U.S. NATIVE AMERICAN POLICIES - SPEAKS WITH A FORKED TONGUE - STEAL, RAPE, LIE - CREATE AS MANY HURDLES AS POSSIBLE - THINKING AN ENIRE SEGMENT OF THE POPULATION WILL GO AWAY.

President Andrew Jackson -

despised Native Americans -

much as Donald Trump does, today -

both, singular - egoistical maniacs.

This land better known as Turtle Island - has suffered too many very serious problems - most of them coming from egoistical maniacs - the likes of President Andrew Jackson and now in this White House - Donald Trump. 

This divisiveness must STOP - and for sure Native Americans must not be targeted -  on their own land - their own Mother Land that has been abused. 

The Elders who must be respected - disrespected - the Great Spirit sees it all.

We human beings have short memories and forget when in 1492 the very first contact was made in a dubious way - the population of Turtle Island now known as the United States - was 9.8 million.

The Europeans brought with them diseases - small pox, measles, all sorts of sexually transmitted diseases, initiated epidemics - wiping out entire segment of the then population - creating havoc with the indigenous people - Native Americans.

By 1890 widespread drought, famine, all sorts of skirmishes adversely impacted millions of Native Americans.

All this and more was predicted by the shamans - hold women and men - that foretold - the coming of the beasts. The Hopi prophets and those from other tribes - some of whom I have met - and been blessed to meet them in person and hear their voices to appease my aging heart.

In 1890 the indigenous population fell below 250,000 from the high 9.8 million.

To date no detail analysis has been made on this long saga - with intent indigenous people were adversely impacted.

All this and more  harmed Mother Earth and those that inhabited Turtle Island for over 13,000 years all carbon dated - to this day - cannot figure out the way of those that are GREEDY. 

Many meetings such as one held above -

tried to foster better relations -

the indigenous and the pale faces -

to no avail - treaties made and never kept.

Native American so close to Mother Earth - having no word for " GREED " - could not muster what to make of this strange  being - mentioned by the shamans.

The indigenous knew deep in their heart - that they had to be very careful.

But just the way the Great Spirit created them - just the way they were brought up - they gave the strangers - the benefit of the doubt - let their guard down - and suffered the consequences.  It was not their fault - but in the course of time - the leeway given - brought about immense - suffering.

Psychologists and Psychiatrists - Sociologists and Anthropologist, Philosophers and Theologians, Writers and Authors, Teachers and Doctors, Historians and other Scientists - have yet to fully comprehend the harm done - so they talk in circles - say something - mean nothing at all.

In the mean time - the lying, the cheating, the raping of innocent women, killing of children, other atrocities to many to mention and too difficult to describe in detail - was too much to bear - bringing up to the fore within the being - an inferno of ire - that remain suppressed to this day. 

The Six Nations and the Iroquois Tribe - the Long Cabin - the numerous meetings held at the White House - in other places - the Founding Fathers learning about the Matriarchal System.

Many elements in our Constitution were incorporated from these meetings - a Democracy - practiced for thousands of years - dumb confounding the Founding Fathers - who were just figuring out - how to create a government - and stay away from the British and their monarchy of sorts.

The true history - with empirical data - factual - is not taught in our elementary, middle, and high schools.

 Even less in our colleges and universities - who have NO clue - about the rich heritage stolen at all levels - from the Native Americans - by the barbarians doing what they do best - steal, rape, cheat, lie and that continues to this day.

Lewis and Clarke and his entourage -

reached the Pacific Ocean -

a long treacherous journey from the East Coast -

the West abounded with resources -

and along the way the met many Native Americans Tribes -

their future would be jeopardized - we know that today.

 are poles apart  - those holistic will not get close to evil.

Year after year we encounter discrimination as a people - I have been on the frontlines and seen it all. Those that cheat, lie, rape, steal, bluff, hoodwink - do not like to hear the truth.

In fact when you break it down - they have no notion of truth -

truth to them - could be half-lies, white lies, and with such a mentality - no holistic progress can be made.

The Franciscans played havoc 

with the Ohlone on the West Coast -

with other tribes too - no apology -

and what is important to note - no restitution -

they have blood on their hands - and  " know it not. "

They place a stake here and there - brought in their surveyors and before you knew it - the records showed - someone owned your land - never mind your ancestors lived on the land for thousands of years.

When evil people deny others their cultural, the song, their language, their food, the many ways - fundamentally - such people are " demonic " .

To day to address this nonsense - we have " culturally competency " classes - and how to deal one's mind set - and learn more about " implicit bias ". Go Figure.

Human beings are social beings - however, when you gang up on other human beings - because you fail to appreciate their culture, the color of their skin, the inherent " goodness " bestowed on all by the Great Spirit - your heart in the wrong place - as the pale faces say - " all hell breaks loose ". Aho.

NATIVE AMERICANS DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE IT ANY MORE - DISRESPECTING MOTHER EARTH - WITH INTENT POLLUTING MOTHER EARTH - USING GREED TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER - IN BROAD DAYLIGHT.

Native Americans on this land  - long known as Turtle Island - now by another name - have not been honored less respected. All that must change - cultural competency and that often mentioned cliche - " implicit bias ".

Native Americans are constantly bombarded by the unknown - even though this is their land - but those that steal, rape, plunder, cheat, kill, do as they please - enslave - think it is fine - to behave like the barbarians - that is part of their - DNA.

have stood the test of time -

many matriarchal led tribes -

influencing our Founding Fathers -

the fools would not know that - elements of this government -

mentioned in our Constitution that we pay little attention to.

You may not believe it - Native Americans - never had walls, fences, stuff like huge stakes - to keep anyone at bay.

Building of walls, segregation - staying away from other human being - except their own type - and the mentality that goes with it - was imported from Europe to Turtle Island.

The key element - inherent in all Native American Tribes - respect for our Elders, those that have wisdom - has been a norm - it is not for the pale faces - whose fake pride knows no bounds. We have one example in the White House today - and egoistical maniac.

Paradoxically these strangers -many of them who came here for a better life. Many of them ran away - because they were not accepted - in their foreign land - landed here with an attitude that makes no sense.

These strangers - who run the Department of Interior, the National Park Service - demand the many Tribes prove that they lived here as a continuous tribe - leading that mandate the Department of Interior.

It does not matter the Department of Interior, the Bureau of Land Management, the National Park Service - all had a role in the vanishing of Billions of dollars - Trust Funds - that some say - without blinking an eye.

 Just vanished in a fafe flood - some excuse when it comes to money - the god of the strangers.

Chief Sitting Bull - united the Lakota Tribes -

I visited that land - the Black Hills inspired me -

those great Native American leaders -

who fought and won - defeated Custer and others -

now, look on to us - to lead - take others to a better place.

When you visit the Lakota land and the Lakota Tribes - too many to mention - but, each unique which Chief Sitting Bull united - one witnesses - the true valor of those warriors who still have in them - the guts to fight for what is right.

Lakota Elders - women and men have impressed me - challenging me to use my influence - to fight for the Lakota.

The one and only Chief Sitting Bull - who led the Lakota  to victory has been my hero for decades. My heart was filled with hope and a determination to shed light - where there is abject darkness.

We know that Custer and his men - were defeated - this one victory - is often mentioned - when true valor matters - the ferocity of horse riding and fighting - the legacy of that battle - lives for ever.

We visited Standing Rock and Camp Oceti Sakowin - thousands gathered - to confront those that were building the North Dakota Pipeline. The North Dakota Pipeline has encountered many problems - including - some areas contaminated - millions of gallon of crude oil - leaking - a result of failed valves and other mechanical failures.

Bottom line those that do not respect Mother Earth - worship mammon - for them the dollar means everything.

Our Elders cannot comprehend this mentality.

Native American youth and young adults - cannot imagine why some will do this damage to Mother Earth - they want some action - we must NOT put them is harms way.

We must protest and take measure to expose the evil - the world honors and understands the evil ways of those that have spread their " greed " - all over the  world.

Many have gone to jail - and I witnessed first hand the charges made against innocent - protestors.

The U.S. Corps of Engineers could have done better.

There is no difference between the present White House and that of President Andrew Jackson - who had disdain for all Native Americans and did all in his power - to annihilate - Native Americans.

It is the same with the Petroleum Industry - who do not give a dam about " fracking " - large oil spills - bottom line is that dollar - which is will fall -  flat on its face.

Today, May 24, 2018 in our highest court in San Francisco - the Judges will hear a case against the many Big Oil Companies - charged for contributing to Climate Change worldwide - digging for oil - contributing to " fracking " and other adverse impacts - harming all life - and taking NO responsibility.

This fucking greed for greed sake must STOP. For too long have we permitted these bastards - to use oil - to make billions - and harm Mother Earth.

There is a monument to Chief Sitting Bull at Fort Yates. Chief Sitting Bull left a legacy - we must not -  let anyone bully Sister Red Fawn Fallis - not her - not any sister or brother. Aho.

The Black Snake - the North Dakota Pipe line Project - is in shambles.

Many natural disasters - have hit the project -  the " devil " - moves on - aided and abetted by one that sits in the White House - a pale face - that is a disgrace to the human race. 

An egoistical maniac that now believes his judges and those that have no conscience - can adjudicate - when they have failed to honor the Treaty of Laramie of 1851 - say one thing and do another.

The devil cannot adjudicate - but in this case - the fire of justice will prevail - and Red Fawn Fallis - will be set free.

We hear a lot about the Treaty of Fort Laramie signed in 1851 - that is problem with legalese - using words that mean many things - promising to do one thing and doing another. 

Few study " etymology " - the science of words - when you read the treaties - you quickly realize - the word say one thing - but they clearly mean another.

When we visited Camp Oceti Sakowin - November, 2016 - we saw thousands of people - all gathered in Solidarity.

When we were there we witnessed unnecessary violence - exercised on protestors - that had every right to protest.

Protests were held at other camps too - and at some of these camps unnecessary violence was used - and in some case rubber bullets shot - at innocent human beings.

Such incidents - must NOT be taken lightly. 

I saw this violence in person - and have spoken to many that were harmed.

As I have stated I was there - and went there to see things for myself and those who accompanied me were witness to the facts I relate.

Chief Sitting Bull - 
he united the Lakota Nation -
he defeated those that harmed his tribe -
he left a legacy - that will not be forgotten, ever. Aho.

Sister Red Fawn Fallis is a symbol - much like a young deer or fawn - who is " free " and roams freely.

 Whites by far measure - seem  not comprehend - Mother Earth - and those few that attempt to learn about Mother Earth - may talk the talk but they fail to walk the walk.

Greed seem to take a firm " grip " on the beings of those - that will not resign to a simply fact - Mother Earth must be respected - Mother Earth comes first - greed has no place - more when it comes to pollution and blatant contamination - of our environment.

Our Courts and most of our judges - have all failed to comprehend the indigenous people - who have lived here for thousands of years - over 15,000 years.

All carbon dated - artifacts, human remain - those that know something about the Native American Graves Protection Act - know some - but most so called Americans - seem know nothing much - beside what they see and learn on TV.

The true history is NOT taught in our elementary, middle and high schools - and the ignorance of our Nation - more, when it come to our Native American Tribes - more those that are NOT Federally Recognized - shocks the world , the United Nation - and those International Bodies - that know better.

The judge adjudicating this case says boldly that he will read the letters - and make some decision.

The judge should pray, cleanse himself with sage, and then decide within himself - if he is fit to adjudicate - pass judgement on a woman - a Native American woman - who should have NOT - spent one single hour in jail.
