San Francisco has always been known for being a " racist City " - never mind the sweet talking - what it is noted for more - is the sordid -  " back stabbing ".

So, really what the KKK and those entities that  choose to trod on the " freedom " of others do - today - and when ever they decide to trample on the freedom of others with intent - is LICENSE.

Innocent people living on the streets of San Francisco - in tents - facing the inclement weather - and while some of us lend a helping hand - the majority see what the see - and move away - not bothering - to ponder and comprehend the sad state of affairs.

We all have a conscience - and we all know right from wrong - but when it comes to genuine love, sacrifice - only those whose heart is in the right place - deliver.

God sees it all - and some may think - the present situation - is not of their making - and it may be not.

 We all are  - our sisters and brothers - keeper.

We all share in the humanity of living and giving - compassion and sharing - rejoicing and hurting - in our common destiny - of daily living on this Earth.

The infants, children, youth, young adults, the seniors - those with compromised health - the mentally challenged and the physically challenged - need help - there is no help to be found. - with our City - doling out tax breaks to the Corporation who must pay their fare - share.

Anyone who goes to City Hall  for urgent help - is referred to another entity - passing the buck as they say - and the victim - whoever that is - is left high and dry.

The heads of department do not like to be taken on - they do not like to be told.

For sure - they like to receive their fat salaries - that we the tax payers pay them - our hard earned taxes - that we work hard for - such are the norms of the day - and more at San Francisco - City Hall.

We lost a good man - and a great journalist - who called a spade a spade.

They do not make them anymore - in today's world - it is all about being " politically correct " - which allows the many crooks and corrupt - to do as they please.

We live in a Nation supposedly - of law and order - but you would not know it - if you saw what you saw - and deemed it to be illegal - and yet the many crooks - go Scott Free - even in our Court - where judges - judge - and adjudicate - seeing what they see - and knowing what they know - the closer the relationship - the further the true - justice.

Warren Hinckle loved a good story - the investigative reporting he did was great.

 Those that feared him most - were the corrupt - he would ferret the rat - and expose the corrupt for what they were.

He loved his drink - and he keen mind - seemed to work best after a shot or two .

 I saw him in action. He noted what he deemed necessary - to make a point - and he set his mind to write - his style unique - and his penmanship - one of a kind.

When we once visited him - he was so happy to see us.

Some ware house on SF Port property not far from the Ferry Building. He had a small office - and was generous with his time - and hospitality.

We needed his expertise - to give notice to the Golden Gate National Recreation Area - also known as the National Park Service - disrespecting a Shell Mound - Sacred Remains of the Ohlone Tribe. - at Crissy Field. 

He wrote an excellent story - and put the National Park Service on notice. The then Superintendent Brian O' Neil - read the article and had a good talk with me.

 I told him the " truth " - how I had approached Warren Hinckle - and he requested me in the future to come to him - and that he would give me his undivided attention.

 Brian O' Nell did it sometimes - and on many occasions circumvented - pertinent issues.

In the many years we have had Senator Dianne Feinstein and Congresswoman as our  "Representatives " -  they have failed - to address the " murders " on our streets " in San Francisco.

Not a word in the recent months - on the many " murders " - they so called Representatives and others too - too busy pandering and pussyfooting with  the developers - the filthy rich - and those that prey on the poor.

The people " United " will never, ever - be defeated.

San Franciscans are " embracing " they are open minded - they are astute - but most importantly - they have fortitude.

With God on our side - we will win - it may take some time - but, believe me - I have seen again again - that those that persevere - come out on the right side - and those that harms others - are defeated.

We the people - have done everything we could possibly do to represent.

We have spoken up - written about the many ploys, machinations, and shenanigans of the many very corrupt politicians.

We have taken care NOT to put our supporters in harms way - we know - who we are dealing with - and we know that we must protect our own - those that we consider - family.

We stay away from those that destroy public property - take law and order into their hands - and are foolish to go to jail to make a point.

Recently, we witnessed the same SF Democratic County Central Committee - beg us all for our votes.

They promised the Constituents of San Francisco - they would - represent the people at large. Their recent actions have betrayed us all. 

Then just like that when it came to an important vote - they voted for - Lennar Urban a rogue developer - on Proposition "O ".

The same Lennar Urban that has not paid its due - written agreement signed and date - since the year - 2013.

 Lennar Urban is behind Proposition " O " using sell outs like Sophie Maxwell, Shamman Walton, and Veronica Hunnicutt - demanding for special rights - to build more office space - 5 million square feet plus - selfish to the core.

Challenging the people - without - one single - meaningful meeting with the community at large - and more the Bayview Hunters Point.

We the people - detest skyscrapers - 

San Francisco is not Manhattan -

A Chinese investor has just bought the Millennium Building for over $225 million - you would wonder - why anyone would buy - a skyscraper which is sinking - 16 inches - recorded so far - and more has to date - tilted two inches to one side.

We are seeing more and more - our more prominent landmark buildings - controlled by outside investors.

More tainted money from China - that the rich and corrupt - seem to love to swim with -  the wheeling and dealing - and often times - very large transactions that defy - the sensibilities.

In the interim our blue collared workers, our domestic workers, the workers who work and keep the operations of our hotels, our restaurants, the janitors who clean our offices, other facilities - are treated with disdain.

Their salaries have stagnated and the cost of a one bed room unit is now over $3500 and a two room unit over $5000.

We have a Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who is a crook - and has sold out this great City.

The mayor talks about shared " equity " - however, as each day goes by - the disparity between the filthy rich and the working poor - has reached saturation point.

San Francisco has been compared to Rwanda - a poor Nation in Central Africa.

Even though we have many billionaires in San Francisco - as has been witnessed by President Barack Hussein Obama and Hillary Clinton - making umpteen trips - to fill their campaign coffers.

These politicians - have NOT served the best interests of San Francisco - we in California - do not receive the due amount of money to address our infrastructure - other critical projects - in California and more in San Francisco.

We pay the Feds more in taxes - and get little in return - to address our needs.

Billions spent on war and other nefarious actions - many caught in the web - of GREED.

We - California are the 8th largest economy in the world - we use to be the 5th largest.

San Francisco is the only booming city in the Nation - and that means the rich get richer and the poor and those that have no clout - are moving about - and then told to take a hike - get out and get lost.

We see so many " tent cities " - entire families now living on our streets. Some politicians - behind Ballot Measures - to wipe the poor and make room for the rich and ugly. How much of our land - that is not theirs - do these good for nothing - scumbags - desire.

We the people - all people - from all segments of our Society - we are astute - and we have fortitude - so why are we lingering - and waiting - " Waiting For Godot ? "

A Muwekma Oholone Warrior

San Francisco is Muwekma Ohlone land and I represent those important issues like Planning, Land Use, Transportation, Education, Safety, Pollution and Congestion, Sea-Level Rise, Liquefaction and severe Flooding.

The needed letters have been sent to all the key officials at San Francisco City Hall - by the Muwekma Ohlone - the Mayor, the Controller, the City Attorney, the District Attorney - the City Administrator - other key Department heads that the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe works with - all SF Planning and other related issues.

In the interim - it is critical - that all those who want to save our City stay united - and that we must put extreme pressure on those decision makers - those that wheel and deal - pay to play - the other ploys, machinations, and shenanigans.

The GREEDY - who do not care about the welfare of their fellow beings.

The senior population is over 50% in our City - those over 55 years and when you take into consideration those over 65 years - many cannot walk long distances - with all the congestion - hurdles put on those that cannot enjoy their Golden Years.

Our City and County has chosen to arbitrarily - reduce bus stops - and make our seniors walk - putting them in harms way.

It is the same for our infants, children, youth, young adults, those physically and mentally challenged.

For the seniors - there is NO blueprint - worth the salt that addresses their deep concerns when it comes to the air quality, the homes where they live, their surroundings and the safety provided.

Many took it for granted - San Francisco would be their home - no more - today so many have left. Others have to live on the street - and our Mayor and those in charge - have not lifted a finger.

What these idiots do best - is talk about " the situation " - and let those who suffer - die a slow death. This is pathetic.

The transportation that is pathetic - case in point the Southeast Sector of San Francisco. 

There is a lot of talk - but since this area - has the most concentration of people who live pay check to pay check - many have no time to attend meetings.

Even less time to contact anyone on the telephone - the City and County of San Francisco  - the sordid Mayor Edwin M. Lee - our City Administrator Naomi Kelly, our Controller Ben Rosenfield, our City Attorney Dennis Herrera - others who can do something - are busy accommodating those people with influence - and this nonsense must STOP.

Our youth and young adult are NOT include in the meaningful dialog - case in point the many skyscrapers - the issue with the Millennium Tower that some Chinese entity has brought for $225 million.

We think such sordid actions - will fly by the constituents of San Francisco - and we all know - that - this is NOT true.

The plan to infuse money to build affordable housing by Governor Jerry Brown - that the UNIONS busted - recently - so there goes some hope - promises made and promises - busted.

Promises made to those - that are on the verge of being evicted - others who are living with friends and facility -  just bidding their time.

At the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - the Supervisors the like of London Breed, Scott Wiener, Malia Cohen, Katy Tang, and Mark Farrell - should NOT be representing their District and more all of San Francisco.

The above have failed to stand for those that need help most - even though - they pretend to shed crocodile tears - from time to time - their hearts are hard - and their words - many a time defy logic - devoid of compassion and understanding.

We, in  San Francisco have shut down City Hall - and the time has come to come together. China Town for all its talk - has allowed others to do - the heavy lifting.

We must all get together - Asians, Latinos, Blacks, White, Native Americans - others - time is running out.

The politicians that are " evil " - and -  are just thinking about their " campaign coffers ".

The Elections this time - must truly reflect the wishes of the people - we do not want the " chaff " - if you do not represent - however must you think your  *HIT does not stink - it does.

The San Francisco Democratic County Central Committee - just had a revolt - pretending to keep the " developers " out of our business - the business of the COMMONS.

We saw recently how the majority of them voted in favor of Lennar Urban a rogue developer - and Proposition " O ".

Lennar Urban has failed to adhere to the requirement it has promised - failed to pay its commitments to the City and County of San Francisco, the SF Unified School District, the many benefits promised to entities - that Lennar Urban would help - it has failed to keep its promises - and stopped paying its dues - since 2013.

I represent the First People - the Muwekma Ohlone - and Lennar Urban better go some where else - they have failed on each and every commitment they purported to attain - look at you in the eye and lie -  cheat - hoodwinking - the public at large.

We the tax payers should not be footing Lennar Urban's bill - giving them land for " free " - fasting tracking their permits - helping them introduce Propositions  without - meaningful dialog.

We must mandate the United States Navy to clean up the land - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - which come under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Navy - all of it Parcel B, C, D, E, E2, F - UC1, UC2, G - and others being craved as the time goes.

Right now Lennar Urban has jurisdiction of Parcel A - one small parcel - that is is ripe with problems - the united built inferior - poorly built on contaminated ground.

We should not presuppose that Lennar Urban can build thousands of homes - on land that is contaminated - at Candlestick Point and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The land is contaminated - more with high readings of radiological elements - cesium, radium - high level reading of lead, mercury and so on.

Lennar Urban an entity from Miami - Florida - detested where ever it seeks to make an appearance - buys influence - has no standards - lacks morals,  less ethics, and for sure has NO  standards.

Backed by mostly Blacks like Sophie Maxwell, Shamman Walton, and Veronica Hunnicutt - Malia Cohen,  Aurelius Walker,  Calvin Jones,  Linda Richardson,  Dwayne Jones,  the Tabernacle Group,   Mayor Willie L. Brown,   Mayor Gavin Newsom  and  Mayor Edwin M. Lee - one worse than the other.

Our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our seniors - those with compromised health - our mentally and physically challenged - need our support, urgently.

Lennar Urban is NOT to be trusted - since 2013 - it has FAILED to comply - gone back on the many promises made - to fork up so called Community Service Payments - and now wants San Franciscans to change Proposition " M " - to cater to its pressing needs. Lennar Urban has sneaked in Proposition O - to hoodwink the City and County of San Francisco - to cater to its own devious ambitions.

Lennar Urban a rogue developers - has NOT kept one single promise - since the year 2000 - and Lennar Urban is not to be trusted.

You can trust a dog or a hog - but not Lennar Urban - those that keep cheating,  bluffing and hoodwinking - innocent contractors, its customers,  building housing units - on land that is very contaminated.

Remember Depleted Uranium was tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - that the Hunters Point  Naval Shipyard  - 90% of it still comes under the jurisdiction of the United States Navy.

The United States Navy contaminated the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - and the U.S. Navy must clean the entire area it contaminated - to residential use. 

The community cannot be fooled by entities like Lennar Urban know to use " Land Banking " - takin over land for little money - and then selling it to the highest bidder. Much like the " drug lords " and other corrupt politicians who are been paid by Prime Contractors like Tetra Tech and others - and have failed to clean up the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard all these many years - more from 1976.

The mostly Blacks that Lennar Urban uses as pawns - sell outs - NOT to be trusted - in the early days Roy Willis - who came from Southern California - to establish the kingdom of the crooks.

Put very corrupt mostly Blacks on Lenanr Urban's  pay roll - folks like  Calvin Jones, Aurelius Walker, Veronica Hunnicutt, Shamman Walton, Dwayne Jones, Derf Butler, Angelo King, Linda Richardson, Amos Brown, Bishop Green - others too many to mention - all scum bags - that have created divisiveness - and are an anathema to the community at large.

Proposition " M" passed by the constituents of San Francisco  in 1986 - rightly put limitations on office space - citywide - and encouraged affordable housing - in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco and elsewhere.

Lennar Urban is hurting - will never, ever succeed after poisoning our children, youth, young adults, seniors, those with compromised health - bombarding our community with Asbestos Structures - and failing to apologize.

Stop Lennar Action Movement - is alive and kicking - we remember our fight opposing Proposition G.

Proposition G - a ploy that has failed - and now Lennar Urban - an outfit from Miami, Florida - the land of the crooks,  the corrupt,  and entity that came here on the West Coast - with ill gotten wealth, drug money -  trying to cheat us with Mafia laden - tactics.

This is San Francisco - and Lennar Urban will fall flat on its face.

The audacity of Lennar Urban to demand that it has our best interests - to give it an exemption - to build and lease millions of square feet of Office Sparce - when Lennar Urban should be given a boot - and told that we do not need their business at all.

Homes on Parcel A - are built costing Lennar Urban over $890  a square foot - they got the land for free - and are adding an amount of $10  million plus - factored in the selling price of their units - with their business going South.

Three separate entities - all Prime contractors - have attempted to work with Lennar Urban and all three entities - Prime Contractors - have pulled out - leaving Lennar Urban holding the bag.

 Now Lennar Urban wants to pull wool - over our eyes - trying to convince us that they can develop - Candlestick Point.

Lennar Urban has failed on Mare Island - that comes under the jurisdiction of the City of Vallejo. Promised Vallejo to build 10, 000  housing units and did not keep its promise - declared bankruptcy.

Vallejo was counting on that money - and the City of Vallejo had to declare bankruptcy. So what is San Francisco doing - cozying up to the crooks - Lennar Urban?

We the people - united - must must vote NO on Proposition " O ".
Once and for all - get rid of this " cancer " - that has adversely impacted - thousands of innocent people all over San Francisco.

We know that Parcel A - is the only parcel Lennar Urban has jurisdiction over - and cannot manage that project - with umpteen problems.

 Units not built to standards, sub-contractors not paid - Black and Latinos are NOT given opportunities - and discrimination and blatant harassment of women and minorities - rampant - on all Lennar Urban projects.

The Department of Building Inspection - fast asleep - and not doing their job. Come on Agnus McCarthy you can do better.

The District Attorney fast asleep - send the crooks to jail.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee - stop the bleeding of the community - and take some lessons on " shared prosperity " - this is not China - their economy is tanking - and soon with 9 months - you will see it creep here - and hit you in the face.

How are you doing Mr Edwin Lee - with the Millennium Tower - bought by some Chinese entity for $225 million. Even though it is sinking - has sunk 18 inches and tilting 2 inches - if not 4 - according to some - very reliable sources.

Lennar Urban promised Community Benefits - and has NOT kept one single promise.

 It has been forced to pay three Blacks - who were employed by Lennar Urban on Parcel A and who were bluntly - discriminate
 against - millions of dollars - in compensation.

 A matter settled out of court - where the parties are told - not to utter a word.

The San Francisco Unified School District where Shamman Walton sits on the Board of the SF Unified School District - having failed with Young Community Developers.

 Now,  cozying up to Lennar Urban to get some money to fill his pockets - while selling out the community. Stop before we visit your home - and all the neighbors - get full knowledge - about how you have been selling our the community. 

It is the same with Sophie Maxwell having failed two terms as a Supervisor - of District 10.

Now trying to make a come back - having won a seat on the SF Democratic County Central Committee - thinking that she has some clout - when she is NOT respected in the community.

Veronica Hunnicutt who does not even live in the community - who has been a chronic sell out - on the pay roll of Lennar Urban - rubber stamping on the Citizens Advisory Committee to the Hunters Point Shipyard .

Veronica Hunnicutt - who has no clue what a Superfund means, no clue that Depleted Uranium was tested on the Hunters Point Shipyard - all three Blacks above mentioned - selling out the community at large.

Large and small companies are leery of Lennar Urban - Lennar Urban has already adversely impacted many businesses.

Some in small measure and others  in large measure.

At the appropriate time - I will expose them for their sordid behavior - suffice to say the Federal Bureau of Investigation - is monitoring Lennar Urban - and we have the empirical data - to send many of them to jail - for a long, long time.

In the meantime the Blacks who account for just two percent of the population is San Francisco - even though the liars say 6% - have 50% incarceration rate in our jails.

Blacks - more than any other community - are given  no good opportunities - forget about career jobs.

Many Blacks - are used like dirty rags by Lennar Urban - always using those that are innocent - like pawns - when will the Blacks learn - what is right and what is wrong?

Proposition " O " - will be used by Lennar Urban to make a lot of money - millions if not billions in the long run - if that Propostion passes.

Office space downtown fetches over $1300 per square feet to build - in the Southeast Sector - Lennar Urban and others could build office space for less than $850 a square feet and lease it for more.

Lennar Urban has increase the height limit on the buildings - skyscrapers on land prone to severe liquefaction and flooding - Lennar Urban will build an inferior product - and in a jiffy move out. 

Lennar Urban is not to be trusted.

The paradox is that today - Lennar Urban is building its own home units for much more - and selling them for less.

 Having failed to factor many pertinent factors - linked to cost of building on Lennar Urban's poorly built residential units. 

Lennar Urban is sinking like a big ship taking too much water - and its Management is in disarray - drowning - try to grab anything to stay afloat - but sinking all the same.

The Mayor Edwin M. Lee is favoring Lennar Urban - backed by Willie L. Brown Jr. ( a former Black - thug Mayor of San Francisco).

Other dubious characters like the  Tabernacle Group that wants money - for doing nothing at all - all Black Pastors - calling themselves developers.

None in the Tabernacle Group - who cannot hammer a straight nail - do not even know how to use a measuring tape - less any tool that helps in the construction industry.

The people united will never, ever be defeated. Aho.
