JOSEPH TAEOTUI (JUNGLE) - A MAN WHO HAD THE TENACITY AND FORTITUDE - TO GO ANYWHERE IN SAN FRANCISCO - LOVED BY ALL - WE MISS HIM AND WE LOVE HIM.

It has been five years since our good friend - father to Jodie, his only child - his beloved wife Mollie, his relatives, and many friends and supporters - gathered to remember JUNGLE - on the fifth anniversary of his death - held at the office of Street Violence Intervention Program (SVIP) - 150 Executive Park in San Francisco.

Some prominent members of his family, others with whom he worked and was good friends - expressed their sentiments - each in their own way - praising Joseph Taeotui's (Jungle's) stellar -attributes.

A coward shot him in the head - very near his home - and even though Law Enforcement knew who committed this dastardly crime  - without verifying his state after the shooting - Law Enforcement declared him dead.

Jungle was taken to San Francisco General Hospital and died 10 days later.

Hundreds of us - had a vigil - outside SF General Hospital - and the love shown by those who came to visit Jungle - will be remembered for years.

Thousands came to Kezar Pavillion to pay their respects to Joseph Taeotui (Jungle). It was here his body lay - to satisfy the customs and rituals of the Samoan community,

Thousands more came to pay their respect on the day he was buried at the cemetery.

This great man - was my good friend - and his love for everyone - knew no bounds. We often sat down and discussed many issues related to quality of life.

I clearly remember the day - the calls I received about his shooting - and was totally taken aback - why would anyone - commit such an atrocious act? Very near his home - and twenty feet away from an SF Police substation - attached to a gym.

Paradoxically - Law Enforcement knew who did it. 

Some months later, the same person - killed another person - was arrested and is now in jail.  The initials of the culprit  - first name and last name - AW.

The San Francisco Police Department offered a measly $25,000 reward, mocking this grave incident and murder.

We, in unison, will not forget Jungle - and that means we must remind those who purport - to uphold the law - and do not - their feet should be held to the fire.

At one time - we had a healthy Community Policing in San Francisco - then came the Developers - and all hell broke loose.

Those who took it upon themselves to impose " gang injunction " did this to help large Developers - and very corrupt - politicians.  One developer who encouraged gang injunction - Lennar, a rogue developer.

Before the Street Violence Intervention Program was formed, we had an organization, Community Response Network.

At one time, we had the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice. 

Mayor Ed Lee deactivated the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice - and outsourced what the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice performed to HealthRight360, headquartered in Los Angeles. 

At one time, those working for Community Response Network (CRN) did not receive health benefits - and what is more, did not have any office with amenities - refrigerator, microwave oven, printers,  good computers - (CRN) did their best - until Street Violence Intervention Program (SVIP) was created.

I - Francisco Da Costa, invited Mayor Ed Lee, the Mayor of San Francisco, and many others to give some quality input to the Mayor - to better address the pressing issues - in the Bayview Hunters Point Area.

Mayor Ed Lee and Mitch Salazar are here no more and are in a better place. I am here - and what can I say - the times are changing.

We did our best to accommodate those working with Violence Issues - and did not have a decent office and amenities - and made that possible.

Working with the Mayor's Office - the point person for HealthRight360 Arturo Carrillo - we leased space at Executive Park, 5 Thomas Mellon - and for the first time - the Street Violence Intervention Program - could stabilize the SVIP program. 

SVIP has moved to 150 Executive Park - still trying its best to address the pressing issues in the streets, schools, and the community - and still addressing critical issues.

Today, the San Francisco Health Department funds the Street Violence Intervention Program. 

Some of us advocates fought for reasonable benefits for those who put their lives in harm's way.

Jungle and I would talk about the many pressing issues - in our schools, in the hoods, and in the Polynesian Community; early on, we created AIGAI  - meaning family or community - embracing the Polynesian community that JUNGLE belonged to.

Many prominent Street Violence Intervention Program members are Polynesians, among them Elder Joseph Kaulave, my good friend who was the Master of Ceremonies - at the event we held at 150 Executive Park - to honor Jungle.

For all the talk, the City and County of San Francisco have not invested in the Polynesian community - in a manner - where opportunities are created - helping the Polynesians get career jobs.

In the many years I have been associated with the Polynesian community - I have provided many good jobs - if I am needed to help the Polynesian community - I will do my best to deliver.

My good friends Cedro, Sam Keresoma Twit, David Siataga,  Pastor Sweetie, Pastor Alex, Mark, Simi Iulio, Elder Joseph Kaulave, John Nauer, Big Shaun, Patsy, Mollie, Nana, Gaynor, Ann Nauer - others too many to name are dear to my heart.

My deep relationship began when I worked for the Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco.

The Polynesian women and men have served the United States well - and many have received top awards for their service.

San Francisco has been very slow to understand the culture of the Polynesians -  often using Pacific Islanders - to give large grants to the Chinese, Japanese, and others - and this must be ratified.

Polynesians must receive scholarships - they all are intelligent enough to pursue higher education.

It is time - we build a center for the Polynesians in San Francisco - the City and County must foster good relations with the Polynesians, and good actions - count.

Joseph Taeotui (Jungle) was a man of few words and many good actions.

Jodie is a big girl now - the love and joy of your heart. I saw Mollie, and she is doing well - Mollie is a kind person - both of you - meant for each other - it takes two to tango.

I keep in touch with Big Shaun - he does well as a father - and his daughter and sons - are all doing well.

I keep in touch with Twit - we miss Mavis; she is there with you. God loves you all. Twit is doing well - he takes care of his family - Twit has lost weight and looks good.

When we BBQ, we miss you - even as we joke with Simi, Elder Joseph Kaulave, John Nauer, Twit, Cedro, and all those you hanged with - reminiscent of the good old days.

San Francisco is no more a safe place for anyone, and anyone you speak to - will tell you that.

For all the talk by Mayor London Breed and SF Police Chief - we, the taxpayers who pay these jackasses their salary - must hold them accountable.

The thugs are everywhere - they are so in your face.

They will burglarize - a home they have burglarized once - then come to the location - repeatedly.

Much as these thugs who this City and County know about - but do nothing about - because we lack leadership. 

This one burglar who burlarlized my office is well known on the streets. I am waiting for the POPOS to see how well they fare - in putting this scumb bag in jail for a long time.

Every thug and his or her mama has moved to the SaFranciscoco Bayview Hunters point to steal, rob, shoot, kill, and create pandemonium - the Mayor London Breed singing the Blues.

An ordinance is not being enforced - dumping stuff on streets in the Bayview Hunters Point - is endemic - daily the rubbish is removed - and there is more of it daily.

The SF Board of Supervisors, the Department of Public Works - has no permanent Director. It has one commission that monitors the Department of Public Works.

Another commission to address Sanitation and Streets - the Commissioners need to learn and have experience in Operations and Maintenance.

The two Commissions are linked to the Department of Public Works - talk a lot, but there needs to be action - now - there is no action worth the salt.

You call Central Dispatch, which comes under MaryEllen Carrol - for whatever reason, you have to wait for 45 minutes - before Dispatch can take your name and telephone and why you are calling.

The thugs busted this plank to enter the backyard - and squeezed through this narrow space.

I have served San Francisco for more than 45 years.

In all these years, I have helped thousands - and even helped the City and County of San Francisco - because the City lacks - leadership.

I allowed Street Violence Intervention Program (SVIP) to lease space at my other Executive Park - 5 Thomas Mellon office. This enabled SVIP to stabilize SVIP.

What has the City and County of San Francisco - to address killings, shootings, addicts dying from Fantayal - home and car break-ins - more?

It takes hours when you call Dispatch - and we citizens have brought this to your notice - Room 200 at City - no one cares. 

The Mayor, London Breed, is not respected in San Francisco.

The lackeys that support London Breed, like Tyra Fennel and Sean Elsbernd - have failed to serve our Constituents and most of us who pay taxes.

We get little for our money - and the quality of life issues are compromised anywhere one goes in San Francisco.

I have sent the case number linked to the Burglary - to Chief Scott Williams, Carmen Chu, Ben Rosenfield, London Breed, Aaron Peskin, Shamann Walton, Diana Aroche, James Autry, Kevin Williams, Demetrius Williams, Ruben Santana, Bruce Giron, Miguel Galarza,  - fifty plus other individuals - so that we follow this case closely.

I await the SF Police Department in charge of Burglary to send a team to take fingerprints after verifying the facts linked to the incident report taken by SF Police Office Lee Johnson attached to the Bayview Police Station.

Early I called the Captain of the SF Bayview Station - gave him my name and a gist of what took place at my office. I am still waiting to hear from him. 

In the meantime - we are tracking the culprit who stole my iMac 27" desk computer, a four-tier cabinet toolbox - a costly tool cabinet, and more precision tools - that this thug should know - that I want my property back. 

I have zero tolerance for thugs.

Once the thug entered the office using the back door - they trashed the office - the above view from the back door to the front door.

I could write about the other expensive things stolen - the report is with the SF Police Department - and I am monitoring how they can bring this well-known " Thug" and his gang - to justice.

My many friends in the community are angry - I am angry - and I am seriously thinking of arming myself - the situation has gone from bad to worse.

I will not permit " thugs " to have an encounter with me.

I will deal with them myself, and the SF Police Department and their Director of Policymaking - need to learn about the saturation of crime in the City and County of San Francisco.

Daly tons of rubbish picked up - the ordinance - is not enforced - using investigators and quality control inspectors - the trash collected is disgusting - feces, dead animals, other trash - more hazardous material - lying in the open.

One of the worst areas in San Francisco - is Third Street in District 10 - the Supervisor - for all his talk - has yet to do anything.

After he terms out - I hope he goes far away from District 10 - good riddance of awful rubbish.

Where there is trash - there is trouble - it attracts thugs, murderers, killers of every kind - jailbirds, birds of the worst order - that have no respect for themselves and less for those they prey upon.

Recently my office was burglarized -  my iMac computer 27" loaded with one-of-a-kind software - and tons of memory - was stolen by someone who will sell it - for little or no money.

Why do we tolerate thugs roaming freely and preying on businesses, innocent people, children, and other vulnerable constituents of District 10 - the Bayview Hunters Point - a District that regolith trash and feces.

Who is responsible for this utter nonsense - leading many to arm themselves.

You call SF Dispatch; they take hours to come - in fact, the dispatchers will tell you - you may have to wait for hours - before the POPOS show up.

MaryEllen Caroll, who is in charge of Dispatch - and other related Emergency Services - time she fades into oblivion. No one should wait hours for an urgent situation or emergency - for the SF Police Department to arrive to take an incident report - or any other emergency request. 

What is the Director of Emergency Services and Dispatch Operation MaryEllen Caroll doing about this pressing issue?

How can the majority of the citizens of San Francisco -wait for hours - before the SF Police Officers come to take a report - this has been going on for years - no improvement with the response time - and many citizens and other in San Francisco - are totally - fed up.

We have a budget of over $14.6 Billion - this City and County of San Francisco - known worldwide for its corruption - and filthy streets.

Feces and needles are all over the place - and to make things convoluted - someone is hanging gaudy artificial flowers - making San Francisco - look like a third-world nation.

The Mayor London Breed - barking up the tree every opportunity she gets. Recently she was vacationing in Maui - eva, curated and carried on her vacation on the Big Island. London could have put out a press release - supporting the decent people of Maui - but she is not trained in quality diplomacy, she is from the hood - she is a hustler - and she uses our taxes payer money without any accountability - receives a salary of over $450,000 plus perks. 

Just outside my office, criminals gather and loudly talk about their business.

The SF Bayview Station is aware of the situation - but has done nothing.

The thugs that roam Third Street during the daytime time are known by all.

Imagine the thugs that prowl and steal at night.

We are a nation of law and order - you would not know that - reading the statistics - there is an increase of over fifty percent - in shootings and killings.

Burglaries, home, car break-ins, riff-raff infringing on private property - and now defying all decency and targeting one who has worked very hard for the Bayview Hunters Point community - for over 50 years.

We have an individual, James - who lives upstairs - where I have my office - who has NOT paid his rent for over three years.

The matter is in court - and they say there is a back-log - so who suffers - while we have to bear with this, James - a thief, liar, and daily hustling - attracting scums bags - daily to his apartment - creating a nuisance - reported to the SF Bayview Police Station. 

He attracts all the riff-raff and thinks nothing about the nuisance.

The owner of the building has taken him to court - the courts take their time - licking the can down the street.

 James uses the excuse of the pandemic - for not paying his rent.

 He worked for SF Park and Recreation, the SF Airport; he receives a pension and social security and does not want to pay his rent.

James will be first in line to get compensation from any source - lying, cheating, and breaking the, including payments-called called - reparations. Hesalivatingting waiting for 5 million dollars lars?

The SF Bayview Police Station has many complaints against James - and has allowed him to continue the nuisance he is known for - herding criminals and doing all sorts of disturbance.

If someone parks a vehicle - and the thug who visits James - if they see something they can sell - they will break a window and steal things in seconds.

These vermin are a disgrace to the human race - they do not work - they steal, cheat, break the law - each and every day - and go Scott-free.

As I said, I am closely watching the case that I have presented to Law Enforcement - this matter must come to a close - all the stolen returned. I am serious on this point.

The City and County of San Francisco have gone to the hogs.

Over 40,000 had left San Francisco - our pollution now is 810,000.

San Franciso has a $14.6 billion budget and cannot address quality of life issues.

Fentanyl has taken so many lives - in the thousands every year.

These thugs break into homes and businesses daily - and the SF Police Department takes time to respond - and months to solve cases.

We are supposed to have an SF Police Force of 2000 - right now, we have 900 on duty.

No one wants to work for the SF Police Department - and within the SF Police Department - morale - is at an all-time low.

The same goes for the Mayor London Breed - no one respects her.

The shootings and killings in SF Bayview are at a long-time high.

Why are the quality of life issues - compromised - why are we paying our hard-earned taxes - to the corrupt and deplorable -leadership?

I ALWAYS FAVORED THE ISLAND OF MAUI AS MY FAVORITE - LAHAINA ON ONE SIDE AND HANA ON THE OTHER - RICH IN CULTURE - GOING BACK THOUSANDS OF YEARS - MAHALO - ALOHA!

The intense fire left its mark - incinerated everything in its path.

Lahaina fire was one of a kind.

I fondly remember Lahaina and Hana when I visited Maui some years ago. 

Maui is my favorite island, and I spend hours at the beaches - on that one-of-a-kind - vacation. 

 Having traveled all over the world - there are some iconic locations - one of them is Maui. 

You feel the presence of the ancestors - and the large, widespread banian tree - brought from India - and planted in an auspicious site is one that I envision - it stands there undeterred.

The banian tree - considered sacred - gives hope - even as it withstood the inferno - and though the leaves are parched - the banian tree - spread widely all around - beckons all to unite and survive.

The banian sapling was brought from India - considered a Sacred tree - admired by millions of tourists and locals - all these years in Lahaina - it survived and will give hope to those that will not give up.

The museum had a great collection of artifacts, and I wondered if the building could withstand fire or earthquake -  the idea left me even as I pondered about the situation - at that time. Today it is no more - artifacts thousands of years old - incinerated. 

Captain Cook and those that hoodwinked the Hawaiian people - had no clue how precious the Hawaiian Islands were - once pristine, today full of tourists and abject - materialism. 

The infrastructure, the roads one way in and another way out.

Reminiscent of the fire that took place in Paradise, California. 

Paradoxically the emergency system did not kick in.

The head of the Emergency Services for Maui has resigned. He was inept, had NO qualifications, and was responsible for many's utter mess and deaths.

Such irresponsibility must not be tolerated - we have the same situation in San Francisco. 

We in San Francisco do not have the ability or capacity to handle any significant emergency - we do not have a helicopter.

We do not have heavy-duty equipment to move rocks, heavy pieces of metal, or construction material in place. 

We need a qualified Commander - trained and certified by an agency like the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

We are curious to know if the high winds - took down power poles - in Lahaina, Maui - which resulted in many fires.

Created by the high winds - simultaneously - raging fires - hot spots fueling the intense fire - incinerating almost everything - in their path.

High-powered electrical lines have their power turned off as a standard practice all over the United States - when winds exceed high speed - in this case, over 80 miles per hour. The local Power Company made a glaring mistake - that will be sued, and rightly so.

The emergency alarms were not triggered - another sign - that the power grid was totally disabled - the questions are many - the answers few - those that mourn the dead - the trials and tribulations - are many - due diligence and standards count - all this and more - will be investigated. That is the least that can be done - talk is cheap.

The hydrants were dry - putting the firefighters in harm's way - preventing them from doing their jobs.

Hawian Electric Industries - has a lot to answer - one of them is deferred maintenance.

The second issue that stands out  - compromising standards.

Hawian Electric Industries will lose hands down if any class action is initiated.

Also, some key officials needed to be included in action - the judicial system will now have to adjudicate - hold the feet of those who failed to serve the people - to the fire.

Greed knows no bounds - we have too many who could have lived - that did not happen - they perished in the raging fire. 

FEMA would do well if they established their main emergency stations - closer to the victims - and not miles away - further impending aid to those in dire - straits.

Just 4% of the entire area - has been covered - with cadaver dogs - and experts - a mobile van is now on location in Lahaina - able to take DNA samples and provide quicker results - one in two hours.

The Ahola spirit is working, and volunteers took it upon themselves - to help - gather whatever is necessary to aid those in dire straits. 

Blankets, pillows, drinking water, diapers, and other needed clothing for infants and children - generators - the lack of power and clean drinking water - have created a problem - the volunteers - are working round the clock.

Even petrol has been brought to those that need it. Over two thousand five hundred homes burnt down.

There are parts of Maui not touched by the fire - that those who have cars can travel - to stay with friends and relatives.

Schools, churches, and the Red Cross lost all their buildings.

Emergency crews from all over the United States - California is sending its best - and here in Bay Area, a large population from Hawaii is working hard to collect money and bring immediate aid to those suffering.

At times like this, those trained by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), doctors, nurses, those specialized in logistics, transportation, communication, safety issues, Psychologists, Psychiatrists - others - all gather to uplift one another and the people of Maui that will get all the help they need. 

Let this be a lesson - how we must ready ourselves - and not take what the politicians say - empty words for granted.

In this case, the volunteers - immediately took action - one singular point - that took lives and destroyed thousands of homes - has shed light where there was abject darkness.

We want to know who was in charge that led to this calamity?

We want to know why the Federal government, for all the talk - there has been no walk?

We want to know if there is a viable and sustainable plan to address stress and mental illness and who really is spreading joy - the superior, joyous, and soothing - at this very moment - Aloha!

The volunteers are at their best.

The destruction is everywhere - out of the ashes, the Phoenix will arise. 

As I heard the news, for some reason, I was interested in Hana too. 

Hana is famous for its beaches - where you find white, red, and black sand.

Also, for the rich and famous - little happened to Hana - it too has narrow roads - and forest - and these raging winds could have played havoc.

At times like this, we think about large tents and port-to-potties - sheds one can put together to address minor emergencies.

Generators to provide electricity, the latest technology - where water can be purified through filtration and improving our communication system.

Heavy equipment standing ready, always preparing nurses and other first aid personnel, and kitchens to provide food to those hungry. 

Exceptional amenities for our infants, our Elders, and those with compromised health. 

Lahaina, Maui should open our eyes - the work will take years to rebuild.

Hopefully, the Federal Infrastructure Bill will rescue Lahaina, Maui - roads well planned - an Emergency System that works - better fire equipment - and air support putting out the fires.

It is good to remember what goes on in our minds to benefit those in dire straits as soon as possible.

Over a thousand constituents from Lahaina, Maui, have yet to be found. Among them are hundreds of children. 

The only method to find some closure is to detect - using the latest DNA technology - that is now available in Lahaina, Maui. 

This banian tree - vast and wide - still stands - a sapling brought from India - and planted at an auspicious location.

MILLIONS OF INNOCENT AFRICANS ARE DYING - CLIMATE CHANGE NO FAULT OF AFRICANS - THUG NATIONS STEALING RESOURCES FROM AFRICA - WHERE IS THE JUSTICE AND FAIR PLAY.

Chairman Xi Jinping and his minions - pay good money - to steal precious resources all over Africa. All these - while others look the other way. This nonsense must STOP - now.

The United States Africa Command - monitors - the many activities on the continent of Africa - some 53 nations. Yet we do not know  - what is really happening in Niger. Yet we are discussing dealing with the issue with force? Such is the way of those who are demonic - pretend to act innocent.

The ongoing coup on July 26, 2023  - led by the Presidential guard - detained Niger's President Mohamed Bazoum and his family.

Reports from Niger state that Niger's President and his family lack access to electricity and clean drinking water.

No fresh food as the refrigerator is dead.

The President of Niger - duly elected by the people - is now left to fend for himself and his family.

Most autocratic regimes like the ones in Burkina Faso and Mali - do not care about innocent people getting killed.

These - these autocrats only care about themselves - and favor working with the Wagner Group - well known for its atrocities - backed by Russia and Vladimir Putin.

Political Violence in Niger in recent times.

The Economic Community of African States (ECOWAS) - some 15 heads of West African nations - have warned the junta in Niger - that the junta must stand down - or it will use force to take them down. This is a grave mistake - and ESOWAS must ponder - before it drowns in the cesspool - of its own creation.

 The plan to free the President of Niger, Mohamad Bazoum, and his family - and restore him to power - in the name of Democracy - is complicated - because we do not know - what really led to this situation.

Niger has over 1000 United States soldiers and experts monitoring the Muslim Jihadist activity and has been doing so since 2018.

The United States soldiers are now at an Army base Niger - well fortified and monitoring the situation. Armed with drones and the latest military hardware and software - the U.S. Army is now caught in a bind - if it has to defend its assets.

Niger now has 1500 French troops that also have been monitoring the Jihadists - most of us who follow the activities linked to the continent of Africa - the many hostilities recently and in the year 2021. 

We also are fully aware of the 5 coups in Niger - before Niger elected a Democratic government - the President being Mohamed Bazoum. 

ECOWAS proclaims its mantra: Peace and Prosperity to All.

ECOWAS's dream is to utilize the combined GDP of over $800 billion - linked to natural resources - rare minerals, transportation, commerce, art and marketing, music and furniture designs,  financial and monetary issues, and digital platforms that unite all - and cultural issues. 

Today, ECOWAS is caught in a bind with Mali, Burkina Faso, and Guinea having called to coups of their own - and each autocratic government - are working with entities like the Wagner Group - to muddy the waters.

Right now, Russia has issued a statement that the coup that has imprisoned Niger's President should be freed.

At the same time, we know the Wagner Group has access to the leaders of the coup in Niger - typically those that are playing with fire.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited Niger a week before the coup; he was so near and yet so far. To date, the State Department has not used the word "coup" - do we know something that no one else knows? We have 1000 soldiers and other experts monitoring the Jihadists - so do 1500 French soldiers - doing the same? 

The Secretary of State Antony Blinken and French President Emmanuel Macron - visited Niger - and both praised Niger - for being stable and offering it - all the needed help.  

Both visited Niger - a few weeks before the current coup.

Anyway, you look at this situation - Niger - more the local population suffers today.

With no electricity and running water - roads are cut off, and there is no movement to bring essential food and other needed materials into Niger.

The locals are protesting, waving Russian flags - and cursing the French, their former colonial masters who treated the people of Niger with disdain.

The protesters have no clue that they are being used - and in the end, when the infrastructure, buses, and other facilities that they are now destroying - will have to be built - and the population has no clue - that no one will step forward to - to restore what they are damaging.

While our African Elders - suffer with disdain  - at the many refugee camps. In the interim, billions of dollars - African resources shared among those that mine the resources - and corrupt heads of government - it is always about dark blood money.  

Not once does ECOWAS comprehend the rich heritage of the Continent of Africa - the rich heritage of the mystical city - of Timbuktu - that most of us - have heard about - but in actuality, have not a clue - about the cultural legacy of Timbuktu. 

In 2012 - 14 of the 16 mausoleums that form part of the World Heritage site were destroyed by Jihadists - led by dubious religious motives. Today there is some semblance in Timbuktu - music, dance, and cultural tours are being fostered - to keep the legacy of Timbuktu alive.

In March 2013, the Battle of Timbuktu was fought in Northern Mali; two Islamists attacked Timbuktu. With the intervention of the French Army, the attacks were installed, and no damage was done to the City of Timbuktu.

ECOWAS and the 15 nations that belong to it - must ponder the role of the French Army - and Nigeria heads ECOWAS must consider if it has the sound leadership, the capacity, the skills, the ability to create a viable and sustainable plan - to stop the current fiasco in Niger.

Paradoxically Mali today is controlled by an autocratic government - mudding the waters - and casting a dark cloud on the legacy of Timbuktu - even though today, tourists visit Timbuktu - but have no clue about its rich heritage and a time bomb waiting to explode.

Sacred documents were only destroyed if they were moved to a Secret Location by those Elders with the wisdom to do so.

Those who prey on Africa and the Africans - have been given a pass - to do as they please - Russian and China - are taking advantage of innocent Africans - but not for long.

Africans could start by not selling precious diamonds, cobalt, copper, nickel, titanium, ebony, sugar, bananas, and a host of other agricultural and other materials - that NO account has been kept - but those of us that monitor the situation - know.

Russia and China do not see the continent of Africa, some 53 nations, as capable of contributing to the world - at all levels.

Given equal opportunities - the intelligence of those from Africa can stand the smelt test. However, once you mix the color of one's skin into the equation - linked to fairness and justice - the result is something - else.

The numerals we use to calculate were created in Africa.

Astronomy, medicine, geometry, philosophy, theology, and various faiths have traveled all over this Earth.

Witness the Pyramids that stand today for all to see - anyway, one looks at Africa; it is rich in resources.

If you read about the silk road - the gold, the spices, the rich carpets, silk clothes, carvings one of a kind, and ornaments. 

Few know about Benin and its legacy - the artifacts are now in Western museums stolen -  what was once a great African Nation - became a center for the slave trade. 

The French ruled Benin, and the rest is history. 

We know about Niger - it is always about milking the cow - and when the milk dries - blaming others and creating a situation - where one group fights the other - while the colonists make hay while the shine shines.

Africans cannot rule using the contaminated constitutions left behind by the colonial powers - most of them stole, raped, and destroyed the local people's culture. If Africans could build the Pyramids and if there was once a Timbuktu - where thousands came to be educated - why cannot Africans create their own Model of Government and Fair Ruling -  with a unique language and title:

Africa and the many African nations - must have Constitutions - that relate to the DNA of Africans - Africa and Africans - cannot play with fire - ruling haphazardly.

We have seen this in Mali, Burkina Faso, and Guinea - China and Russia prey on Democratic nations in Africa - working with Constitutions that are tailor-made by the former colonists - who have left the countries - but sowed seeds in boiler-made operations - linked to Judicial System, Policing, Health, Transportation, Infrastructure,  Religion (LGBTQ), Financing, Agriculture, Education, and the list goes on and on. 

The Chinese take more and leave less - they do it in Africa - they have done it in Australia, they did it in Jordon, they are trying to do it in the United States - you are forewarned.

 

In the interim, billions of dollars are taken out of the African Nations in Niger and the nations surrounding  Niger - Copper, nickel, lithium, diamonds, gold, silver, cobalt, petroleum - more.

The nations that have the technology - prey on the African countries - who do not have the technology and less the means - that is, money - to mine, transport, and do whatever they do best - in stealing the resources, which has been going on for decades. 

The many computers, iPhones, batteries, all sorts of computer chips - quantum computer chips  - most of the rare minerals come from the continent of Africa - the powers that be - get it for cheap and sell it for large amounts - avarice and greed that knows no bounds.

The locals work for little or nothing - we have heard of " BLOOD DIAMONDS" - the same is true of copper, nickel, gold, silver, titanium, and cobalt - the crooks from China, Russia, Britain, Denmark, United States - steal the rare minerals - and this mentality is detected - when they have to adjudicate - and use fair play - think of the Africans as inferior.

Africa and Africans are NOT responsible for Climate Change - Russia, China, India, the United States, Europe - those who spew millions of tons in the air - to deplete the Ozone Zone are responsible. Who is fooling whom?

Right now, the Russians and the Chinese are laughing at the bank - but Russia and China will fall on their face.

Russia will lose its war with Ukraine.

This ongoing war with Ukraine will be a long but bitter defeat for Russia - more Russians will lose their lives than ever before, and Lenin, Stalin, and other Russian thugs - will learn their lesson.

It is the same with China - which steals proprietary property from the United States and other developed nations. 

Today China is facing " DEFLATION" - an economic cancer that eats one entrails. 

Three out of five educated Chinese cannot make it - they need help figuring out what to make of what is happening - in China.

There will be a Revolution - the Peoples Republic will be taken down - and those who lead today - will be no more. 

Chinese Real Estate has failed miserably - millions who invested in this Real Estate - have lost their money.

In China, the Communist Party owns the land - the crux of the problem.

The Chinese Communist Party has failed - they should NOT be torturing the Uyghurs - who are Muslims. Karma.

President Xi Jinping, your father loved the Uyghurs - and was a good man - why are you defying decency - and raping and murdering the Uyghurs.

Today Beijing has suffered from one FLOOD - the worst ever in 140 years - there is one more to come - worse.

No one should release the waters from the dams - so that Beijing suffers less and those towns below - receive the flood waters - and are destroyed?

Autocratic nations like China and Russia - will not pass the smelt test. Slowly but surely - Vladimir Putin will fade into oblivion - followed by Xi Jinping.

Confucius and other wise philosophers from the era of Emperor Taizu, the Ming Dynasty - when the Chinese population doubled and prosperity reigned supreme  - AD 1368 to 1644. The Ming Dynasty established relations on its own terms - boasting the best porcelain, drama, literature, and art - the present Chinese - deep into hacking and stealing propitiatory property - lying, cheating, bluffing, hoodwinking in broad daylight, and selfish to the core.

The present Chinese Communist Party - will be an abject failure - a China will be incinerated - in an INFERNO that no one has ever seen. 

The Blue River and the Yellow River - will be parched.

Before that, the smog that is now present - will increase - and those that perpetuate SMOG - and care little - will realize - it is too late - and fade into oblivion.

Those who think they are a Super Power - can keep hallucinating.

Your reality check is already here - hurricanes, large fires, floods of kind, sea-level rise, pandemics, and endemics - the preservatives we use and ingest - does not bode well for our bodies - we once ate everything fresh. 

We must feed our minds with the best information - our bodies with the best nutrition - and fine-tune our moral compass with many good actions. 

This hoodwink in broad daylight must STOP.

These crimes against humanity are a disgrace to the human race.

The United Nations has NO clout, and the Hague and other International Court - take their own sweet time - no one seems to care for the infants, the children, the Elders, or those with compromised health - we must not take this route - kicking the can down the street.
