Patients dumped outside San Francisco and left to die.

Our Mayor Edwin M. Lee - the SF Board of Supervisors, those in Sacramento -  who say they are representing - have ALL failed the many San Francisco - all " acute patients " - more, those that need much needed - round the clock - care - " respite care ".

The state of affairs at Saint Luke's - that now comes under - the Sutter Hospitals -  have a very bad record - their hospitals in Marin County, Martinez, here in San Francisco - most of their hospitals - have failed to take care of patients and are more interest in making money.

Hundreds of doctors  those that take the " Hippocratic Oath " - have stated the " Truth " - they do not approve the crooked ways of the Management that works and hoodwink the people at large .

It is astounding when seasoned doctors and nurses - full of empathy and compassion - are force to take on the Sutter Hospital Administrators and Management - and suffer - retaliation. 

These so called Whistle Blower have given us  " empirical data " and more - and as much as attempts are made to bring Sutter Hospitals and their Management to book - they spend millions to keep the " truth " - at bay.

Crooked - Mark Farrell - 

he should be ashamed of himself .

Aided and abetted by SF General Hospital and SF Health Department - who endorse the crooked polices and norms of California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC).

The Mayor of San Francisco Edwin M. Lee who is on the take - some of the SF Board of Supervisors the likes of Mark Farrell who is on the current - SF Board of Supervisors.

Scott Wiener who is in Sacramento - talking on both sides of his dirty mouth - both the above crooks  - favor CPMC.

Saint Luke has gone back on all of its dubious promises.

Saint Luke's - first got rid of all the patients that were mentally - challenged. Not a whimper from the SF Board of Supervisors and the Mayor Edwin M. Lee.

Saint Luke then targeted all those patients - who received treatment linked to all sorts of chronic respiratory diseases.

The many Asthma cases - were transferred to California Pacific Hospital - on the other side of the city - closer to Pacific Heights.

Then Saint Luke resorted to busing patients that were admitted - more those that they did not want to remain in Saint Luke.

It was not uncommon to see 10 to 15 ambulances leave Saint Luke - one after the other - after some hurried intake papers were processed.

Saint Luke is now reduced to a meagre 29 acute beds - that can cater to those extremely ill.

Those who work hard  the Skilled Nurses involved in sub-acute units - who have worked years - many, more than 25 years - are stressed - they fear they will lose they jobs - and more fear their patients will die.

The Mayor Edwin M. Lee has a history - of targeting the most vulnerable - he did this at Laguna Honda Hospital - once built by San Franciscans - with personal donations - and then named the " Almshouse ".

More - under the patronage of Mexico - that history is rich and Laguna Honda was never meant to treat San Franciscans with disdain - more by Mayor Edwin M. Lee who lack cultural competency - while talking from both side of his mouth.

San Francisco has a history of taking over institutions that are involved with the hard work of the ' COMMONS ' - and then undermining the power of the people.

Today most everything is controlled by the Pacific Heights Mafia - and this and most - must come to a halt.

They did this with SF General Hospital the newer part - built under " Model Cities " in the 1960s.

The corrupt Mayor Edwin M. Lee -

and his lackeys have failed us all -

decent, hard working - San Franciscans.

Then the SF City and County took over - the same with the many satellite clinics - these thug, crooks, the Mayor of San Francisco, the SF Board of Supervisors - lack comprehending history and with it lack of morals, ethics, and standards. Shame on all of them.

Health care is our right - and must be made available to all - but that is not the case - if you are poor, if you are indigent - these crooks look the other way - and let you die - on the Street of San Francisco.

Today hundreds are dying a slow death - on the Streets of San Francisco - no one cares.

Attempts are made daily to arrest people - and send them to jail - some simply disappear - the current Homeless Czar Jeff - has blood on this hands.

So do the so called teams that drive in brand new cars - and take note of the " homeless " - from a distance than call - Law Enforcement - to clear area.

Some of the areas - not in their jurisdiction - case in point - the areas under the Bridge that come under Caltrans.

More, the SF Board of Supervisors - when the people speak at Public Comment - some of them leave the Chambers.

Others - are busy - making side-bar conversations - still others so called SF Board of Supervisors on the IPhones - making deals.

Malia Cohen signing letters - thanking people for contributions - - all caught on camera - the color of envelopes - so stupid and an eye opener -  " green ". All while doing the people's work.

Today at Laguna Honda - minimum care is given to those that need " sub-acute care " - good care for those that must be cared - and nearing " respite care " - is nonexistent - why?.

The people united will never ever be defeated.

Laguna Honda has been cheated and those that carried out the elimination of " respite care " - as it was planned initially - must be brought to book. 

I followed this nonsense with Dr. Mitch Katz - when he was head of the SF Health Department - Barbara Gracis is now - and sitting on the fence - looking which side is green to make a landing.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee was the City Administrator - when it comes to spending money - for those that most need help - Mayor Edwin M. Lee - will do anything to avoid serving the poor and the indigent. It is in his DNA - he discriminates - hundreds of cases that can be told.

Again and again those services - that brought about the Navigation Center - were provided by " Faith Based " organizations - 30 million expanded in all.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee and this lackeys - including those who speak on behalf of Barbara Garcia of the SF General Hospital and SF Health Department - take credit for things they do not spend on - others give the money - they take the credit.

The SF Health Department and Sutter Hospitals - that includes Saint Luke's and California Pacific Medical Center - the brand new hospital - at Van Ness and Geary - must be put on notice.

For starters that building opposite the brand new California Pacific Medical Center - that will be occupied by the Doctors - who will be raking in millions for California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC).

All its permits - linked with the Doctors Building - must be put on HOLD - demonstrations held - to send a clear message to the Management of Sutter Hospitals - who are worse than the Mafia.

Sutter hospitals has treated its Hospital Engineers with disdain, its nurses be they the RN and the LVN with disdain.

Sutter Hospitals - are always looking to make large sum of money - and those in charge should be ashamed of themselves.

At - yesterday's hearing at City Hall - all those defending CPMC belonged to that segment of the population that were targeted by the Nazis - and that is putting it - lightly.

You would expect that if your people suffered - you would not work with those that put money first - and empathy, compassion, love and health care and all those virtues that go with giving sound care to the patients - last.

Not a sound from Senator Diane Feinstein - not a sound from Congressperson Nancy Pelosi - they two defend Obama Care for all the wrong reasons.

San Francisco has managed to hold back a little with HealthySF and other health insurance programs - that San Franciscans - chose to create to address health issues progressively - bring about harmony and foster - wellness.

Again and again at the SF Health Commission - I have seen how these Commissioners - many to them have outlived their days of representation - lack the information - and the ability to think out side the box - the same old, stale - logic of sorts.

They sit there - cannot even think straight -  look fuzzy -experience constant " senior moments ".

Pretend all is well with them - when they must step down and permit the younger - smarter, more empathetic and compassionate generation - to deal  with the issues - and bring about the best changes linked to - Health Care and related issues.

These old SF Health  Commissioners - boarding on senility  -  are there - to push for policies endorsed by the Sutter Hospitals - and other evil entities and persons.

Sutter Hospital is so large - have amassed billions of dollars - and are involved with Largest Insurance Companies - to hoodwink those that are vulnerable - and the time has come to book them under the RICO ACT.

For too long have these very large insurance companies been given " carte blanche " permission - to do what they please. 

It is time to handle the situation - and the Courts and Law Enforcement have sufficient information - to take those that cheat, lie, hoodwink, amass billions - must be brought to book and  charged.

Time to send these vermin - that have blood on their hands  - and send them to jail - for the rest of the lives.

No wonder our Health System is in a mess.

Charging over $1500 per room per day - for a hospital room.

Charging $75 for a bottle of aspirin - that cost $ 5 at most.

Charging $500 for X-rays - you undergo an operation - and it is not uncommon for these hospitals to charge you $100 thousand and more and not blink an eye. 

Saint Luke is now destined as an institution that will educate the public and  " foster generatic " - principles - better known to the experts who handle  " elder care " as - "  GERONTOLOGICAL Nursing Studies " and related issues. 

Who is fooling whom?

The so called excellent principles and the higher esteemed studies proposed to be studied - linked with " respite care " - other studies as I have mentioned.

" Gerontological Nursing Studies " - a newer science - cannot be executed by those who have no heart, less empathy, less fail to be compassionate - who worship GREED and money.

Those involved in these ploys and machinations - must first start right now - by respecting those who were promised acute care -  and other treatment at Saint Luke's -  promises -  that are now thrown to the wind.

Patients are moved out of our City and dumped into neighboring cities - like Alameda - that cannot give the excellent care given at Saint Luke's - by decent, hard working - RN and LVN nurses and support team - excellent doctors who testified in Room 216 at City Hall on July 26, 2017.

The present teams at Saint Luke's hospital - that provide " respite care " " acute care " have a doctor who knows the patient well.

Not doctors and nurses that rotate - and have no history of the patients.

The nurses at Saint Luke's today - who stick to the patient and know all that is needed to know. They are beloved by the patient, the family members - and more those that have their heart in the right place.

The Sutter Hospital morons do not understand this - and will never, even understand - the more compassionate values of decent San Franciscans - those that worship Greed and Mammon cannot - get it - and will not get it - they are destined to burn in Hell and must.

Their care given at Saint Luke is excellent - I have been to the Saint Luke hundreds of times.

I have seen all that is going one there - in recent days - including the ill- treatment of the nurses and others who work hard.

The doctors, nurses, and others  - are now told they will lose their jobs - and deprived of the work they love.

Shame on Sutter Hospital - that must be taken to TASK.

I have followed all the negotiation with Sutter Hospital - the ones where Supervisor Mark Farrell, David Chiu, Scott Weiner, David Campos - Mayor Edwin M. Lee were involved.


 No one can work with Sutter Hospitals - unless they swear and take an oath - that all they say and deliberate - will be the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

The same holds true for Mayor Edwin M. Lee who a consummate liar.

 The - SF Supervisor the likes of Mark Farrell, Scott Wiener who is now is Sacramento.

Others too many to name - who are all for the money - and have NO desire to serve the citizens, the tax payers of San Francisco.

Let the Department of Building Inspection - get its act together and take on Herrrobolt.

The other crooked Primes - who made a pact to build the project - only one is genuine among them all - Sutter Hospitals has paid money to expedite their permits - with the blessings of Mayor Edwin M. Lee.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee has already receive money from the Sutter Hospitals - Mayor Edwin M. Lee has blood on his hands - he has not said one single word - about the mess at Saint Luke's. He does not care - about the poor and the indigent. He only cares about himself and those lackeys that worship this - maniac of sorts.

HARLAN KELLY WILL HEAD THE SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION - FOR ANOTHER FIVE YEARS - HE HAS HIS WORK CUT OUT FOR HIM - AND THOSE OF US THAT HAVE PUT OUR FAITH IN HIM - WILL SUPPORT HIM.

Manager Harlan Kelly -

will lead the SF Public Utilities Commission -

for a another 5 years from now - with a new contract that 

allows him to manage and serve San Francisco - better.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission has decided that Harlan Kelly will remain in his present position - and direct the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - as he has before - using his expertise as an engineer and more fortitude and diligence.

His stellar leadership at the SF Department of Public Works, heading the Infrastructure Division at the SF Public Utilities as Assistant Manager of that Department - with innovative concepts and ideas that work.

Succeeding Ed Harrington as the Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission - to complete the Water System Improvement Project a $4.6 Billion project - now at its tail end.

Signing the many Project Labor Agreements, Supervising both the Water System Improvement Project with issues linked to Hetch Hetcy Dam.

The recent floods, the raging fires during the drought and the recent fires - Mountain Tunnel that will stay and be upgraded with repairs.

Implementing the state of the art engineering with the Sewer System Improvement Project - more the Phelps Sewage Treatment Plant in the Bayview Hunters Point.

Harlan Kelly Jr. a talented engineer -

is respected among his peers and more by the public at large.
SF City Department heads look up to him.

San Francisco needs the engineering expertise of Harlan Kelly - his cordial relationships with other City Departments - more Muhammad Nuru who is the Director of the  SF Department of Public Works.

Our Regional Partners who receive clean drinking water from Hetch Hetchy - interacting with other entities involved with clean drinking water East Bay MUD,  Mountain View,  Palo Alto and so on.

We have a $6 billion plus Sewer System Improvement Project - to address Quality of Life issues - to serve the community at large - for another 100 years.

Replacing the failing large digesters - addressing the treated effluents - made perilous by the sea level rise and salt water intrusion  - treating Bio-Solids, the Weirs that are failing - the thousands of clean water pipes and sewer pipes that must be replaced.

Sound engineering, and expertise is needed to have a blue print - that has short and long term goals - and more leadership that can lead our great City and County of San Francisco - with a dual sewer system that is challenging - and where the challenges can be met - the on going issues on Folsom Street - Cesar Chavez, and elsewhere.

Right now there is a state of flux - with many SF Public Utilities employees retiring - more, early retirement.

The need arise to fill in the positions - so that the institutional memory and more the experience that comes with it - is transferred to the newer engineering, technology with experience - that can handle the situation at hand.

These challenges are here and will come when the old equipment and facilities will be replaced by the latest and more contemporary engineering and technology.

If need be - we must fill the positions with employees who live in the City and County of San Francisco - these career jobs cannot come by wait -  " Waiting for Godot  " - should have put in place ten years ago - latest 5 years ago.

We need someone like Harlan Kelly and those with experience to work together to create an atmosphere at work - where those that work hard are recognized.

Those that impede progress - are given counseling and given a second change to stay and contribute - or leave for the good of others.

We must go to a better place - billions of tax payers money is involved - and we the tax payers cannot afford to waste millions of dollars.

Good leaders show the way - know the way and go the way.

Harlan Kelly has been in the know - and I have been working with him on issues that are important.  He has been a good listener and has tried his best to head the SF Public Utilities Commission - and take the SFPUC - to a better place.

I want to take a moment to give praise and kudos to Mrs Shirley J. Kelly who left us recently and was the Mother of Harlan Kelly.

Harlan mother loved him dearly and so did Harlan Kelly his mother. Fresno citizens honored his mother - and I have never, ever seen so many lovely floral wreaths  - at a funeral - amazing!

Harlan father Harlan L. Kelly Senior - has been an inspiration to Harlan Kelly Jr - and his siblings.

For sure his mother - who was a business woman, gifted in interior decoration, had her own Beauty Salon and managed a number of enterprises. His mother challenged local banks to help small business and succeed. Now that is what you call a leader.

I attended Harlan's mother funeral and was accompanied by Col. Bruce Giron my good friend - the inspiration I received that day - prompted me to say a few words but more left an impression - that I will never forget.

Naomi Kelly - hard working and focused 

on what counts - less fun fair and more action that counts.

Harlan's wife is my good friend and SF City Administrator Naomi Kelly - quiet and unassuming.

Naomi Kelly is a hard worker and has fortitude.

Her office comes  with a ten year term - to bring about and address viable and a sustainable  growth and progress to San Francisco and its over 640, 000 inhabitants.

As the Director of Environmental Justice Advocacy - I make it a point to attend the many meetings at City Hall - to address Quality of Life issues - and both Naomi Kelly and Harlan Kelly - have listened to me - to better serve the City and County of San Francisco.

Harlan Kelly's sister Marion Marzette and brother Keven Kelley and their families - his many relatives, his many friends and supporters - fellow employees from the SF Public Utilities Commission  the City and County of San Francisco  - join me in wishing Harlan Kelly Jr. the best.

Climate Change and Sea Level Rise has challenged us to address so many issues from the 5 years of drought.

To large fires,  pollution and contamination, the quality of  clean drinking water, and the protection of our watershed.

The SF Public Utilities Commission has over 2000 employees - is an Enterprise Department - that generates its own income - from the sale of clean drinking water.

Charging those that receive sewer services, receive money from leases from the golf clubs and other open spaces used for grazing cattle and more.

SF Public Utilities Commission receives income from a quarry - and facilities that bring rental income - rents from leasing land leased for short and long term - and more.

The SF Public Utilities Commission - more its employees must be poised to move further and work as a team.

Those few elements that are few and who dare to impede progress and create divisiveness  must be removed - much like " cancer " - that causes death - if it is not nabbed in the bud - it will foster - pandemonium.

Recent audits done at the Phelps Raw Sewage Plant must be implemented - and things put on track - as soon as possible.

Kudos to the many hard working SF Public Utilities Commission employees - many of whom have brought about progress that is much needed - and have not been acknowledged.

The Commissioners did well by fully endorsing the unique agreement and allowing Harlan Kelly Jr. to take charge of the SF Public Utilities Commission - we wish him well -  and more pray for his success and that of his family and loved ones.

Malia Cohen portends to represent District 10 - the first time around - while running for the position of Supervisors for District 10 - she won the vacant seat narrowly - by some 200 votes.

Her second term - was full of convoluted ploys and machinations - wheeling and dealing with Forest City and Lennar Urban - other entities from out of State - and still did not win by a wider margin. She had more money to spend - be it  "blood money".

Malia Cohen now wants to run of a position with the State of California - one seat on the Board of Equalization.

 I know she is not fit for this position - she just wants to move up the ladder - but dumb as she is - if she wins - it will be good riddance of very bad rubbish. Malia Cohen never did represent - District 10 and I should know.

Candlestick Stadium - now torn down.

The entire area is contaminated - prone to liquefaction -

and severe flooding.

Storing of such barrels - many of them leaking -

the watershed contaminated -

much like " gas stations that once dotted everywhere -

now buried and called - " brown fields ". 

A large project at Pier 70 - is stalled - there has NOT been any sound abatement - a million tons of coal tar - now liquid tar -  now waits to be disposed.

Just disposing this tar will costs millions of dollars. At one time plans were afoot to dump the " liquid tar " in the Bay.

Two very large ' Hot Spots " - ammonia spills - accidents that took place when the United States Navy - were into the business of Ship Building - more, during the World War II - operations.

Plans are afoot to build homes on contaminated land - this happens again and again - Pier 70, Mission Bay, Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, Candlestick Point - why build brand new homes - in the middle to Chernobyl?


The economy is tanking - a repeat of the 2008 economic spiraling - is already in force - and people are worried more to build here in San Francisco is very expensive. Simply put for a sound building it costs over $1500 per square foot - in some location as high as $2000 per square foot.

Project after project - is lowering its height limits - choosing few floors - and less of affordable housing.

The town center around Mendal Plaza - by Third Street and Palou - where folks hang from 7am in the morning until 9 pm - is a common sight.

Complete with a " Pit Stop " - a few feet - from where - everyone sits - as if it does not matter - being so close to the - " Shit Stop ".

Not far from the Pit Stop - hundreds of needles can be seen - every day.

In plain sight of everyone - people are shooting up.

They say in San Francisco they shoot heroin but in addition they also partake in popping Opioids - and of course that curse of all drugs - Meths.

In the last 10 years - as hard as some of us try - killings, shooting,  assaults, rapes, prostitution, drug selling and more - have been on the increase. 

We advocates do more to curtail violence then do any other entity - and that includes the SF Police Department.

Added to this perennial problems of violence and related issues - mostly related to stress and plain survival - for most of those involved with violence - selling drugs is a way of life.

Of course the City and County of San Francisco pays no attention - to the high " hot spots " in the Bayview Hunters Point - over 40 percent - unemployment.

Groups like Young Community Developers (YCD) have been audited before and failed -  YCD continues to pussyfoot around - with gimmick and shenanigans - working on Workforce with nothing to show - zero career jobs that matter.

 No one can fool all the people all the time. 

Millions wasted as YCD - pretends to do something of the community - but does not.

It is the same with Chinese Youth Center (CYC) - who invaded our community some years ago - have never, ever been sincere - and immediately received funds from the City and County of San Francisco.

Other funds from the Soros Foundation and we have a list of other entities - Guidestar - and can state those who are funding CYC - who continues to conduct surveys - gather information on our community - and superficially pretend - that they are doing something.

At this late date the U.S. Navy is inviting some expert - so that people from the community can talk - about the many issues adversely impacting us all - foremost the  " clean up " at  Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - who is fooling whom?

People are fed up of these gimmicks? 

The investigative reporting done by MNBC says it all - Class One dirt - very contaminated - has been buried all over the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

 What can this so called expert say about the report that millions have seen - and are disgusted - by the actions of Prime Contractors like Tetra Tech and others too - who have caused more harm and less progress - to the community at large.

The congestion on Third Street is the worse - rigs continue to move dirt - plying their trade - through the residential streets -   which is illegal.

All the while the City and County of San Francisco - has NO enforcement what so ever.

Signs clear state - that trucks and other vehicles - over a certain tonnage - cannot ply their trade - on residential streets in the Bayview -  but they do it in plain sight - adversely impacting - thousands.

People may not know this - but the advocates - who work in the Bayview - have access to the local, State, and Federal Regulating Agencies.

For example - the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD)  - the Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA).

In San Francisco the SF City Environmental Division that comes under the SF Health Department - none of them seem to care - about all the contamination, pollution - violations - that are taking place in the Bayview Hunters Point.

Our work led to Lennar Urban being fined $515, 000 - bombarding the community with Asbestos Structures - and we wont this one case.

We have also managed to convince the Department of Toxic and Substance Control (DTSC) - to clean up the Schlage Lock Company - by Old Bayshore and Arleta Street and many other very contaminated - sites.

Many toxic hots spots at Mission Bay - which once was a dump ground for all sorts of waste - chrome toxic waste from the businesses situated at Potrero Hill. 

Paint waste, tires, home construction material, chrome waste - other waste were taken to Mission Bay - more, closer to the Bay and dumped.

The advocates brought the empirical data to the authorities - and after hundreds of person hours - and providing documentation - the clean up at Mission Bay and other places took place. Does the SF City and County of San Francisco - know this and more acknowledge the hard work of the advocates?

We still have over 4000 hot spots - all over the City and County of San Francisco - and the Mayor Edwin M. Lee - looks the other way.

 He knows about this from the time he worked at the City Administrator - and did nothing - today as Mayor he wheels and deals - and takes opportunities at the podium - to speak from both sides of his dirty mouth.

Maurice Campbell, Michael Boyd, Lynne Brown, Dr. Espanola Jackson, Dr. Ahima Sumchai, Barbara Meskunas, Kevin Williams - others too many to name - worked hard to protect the community - more the Bayview Hunters Point Community.

Recently the office that produced so many stellar advocates has been put on the market - an era of activism - of a higher caliber - will come to an end.

 There is nothing much one can do fighting greed in a peaceful manner. Greed is the devil and evil. The only way to fight GREED - is fight it tooth and nail.

Greed and anything holistic does not go hand in hand. 

We will not be defeated - but for sure - we will remember - those that did good and those that with intent - chose to embrace GREED. Aho.
