall?

San Francisco has elected a new Mayor, Daniel Laurie. 

Daniel does not have experience running any large city.

The City and County of San Francisco will be more challenging, with most of the San Francisco heads of the San Francisco City departments running the SF City departments more like a cartel. 

The San Francisco Charter has several vital flaws regarding standards and ethics. Many SF City Department heads must abide by laws and regulations and use the Charter to avoid being penalized.

In 1996, San Franciscans witnessed several critical changes to the SF Charter, adversely impacting the governance of our once great City and County of San Francisco.

The opposite has been confirmed repeatedly for all the talk about doing right by SF City Department heads.

Foremost, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - for all the talk about diversity, equality, and inclusion - within that Enterprise Agency - it is the most racist SF City Department, raking in millions and wasting more of all taxpayers' money. 

The recent ballots are targeting corruption in San Francisco - the creation of the SF Inspector is one, and another is to reduce the many Commissions. While many want the Commissions reduced, the constituents of San Francisco want to keep the many Commissions going. 

Mayor London Breed has failed San Francisco - she and her lackeys will now point fingers at others - when they have been pussy footing for the longest - the Mayor barking up the wrong tree.

We need to do a deep dive into the homeless population - many entities have preyed on the homeless, and Tipping Point was one of those that said one thing and did another.

We are a  "Sanctuary City" - we must waste no time - to help and have empathy for all immigrants, more so those who are undocumented, who work two and three jobs to survive.

The City and County mention many of our advocates who helped create the "Sanctuary" in our beloved City, named after St. Francis of Assisi.

The City and County lack resources and are dealing with a $1.6 billion deficit, created by the Mayor of London Breed and her lackeys. 

Donald Trump will be out to dismiss thousands of Federal workers - and replace them with his lackeys - this will impact all States, including California.

Donald Trump has a disdain for Gavin Newsom - so accept San Francisco and anything connected with Gavin Newsom - treated like crap - for some reason, how the disdain grew so deep - is anyone's guess.

California, San Francisco, and some other key cities in California contribute billions to the federal government. In fact, California has the fourth-largest economy in the world.

We have just discovered significant amounts of nickel, copper, and lithium. 

We will need workers to fill the many jobs in California, and we must send a message to Donald Trump NOT to take away from our principles and values -  we respect our immigrants.

Right now, many of our immigrants are stressed, and many of us who empathize with the immigrants do not want the immigrants traumatized.

With our new Mayor, we must create a mechanism to ensure we will put our best foot forward. We love all human beings, including infants and children.

In recent years, the fact that our City and County of San Francisco - has been declared as " a Sanctuary City " has been in name only - thousands of immigrants came to San Francisco - were treated with disdain and moved out of San Francisco - in the Mission, the Bayview Hunters Point, the Tenderloin and more.

Our immigrants play a crucial role in agriculture, in-home care services, and hospitality services. 

We continue to take for granted our immigrants - right now, we have many immigrants working in the hospitality services, striking for their rights, with the owners of the hotel looking the other way.

The many hotels in San Francisco can only function with our immigrants. 

The immigrants have always done the hard, dirty work and received the least amount of payment and health benefits.

During the pandemic, many immigrants working in the hotel and hospitality area died, with little or no mention by our City and County, and the then Mayor of San Francisco, London Breed, took no responsibility.  

We may talk the talk, but the right thing to do is walk the walk. 

Nancy Pelosi disdained the first people of San Francisco - the Muwekma Ohlone.

We fail to understand that Nancy Pelosi—the shaking lady—is shaking like a reed in the wind.

On CNN, she thinks she knows everything and has stated that every method was used to promote the campaign to help Kamala Harris.

Nancy says Operations and Communication used podcasts, thousands of volunteers, telephone canvassing, and digital means, and all of this and more was done meaningfully.
