Even as we think we enjoy true freedom - we have nefarious individuals, entities, and even Nations such as Russia and China - tricking us - into providing personal information - words.

We are tempted as we surf the Internet to answer questions that we answer - when our guard is lowered - and those who are evil - hackers - use this sensitive and personal information - to control much who they want to control.

There is information and there is education - we can surf the Internet and learn some.

What helps us better -  is the ability to discern - and this comes when one is educated on issues.

The better Institution of Learning - of which they are very few in today's world - offer some education - it behoves us to work hard, learn more, challenge ourselves - to attain levels of understanding comparable with our IQ and more.

You may not believe it - common sense -is given to very few.

When we interact with people - we are often confused how some interact - take nothing for granted - when it comes to s sound information - we find this out the hard way - but as I said - common sense is given to a few.

There was a time when instant communication was difficult - way back in 1981 - I got interested in the Internet - learning Computer languages such as Fortran, Cobol and so on. 

Learn about software and hardware - at that time - I had access to powerful IBM computer machines - and for those that go back then - we had to use punch cards.

A smart IPhone or iPad can pack a million time more information than those simple IBM machines - more a gloried typewriter.

Education is paramount to understanding human beings - and there are so many of us human beings - from so many Nations, so many environments - and I have always been attracted to the indigenous people - of the land.

Here in the United States the indigenous are our Tribes.

The indigenous people stay true to Mother Earth.

Simple folks without any influence of greed, avarice, and those wicked habits that are unsavory - and embraced in today materialistic world. 

I have travelled all over the world -  always gravitated to the indigenous nations - and love to hear them speak and more understand - how they formulate their words.

The Internet has allowed us to communicate - if we are old enough -  in our 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, older - we know how we communicated in the past and with what difficult.

In today's world - how great we feel - when we communicate with instantaneous results - more, when we use our computers and our key pads - and now more and more on touch screens.

Social media has invaded our privacy -  we may sit working on our computer - and while surfing find something interesting - we may even dare to answer some questions - just because how the questions are worded. 

Some time ago those interested in knowing more about our personality sent us surveys.

Many of us without a second thought - jumped to learn more - about our personality. 

Never mind how we were rated in answering to some stranger on the other side of the world.

We gave up so much - we any second thoughts - this and more to those nefarious entities who store the information - to manipulate some of us  - who fall victim - surrounding sensitive information.

Much before the last General Election - Russians invaded our Social Media - and stole tons of information.

They got so bold - because our Social Media - many of them headquartered in the Silicon Valley - themselves had no clue - they were compromised.  So so they believe us to think - but there is more to this confusion of sorts.

So some of them - those that control our Social Media be it Google, FaceBook, others - were questioned by those in authority - even Congress took some time to learn more - about Cyberwars and hoodwink innocent people on the Internet here in the United States and all around the world.

In the first place our Congress should have had firewalls in place - much like Europe has today.

In Europe one can ask Google to erase all information collected linked to a personal account - and Google does it - if not they are fined.

Here is the United States we have to wait until this day arrives,

Our United States Government should have taken precaution - built sound firewalls, sound servers, and more - and mandated those Mega Media Corporations to maintain high standards - they failed to protect the tax payers, the constituents the citizens of the United States and others.

For sure our United States Government compromised our security, our personal  information - and more.

The Office of Personnel Management is one singular U.S. Government agency that was compromised by the Mainland Chinese Government - many of us who had high level clearances - had our information compromised. 

And with that our personal banking information and more.

We all were given special protection by the Federal Government - a security firm named CSID.

Much like BofA offers Privacy Assist - or one can pay for Life Lock protection.

Millions of decent human beings women and men were compromised in the 2013 - many who served their Nation - and today have to pay a price. None of us have been compensated.

Much liked the spiraling of the economic in the years 2006, 2007, 2008 - when we lost so much on accounts linked to our IRA, our pension, our savings - and the United States Government chose to bail the large Financial Institutions, and large banks Citi, Chase, BofA, Wells Fargo - others.

As soon as our personal information was compromised  in 2013 - many of us noticed - some illegal transactions - it took over a year and half for the Office of Personnel Management - to inform us.

Took the OPM another two years to upgrade their Smithsonian System - when such things happen - our Freedom is compromised and for all the talk - those that are supposed to protect us - let us down.

Today we have an egotistical maniac in the White House - who is testing our patience - on every level - single handedly - Donald Trump - has taken this great Nation - backwards.

Looming on the immediate horizon - the Spiraling of the Economy - it is around the corner - within nine months - if not earlier.

Our Security has been compromised by firing General James Mattis - better known as " Mad Dog " - by stellar and astute military experts. 

A General who is very knowledgable - a historian - who carries with him - on his travels - a library of 7000 books - and can stand tall and represent - on most serious subjects.

The United States has decided to withdraw from Syrian - putting our National Security at risk - Isis, the Taliban, other renegade entities are poised to attack us on our home ground -  here we have someone who must be responsible - acting like a fool.

Plans envision 30,000 to be built on very contaminated land.

I now write more on this blog that you are reading.

For 40 years I have been doing due diligence informing those who are inclined to listen - more, concerned about their health, general welfare for those living in the community.

The education I provide is to help those who are educated on issues - to take care of their surrounding, eat right, take care of their bodies - if they encounter environmental issues - and need help - I am there to help them out.

The United States Navy tested " Depleted Uranium " at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - as part of the World War II efforts in the early 1950s.

Some 800 acres of land - that is the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard -  built from very poor landfill.

To top it all - very contaminated soil registering high levels of radioactive elements - cesium, plutonium, other dangerous elements - lead, mercury, asbestos - were found on this contaminated land -  the SF City and County  - looking the other way - failing to do due diligence.

Failing to enforce the Precautionary Principle - a mandatory ordinance found on our book - here, in the City and County San Francisco.

At a recent meeting the SF Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure - bragged that all was well at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The Director Nadia Sessay - who should know better - making the idiotic announcement. 

The other Commissioners patting their behinds - and salivating at the fake news. Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is listed on the Superfund Site.

San Francisco Police Department Officers -

were placed to work at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard -

Building 606 that was in close proximity to Parcel E2

where an ongoing - fire rages underground and the entire 

area is toxic and contaminated - yet our 

SF Police Officers were put in harm way with intent.

Our City and County of San Francisco and past and present Mayors - have had briefings - on the contamination prevalent at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Many of the SF City and County heads of Departments - other who are are responsible - including the past SF Mayors - have heard me at countless meetings.

At these meetings I have given detail accounts of the contamination and contaminations - shown empirical data - to no avail.

Yet, only in the year 2018 - when some workers from Tetra Tech in jail - working at Hunters Point defrauded - changed manifest and were found guilty and charged - all hell broke loose.

Recent soil tests revealed soil manifests were changed  - and Class One dirt the most contaminated - dumped all over Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Some of it taken to landfills - where Class One contaminated dirt - were NOT supposed to to be taken.

At a recent SF Police Commission meeting in front of SF Police Chief Williams Scott - the SF Police Commission Chair Masuko -  failed to comprehend how a fire could rage - for so long some 18 months - on Hunters Point adjacent to building 606 where SF Police Officers and employees worked.

The fact is the fire is still raging underground - and some vents or wells and in place - to release Methane gas - and keep the raging fire under control.

It does not matter to the SF City and County our Mayor, the City Administrator, the SF Health Department, other Department heads - that the community at large has been adversely impacted.

The paradox the Building 606 - where the SF Police Officers worked worked a few hundred yards away - and were exposed to high levels of contamination - more radioactive elements. 

Over 25 SF Police Office have come down with cancer - and over 9 SF Police Officers have succumbed to chronic diseases - tumors, cancers, and this and more is totally - uncalled for.

are found all over the 

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - most of them 

contaminated and needing abatement.

I have been involved in many meetings - including one where Lennar Urban duped Recology to joining them to invest in a large trash collecting project - millions of dollars - I have the details of the conceptual plan - to create some sort of futuristic mechanism to collect garbage - using tunnels, high pressure and more.

Complete with huge vents - that could be pressurized - and large pieces of garbage moved - through tunnels - to a collection center - some figment of someone imagination - such a project does not exists - anywhere.

Some nonsensical reasons given to eliminate trucks and deal with pollution - while many fell for this futuristic plan - that fell by the wayside - but, not until millions were expanded - and those investing in this plan - left holding an empty bag.

I read the material and the reading made no sense.

Some millions were invested - in this foolishness.

Lennar Corporation is a rogue developer that has taken many for a wild ride - including - Recology.

Our SF City and Count must totally " divest " from Lennar Corporation - its proxy 5 Points Holdings LLC -  we do not need the Lennar Corporation adversely impacting thousands.

Those taking bribes - mostly Blacks - we call them sellouts - Veronica Hunnicutt, Shaman Walton, Malia Cohen, Sophie Maxwell, Doris Vincent, Oscar James, Tiffany Bohee, Linda Richardson, Aureoles Walker, Calvin Jones - fail to comprehend the Depleted Uranium was tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - and the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard cannot and will not be abated or mitigated to Residential Standards.

The SF Police Department Laboratory

was in operation at Building 606 -

all those who worked in the building 

are now suffering - and our SF City and County 

has NOT apologized and still continues to push 

building homes on very contaminated land.

This entire area is contaminated -

registering high levels of radioactive elements -

we have put our SF Police Officer in harms way -

our workers involved in clean ups in harm way -

Young Community Developers have put youth 

in harm way - not informing them of the atrocities.

Why do we have to build 30,000 homes on land that is contaminated ? Why is anyone in their senses trying to building homes and entice human beings - more infants, children, youth, young adults, Seniors, others to live on contaminated ground - more a Superfund Site?

 At SF Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Candlestick Point -  parts of the land - once a garbage dump site.

Others areas within Candlestick Point - defined as Brown Fields - which is another glorified name - for very contaminated ground.

Within the SF Health Department we have an Environment Division - Amy Brownell and Stephanie Cushing working there and others - they have failed San Franciscans

We have over 5000 toxic hotspots all over San Francisco - and our City Administrator has NO clue about these toxic hotspots. 

Each recorded with detail information. If I have the empirical data - why does not the City and County of San Francisco?

Thousands of tons of garbage - is thrown in our neighborhoods - the most impacted the Bayview Hunters Point, the Portola District - McClaren Park, Candlestick Point, Little Hollywood - I have taken it upon myself - to facilitate and have these piles of dirt removed - with little fun fair.

Recology has established itself very near Little Hollywood - and there have been many complaints - noise, smell and so on.

 Many a time people come to me - and I act as a mediator - the work I do - is on behalf of the people and that segment of the population that most needs - help.

The SF City and County has NO clue how many children have been exposed to chrome waste, PCPs, paint thinners, others toxic elements - by those contractors and other who dump their contaminated material where they deem it is fine to dump - illegally. 

 All the above mentioned contaminated material - need experts - trained certified hazardous material workers - that our SF City and County does not have - to address the removal and disposition.

You call our SF City and County and there is no mechanism to address serious hazardous material contamination. 

More over even if you manage to get some one - they do not know - how to go about the issues at hand. 

My experience at the SF Presidio of San Francisco helps me - address such issues and I have - been doing due diligence - and those at SF Department of Public Works and other Departments - know about this and more.

The SF Public Utilities Commission has failed San Francisco - jumping the ship and expanding over $100 million on infrastructure  - laying clean water and sewer pipes - linked to projects that the Lennar Corporation - has links to. 

Why should tax payers pay for this infrastructure - when the Lennar Corporation has put so many decent San Franciscans - in harm way?

What has Harlan Kelly to say about this on going nonsense.

What has Barbara Hale to say - about putting Solar on thousands of contaminated homes built of contaminated land.

It is so pathetic - how these so called Managers - waste our tax payers money - helping Rogue Developers - like Lennar Corporation and there is more.

EB-5 Visas have allowed Willie L. Brown Jr. to make millions of dollars - other dubious Corporations linked - to entice the Mainland Chinese to invest in Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - Parcel A - they want their money back.

For about $500,000  a pop a EB-5 visa can be procured.

All those schemes linked to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard that Malia Cohen, Shaman Walton, Sophie Maxwell, Linda Richardson, Aurelious Walker, Calvin Jones -  others one worse than the other know about - and have endorses - now, should be questioned - they were accomplices and have BLOOD on their hands.

AMY BROWNELL HAS SOLD OUT THE BAYVIEW HUNTERS POINT COMMUNITY - SO DID BARBARA GRACIA WHO WAS FIRED - THE MANY SF SUPERVISORS - LEADING THAT CHARGE MALIA COHEN AND THE PRESENT SF DISTRICT 10 ELECTED SUPERVISOR - SHAMANN WALTON.

Depleted Uranium was first tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - that contaminated over 1200 acres - some on land and the Bay water too. 

Contaminated ships - part of the " Atomic Experiments " near the Bikini Island - were brought back to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - the hulls and other exposed areas of the ships - sand blasted - much of that contaminated the Bay. 

Large animals - contaminated by the exposure to the " Atomic Blast " were also brought back to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - and buried all over the place. Few know this - and there is more.

The United States government put the entire area - that we called Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - on a list called the Superfund List.

Candlestick Point - part of it - a garbage site - is a Brownfield  Site.

Today Methane gas spews from the State Park - and if you look carefully - you will see vents under bushes - that spew Methane gas.

Only the worst contaminated sites - are put on the Superfund site. 

Brownfield sites such as Candlestick Point - is another term - for very contaminated land. 

One ton of Methane Gas emits twenty two tons of Carbon Dioxide. The entire area from 4th and King to Geneva Street - more the Mid-Way Village which falls under Daly City - is very contaminated. The air foul.

The many Blacks who have been pushing for the Development of the above mentioned area - that I have mentioned about - have NO clue - how contaminated the land is - more prone to liquefaction and flooding.

The backing the Developers - more Rogue Developers - have the sellouts that I have named below - on their pay roll - they back the Rogue Developers - such as Lennar Urban - rubber stamping - and this and more - is a crying, shame.

Here are some of the sellout Blacks - leading that charge Willie L. Brown Jr. ( a former thug SF Mayor ).

Followed by Sophie Maxwell former District 10 Supervisor, Roy Willis ( a point person for Senator Diane Feinstein), Nancy Pelosi the current Congressperson representing San Francisco. 

All the State of California Assembly members and State Senators - have looked the way - as thousands have slowly died - exposed to the high level atomic elements - cesium, plutonium, and so on, registered -  at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and the neighboring area.

Including - the Bay - over 1200 acres. 

The areas have been tested and the empirical data is available for those that are educated on issues.

I do not play with dumb fucking fools - who keep hoodwinking us - all because they can make money. With intent putting lives of innocent people - in harms way.

Money is not the end all - life is for the living not the living dead. 

I have attended over 400 funerals - most who once lived in they Bayview Hunters Point Area.

Many of the deaths resulting to exposure close to hot spots - contamination and pollution - emitting from Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and the surrounding areas.

I have mentioned some of the sellouts above - here is the rest of the list:

Toye Moses, Linda Richardson, Veronica Hunnicutt, Doris Vincent, Oscar James, Eloise Patton, Dwayne Jones, Aurelius Walker, London Breed, Malia Cohen, Shamann Walton - and a host of them, more - most of them Black - who should be ashamed of themselves.

Since 1989 I have been saying that Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and the surrounding area - should not be occupied by human beings. 

The simple reason is - all life is impacted - and our City and County of San Francisco must follow the Precautionary Principle - but does not abide by this Ordinance - which is law.

This recent charge against Amy Brownell is nothing knew - so are the many charges leveled against Barbara Garcia - the head of the SF Health Department - who was fired - on very serious charges - helping her wife - giving her contracts.

The many pastors all Black - we call them the Poverty Pimp Pastors (PPP) - Amos Brown, Aurelius Walker, Calvin Jones - others too many to name - should all be ashamed of themselves.

On Parcel A - the Chinese from Mainland China were invited to buy homes - when those selling the land - knew that the land and the surrounding area was contaminated. 

Willie L. Brown Jr with his deep connections - led the charge selling - EB-5 visas.

Those favoring the EB-5 Visa paid as much as $650,000 to enter the United States - and the Chinese were mandated to buy the homes built on contaminated ground.

Many of the Mainland Chinese victims - forfeited the homes they bought - after knowing about the contamination - and bought homes in Hillsborough, Santa Barbara, Napa and other places - having the money - and belong to the elite in China.

The last four Mayors of San Francisco must be ashamed of themselves - perpetuating such dirty deeds - bring shame to the City named after Saint Francisco of Assisi.

The corruption is perpetuated by other heads of City Department - many Mangers within the various City Departments and in some case the heads - taking bribes - from the Big Developers.

 There are many entities - all those that provide services - be it the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, the Department of Public Works, the Department of Building Inspection, the SF Planning Department - the SF Health Department - all look the other way. 

But not for long.

There are many private companies - who are still raking in millions - while hoodwinking the constituents - who live in and around Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - and they think they can rake in the millions, forever - but, not for long.

Time to expose them - more, because I have the empirical data.

In the Southeast Sector contaminated soil has been dumped all over the place - some in Land Fills with fake manifests.

Some toxic soil dumped in places like the Golden Gate Park, on land that belongs to the SFPUC - nothing should surprise the reader. 

The manifest were changed - and the First Class soil dumped.

What I am explaining above is nothing knew - very contaminated soil - was moved from the are now - known as 4th and King - and brought west - below the barren land and waste land - where, now all the UC California Hospitals are built.

Again - changing the manifest - so this old trick is nothing new - to those who bribe the Regulatory Agencies - more when the Democrats were in power.

Recently people are totally confused - why are all these exposures are being revealed.

For over 60 years - innocent people have died - from the contamination, pollution, methane gas today spewing from the wells - on Parcel E2 - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Recently the Chair of the SF Police Commission - Masuko was astonished, perplexed and confounded - not comprehending - how an underground fire still was burning at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard -  a large fire sparked underground - since 2002.

When the entire area B, C, D, E, E2, G - Utility Corridors 
1-12 and more are all built on land that was created - by demolishing two large hills - and was once in close proximity to the Bay. 

All these parcels are severely prone to flooding and liquefaction - more created with poor landfill - and material prone to composting - dead trees, vegetation, old tires, paint thinner, chrome waste and so on.

Again -what most people do not know - it that the infill contained large trees, other vegetation, poor landfill from buildings, tires, paint thinner, chrome waste, hospitals waste and more - all this went to this land fill - on Federal Land.

Over the years the composting created tons of Methane Gas - and one spark was sufficient to start a large fire - underground that is still raging. Here you have it dummy!

Right now  many wells are built - on Parcel E2  and marked yellow.

Each of these wells are monitored - they release Methane Gas into the air. The information can be obtained using the Freedom of Information Act. 

I have it all for those who are educated on issues.

The lay person - has NO clue about this - and the same thing happened to our SF Police Department was were placed on Hunters Point in very close proximity to Parcel E2 - by Willie L. Brown Jr - when he was Mayor to save money.

I know of over 20 SF Police Officers who have cancer - and some have died. There is a an on going court case - but all this and more - must be made available to the public at large.

For 40 years - I have been monitoring the many areas and hot spots - linked to recycling, contaminated soil, contaminated containers dumped all over the place - the changing of manifest - is common in San Francisco.

There are many recyclers who are private - small entities - who do as they please. There are State Regulations that are not followed - how much is paid out for recycled materials to the client who bring in the materials for payment - and how much is received by the State from the small recycling companies that fake the manifests - that are not properly reported.

Recently the Baylands Soil Processing - was shut down - linked to improprieties.

BPS which pays you to take contaminated soil - NOT Class One soil - into their facility - situated on the border of Brisbane and San Francisco. 

Then you pay them to buy treated soil - this has been going on for years - millions made - and advocates such as myself - have been monitoring the issues at hand - and some of the processes and partners - are dubious in nature. Not all but some and this must STOP.
The State of California - has been hoodwinked and all this and more - is tolerated in general - because the public at large - are kept in the dark.

More -  because the Regulatory Agencies - be it the Environmental Protection Agency , the Regional Water Board, the Bay Area Air Quality and Management Agency, the Department of Toxic and Substances Control.

The SF Department of Environment who receive most of their money from Recology and do nothing at all.

SF Health Department Stephanie Cushing and Army Brownell work there - and do as they please - and have failed San Franciscans.

As I have been saying - we cannot with intent put human beings in harm way.

This has been happening more and more and over 30,000 homes are planned on land - where no human beings should live. 

Lennar Urban aka 5 Point Holdings LLC - headquartered in Miami, Florida - were brought here by Willie L. Brown Jr - way back in 1989.

At that time Lennar built a Golf Course close to Sacramento - on land - that was contaminated - what we call Brown Fields - now.

There are few in San Francisco that have the empirical data - and the amount of data and facts - on contaminated land and land prone to liquefaction in San Francisco - that I have.

We have private agencies who are making millions - but they do not give a rat ass - who protects and fights for the people - they work and make their money working with the corrupt.

I cannot be bought and there in lies the crux of the problem.

I will not sit down with Lennar Urban - and take their money - nor with the other Large Developers - who have bought London Breed and Malia Cohen and will Shamann Walton - lock, stock, and barrel with - " dark money ".

The Schlage Lock Company site and that proposed development is NOT going anywhere. The Taiwanese owner - is in China - hooked to life and death machine. He wants and demands through his proxies 1700 units plus - the present - high price of steel, other building materials - does not favor affordable housing.

Let us put this way where once it cost $650 to build one square foot of sound housing - this has increased to closer to $1850 - Go Figure!

So those of you who I have been very good to me - just because you have worked with me - you know I have worked very hard  for the tax payers of San Francisco - remember - the work I do is very comprehensive but very convoluted.

No one like anyone to speaks Truth to Power.

More - because I have a track record - those Managers who are astute and stellar and have their heart in the right place - know what I am talking about - be it at the SF Department of Public Works, the SF Public Utilities Commission.

The SF City Attorney's Office, the SF Controller's Office, the SF Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Work Force.

The SF Health Department - and more - this institutional memory and experience - does not come easy. It is cemented by spirituality - the those who greed and focused on only money and greed - give a rat's ass - that is on them - not on me.

WISDOM - cannot be attained - over night by buffoons and those that have tunnel vision.

The lay persons know the amount of hoodwinking going on - in broad daylight - they would be shocked - if the Truth is revealed - and that time has come.

If the Truth is revealed - complete with names and locations -  empirical data - the ire of the people would force those who are not thinking right - have failed to recognize those that serve the people. 

The people united - will never, ever be defeated.

I prefer to work with entities bring them together and without much fun fair - making good things happen.

If those of you who know me - want to work with me - I will appreciate it - I will NOT beg - and I will not keep quiet - because I am NOT afraid of those that want me to pander to them - and tolerate their corruption - and double standards - that I am fully aware of. 

There is God that sees it all - and life goes on - they say those that speak Truth to Power - suffer - and that is so - so be it.  Aho.
