WE HAVE A MAYOR AND THE OFFICE OF WORKFORCE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT - BLIND TO THE MANY STORES THAT ARE CLOSED AND CLOSING - NORTH BEACH IN PERIL - PARTS OF CHINA TOWN - AND IMPORTANT SHOPPING CORRIDORS - ALL OVER SAN FRANCISCO.

despicable and a crook of the highest order.

We have a Mayor - Edwin M. Lee who should be ashamed of himself. He takes great pride in opening a Museum of Ice cream - near China Town -  while all around San Francisco - pop and mom businesses are closing down -  screaming at him and his lackeys.

North Beach is not - what is used to be - umpteen stores closed and the Mayor and his lackeys - seems not to see - or have chosen to put " blinders " and look the other way.

What makes San Francisco great - are our neighborhoods.
Mayor Edwin M. Lee - a transplant - still talks of Oregon - he heart in NOT in San Francisco - he is not respected by decent San Franciscans - not even the Chinese community - who are aware of his sordid - roots.

The Central Sub-way has disrupted so much in and around Union Square, Grant Street, the other corridors well known -
for home grown business, local business with a local flare,
 pop and mom stores -  here we have a Mayor - failing to take responsibility - for the lack of maintaining law and order - congestion on our roads - construction projects - opening up the streets - and giving a damn - as to business traffic and many impediments - put in the way - of much need and supported -  small businesses .

There are streets - in and around Union Square that stink to high heaven - tourists are surprised - and wonder what is happening to San Francisco?

In other places like San Bruno Avenue - where the stores - mostly pop and mom stores - have struggled - paid their taxes - no one cares to " power wash the walk ways ".

 The City is quick to collect the taxes - double parking, late fees, all sorts of fees for this and that and the other - but NO benefits.

Shame on those who must represent San Bruno Avenue - but are busy pussyfooting around - addressing mundane issues.

Try opening a business - you have to wait for six months - before one gets the permits to build or construct - more to have the many silly requirements in place. 

The Small Business Commission is out of sync with reality.

Small business are leaving San Francisco in droves - and the Small Business Commission - does one thing, well - all the time - the Commissioners are busy - patting their behinds.

has set San Francisco on fire with intent -

this man can be likened to Caligula.

This Mayor has been around - from the time he was appointed Director of the Human Rights Commission - he did nothing then - and he has done nothing, since - a Civil Right lawyer - pussyfooting - appointed the Director of Public Works Department.

Heading Contracting, then given the job as the City Administrator - in all of the positions - this corrupt man has held - he has been a " jackass " - he has fostered - corruption.

There are cases in our courts - linked to the corrupt  man - who has been charged with corruption.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee - still wheels and deals - each and every day - why is this man to enthralled - with sordid actions - and blood money

that he is now - corrupt to the core.

The Mayor tells of a story - when he was young - and when his father - who was discriminated a lot in Oregon - his father operated a Chinese Restaurant - and when Edwin M. Lee was a young boy - his father passed away. Leaving his mother and her children - in dire straits.

His mother and her children - were left with little money and a restaurant to run. A Black man - gave them money - and saved the day.

The Mayor relates this story many times - I have heard it several times - others have told it to me - even though I have told them I have heard the story. So what is it - that Mayor Edwin M. Lee - learned - from that kindness - from a Black Man - nothing.

I can related several horrifying stories - the Mayor Edwin M. Lee - involved - actively participating in discriminating against people of color - discriminating against Blacks.

Stellar, astute, Blacks who can told their ground - but this Mayor who has a petty mind - lacks integrity - has gone out of this way to discriminate Blacks.

Well educated Blacks, decent Blacks  - who did not agree with the corruption that Mayor Edwin M. Lee is famous for.

Former Mayor Willie L. Brown, Jr

he gave Edwin M. Lee an opportunity -

that opportunity has been wasted - time and again.

Recently, former Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr. - the Mayor who gave Edwin M. Lee a position at City Hall - has been criticizing Mayor Edwin M. Lee - mostly because of his lack of judgement.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee has less than a year - and he will be termed out - good riddance of very, bad rubbish.

His promise to build 30, 000 is a JOKE.

Why would anyone want to build - 30, 000 homes - many of them rehabilitated Public Housing - built near and surrounded by very contaminated ground.

Land listed  as Superfund Sites - more prone to liquefaction and flooding.

The paradox is that today - we have over 30, 000 market rate units and homes - that are vacant.

All this in San Francisco - where rents are sky high - one bed room going for more than $3500 and two bed rooms closer to $5800 if not more.

This Mayor for all of his talk - has NOT represent the people that matter - he has failed decent, hard working, tax paying San Franciscans . Shame on this jack ass - pathetic!

Over 12, 000 plus homeless  in San Francisco -

over 8 million spent to treat the homeless -

with disdain - the SF Health Department, 

the various Departments linked to the SF Mayor's 

Office of Corruption and Dysfunction.

Thanksgiving Day - he joins some lackeys - with a carving knife - cutting some slice of donated turkey - he himself will not donate - nor share his wealth.

While all the time - over 12, 000 homeless are leaving under bridges, under bushes, in places that are filthy and despicable.

 The authorities have been - moving -  the many dirty, filthy, stinking - " homeless encampments " - the authority with disdain - move the encampments  -  after a day or two - they come back  - they have no other place to go.

This Mayor and his lackeys - who harm the poor - will burn in hell.

That hell will be here on Earth.

Mark my words - no one can harm the poor with intent - and think for a second - all will be well with them.

The corruption at San Francisco City - more at Room 200 - has reached saturation point - with the City Administrator's Office, the City Attorney, the SF Controller's Office - the other City Departments - going with the flow.

But for how long - wrong is wrong - and the work of the devil must be put to a STOP - now.

That flow will come to a halt - abruptly - and most of those who participated in the "corruption of the highest order " - will fall on their faces " . Aho. 

WHAT IS THE STATE OF AFFAIRS - WHEN IN 2017 - WE LOOK AT HOW THE NATIVE AMERICANS - THE FIRST PEOPLE OF TURTLE ISLAND ARE TREATED ?

All over San Francisco - students in the elementary, middle school, high school - those going to college - and many who are aspiring to be educated and major in the many subjects - to contribute to Society.

The students - are given very little sound, information - about the Native Americans - the First People - who live on Turtle Island - now named the United States of America.

The First People have lived here for over 13, 000 years - all Carbon Dated - artifacts and remains.

In all that time - they have taken little - protected the land - and most of all respected Mother Earth.

for those fighting for the lives -

confronting those " greedy " who have ruined -

all that was once wholesome and pristine.

So called educators - have kept our children, youth, young adults, those that must be educated in the dark - and movies that depict the " Native Ameircans " in another light - seem to leave impressions - that are far - from the " truth " - far from the " empirical data " that is starring everyone in the face.

There are few who can shed light - where there is abject darkness.

We often do not pay attention to the " circle ".

The circle - permits everyone in the "circle " to have equal rights to express and be united in " spirit ".

Mother Earth has always been treated  with great respect - a virtue that is NOT understood by those that " speak with a forked tongue ".

Today  " homo sapience " - our human race - has turned its back wit " Black Friday " and other such " greedy stances " to amass material things more - and less pay attention to spiritual values - and more respecting Mother Earth.

Once Turtle Island contributed well to the Mother Earth - taking care of our rivers, our lakes, our hills and mountains, the deep Forests, the wet lands, the watershed what was pristine - all that are more - today is contaminated.

Fracking and other such operations - contaminate the Watershed - taking more fossil fuel - and exercising the right to squeeze toxic fuel from " tar sand " - in Canada and send it all the way by sordid pipelines - all the way to Texas and Louisiana -  time will tell.

Forever the First People have tried to live in harmony.

Today, Turtle Island - is in disarray - we have with intent - harmed Mother Earth in the United States - and we keep dictating to the entire world - what to do and what not to do.

18 treaties were signed by the California Tribes and the United States Government - none of the treaties were ratified - in fact they were hidden - and came to light in the late 1980s and used as proof - in the Federal Recognition process - by those Tribes seeking Federal Recognition.

The Department of Interior was forced to admit - that they lied - and half-heatedly admitted that they had not done due diligence.

Much like the " devil " they speak with a forked tongue - and in all their ways - they are " convoluted"

In today's contemporary world - more digital world -  we have grown to think the future lied in technology only - this is not a fact - we must all know - where we came from - so that we can go to the better - place.

In life we all pass through - this journey is ours and ours alone - to contribute the best to this Earth - and leave a legacy.

Chief Sitting Bull and Chief Joseph - did not go to school, to college, to the university - their University - was what they took care of in the circle.

Men of fortitude they both cared for the infants, the children, the women - the Elders, those that need help - and impressed on the " warriors " to do the same.

Those few Whites that came to understand the Chiefs and the Tribes - their unique way of living  - who understood the  Treaties like the Treaty of Laramie  of 1851 - saw the dichotomy of the situation - how those who signed the treaties - did not every mean to keep them. Typical of those that are " greed " - more " evil " - who have done more harm than good.

The best kept "secret " is the role of Native American women - whose " matriarchal " society - brought about " consensus " - and influenced the " United States Constitution ".

Our Founding Fathers - intrigued by the Iroquois Tribe and the Long Cabin - and those that are educated - know this - but we keep casting doubt - the Iroquois and other practiced Democracy for thousands of years.

Our First People - who have given us all they have - and more - and we in return - have " disrespected them " - cheated them, murder them, stole their land - have demeaned ourselves by killing women and children, by raping, and proving that ' the strangers " - are the scum of the Earth.

The time - has come to turn the tables, open the windows and the doors - let fresh air in - and those who are " evil " must step aside and fade into oblivion.

Only the leaders who are spiritual can accomplish and put things on track. There can be NO love without sacrifice. There can be no progress without spirituality and more humility more to the people who look up to the Elders.

You have to be be educated on issues - you have to be humble to listen more and gather the good seed to plant and nurture the seeds to grow well.

Good leaders show the way, know the way  and go the way.

Those that took control of Alcatraz - reignited the stagnant state of affairs - and those Native American leaders - the liked of Dennis Banks - did what they could - left a legacy and passed on the other side.

We little have some leaders who want to go there - but do not have the spirituality - which come from long hours of prayer, pondering, call upon the Great Spirit to be the glue - alway putting the people first.

It is the Circle that matters - and every one in the circle - who has every right to be there - and represent - as best as one can.

Here in the Bay Area - the talk has been long and stale - and we are short on the unity - and failed to be laser beam focused.

 Preferring to play second fiddle to entities - more White - who will never, ever understand the plight of the Native Americans.

The blood of our Native American infants, children, youth, young adults, seniors, Elders, supporters - cries to the Great Spirit for justice - the many murders, raping, stealing land, massacring innocent people - just for the sake of doing it - with superiors arms and ammunition. 

We must NOT forget - more at all times. More in 2017.

Again and again throughout recent history - the United States Government - has chosen to stall - for years - testing the fortitude and determination of the leaders negotiating - trying to divide the parties that matter - and that has been the sad state of affairs.

The Federal Recognition process - is a Joke. Why should those that were for thousands of years - prove that they were here - when a simple DNA test - can put the matter to rest.

Today's Department of the Interior  - is the worst ever - they say one thing and do another - what else can changed ?

Again and again some have preferred to take some " stale bread crumbs " - as bribes - fallen for programs that mean nothing at all.

 " Trust Land " and other such models - that were never meant to help Native Americans - the First People of Turtle Island.

Today our the Sacred Remains of  the Ohlone are desecrated - sometimes, we catch them - most of the times - they commit the sacrileges - seal their their souls - and think nothing about the situation at hand.

THIS YEAR LAST YEAR - WE VISITED STANDING ROCK, CAMP OCETI SAKOWIN, FORT YATES - WE MADE OUR SPIRITUAL JOURNEY - TO NORTH DAKOTA - THE LAND OF CHIEF SITTING BULL.

This year last year 2016 - we took a "spiritual journey " to North Dakota - to visit Standing Rock, Camp Oceti Sakowin - we all wanted to experience - a one in a life time uplifting of the soul. We visited the reservations - we met many people - and all thAT we observed - was eye opening.

We witnessed the gathering of over 10 thousand people - from all over the Nation and the world - standing tall - shoulder to shoulder - with the " Protectors of the Water " - at Camp Oceti Sakowin - very near Standing Rock.

We were in the land of Chief Sitting Bull - we witnessed the beauty of the Black Hills - with awe and deep sense of spiritual awakening.

 Just gazing at the Black Hills - considered to the Tribes as Sacred Land - for which they fought and laid down their lives  - a few victories one to be remember for generations - led by Chief Sitting Bull.

The Black Hills - unique with patterns of red - that from afar - suggest that there were once inhabited by celestial beings -
the patterns were unique and spiritual.

The more you see the patterns - the more you experience an uplifting of one's senses - feel some message is beaming to you - a type of communication - that those who experience the feelings - do not forget.

As we share the experience - with those who have been to the Black Hill - each person has something unique to reveal - and always with respect.

The Black Hills that Chief Sitting Bull and other Chiefs  fought - keeping the " greedy " at bay - those who wanted to mine gold, and in recent times other precious minerals. 

The tribes that once made their home - now known as the Black Hills - always remember the Black Hills - as a place sacrosanct - " not so those that speak with a forked tongue ".

The protectors of the Water 

Life is for the living not the living dead. 

The land that Chief Sitting Bull and the other Chiefs who fought for all the land in North Dakota - is there for all the world to see. 

There is much work to be done - the crux of the situation - is " respect " .  Those with a forked tongue - break the treaties - and more steal the land - they have raped the women - and killed innocent children - they have committed atrocities - difficult to describe - all recorded by historians.

We have the empirical data -  we have argued in the courts - that are Non-Native - we have written as best we can - about the cheating, the lying, the stealing, the rapings, the murders  and we will continue - to stand tall and represent - for humanity.

Way back in 1851 the Treaty of Laramie - signed with the Lakota Nation - a treaty that gave the Lakota, the Nakota, and the Dakota tribes - now the Lakota Nation - their sovereignty. The United States has broken the treaty again and again and again and again.

You would not know this - as this Nation - again and again has broken treaties - reminiscent of the words " he who speaks with a forked tongue  - is not to be trusted ".

The Black Hills of Dakotal - have also been sacred to the tribes - who looked at that part of the land - Mother Earth - as Sacrosanct - only the " indigenous " comprehend this - as they have it in their DNA. Spiritual teachings passed - from generation to generation for thousands of years - for sure over 14, 000 years. Carbon dated - artifacts and human remains.

It is difficult for those that never, ever learned from " birth " - how best to treat Mother Earth. 

So when we hear from those that are not " indigenous " - utter words - that are empty - even if they try to say something about " climate change" - the " carbon foot print " - " Pollution and contamination " - the indigenous understand these words - as insults to Mother Earth.

In the first place it is a "disgrace " to contaminated, pollute, bring about a state of confusion - when abatement and mitigation is called for - after the facts.

 Clean up - when in the first place - the sordid actions - should not have happened - the pollution and contamination - on such a large scale - should not have happened in the first place. Such action cry to heaven for justice - such actions are an anathema - such actions are a disgrace to the human race.

and everyone evacuated - today nothing much remains -

The North Dakota Pipe line -

coming all the way from Canada - one pipe going -

to Texas and the other to Louisiana.

Recently there was a 650,000 gallon spill -

and no one seems to care - the Great Spirit sees it all.

The present administration - has granted the owners of the North Dakota Pipeline permission to carry on pumping - fuel from the extract of " sand tar " - a crude oil that needs further refinement - the spills that occur cause harm to the watershed - and the surrounding environment.

Anyone one looks at this situation - that has wisdom - knows what happened when the First People - saved the lives of the Pilgrims that landed on Turtle Island - now know as United States of America.

The tribes gave what they had - to the pilgrims who had left their land - for a new spiritual quest - a new life.

The Native Tribes offered - yams, corn, berries, wild fowl, clean drinking water and more.

The pilgrims were suffering, many very sick - skin and bones - from extreme starvation - nearing death.

 The pilgrims seemed to be grateful for a little life - but this charade - was short lived - as often happens with the sordid who are " greedy " and ungrateful. 

That seems to be the on going saga - for those who are decent - their heart in the right place - to witness with patience. Now, our patience is running out.

The Great Spirit sees it all.

Again and again history reveals to us - even today - how those that " do not have their heart in the right place " - how such monsters - steeped with greed - will sell their mothers for a nickel.

Suffice to say -  " GREED " - will bring the destruction of those " rogue developers " - those that prey on other human beings - and most of all - those who with " intent " - pollute, contaminated, lie, cheat, rape, maim, kill, murder - and represent the " devil ". 

We call them evil. Aho. 

On this day - that most Native American do not celebrate - the least the " thieves can do " - is recognize this is not their land - it belongs to the Great Spirit.

Those that steal land - have blood on those hands - and the time has come to recognize and respect - all Native Americans - also know as the First People. Aho.
